Before explaining the present invention in detail, a simple description is given of the architecture of the network resource recommendation system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the network resource recommendation system includes a plurality of terminals 101, a resource recommendation server 102, and at least one network resource server 103.
The plurality of terminals 101 are connected to the resource recommendation server 102 through a wireless or wired network, and the plurality of terminals 101 may be electronic devices capable of accessing the resource recommendation server 102, or may be electronic devices provided with resource recommendation devices, and the electronic devices may be computers, smart phones, tablet computers or other electronic devices.
The resource recommendation server 102 provides a recommendation service for a network resource to a publisher of the network resource, and is connected to at least one network resource server 103 through a network. The resource recommendation server 102 may be provided with a corresponding client and installed in the terminal, and performs network resource recommendation to the terminal when the terminal accesses the client; the resource recommendation server 102 may also provide web access services that recommend network resources to a terminal when the terminal accesses the web via a browser. It should be noted that, the resource recommendation server 102 may be a server that is used for performing resource recommendation alone, or may be a server that provides a resource recommendation service for a certain application, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this disclosure.
The network resource server 103 may be a server of one or more network resources for providing network resource data to the resource recommendation server 102 and for providing services to terminals accessing the network resources. In this implementation environment, the end user may obtain the service of the network resource server 103 by browsing or installing a client on the network resource server 103, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
For the network resource server 103, the network resource server 103 may further have at least one database for storing network resource data and the like, so as to provide the network resource data for the resource recommendation server.
In order to enable more users to enjoy the service of network resource recommendation, the conversion rate of the network resource is improved, and the resource recommendation server provides the recommendation service of the network resource for the publisher of the network resource. Typically, the network resources that the resource recommendation server can recommend are applications, commodity links, and the like, and when recommending to the terminal to be recommended, the resource recommendation server can generate multimedia resources such as advertisements based on the network resources to be recommended. In order to enable a user to know content contained in an application when the application is recommended, so that the user can determine whether to download the application according to real content in the application, and the conversion rate of the application is improved.
The application to be recommended can be provided to the resource recommendation server by the network resource publisher, and when the application to be recommended is provided, information such as an application identifier, an application download address and the like of the application to be recommended can be provided for the resource recommendation server so as to be used for extracting the first multimedia resource later. In the embodiment of the invention, the first multimedia resource at least comprises a picture resource and a text resource of the application.
Since the first multimedia resource extracted by the resource recommendation server is the content in the resource database of the application, the publisher of the application is required to grant the rights to the resource recommendation server so that the resource recommendation server can access the resource database of the application. The resource recommendation server can provide a multimedia resource release auxiliary page as shown in fig. 2B, and the publisher can grant the authority of the resource recommendation server to access the application to be recommended on the multimedia resource release auxiliary page and set the generation and release of the multimedia resource, so that the resource recommendation server releases the multimedia resource according to the setting, and different requirements of different publishers on the release of the multimedia resource are met. For example, referring to fig. 2B, the multimedia asset delivery auxiliary page may include a directed package management, a custom crowd management, a creative production tool, a recommended page production tool, a contextualized asset upload tool, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the resource recommendation server extracts the first multimedia resource, the resource recommendation server may automatically extract the first multimedia resource from the application to be recommended, or the application publisher to be recommended may upload the first multimedia resource of the application to the resource recommendation server, so as to complete the extraction of the multimedia resource by the resource recommendation server.

After the resource recommendation server receives the picture resources and the text resources uploaded by the publisher, the picture resources and the text resources can be directly extracted to serve as first multimedia resources of the application.
After the resource recommendation server extracts the first multimedia resource, the publisher may be provided with a multimedia resource specification page as shown in fig. 2C, where the publisher determines the recommendation manner in which the application will be recommended by those platform vendors and when making the recommendation of the application. At least one preset behavior portrayal can be set in the resource recommendation server, the preset behavior portrayal is used for describing different behavior habits of different sample users, the resource tag is matched with the at least one preset behavior portrayal, the resource tag which is possibly interested by the user is determined according to the behavior habits of different users, the resource tag is stored corresponding to the preset behavior portrayal, so that when application recommendation is carried out subsequently, the behavior portrayal of the terminal to be recommended is determined firstly, and a profile page is put into the terminal to be recommended according to the behavior portrayal, and the application recommended to the terminal to be recommended is ensured to be the application interested by the user.
