The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of live display according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied in a terminal. In this embodiment, for convenience of understanding, the description is given in conjunction with a terminal device having a display screen and a live client installed. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal device such as a smart phone, a smart wearable device, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 101, video thumbnail data corresponding to a live room is acquired.
Generally, when a live client in a terminal is turned on, a list of live rooms is usually displayed first. The user can select the live broadcasting room through the list of the live broadcasting rooms and play the live broadcasting program which is desired to be watched. Since there may be many live rooms that cannot be displayed at once through the screen, a list of a partial number of live rooms may be displayed per screen. For example, each screen may display a list of 2 live rooms, or a list of 3 live rooms, or a list of 9 live rooms, and so on.
In this embodiment, first, identification information of a live broadcast room to be currently displayed needs to be determined, and then video thumbnail data corresponding to the live broadcast room is acquired according to the identification information. Wherein the required flow of the video thumbnail data is smaller than that of the video live broadcast data of the live broadcast room.
In an implementation manner, the video live broadcast data of the live broadcast room may be processed according to a preset resolution compression ratio to obtain video thumbnail data corresponding to the live broadcast room. Specifically, the preset resolution compression ratio is a ratio preset to compress the resolution of the original video data. For example, assuming that the resolution of the original video data is a and the preset resolution compression ratio is b%, the video live broadcast data in the live broadcast room is processed according to the compression ratio of b%, and then the video thumbnail data corresponding to the live broadcast room with the resolution of a × b% can be obtained. The preset resolution compression ratio may be any reasonable compression ratio. It is understood that the present disclosure is not limited to specific values of the preset resolution compression ratio.
Optionally, the video live broadcast data in the live broadcast room may also be processed according to a preset resolution compression ratio within a predetermined time period (for example, within the first 3 minutes of the start of live broadcast, or a certain time period preset by the anchor), so as to obtain video thumbnail data corresponding to the live broadcast room.
In another implementation manner, a video frame combination corresponding to the live broadcast room may also be acquired at preset time intervals as the video thumbnail data. Specifically, the video frame combination corresponding to the live room may be acquired in real time at predetermined time intervals (e.g., 3 seconds, 5 seconds, or 10 seconds, or 15 seconds, etc.).
Alternatively, the corresponding video frame combination may also be acquired at intervals within a predetermined time period (e.g., within the first 5 minutes of the start of the live broadcast, or within a certain time period preset by the anchor).
In another implementation manner, when there is a time period in which the accumulated real-time interactive data amount is greater than a preset value, video thumbnail data may be generated according to the video live broadcast data of the time period. Specifically, the accumulated real-time interaction data amount may be an accumulated real-time interaction data amount based on a predetermined time period. The interactive data volume may be a volume of data associated with an interaction between the anchor and the viewer. For example, the data amount may be the amount of gifts given by the audience to the anchor, the data amount of barrage information sent by the audience, the sum of the amount of gifts given by the audience and the amount of barrage information sent, and the like.
In this embodiment, the live video data of the time slot is extracted, the live video data may be used as video thumbnail data, a part of video frames may also be extracted from the live video data as video thumbnail data, and the live video data may also be compressed according to a preset resolution compression ratio to obtain video thumbnail data. It is understood that the video thumbnail data may also be generated from the video live data of the time period in other manners, and the present disclosure is not limited in particular manner of generating the video thumbnail data.
In step 102, cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is generated according to the video thumbnail data.
In step 103, cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is displayed.
In this embodiment, the corresponding cover art data may be displayed in the display window of each corresponding live room in the live room list. The cover data may be data related to the corresponding live room, for example, video data related to the corresponding live room, or image data, or text data, or the like. According to the video thumbnail data, cover page data in a video form corresponding to the live broadcast room can be generated, and the cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is displayed.
According to the live broadcast display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the video thumbnail data corresponding to the live broadcast room is acquired, the cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is generated according to the video thumbnail data, and the cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is displayed. Therefore, the method and the device realize that the audience can watch the real-time live broadcast picture in the live broadcast room without entering the live broadcast room, and further reduce the time required for the audience to select the live broadcast room to be entered.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another live display method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the process of switching the cover display mode is described in detail, and the method can be applied to a terminal and includes the following steps:
in step 201, video thumbnail data corresponding to a live room is acquired.
In step 202, cover page data corresponding to the live broadcast room is generated according to the video thumbnail data.
In step 203, cover page data corresponding to the live room is displayed.
In step 204, when a cover display mode switching instruction is detected, image cover data corresponding to the live broadcast room is generated.
In the present embodiment, the cover display mode may include a video cover mode and an image cover mode. In the video cover mode, cover data generated from the video thumbnail data can be displayed in a display window of a live broadcast room. In the image cover mode, an image related to the live room may be displayed in a display window of the live room. The image may be an avatar of a main broadcast of the live broadcast room, or may be any one frame of image in the live video data of the live broadcast room, which is not limited in this respect.
Specifically, in one implementation, avatar information corresponding to a live broadcast room may be acquired, and image cover data in the form of an avatar may be generated based on the avatar information. In another implementation manner, any frame of image in the live video data of the live broadcast room can be acquired, and image cover data in the form of live program images can be generated according to any frame of image in the live video data of the live broadcast room. It is understood that there may be other ways to generate image cover data corresponding to the live broadcast room, and the present disclosure is not limited to the specific way to generate image cover data corresponding to the live broadcast room.
In this embodiment, the cover display mode switching instruction is an instruction for instructing to switch the cover display mode, and the switching instruction may be an instruction triggered when a predetermined virtual button is clicked or an instruction triggered when a predetermined gesture operation is performed.
It should be noted that, for the same steps as in the embodiment of fig. 1, details are not repeated in the embodiment of fig. 2, and related contents may refer to the embodiment of fig. 1.
The live broadcast display method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure further generates image cover data corresponding to the live broadcast room when a cover display mode switching instruction is detected, so that the consumed flow of the audience can be reduced.
It should be noted that while the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
