The establishing module 1207 is configured to perform statistical classification on the types of videos to obtain multiple types, determine group diagrams corresponding to each type and corresponding interactive controls, determine icons of the interactive controls, obtain multiple group diagrams, multiple interactive controls and icons of the multiple interactive controls, establish a group diagram library based on each type, the corresponding group diagrams and the icons of the corresponding interactive controls, use a storage path of the group diagram library as group diagram interface data, and establish a control identification library based on each type and the corresponding identifications of the interactive controls.
It should be noted that the above explanation of the embodiment of the interaction method in live video shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6 is also applicable to the interaction apparatus 120 in live video of this embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, by obtaining information of a current live video, the information includes: the type of the current live broadcast video, treat the loaded group picture interface data, according to group picture interface data, acquire the group picture that corresponds with the type and as target group picture, and with target group picture transmission to terminal equipment, so that terminal equipment renders the show interface of current live broadcast video according to target group picture, because it demonstrates to confirm the group picture that corresponds based on the type of current live broadcast video, because the group picture that the video of different grade type corresponds is different, therefore, realize the display effect of live broadcast of video and the diversification of interactive effect, express the emotional atmosphere of the video of broadcasting more properly, promote user's use experience.

Fig. 16 is a block diagram of an interactive device in a live video broadcast according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 16, apparatus 1600 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1602, memory 1604, power component 1606, multimedia component 1608, audio component 1610, input/output (I/O) interface 1612, sensor component 1614, and communications component 1616.
The processing component 1602 generally controls overall operation of the device 1600, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 1602 may include one or more processors 1620 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1602 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1602 and other components. For example, the processing component 1602 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1608 and the processing component 1602.
The memory 1604 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the apparatus 1600. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1600, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1604 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
A power supply component 1606 provides power to the various components of the device 1600. The power components 1606 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 1600.
The multimedia component 1608 includes a touch-sensitive display screen that provides an output interface between the device 1600 and a user. In some embodiments, the touch display screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1608 comprises a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1600 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1610 is configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, audio component 1610 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 1600 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, recording mode, and voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1604 or transmitted via the communications component 1616. In some embodiments, audio component 1610 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1612 provides an interface between the processing component 1602 and a peripheral interface module, which can be a keyboard, click wheel, button, or the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
Sensor assembly 1614 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects to device 1600. For example, sensor assembly 1614 can detect an open/closed state of device 1600, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 1600, a change in position of device 1600 or one of the components of device 1600, the presence or absence of user contact with device 1600, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 1600, and a change in temperature of device 1600. The sensor assembly 1614 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1614 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1614 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communications component 1616 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 1600 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1600 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1616 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1616 also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1600 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described interactive methods in live video.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores one or more programs that, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform the interaction method in the live video broadcast of the first aspect of the present invention.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present invention also provides another non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores one or more programs that, when executed by a device, cause the device to execute the interactive method in the live video broadcast according to the second aspect of the present invention.