206. And matching the first behavior label with the behavior label of at least one preset behavior portrait, and determining a second behavior label matched with the first behavior label.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first behavior label of the terminal to be recommended is determined, the first behavior label can be matched with the behavior label of at least one preset behavior portrait, and the second behavior label matched with the first behavior label is determined. When determining the second behavior label, the similarity between the first behavior label and at least one behavior label can be calculated, and the behavior label of the preset behavior portrait with the highest similarity with the first behavior label is determined as the second behavior label according to the sequence of the similarity from high to low. The specific matching algorithm employed in determining the second behavior label is not particularly limited in the present invention.
207. And determining the application to be recommended based on the resource label corresponding to the second behavior label, and sending a profile page of the application to be recommended to the terminal to be recommended.
In the embodiment of the invention, since a plurality of applications may be corresponding to different resource tags, after the second behavior tag is determined, at least one alternative application may be determined based on the resource tag corresponding to the second behavior tag. Because the application recommended to the terminal to be recommended is limited in one day and the recommended content viewed by the user is limited, when the application is recommended based on the profile page, the candidate application needs to be screened, so that the quantity and quality of the application recommended to the terminal to be recommended are ensured. Wherein, in screening the candidate applications, the screening may be based on one or more of the following four conditions.
Condition one: and recommending the candidate application with the first preset proportion in the candidate applications to the terminal to be recommended.
Because the multimedia resources which can be received by the terminal to be recommended every day are limited, and the multimedia resources recommended to the terminal to be recommended are multimedia resources in different forms, after the alternative resources are determined, the alternative application with the first preset proportion needs to be selected for recommendation to the terminal to be recommended. For example, if the multimedia resources receivable by the terminal to be recommended every day are 20, which may include 20% of application profile pages, 30% of presentation multimedia resources, 10% of message streaming multimedia resources, and 40% of dynamic creative multimedia resources, the resource recommendation server needs to select 4 applications from the candidate applications for recommendation.
And under the second condition, when the applications released by the same publisher in the alternative applications exceed a quantity threshold, taking the second preset proportion of the applications released by the same publisher as the applications to be recommended.
Since there may be a plurality of applications published for the same publisher in the alternative applications, in order to avoid singleness of elements when recommending applications for the terminal to be recommended, a second preset proportion of applications published by the same publisher in the alternative applications may be used as the applications to be recommended. For example, if the number threshold is 10 and the second preset proportion is 20, if the candidate applications include 20 applications published by the publisher a, 4 applications in the applications published by the publisher a are selected as applications to be recommended.
And thirdly, filtering out the same application in the applications to be recommended.
Since a publisher of an application may request to recommend an application to a resource recommendation server multiple times, the same application may exist in the applications to be recommended determined by the resource recommendation server, so as to avoid the same application from being recommended multiple times and bringing trouble to a user.
And fourthly, taking the first third preset number of alternative network resources as the application to be recommended according to the order of bidding of at least one alternative application from high to low.
Since the bids of each candidate application are different and the number of the applications to be recommended is limited, in order to enable the application with high bid to be recommended to the terminal to be recommended first, when determining the application to be recommended, the previous third preset number of candidate network resources can be used as the application to be recommended according to the order of the bid of at least one candidate application from high bid to low bid, so that the application with high bid can be recommended first.
It should be noted that, when the content shown in the foregoing steps 205 to 207 is the process that the resource recommendation server receives the request instruction of the terminal to be recommended, the application is recommended based on the behavior image of the user, and in the actual application process, the resource recommendation server does not need to be based on the request instruction of the terminal to be recommended, and can actively obtain the behavior image of the user of the terminal to be recommended, and perform application recommendation. The process of acquiring the behavior portraits of the user of the recommendation terminal by the resource recommendation server and performing application recommendation is consistent with the processes shown in the steps 205 to 207, and will not be described herein.
