Example one
One of the scenarios applied in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: in the same group, the employees are assigned with conference room reservation authorities according to the company to which the employees belong, the employees of the company can reserve local conferences or video conferences in the company to which the employees belong, but the employees of the company do not have the authority to reserve conference rooms of companies which are not owned, and the employees of different companies need to hold multi-party video conferences.
For example. A three-party video conference is wanted among employees of company A, employees of company B and employees of company C, but the employees of company A, the employees of company B and the employees of company C have no authority to book the video conference comprising a conference room of company A, a conference room of company B and a conference room of company C, and only a local conference (only the conference room is reserved) or the video conference of the company can be respectively preset. At this time, the employees of company a subscribe to the local conference corresponding to the conference room of company a, the employees of company B subscribe to the local conference corresponding to the conference room of company B, and the employees of company C subscribe to the local conference corresponding to the conference room of company C, and these three independent local conferences can be combined into one video conference by the local conference combining method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a local conference merging method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the local conference merging method is executed in a server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101, receiving a conference merging request sent by a first client corresponding to a first local conference, wherein the conference merging request comprises first conference information corresponding to the first local conference and second conference information corresponding to a second local conference to be merged.
And S102, generating merged conference examination and approval information according to the conference merging request, wherein the merged conference examination and approval information is used for acquiring indication information of whether the second local conference and the first local conference are merged or not.
And S103, sending the examination and approval information of the merged conference to a second client corresponding to the second local conference.
And S104, receiving reply information of the approval information of the combined conference returned by the second client, wherein the reply information comprises indication information of whether the conference combination is approved or not.
And S105, generating the video conference according to the reply information indicating the conference merging agreement.
The merged conference examination and approval information may include first conference information.
The number of the second local conferences may be one, or two or more.
Each local conference occupies an independent conference room, and all participants of one local conference are in the same conference room, so that the local conference can be regarded as a party conference.
Wherein the video conference is a multi-party conference with at least two parties. Each participant of the video conference is in the same conference room and participants of different parties of the video conference are in different conference rooms.
Video conferencing requires video resources provided in the background to support. Video resources are a general term for resources used to support the functions of multimedia information exchange, transmission, multipoint call and connection in a video conference. The video resources may include an MCU (video conference system central control device, that is, a multipoint conference controller) used for the video conference, a bandwidth occupied by the video conference, and the like.
Through the embodiment of the local conference merging method provided by the invention, when a conference organizer can not reserve some conference rooms due to conference room conflict or conference room special permission limitation but needs to use the conference rooms which can not be reserved, users with permission can be requested to reserve local conferences respectively, the conference organizer also reserves the local conference, then the conference organizer initiates a merging application to other local conferences which can not be reserved by the user, and the other local conferences are merged with the local conferences reserved by the conference organizer after the consent of the other local conferences to generate a video conference, so that the merging of the local conferences is realized, and a plurality of local conferences are accessed into the same video conference.
For example. Suppose a subscribes to a local conference 1, b subscribes to a local conference 2, c subscribes to a local conference 3, and none of the local conference 1, the local conference 2, and the local conference 3 reserves video resources. A, sending a conference merging request for merging a local conference 2, a local conference 3 and a local conference 1 to a server through a first client, generating merging conference approval information by the server according to the request, respectively sending the merging conference approval information to a second client corresponding to the local conference 2 and a second client corresponding to the local conference 3, respectively returning reply information to the server through the second clients, if the second client and the third client both agree to merge, merging the local conference 1, the local conference 2 and the local conference 3 into a video conference by the server, and reserving video resources for the video conference. And if the second party agrees to merge and the third party agrees to merge, the server merges the local conference 1 and the local conference 2 into a video conference and reserves video resources for the video conference.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: determining that a requester of the conference merging request is a conference manager of the video conference; or determining the requester of the conference merging request and the conference manager of the human video conference with the highest position in the conference applicants corresponding to the second local conference.
The conference manager can be used for managing conference time and conference resources of the video conference generated after the video conference is combined.
In one exemplary implementation, generating the video conference based on the reply information indicating agreement to conference merging may include: selecting first reply information indicating agreement to conference merging from the reply information; determining a second local conference corresponding to the first reply information as a prepared local conference; generating a video conference according to the first local conference and the prepared local conference; and acquiring the appointed video resource as the reserved resource of the video conference.
In this example, it is determined from the reply information which second local conferences can be merged with the first local conference. Only if the applicant of the second local conference agrees to merge is the corresponding second local conference merged with the first local conference.
On the basis of the above example, in an exemplary implementation procedure, the local conference merging method may further include: acquiring conference information of a video conference; and sending the conference information of the video conference to the first client and a second client corresponding to the prepared local conference.