1. An interaction method in video live broadcast is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the third-party live broadcast management platform acquires information of a current live broadcast video from a background server of the terminal equipment, wherein the current live broadcast video is updated and pushed to the background server for display after the terminal equipment, and the information comprises: the type of the current live video and the group drawing interface data to be loaded are determined based on emotions conveyed by the content of the live video, the emotional content of videos broadcasted by different types of live videos is different, the type of the live video comprises a common type, a disaster type and a celebration type, and the type of the current live video comprises any one of the common type, the disaster type and the celebration type;
according to the group diagram interface data to be loaded, acquiring a group diagram corresponding to the type from a group diagram library and using the group diagram as a target group diagram, and acquiring an icon of an interaction control corresponding to the type from the group diagram library, wherein the group diagram interface data to be loaded is a storage path of the group diagram library, the interaction controls corresponding to different types of live videos are different, the icons of different interaction controls are different, the interaction control corresponding to the disaster type live video comprises a control for enabling a user to perform blessing operation, and the interaction control corresponding to the celebration type live video comprises a control for enabling the user to perform flower scattering operation;
sending the target group diagram and the icon of the interactive control to a terminal device, so that the terminal device renders a display interface of the current live video according to the target group diagram, and a user performs interactive operation on the current live video based on the interactive control corresponding to the icon, wherein the display interface of the current live video comprises: the method comprises the steps of displaying a first display interface of a live video in a small screen mode, wherein the number of the first display interfaces is at least one, and displaying a second display interface of the live video in a full screen mode, and the display interface of the current live video is rendered according to a target group diagram, and comprises the following steps: rendering the first display interface and the second display interface according to the target group diagram;
counting interaction information of a user operating the interaction control within a preset time to obtain a statistical result, and sending the statistical result to the terminal equipment, wherein the terminal equipment is used for determining an interaction effect corresponding to the type of the video to which the interaction control belongs when the user operates the interaction control after receiving the statistical result; displaying the statistical result based on corresponding interactive effects, wherein different types of live videos are displayed by adopting different types of interactive effects, and the interactive effects comprise expression forms adopted when the statistical result is displayed;
the interactive effect corresponding to the disaster-type live video comprises a floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is obtained by performing statistics on the interactive information of other users, the corresponding interactive effect is expressed in a mode of setting transparency on the floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is the interactive information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, the corresponding interactive effect comprises displaying plus 1', and the other users are users except the user to which the terminal equipment belongs;
the interactive effect corresponding to the celebration type live video comprises a floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is obtained by counting the interactive information of other users, the corresponding interactive effect is represented by setting transparency for the floating Bezier curve and setting the floating Bezier curve to be in a rotary floating form, and if the statistical result is the interactive information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, the corresponding interactive effect is represented by displaying a fireworks-style Bezier curve and displaying a "+1" zooming form.
2. An interactive method in a live video, as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring an interactive control identification corresponding to the type of the current live video from a control identification library, and sending the interactive control identification to the terminal equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the obtaining the information of the current live video, the method further comprises:
carrying out statistical classification on the types of the videos to obtain multiple types;
determining group diagrams corresponding to each type and corresponding interactive controls, and determining icons of the interactive controls to obtain various group diagrams, a plurality of interactive controls and icons of the interactive controls;
establishing the group diagram library based on each type, the corresponding group diagram and the icon of the corresponding interaction control, and taking the storage path of the group diagram library as the group diagram interface data;
and establishing the control identification library based on the identification of each type and the corresponding interactive control.
4. An interactive method in a live video, as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein said obtaining information of the current live video comprises:
and analyzing the content and/or type label of the current live video to acquire the type of the current live video.
5. An interaction method in video live broadcast is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a target group diagram sent by a third-party live broadcast management platform and an icon of an interactive control, wherein the target group diagram is obtained by the third-party live broadcast management platform from a background server of a terminal device according to information of a current live broadcast video, the current live broadcast video is updated and pushed to the background server to be displayed behind the terminal device, and the information comprises: the type of the current live video and the group diagram interface data to be loaded are set diagrams which are acquired from a group diagram library by the group diagram interface data to be loaded and correspond to the type of the current live video, the group diagram interface data to be loaded are storage paths of the group diagram library, the type of the live video is determined based on emotions conveyed by the content of the live video, the emotional content of videos broadcasted by different types of live videos is different, the type of the live video comprises a common type, a disaster type and a celebration type, and the type of the current live video comprises any one of the common type, the disaster type and the celebration type; the icons are obtained by the third-party live broadcast management platform from the group gallery and correspond to the types of the current live broadcast videos, wherein the interactive controls corresponding to different types of live broadcast videos are different, the icons of different interactive controls are different, the interactive control corresponding to the disaster type live broadcast video comprises a control for enabling a user to perform blessing operation, and the interactive control corresponding to the celebration type live broadcast video comprises a control for enabling the user to perform flower scattering operation;