In order to keep the real-time performance of the content, a preset period for updating the profile page and the recommended page can be set in the resource recommendation server, the latest first multimedia resource is extracted from the application every other preset period, the profile page and the recommended page are generated according to the latest first multimedia resource to be recommended, the real-time performance of the profile page and the recommended page is ensured, so that the attention of a user is attracted, and the conversion rate of the application is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the resource recommendation server extracts the first multimedia resource from the application data stored in the resource database through the interface between the resource recommendation server and the application database, combines the first multimedia resource based on the first preset format and the second preset format to generate the brief introduction page and the recommendation page of the application, so that the brief introduction page and the recommendation page for recommending the application are generated according to the resource data of the application, the content and the elements are rich, the interest of a user on the brief introduction page and the recommendation page is improved, the click rate of the brief introduction page is high, and the frequency of downloading the application is high.
The above-described embodiment of fig. 2A is an embodiment of an application when the network resource to be recommended is a commodity link, and when the network resource to be recommended is a commodity link, referring to a flowchart of a network resource recommendation method shown in an exemplary embodiment of fig. 3A, the method includes the following steps.
301. The resource recommendation server accesses the resource link of the commodity link, acquires commodity data in the address indicated by the resource link, and extracts the first multimedia resource from the commodity data in the address indicated by the resource link.
The inventor realizes that when the resource recommendation server recommends commodity links based on the multimedia resources, the generated advertisement type multimedia resources generally provide complicated commodity descriptions for publishers of the commodity links, and most users have low interest in the commodity descriptions due to failure to browse pictures of the commodity, and cannot carefully read the commodity descriptions, so that users purchasing the commodity links are few. In order to enable a user to know the form of a commodity link when the commodity link is recommended, so that the user can determine whether to purchase the commodity link and improve the sales rate of the commodity link. In the embodiment of the invention, the first multimedia resource at least comprises a picture resource and a text resource of commodity link. When a user accesses the resource link of the commodity link, the user can check related parameters of the commodity, introduction of the commodity and the like in the address indicated by the resource link. The commodity link can be a link of an entity commodity or a link of a virtual commodity. For example, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be a link to a physical commodity such as clothing or office supplies, or a link to a virtual commodity such as a game coin or a member service.
Because the first multimedia resource extracted by the resource recommendation server is commodity data in the address indicated by the commodity link, the publisher of the network resource to be recommended is required to provide the commodity link so that the resource recommendation server accesses the resource link, acquires commodity data at the address indicated by the resource link, and extracts the first multimedia resource from the commodity data.
302. And combining the commodity names in the second preset number of picture resources and the character resources in the commodity-linked picture resources based on a third preset format to generate a brief introduction page.
In the embodiment of the invention, since a large number of picture resources are likely to exist in the commodity link and the picture resources displayable in the profile page are limited, the resource recommendation server can extract the second preset number of picture resources in the picture resources and combine the second preset number of picture resources with commodity names in the text resources to generate the profile page. Referring to FIG. 3B, the profile page of the generated commodity link may be as shown in FIG. 3B. The process of generating the profile page of the commodity link is identical to the process of generating the profile page of the application in step 202, and will not be described herein. It should be noted that the third preset format mentioned in step 302 may be the same as the second preset format mentioned in step 202, or may be a different preset format, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
303. And combining the picture resource, the text resource and the resource link of the commodity link based on a fourth preset format to generate a recommendation page.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of generating the recommended page of the commodity link is consistent with the process of generating the recommended page of the application shown in step 203, and will not be described herein.
304. The resource recommendation server stores the brief introduction page and the recommendation page correspondingly.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of storing the profile page and the recommended page of the commodity link by the resource recommendation server is consistent with the process of storing the profile page and the recommended page of the application in the above step 204, and will not be described herein.
The processes described in the steps 301 to 304 are the processes that the resource recommendation server generates and stores the profile page and the recommended page for the commodity link, and when the commodity link is recommended, the resource recommendation server needs to put the profile page in order to realize the jump from the profile page to the recommended page when the user reads the profile page, thereby achieving the purpose of recommending the commodity link. When the resource recommendation server performs the release of the profile page, the release can be performed automatically, and the profile page can be released to the terminal when a resource request instruction of the terminal to be recommended is received, so that the recommendation of the application is realized. In one possible implementation manner, interests of different users, that is, behavior portraits of different users, can be considered during the release, so as to perform targeted release, thereby further improving the conversion rate. Next, referring to fig. 3C, when the resource recommendation server receives a request instruction of a terminal to be recommended, a process of recommending a commodity link based on a behavior representation of a user is described in the following steps 305 to 307:
305. When the resource recommendation server receives a resource request instruction of a terminal to be recommended, the behavior portrait of the terminal to be recommended is read, and a first behavior label of the behavior portrait is generated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of generating the first behavior label by the resource recommendation server is consistent with the process of generating the first behavior label shown in step 205, and will not be described herein.
