the user expectation evaluating server is used for storing an expected question bank for carrying out expectation evaluation and can regularly update the questions of the expected question bank and record selected information; an expected question bank in the user expected evaluation server stores at least U questions, and each question has enough additional storage space for storing one or more selected information from the expert terminal in each calculation period; u is an integer greater than or equal to 500;
the user terminal group is composed of at least C user terminals and is used for collecting format answers from the users, wherein the format answers comprise answers given to partial topics in an expected topic library and actual advertisement contact evaluation information; the information collected by all the user terminal groups in each calculation period is sent to a system server; c is an integer greater than or equal to 300; each user terminal transmits and receives data in a wireless manner;
the expert terminal group consists of expert terminals with the quantity of at least Z, and each expert terminal is used for seeking at least one question in a calculation period, adding the question into an expected question bank and carrying out selection operation on at least N questions in a calculation period; z is an integer greater than or equal to 300; each expert terminal transmits and receives data in a wireless mode;
the management terminal group is composed of at least G management terminals, and each management terminal receives user report data from the system server in a wireless mode; g is an integer greater than or equal to 300;
the reward server is used for storing a plurality of reward codes according to the serial numbers, and the stored reward codes can be called to any user terminal one by one under the permission of the system software platform;
the authentication server is provided with a prestored expert information group and a prestored management personnel information group, wherein the expert information group and the management personnel information group are provided with encrypted identification information which is stored in an item manner according to personnel ID numbers, and the encrypted identification information comprises reserved code information, fingerprint information, iris information and facial image information of personnel;

the user terminal is a self-owned mobile terminal of an actual user, or a mobile terminal which can be circulated among the actual users and is specially used for evaluation; each expert terminal and each management terminal are provided with an authentication device;
the authentication equipment is selected from one of a special character input device, a fingerprint acquisition device, an iris image acquisition device, a face information camera device and a hand information camera device;
each topic of the expected topic library is a single-item choice topic with at least three choice branches, each choice branch is attached with a user expectation value Y, the numerical range is between 0% and 100%, and the attached user expectation value is not displayed on a user terminal;

2) selecting questions in the period: after the current calculation period starts, the system software platform sends request information for soliciting questions to all expert terminals, and all expert terminals display the request information and send out sound alarm after receiving the request information;
receiving at least one newly added subject input data of subject information from each expert terminal, if the input data does not meet the requirement of a preset format, displaying unfinished prompt information on the current expert terminal and sending out a warning sound, until the input data meets the requirement of the preset format, displaying the prompt information meeting the requirement of the format, and simultaneously sending out display information and sound prompt information to require identity authentication;