rendering the display interface of the current live video according to the target group diagram and the icon of the interactive control so as to enable a user to interact based on the rendered display interface, and performing interactive operation on the interactive control corresponding to the icon and the current live video, wherein the display interface of the current live video comprises: the method comprises the steps of displaying a first display interface of live video in a small screen mode, wherein the number of the first display interfaces is at least one, and displaying a second display interface of the live video in a full screen mode, and rendering the display interface of the current live video according to the target group diagram, and comprises the following steps: rendering the first display interface and the second display interface according to the target group diagram;
receiving a statistical result sent by the third-party live broadcast management platform, wherein the statistical result is obtained by counting the interaction information of the user operating the interaction control within the preset time by the third-party live broadcast management platform;
when a user operates the interactive control, determining an interactive effect corresponding to the type of the video to which the interactive control belongs; displaying the statistical result based on corresponding interactive effects, wherein different types of live videos are displayed by adopting different types of interactive effects, and the interactive effects comprise expression forms adopted when the statistical result is displayed;
the interactive effect corresponding to the disaster-type live video comprises a floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is obtained by performing statistics on the interactive information of other users, the corresponding interactive effect is expressed in a mode of setting transparency on the floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is the interactive information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, the corresponding interactive effect comprises displaying plus 1', and the other users are users except the user to which the terminal equipment belongs;
the interactive effect corresponding to the celebration type live video comprises a floating Bezier curve, if the statistical result is obtained by counting the interactive information of other users, the corresponding interactive effect is represented by setting transparency for the floating Bezier curve and setting the floating Bezier curve to be in a rotary floating form, and if the statistical result is the interactive information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs, the corresponding interactive effect is represented by displaying a fireworks-style Bezier curve and displaying a "+1" zooming form.
6. An interactive method in a live video, as claimed in claim 5, further comprising:
receiving an interactive control identification and an interactive control icon sent by the third-party live broadcast management platform, wherein the interactive control is used for enabling a user to perform interactive operation with the current live broadcast video;
the rendering the display interface of the current live video according to the target group diagram so as to enable a user to interact based on the rendered display interface, further comprising:
acquiring a corresponding interactive control according to the interactive control identification;
arranging the corresponding interaction control in the display interface;
rendering the arranged interactive controls according to the icons of the interactive controls so that the user can interact based on the rendered interactive controls.

An interactive method in a live video, as claimed in claim 6, further comprising: the statistical result comprises a first statistical result and a second statistical result, the first statistical result is obtained by the third-party live broadcast management platform counting the interaction information of the user for operating the interaction control within the preset time, and the second statistical result is obtained by the third-party live broadcast management platform counting the interaction information of the user except the user for operating the interaction control within the preset time;
the user interacts based on the rendered interactive control, and the method comprises the following steps:
and receiving an obtaining instruction of the user for the first statistical result and/or the second statistical result, and displaying the statistical result corresponding to the obtaining instruction.

the group drawing acquisition module is used for acquiring a group drawing corresponding to the type from a group drawing library according to the group drawing interface data to be loaded, taking the group drawing as a target group drawing and acquiring an icon of an interactive control corresponding to the type from the group drawing library, wherein the group drawing interface data to be loaded is a storage path of the group drawing library, the interactive controls corresponding to different types of live videos are different, the icons of different interactive controls are different, the interactive control corresponding to the disaster type live video comprises a control used for enabling a user to perform blessing operation, and the interactive control corresponding to the celebration type live video comprises a control used for enabling the user to perform flower spreading operation;
the group picture sending module is used for sending the target group picture and the icon of the interactive control to a terminal device, so that the terminal device renders a display interface of the current live video according to the target group picture, and a user can perform interactive operation on the interactive control corresponding to the icon and the current live video, wherein the display interface of the current live video comprises: the method comprises the steps of displaying a first display interface of a live video in a small screen mode, wherein the number of the first display interfaces is at least one, and displaying a second display interface of the live video in a full screen mode, and the display interface of the current live video is rendered according to a target group diagram, and comprises the following steps: rendering the first display interface and the second display interface according to the target group diagram;