In this example, after the video conference is generated, the conference information of the video conference is notified to the parties participating in the video conference, so that the conference participants can know the arrangement of the video conference in time and participate in the video conference in time.
The conference information of the video conference may include conference subject, conference holding time, conference room participating in the video conference, and the like.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: and deleting the first meeting scheduled information corresponding to the first local meeting and preparing the second meeting scheduled information corresponding to the local meeting.
After the video conference is established, both the first local conference and the standby local conference are already merged into the video conference, so that the first conference reservation information corresponding to the first local conference and the second conference reservation information corresponding to the standby local conference can be deleted. After deletion, the number of conferences managed by the server is reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the burden of the server.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: and if the modification information of the first local conference and/or the modification information of any second local conference are/is received before the reply information is received, canceling the conference merging operation corresponding to the conference merging request.
The meaning of canceling the conference merging operation corresponding to the conference merging request is as follows: and respectively restoring the first local conference and the second local conference into independent local conferences, and stopping executing the subsequent operation of the conference merging.
After the conference merging operation is cancelled, if local conference merging needs to be performed for the modified first local conference/second local conference, the conference merging request needs to be reinitiated.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: when all the reply information indicates that the conference merging is not approved, generating information for indicating that the conference merging fails; and sending information for indicating that the conference merging fails to the first client.
By the example, the requester of the conference merging request can timely acquire the conference merging result.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: if the reply information returned by the appointed second client is not received within the appointed reply duration, confirming that the appointed second local conference corresponding to the appointed second client does not agree with conference merging; and generating merging cancellation information, and sending the merging cancellation information to the appointed second client, wherein the merging cancellation information is used for prompting that the conference merging operation of the appointed second local conference is cancelled.
In this example, when the server does not receive reply information returned by a second client within a specified reply duration, it is default that the second local conference corresponding to the second client does not agree with conference merging, so as to cancel the merging operation of the second local conference, and at the same time, the server notifies the second client of the merging cancellation information, so as to notify the corresponding second local conference applicant. Therefore, when the applicant of some second local conferences does not reply the reply information which is agreed or not later, the server can carry out the conference merging operation in time according to the reply information which is replied, so that the waiting time of the replied applicant is prevented from being too long, the user experience can be improved on one hand, the conference merging operation efficiency can be improved on the other hand, and the time consumption of the conference merging process caused by the fact that the applicant or the applicants of some second local conferences do not reply in time is prevented from being too long.
On the basis of the above example, in an exemplary implementation procedure, the local conference merging method may further include: and acquiring the specified reply time length corresponding to the second local conference.
In an exemplary implementation, obtaining the specified reply duration corresponding to the second local conference may include: determining a target job corresponding to the conference applicant of the second local conference; searching a target appointed reply duration corresponding to the target job as an appointed reply duration corresponding to the second local conference according to the corresponding relation between the job and the appointed reply duration; in the corresponding relation between the positions and the specified reply duration, the specified reply duration corresponding to the first position is longer than the specified reply duration corresponding to the second position, wherein the first position is higher than the second position.
The correspondence between the post and the designated reply time may be stored in the server or other storage locations accessible to the server in advance.
According to the present example, the higher the job, the longer the specified response time, and the lower the job, the shorter the specified response time.
In an exemplary implementation, the local conference merging method may further include: if the reply information returned by the appointed second client is not received within the appointed time length, generating reminding information, wherein the reminding information is used for prompting the return of the reply information; acquiring a contact way of an applicant of a specified second local conference corresponding to a specified second client; and sending the reminding information to a third client corresponding to the applicant according to the contact way.
By the example, when the applicant of the second local conference fails to examine and approve in time and the server fails to receive the response information in time, the server automatically reminds the applicant so that the applicant can examine and approve as early as possible, time of a conference merging process can be reduced as much as possible, and processing efficiency of conference merging is improved.
The reminding message can be an email, a mobile phone short message and the like.
According to the local conference merging method provided by the embodiment of the invention, by receiving the conference merging request sent by the first client corresponding to the first local conference, generating the merged conference approval information according to the conference merging request, sending the merged conference approval information to the second client corresponding to the second local conference, receiving the reply information of the merged conference approval information returned by the second client, and generating the video conference according to the reply information indicating that the conference merging is agreed, when an organizer of the multi-party conference does not have the booking right of all conference rooms corresponding to the multi-party conference, a plurality of local conferences can be merged into one video conference to achieve the purpose of booking the multi-party conference, so that the difficulty of booking the conference by the conference organizer is reduced.