306. And matching the first behavior label with the behavior label of at least one preset behavior portrait, and determining a second behavior label matched with the first behavior label.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of determining the second behavior label by the resource recommendation server is consistent with the process of determining the second behavior label shown in step 206, which is not described herein.
307. And determining a commodity link to be recommended based on the resource label corresponding to the second behavior label, and sending a brief introduction page of the commodity link to be recommended to the terminal to be recommended.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of determining the commodity link to be recommended by the resource recommendation server and sending the profile page of the commodity link to be recommended to the terminal to be recommended is consistent with the process shown in step 205, and will not be described in detail here.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the resource recommendation server obtains commodity data in an address indicated by the commodity link by accessing the commodity link of the commodity link, extracts a first multimedia resource from the commodity data, combines the first multimedia resource based on a third preset format and a fourth preset format to generate a brief introduction page and a recommendation page of the commodity link, so that the brief introduction page and the recommendation page for recommending the commodity link are generated according to the commodity data of the commodity link, the content and the elements are rich, the interest of a user on the brief introduction page and the recommendation page is improved, the click rate of the brief introduction page is higher, and the sales amount of commodities indicated by the commodity link is improved.
Fig. 4A is a block diagram illustrating a network resource recommendation device, according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 4A, the apparatus includes a determining module 401, an extracting module 402, a generating module 403, a storing module 404, and a recommending module 405.
The determining module 401 is configured to determine a target network resource to be recommended;
the extracting module 402 is configured to extract, according to a target network resource, a first multimedia resource from network resource data corresponding to the target network resource, where the first multimedia resource at least includes a picture resource and a text resource of the target network resource;

According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first multimedia resource is extracted from the network resource data of the target network resource, the brief introduction page and the recommendation page are generated based on the first multimedia resource, and the brief introduction page and the recommendation page are correspondingly stored so as to recommend the network resource to the terminal to be recommended based on the brief introduction page, so that the brief introduction page and the recommendation page for recommending the network resource are generated according to the network resource data of the network resource, the content and the elements are rich, the interest of a client on the brief introduction page and the recommendation page is improved, the click rate of the brief introduction page is high, and the frequency of converting the network resource is high.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4B, the extraction module 402 includes a first extraction sub-module 4021.
The first extraction submodule 4021 is configured to extract, according to the target network resource, a first multimedia resource from the network resource data stored in the resource database through an interface with the resource database of the target network resource.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4C, the extraction module 402 further includes an acquisition sub-module 4022 and a second extraction sub-module 4023.
The acquiring sub-module 4022 is configured to access a resource link of a target network resource, and acquire network resource data in an address indicated by the resource link;
the second extraction submodule 4023 is configured to extract the first multimedia resource from the network resource data in the address indicated by the resource link.
In one embodiment, the generating module 403 is configured to, if the target network resource is an application, combine, based on the first preset format, a first preset number of picture resources in the picture resources of the target network resource and the title text in the text resources to generate a profile page; and combining the picture resource, the text resource and the download address of the target network resource based on the second preset format to generate a recommended page.
In one embodiment, the generating module 403 is further configured to, if the target network resource is a commodity link, combine, based on the third preset format, the commodity names in the second preset number of picture resources and the text resources in the picture resources of the target network resource, and generate a profile page; and combining the picture resource, the text resource and the resource link of the target network resource based on a fourth preset format to generate a recommended page.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4D, the recommendation module 405 includes a read submodule 4051, a first match submodule 4052, a resource determination submodule 4053, and a send submodule 4054.
The reading submodule 4051 is used for reading the behavior portrait of the terminal to be recommended and generating a first behavior label of the behavior portrait when receiving a resource request instruction of the terminal to be recommended;
the first matching submodule 4052 is configured to match the first behavior label with the behavior label of at least one preset behavior portrait, and determine a second behavior label matched with the first behavior label;
the resource determining submodule 4053 is configured to determine a network resource to be recommended based on a resource tag corresponding to the second behavior tag;
The sending submodule 4054 is configured to send a profile page of the network resource to be recommended to the terminal to be recommended.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4E, the recommendation module further includes a tag determination sub-module 4055, a second matching sub-module 4056, and a storage sub-module 4057.
