Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to network platforms such as e-commerce shopping platforms and service on-line platforms, for example, shopping websites and travel service platforms.
The specific information provided by the embodiment of the invention can be specific classified and distinguished information such as sales promotion and shortage, and the invention is explained by taking the sales promotion as an example, specifically, the specific information is the sales promotion information, the specific label is a sales promotion label, and the first specific commodity is a sales promotion commodity.
In addition, the promotion activities corresponding to the promotion information provided by the embodiment of the present invention include, but are not limited to, a full discount activity, a coupon activity, and a full gift activity; corresponding promotional labels include, but are not limited to, full minus labels, coupon labels, gift labels.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a method for arranging commodities is shown, which includes the following steps:
s101: commodity information of a target commodity and specific information associated with the target commodity are acquired.
S102: and matching a preset specific label according to the specific information, adding the specific label to the commodity information of the target commodity, and determining that the target commodity is the first specific commodity.
S103: receiving a search request, generating a commodity list according with the search request and sending the commodity list; wherein the first specific goods which meet the search request are prioritized in the goods list.
In the above embodiment, for step S101, the backend server (e.g., the search engine backend server) may receive all information associated with the promoted item from the promotion message interface, for example, the item information of the target item and the participating promotion information.
Further, the promotional information may be stored in a database, such as a redis database. Meanwhile, the contents in the database can be stored in the forward row, and the corresponding relation between the target product and the promotion information is established, so as to establish the promotion information document of the target product, for example, the laundry detergent is full 199 minus 100, full 399 minus 200.
For step S102, in order to enable the user to directly distinguish the promoted product from the non-promoted product without clicking on the details of the product, and give the user a visual sense, the background server may mark the target product according to the promotion information in which the target product participates, specifically, mark the target product using a promotion label matched with the promotion information.
Further, the mode of determining the promotion label can be inquired in an information base which is pre-established and corresponds to the promotion label according to the promotion information so as to determine the matched promotion label. The matching information base may contain various promotional tags such as full 199-. For example, when the promotion information received by the server is 199 minus 100, the information base is queried to see that the matching promotion label is 199 minus 100.
In addition, a sales promotion label matching the sales promotion information may be generated according to a predetermined sales promotion label display format. The promotional tag display format can be set specifically according to the promotional program, for example, 199- "100 (full discount program), 59-3 (coupon program), gift (full gift program). When the promotion information is full 99 minus 50, it is determined to be full deactivation, and the corresponding promotion label is determined to be full 99-50.
Further, after determining the promotion label matching with the promotion information, the backend server will add the promotion label to the merchandise information (e.g., merchandise link) of the target merchandise, so that when the target merchandise information is displayed in the search front end, the promotion label can be visually displayed, indicating that the target merchandise is a promotion merchandise, so as to distinguish the target merchandise from the non-promotion merchandise.
In step S103, in order to reduce the time for the user to screen and search for the promoted products in the search result and improve the browsing volume of the promoted products and the order transaction rate, a priority display rule of the promoted products may be preset, that is, the information of the promoted products may be preferentially arranged in the product information list, so that the information of the promoted products with the promoted labels may be preferentially displayed on the display interface at the front end of the search.
Further, the search request may include at least one of a name of the item and promotional information. When the search request is a commodity name, all commodity information associated with the commodity name can be acquired; when the search request is promotion information, all commodity information currently participating in the promotion activity in the platform can be acquired; when the search request is a combination of an item name and promotional information, all of the item information currently participating in the promotional program and associated with the item name may be obtained.
The method provided by the embodiment can be used for marking the specific label of the specific commodity, effectively distinguishing the specific commodity from the non-specific commodity and giving visual feeling to the user, and the user does not need to click the commodity detail page and directly judges whether the commodity is the specific commodity according to whether the commodity display is provided with the specific label. In addition, the priority display of the specific commodity is set, the efficiency of quickly acquiring the specific commodity is improved for the user, the browsing amount and the order-making rate of the specific commodity are improved, and a win-win effect is achieved for merchants and the user.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of an alternative method for arranging goods according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps,
s201: commodity information of a target commodity and specific information associated with the target commodity are acquired.
S202: and when the specific information comprises a plurality of specific instructions, selecting the optimal specific instruction according to a preset optimal specific selection condition, and matching the specific label corresponding to the optimal specific instruction.
S203: and adding the specific label to the commodity information of the target commodity, and determining that the target commodity is the first specific commodity.
S204: receiving a search request, generating a commodity list according with the search request and sending the commodity list; wherein the first specific goods which meet the search request are prioritized in the goods list.
In the above embodiment, the descriptions of steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1 can be referred to for steps S201, S203, and S204, respectively, and are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, for step S202, a plurality of pieces of promotional information may be associated with one promotional item, and only one promotional label is displayed or only one promotional label is displayed under one category, so that a relatively optimal piece of promotional information may be determined, and a promotional label may be marked on the promotional item, and the determination manner may be preset.
The promotional information may be of various types, such as full 199 minus 100, full 399 minus 200, 3 pieces 7, buy 3 plus 1, etc., which may be converted to a uniform format of full minus for ease of calculation, resulting in a full minus set, such as a set < full, minus > set, where full represents full and minus represents minus. For example, for buy 3, exempt 1, a conversion can be made according to the unit price of the commodity, resulting in a full (3 × unit price of the commodity) minus (1 × unit price of the commodity). Further, some promotional information having a reduction less than a predetermined reduction threshold may be filtered to prevent cheating by some merchants.
The optimal selection rules for the promotion information include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) and for each full-reduction information after conversion, calculating the occupation ratio of the reduction in the full amount in each full-reduction information, and determining the full-reduction information with the largest occupation ratio as the optimal promotion information. For example, the percentage of the full 199 minus 100 is greater than the percentage of the full 399 minus 200, and the full 199 minus 100 is determined to be the optimal promotion information.
(2) And calculating the difference value between the unit price of the commodity and the full amount in each full-reduction message, and determining the full-reduction message with the minimum difference value as the optimal promotion message. For example, if the price of the product is 200 dollars and two promotion information of full 199 minus 100 and full 399 minus 200 are associated, then the optimal promotion information is determined to be full 199 minus 100.
(3) When the unit price of the commodity is less than the full amount of each full-deduction message, determining the full-deduction message with the maximum deduction amount as the optimal promotion message; and when the unit price of the commodity is greater than or equal to the full amount of the at least one full-reduction message, calculating the ratio of the reduction amount to the full amount of each full-reduction message in the at least one full-reduction message, and determining the full-reduction message with the largest ratio as the optimal promotion message.
For example, the product price is 100, the associated promotional information has full 199 minus 100, full 399 minus 200, and buy 3 minus 1, and it is determined that full 399 minus 200 is the optimal promotional information.
For example, the product price is 200, the associated promotional information has full 199 minus 100, full 399 minus 200, and buy 3 minus 1, and full 199 minus 100 is determined to be the optimal promotional information.
Further, the display of the promotion label may be one display of all promotion information, or one display of each promotion category. For example, a promotional item is simultaneously involved in a promotional campaign: when the small gift is full of 199 minus 100, full of 399 minus 200, 3 pieces of 7 folds, buy 3 free 1, coupon 59 free 3 and full of 99 gift, the promotion label displayed at this time can be only full of 399-.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the optimal specific information is determined, the specific label corresponding to the optimal specific information is matched, a user can visually know the relative optimal specific information associated with the specific commodity without clicking a commodity detail page, and meanwhile, the display diversity of the specific label is increased.
Referring to fig. 3, there is shown a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for arranging goods according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the steps of,
s301: commodity information of a target commodity and specific information associated with the target commodity are acquired.
S302: and matching a preset specific label according to the specific information, adding the specific label to the commodity information of the target commodity, and determining that the target commodity is the first specific commodity.
S303: obtaining historical shopping information of a target user, and determining that the target user is a sensitive user when the number of first specific commodities in the historical shopping information is larger than a preset threshold value.
S304: when a search request of a sensitive user is received, a commodity list is generated according to a preset priority rule of a first specific commodity in the sensitive user and is sent to the sensitive user.
In the above embodiment, step S301 may refer to the description of step S101 shown in fig. 1, and step S302 may refer to the descriptions of step S102 shown in fig. 1, step S202 shown in fig. 2, and step S203, respectively, which are not described again here.
In the above embodiment, for step S303, the preferential display rule for the promoted product may be set for the promotion-sensitive user. Therefore, before receiving a search request sent by a user terminal, it is necessary to determine whether the user terminal has a priority display right, and specifically, when the user clicks to enter a network platform, the platform may determine whether the user is a sensitive user.
Whether the user is a sensitive user or not can be judged by acquiring information such as the age, the sex, the purchasing ability, whether the user participates in the promotion activities and the like in the user account. For example, all the items in the account are acquired, the number of the promoted items is counted, when the data of the promoted items exceeds a preset number threshold value, the user is determined to be a sensitive user, for example, the number of the promoted items purchased by the user is 50, and the preset number threshold value is 30, the user is determined to be a sensitive user. The present invention is not limited herein in terms of specific judgment.
For step S304, after determining that the user is a sensitive user, the background server triggers a promotional commodity privilege escalation logic, extracts promotional commodities, and prioritizes the promotional commodities according to a preset prioritization rule of the promotional commodities in the sensitive user, specifically, an algorithm may be used for extraction, for example, a "sliding variable window extraction algorithm", and the specific operation process is as follows:
(1) all the obtained commodities which accord with the search request are sorted from large to small according to the scores. The score can be obtained by counting the general information (e.g., sales, popularity, and goodness) of the product.
(2) The number of commodities for dividing the window, for example, the top n, is set. Several windows are divided for the first n items and the size of the windows is linearly increasing, e.g., win1 ═ p, win2 ═ win1+ q, win3 ═ win2+ q.
(3) Traversing the first n commodities, determining that the commodity is a promotion commodity if the ith commodity (i is between 1 and n) has a promotion label, extracting the promotion commodity to the position, relatively front to the sequencing of the window, of the promotion commodity, and assuming that the starting position of the window is pos-begin and the technical position of the window is pos-end. At the end of this window, the starting position of the next window should be pos-end + 1.
Further, two states of promotion product concentration and promotion product sparseness can be distinguished. For example, the number of promoted items between two non-promoted items may be counted, a specific gravity of the number among the n items may be calculated, and if the ratio exceeds a predetermined ratio, the promoted items may be considered to be concentrated. If the sales promotion commodities are sparse, the sliding step length of the window is a little bit smaller; if the promotion commodities are concentrated, the step length of the sliding window is a little larger, for example, for a user, a mouse can be slid to rapidly turn pages of the concentrated promotion commodities. Assuming that the threading position of the last sales promotion item in the window is pos-insert, the starting position of the next window is pos-insert + q.
Further, the purpose of dividing the window is to prevent the following products with poor conversion rate (for example, the products are displayed 1000 times, no one clicks to view, and no one purchases), and the products are suddenly mentioned to the position far ahead of the window due to the weighting of the promoted products. The purpose of the window being variable is to make the step length of the advance of the former entitlement offering goods smaller and the step length of the advance of the latter entitlement offering goods larger.
The method provided by the embodiment can extract the specific commodity to the front position aiming at the sensitive user, the user can quickly acquire and view the specific commodity in the display window, and meanwhile, the browsing amount of the specific commodity and the order transaction rate are improved. In addition, the sliding step length of the window is correspondingly set for the number density degree of the specific commodities, the display mode of the specific commodities on the terminal display window is expanded, and the use operation experience of a user in a network platform is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 4, there is shown a flow chart of yet another alternative method of arranging items according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the steps of,
s401: commodity information of a target commodity and specific information associated with the target commodity are acquired.
S402: and matching a preset specific label according to the specific information, adding the specific label to the commodity information of the target commodity, and determining that the target commodity is the first specific commodity.
S403: receiving a search request, generating a commodity list according with the search request and sending the commodity list; the first specific commodities which accord with the search request are prioritized in the commodity list, and the first specific commodities which accord with the search request and have the same specific label are adjacent in the commodity list.
In the above embodiment, step S401 may refer to the description of step S101 shown in fig. 1, and step S402 may refer to the descriptions of step S102 shown in fig. 1, step S202 shown in fig. 2, and step S203, respectively, which are not described again here.
In the above embodiment, in step S403, after receiving the search request, before sending the product list meeting the search request to the user, the promotional products belonging to the same promotional tag may be grouped to be arranged adjacently in the product list, so as to facilitate the user to perform quick preview.
In addition, a corresponding table of the sales promotion labels and the number of the sales promotion commodities under each sales promotion label can be generated for the sales promotion commodities and is sent to the user terminal for displaying, and therefore the user can conveniently select the sales promotion information or the sales promotion commodities which the user wants at the terminal.
For example, the search request is a mobile phone, the background server searches in the network platform according to the "mobile phone" to obtain a plurality of pieces of mobile phone information, wherein some mobile phones may participate in the promotion information, and the promotion information may be different. At this time, it can firstly count which promotion information exists and the number of mobile phones participating in each promotion information, generate a corresponding table of promotion information and the number of mobile phones, and send the table to the user for the user to select. And receiving the selection of at least one piece of promotion information in the table by the user, extracting a promotion commodity list corresponding to the promotion information and sending the promotion commodity list.
For example, if the search request is the promotion information of full 199 minus 100, the background server searches the network platform according to the "full 199 minus 100" to obtain a plurality of promotion commodities participating in the promotion information of full 199 minus 100, such as a computer, a mobile phone and a camera. At this point, the number of promotional items may be counted, and a table of the total 199 minus 100 and the number of promotional items may be generated.
Such as a search requesting a product name + promotional information, the search results now result in a plurality of promotional products participating in the promotional information and associated with the product name. At this time, a corresponding table of the promotion information and the number of the promoted items may be generated and transmitted to the user for selection.
Further, each commodity has its own category, such as computer, camera. The mobile phones belong to digital products, and the electric rice cookers and the induction cookers belong to household appliances. Before generating the corresponding table of the promotion information and the number of the mobile phones, category statistics can be performed on the obtained commodities according to categories, and the obtained corresponding table is as follows: sales promotion information-the number of sales promotion items participating in the sales promotion information-the number of sales promotion items 1 under category 1, and the number of sales promotion items 2 under category 2. For example, full 199 minus 100-promotional item quantity 500-computer 200, clothing 200, jewelry 100.
After sending the corresponding table of the promotion information and the number of the promoted items to the user terminal, the user's selection feedback of at least one of the promotion information and the number of the promoted items in the corresponding table can be received.
For example, the correspondence table includes full 199 minus 100 — promotional item quantity 500; full 399 minus 200-number of promotional items 300.
If the user directly clicks any one of the number of the full 199 minus 100 sales promotion commodities or the number of the sales promotion commodities, 500 sales promotion commodities which participate in the full 199 minus 100 sales promotion commodities in the search results are extracted and sent to the terminal for displaying.
Further, the corresponding table comprises 199 minus 100, sales promotion commodity number 500, computer 200, clothes 200 and ornaments 100; the value is reduced from 399 to 200, the number of the sales promotion commodities is 300, the computer 100, the clothes 100 and the ornaments 100.
If the user directly clicks 200 computers, 200 computers participating in the promotion of reducing 199 to 100 in the search results are directly extracted at the moment and sent to the terminal for displaying.
In the above embodiment, a mode of combining and grouping the commodities, especially the specific commodities, which meet the search request according to the specific tags is provided, so that a user can visually see the condition of the grouped commodities on a convenient search result display interface, the efficiency of viewing the specific commodities by the user is improved, the browsing amount and the order transaction rate of the specific commodities with the specific tags are improved, and the use experience of the user on a platform is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, there is shown a flow chart of yet another alternative method of arranging merchandise according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the steps of,
s501: commodity information of a target commodity and specific information associated with the target commodity are acquired.
S502: and detecting whether the specific information is overdue or not, adding the specific label to the commodity information of the target commodity when detecting that the specific information is not overdue, and determining that the target commodity is the first specific commodity.
S503: receiving a search request, generating a commodity list according with the search request and sending the commodity list; wherein the first specific goods which meet the search request are prioritized in the goods list.
In the above embodiment, step S501 may refer to the description of step S101 shown in fig. 1, and step S503 may refer to the description of step S103 shown in fig. 1, and will not be described again here.
In the above embodiment, for step S502, the specific label display has a certain time limit or time limit, for example, when the promotion activity is invalid or after the promotion activity is over, the corresponding promotion label display has no meaning, and may also mislead the consumer, and reduce the consumer' S good feeling for the merchant. Thus, before adding a particular tag to a particular item, it may first be determined whether the particular information has expired, e.g., a predetermined time threshold (e.g., only 2 days for a promotional event) or a predetermined number of clicks (e.g., only 50 coupons) may be added to the promotional message regarding each promotional information.
And when the number of clicks of the user on the specific information is received, acquiring the preset number of clicks of the specific information, and when the number of clicks is greater than or equal to the preset number, deleting the specific tag. For example, there are only 50 coupons, when a user clicks to receive the coupon once, the background server counts the total number of times of clicks +1, when the number of times of clicking the coupon by a plurality of users reaches the predetermined number of times 50, it is proved that the coupon has been received completely, and in order to avoid the situation that the subsequent user clicks the coupon without reaction, the sales promotion label corresponding to the coupon may be deleted at this time. Or, after the user finishes receiving the sales promotion label and determines that the current used times are finished, the sales promotion label is deleted.
In addition, when receiving the click of the user on the specific information at the terminal, judging whether the click is within the preset time threshold of the specific information. For example, the promotional label of the promotional program, if so, proves that the click still can participate in the promotional program, otherwise, the promotional label corresponding to the promotional information can be deleted in order to avoid the subsequent user purchasing the promotional item without the promotional program. For example, a promotional item 5 discount offers a large promotion, limited to 20, and as a result is robbed up after 10 minutes of displaying the promotional item, the 5 discount promotional tag may be deleted.
The method provided by the embodiment can check whether the specific information is expired before adding the specific label to the commodity, and if the specific information is not expired, the corresponding specific label is added to the specific commodity, so that the condition that the specific information is expired but the specific label is still in place is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific information has a variety of types, and a button of the specific information may be added to a filtering list under a filtering button of an APP or PC end top page, for example, a promotion list is included under a promotion button, and the promotion list includes a plurality of promotion information. The operation can reduce the times of manually inputting the specific information by the user (for example, the manual input is frequently wrong), provide a convenient channel for the user to filter the specific information, and improve the operation experience of the user.
When the amount of the specific information in the platform is large, all the specific information cannot be contained in the specific list, so that the specific information added to the specific list needs to meet the adding condition: the number of specific products associated with the specific information must be greater than a predetermined product number threshold. For example, if the total number of items participating in the full 199 minus 100 promotional program is 1000 and the predetermined threshold number of items is 2000, then no add operation is performed on the full 199 minus 100.
Further, other ways of adding specific information may be chosen, such as adding promotional information directly to the promotional list without determining whether it meets the addition criteria. Specific information may also be added directly to the filter list, for example, on christmas, all merchants' goods are involved in 199 minus 100 sales promotions, at which time the 199 minus 100 option may be added directly to the filter list. Alternatively, the option of full 199 minus 100 may be added to both the filter list and the promotion list.
In the embodiment of the invention, the display authority function of the specific label can be added in the specific button, namely, only the specific commodity can be displayed on the search interface, and the shielding operation is carried out on the non-specific commodity, so that the user can conveniently purchase the commodity with the specific information, and the time for the user to screen the non-specific commodity is reduced.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the specific commodity is marked by the specific label, and the specific commodity is preferentially arranged in the commodity list, so that the specific commodity and the non-specific commodity can be effectively distinguished, the efficiency of obtaining the specific commodity by a user is improved, and the browsing amount of the specific commodity and the order rate are improved.
