Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of displaying pictures in a live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the method including the following steps S110 and S120.
In step S110, when a first operation input by a user is received in a live broadcast process, a picture upload entry is provided for the user.
In one embodiment, the live process refers to a process of video live using a mobile terminal or other device. In one embodiment, the user may be a main broadcast, i.e., a person who is live using the method of displaying pictures in live according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and displays the pictures uploaded from the local on the live screen. In another embodiment, the user may be another person, such as a photographer who operates a mobile terminal or other device to take a video of a main broadcast for live broadcast.
In one embodiment, the first operation input by the user may be an operation of clicking a specific virtual key on a live screen, and may also be an operation of pressing a key on a mobile terminal or other device for live broadcasting.
In one embodiment, the picture upload portal may refer to a picture loading dialog box provided for the user.
In step S120, when a picture is received through the picture upload portal, a live view is displayed on all or a part of the entire view, and the picture is displayed in one window in the entire view.
In one embodiment, step S120 includes: when a picture is received through the picture uploading portal, displaying a live broadcast picture on the whole picture, and displaying the picture in a window overlapped on the live broadcast picture; or when the picture is received through the picture uploading portal, displaying the live broadcast picture on a part of the whole picture, and displaying the picture in a window which is not overlapped with the part of the live broadcast picture on the whole picture.
In one embodiment, when a live view is displayed on the entire view of the display screen of the mobile terminal, a small window may be provided on the entire view to display a picture. For example, a small window is provided in the lower right corner of the entire screen to display a picture. This display mode may also be referred to as a size window mode. Therefore, the shielding of the window to the live broadcast picture is small when the live broadcast picture is displayed to the maximum extent, and the audience experience is facilitated. Note that the window may be located in other positions of the entire screen.
In one embodiment, when a live view is displayed on a partial area of the entire view of the display screen of the mobile terminal, a small window may be provided to display a picture at another position on the entire view where the live view is not displayed. For example, a live view is displayed on the upper half of the entire screen, and a picture is displayed on the lower half of the entire screen. This display mode may also be referred to as a top-down window mode. Therefore, the window for displaying the picture can not shield the live broadcast picture completely, and the audience experience is facilitated. It should be noted that the positional relationship between the window and the live view is not limited to the vertical relationship, and may be other positional relationships that are not blocked by each other.
In one embodiment, when the window displays the pictures, a closing button can be provided at the upper left corner or the upper right corner of the window, and after the closing button is clicked, the window disappears from the live pictures and stops picture sharing. In one embodiment, a "switch" button may be provided in the upper right or left corner of the window, and when the "switch" button is clicked, a large-small window switch, i.e., a switch of contents, may be performed between the live view and the window displaying the picture.
In one embodiment, the display area of the window is fixed. That is, the window is located at a fixed position on the entire screen, and its size is also fixed. The display area of the window is fixed, so that the window size does not need to be set according to the size of the picture, the stability of the whole live broadcast picture is ensured, and the comfort level of audiences is improved.
In one embodiment, after scaling the picture equally, the scaled picture is displayed in a window. After the pictures are scaled in equal proportion, the scaled pictures are displayed in the window, so that the window can display the complete pictures, and a viewer can watch the pictures in the window.
In one embodiment, when the scaled picture is insufficient to fill the window, black is filled in the blank of the window. In another embodiment, the blank of the window can be filled with other colors such as white, gray, etc. When the zoomed picture is not enough to fill the window, the blank of the window is filled with black, so that the picture display effect of the window is ensured, and the comfort level of audiences is improved.
According to the method for displaying the pictures in the live broadcast, when a first operation input by a user is received in the live broadcast process, a picture uploading inlet is provided for the user; when the picture is received through the picture uploading entrance, the live broadcast picture is displayed on all or a part of the whole picture, and the picture is displayed in one window in the whole picture, so that the user can share the picture with audiences in the live broadcast process. Therefore, in the technology for displaying pictures in live broadcasting disclosed by the invention, the anchor provides the ability of sharing local pictures in the live broadcasting process, so that more chat topics are generated in the live broadcasting process for a user, the user and audiences can better chat a certain topic conveniently, the chat content in the live broadcasting room is enriched, in addition, the novel display form also can cause the attention and interaction of the audiences more easily, and the audience experience is improved.

An application scenario of the method for displaying pictures in live broadcast according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is further described below with reference to fig. 6 to 10.
As shown in fig. 6, live broadcast is performed on one mobile terminal. When live broadcasting is performed, a live broadcast screen 601 is displayed on the entire screen 600, and a picture 621 is displayed in one window 620 superimposed on the live broadcast screen 601 in the entire screen 600. As shown in fig. 6, the upper left corner of the window 620 provides a switch button (a button to zoom the content displayed in the window 620 to the entire screen), and the upper right corner of the window 620 provides a close button.
In this case, when a second operation input by the user is received during live broadcasting, for example, clicking a switch button in the upper left corner of the window 620, the picture 621 is switched to be displayed on the entire screen 600, and the live screen 601 is switched to be displayed in the window 620, as shown in fig. 7.
When a third operation (for example, a finger sliding rightward on the screen) input by the user is received during live broadcasting, an operation region for operating live broadcasting, which is displayed on the entire screen 600, is hidden. As shown in fig. 8, when the picture 621 is switched to be displayed in the entire screen (which may also be referred to as a large window mode), the operation region (including the viewer icon and the operation buttons including the star ticket and the bottom of the entire screen as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and the gift and the bullet screen, etc., not shown in fig. 6 and 7) may be divided by one-finger right division.
Under the condition that the operation area is hidden (drawn), when a fourth operation (for example, zooming in and zooming out the picture by using two fingers, selecting a fixed picture by using two fingers, dragging the picture up and down after selecting the picture, and the like) input by the user is received in the live broadcasting process, the picture 621 can be adjusted (or referred to as a high-level operation), that is, the picture is correspondingly zoomed in, zoomed out, dragged, and the like.
In addition, it should be noted that, although the screens shown in fig. 6 to 8 are all displayed in a vertical screen, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and as shown in fig. 9, the screens may also be displayed in a horizontal screen.
In another example, as shown in fig. 10, a live screen 1011 may be displayed on a portion 1010 over the entire screen, and a picture 1021 may be displayed in one window 1020 over the entire screen that does not overlap with the portion 1010 over which the live screen 1011 is displayed. When a third operation (for example, a finger sliding to the right on the screen) input by the user is received during live broadcasting, an operation area for operating live broadcasting, which is displayed on the entire screen, is hidden. In the case that the operation area is hidden (dragged), when a fifth operation (for example, zooming in and zooming out the picture, selecting a fixed picture with two fingers, dragging up and down after selecting the picture, and the like) input by the user is received during the live broadcast, the picture 1021 may be adjusted (or referred to as an advanced operation), that is, the picture 1021 is correspondingly zoomed in, zoomed out, dragged, and the like.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for displaying pictures on a live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus includes an upload entry providing module 1110 and a display module 1120.
The upload entry providing module 1110 is configured to provide a picture upload entry for a user when a first operation input by the user is received in a live broadcast process.
In one embodiment, the live process refers to a process of video live using a mobile terminal or other device. In one embodiment, the user may be a main broadcast, i.e., a person who is live using an apparatus for displaying pictures in live broadcast according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and displays pictures uploaded from the local on a live broadcast screen.
The display module 1120 is configured to display a live screen on all or a part of the entire screen and display a picture in one window in the entire screen when the picture is received through the picture upload portal.