The label determining submodule 4055 is configured to determine, for any one of at least one network resource, a resource label of the network resource based on the content of the network resource;
the second matching submodule 4056 is configured to match the network resource with the at least one preset behavioral representation, and determine a specified preset behavioral representation matched with the network resource;
the storage submodule 4057 is configured to store the behavior tag specifying the preset behavior representation in correspondence with the resource tag.
In one embodiment, the resource determination submodule 4053 is configured to determine at least one alternative network resource based on the resource tag corresponding to the second behavior tag; and taking the first third preset number of alternative network resources as network resources to be recommended according to the order of bidding of at least one alternative resource from high to low.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a computer device 500, according to an example embodiment. For example, the computer device 500 may be provided as a server. Referring to FIG. 5, computer device 500 includes a processing component 522 that further includes one or more processors and memory resources represented by memory 532 for storing executable instructions, such as applications, that are executable by processing component 522. The application programs stored in the memory 532 may include one or more modules each corresponding to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 522 is configured to execute instructions to perform the network resource recommendation method described above.
The computer device 500 may also include a power component 526 configured to perform power management of the computer device 500, a wired or wireless network interface 550 configured to connect the computer device 500 to a network, and an input output (I/O) interface 558. The computer device 500 may operate an operating system based on storage 532, such as Windows Server TM ,Mac OS X TM ,Unix TM ,Linux TM ,FreeBSD TM Or the like.
A computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, is capable of performing the above-described network resource recommendation method.
It should be noted that: in the network resource recommending device provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above functional modules is used for illustration when recommending network resources, and in practical application, the above functional allocation may be performed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the network resource recommendation device and the network resource recommendation method provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes of the network resource recommendation device and the network resource recommendation method are detailed in the method embodiments and are not repeated here.

extracting a first multimedia resource from network resource data corresponding to the target network resource according to the target network resource, wherein the first multimedia resource at least comprises a picture resource and a text resource of the target network resource;
combining a first preset number of picture resources in the picture resources of the target network resources with the title characters in the character resources to generate a brief introduction page, wherein the brief introduction page is used for providing introduction of the first multimedia resources;
displaying picture resources related to the text resources adjacent to the text resources to generate a recommended page, wherein a download address or a resource link of the target network resources is attached to the recommended page in a hyperlink or a floating layer display control mode, part of contents are hidden when the recommended page is opened, and prompt information is displayed on the recommended page, and is used for prompting to trigger the download address or the resource link and then viewing all the contents on the recommended page;
Storing the URL of the profile page and the URL of the recommended page correspondingly, and adding a resource tag for the target network resource according to the content in the profile page and the recommended page;
matching the resource tag with at least one preset behavior portrait, determining a resource tag corresponding to each preset behavior portrait, and storing the resource tag corresponding to the preset behavior portrait, wherein the preset behavior portrait is used for describing different behavior habits of different sample users;
when a resource request instruction of a terminal to be recommended is received, determining a behavior portrait of the terminal to be recommended by reading the use frequency and the use history data of each network in the terminal to be recommended, generating a first behavior tag of the behavior portrait, wherein the use frequency comprises the operation times of network resources, and the use history data comprises at least one of keywords input in each interface of the network resources and the use duration of each time of the network resources;
matching the first behavior label with the behavior label of at least one preset behavior portrait, and determining a second behavior label matched with the first behavior label;
Determining at least one alternative network resource based on a resource tag corresponding to the second behavior tag;
taking the first third preset number of alternative network resources as network resources to be recommended according to the order of bidding of the at least one alternative network resource from high to low; or when the network resources released by the same publisher in the at least one alternative network resource exceed the quantity threshold, taking the network resources with a second preset proportion in the network resources released by the same publisher as the network resources to be recommended; or filtering out the same network resources in the at least one alternative network resource to obtain the network resources to be recommended;
and putting the profile page of the network resource to be recommended into the terminal to be recommended, recommending the network resource, and jumping to the URL of the recommended page corresponding to the network resource to be recommended when detecting that the URL of the profile page corresponding to the network resource to be recommended is triggered.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the target network resource is the commodity link, the extracting, according to the target network resource, the first multimedia resource from the network resource data corresponding to the target network resource includes:
