In an exemplary implementation, the system for acquiring conference resources may further include:
the judgment module is used for judging whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room or not when the grade of the target meeting room is not the highest grade;
the second information reading module is used for reading second conference resource information corresponding to the highest level when VIP personnel exist in the participants of the appointed conference room;
the second resource pool determining module is used for determining a second resource pool corresponding to the second conference resource information;
and the second resource calling module is used for calling a second conference resource corresponding to the second conference resource information from the second resource pool as the conference resource of the designated conference room.
In an exemplary implementation process, the determining module, when configured to determine whether there is a VIP person among the participants in the designated meeting room, is specifically configured to: sending a query message to a first client, wherein the query message is used for querying whether answer information of VIP (very important person) exists in participants of a specified conference room; receiving reply information corresponding to the query message returned by the first client; and determining whether VIP personnel exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room according to the reply information.
In an exemplary implementation process, the determining module, when configured to determine whether there is a VIP person among the participants in the designated meeting room, is specifically configured to: acquiring a first person list corresponding to all participants of a designated meeting room and a second person list corresponding to all VIP persons; if the first person list contains the persons in the second person list, determining that VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room; and if the first person list does not contain the persons in the second person list, determining that no VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room.
In an exemplary implementation, the system for acquiring conference resources may further include:
the first searching module is used for searching a third conference resource from the first resource pool if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool is not left;
the first information generation module is used for generating first scheduling application information according to the third conference resource and the appointed conference room, wherein the first scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information which indicates whether the third conference resource is scheduled to the appointed conference room;
the first sending module is used for sending first scheduling application information to a second client corresponding to a conference room administrator of the first resource pool;
the first information receiving module is used for receiving first scheduling reply information which is returned by the second client and corresponds to the first scheduling application information;
the second resource calling module is used for calling the third conference resource to be used as the conference resource of the appointed conference room if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use;
and the conference room grade corresponding to the third conference resource is different from the conference room grade corresponding to the first conference resource.
In an exemplary implementation, the system for acquiring conference resources may further include:
the second generation module is used for generating conference resource acquisition failure information if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is not allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use, wherein the conference resource acquisition failure information is used for indicating that no conference resource which is available for scheduling in the appointed conference room currently exists;
and the second sending module is used for sending the conference resource acquisition failure information to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the system for acquiring conference resources may further include:
the second searching module is used for searching a fourth conference resource from a third resource pool different from the first resource pool if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool is not left;
the third generation module is used for generating second scheduling application information according to the fourth conference resource and the appointed conference room, wherein the second scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information which indicates whether the fourth conference resource is scheduled to the appointed conference room;
the third sending module is used for sending second scheduling application information to a third client corresponding to a conference room administrator of a third resource pool;
the second information receiving module is used for receiving second scheduling reply information which is returned by the second client and corresponds to the second scheduling application information;
and the fourth calling module is used for calling the fourth conference resource as the conference resource of the appointed conference room if the second scheduling reply information indicates that the fourth conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use.
The system for acquiring conference resources provided in the embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the method for acquiring conference resources provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, and therefore, for a place that is not described in detail in this embodiment, please refer to the description of the corresponding part in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The conference resource acquiring system provided in the embodiment of the present invention acquires a target conference room level corresponding to an assigned conference room by receiving a conference resource acquiring request of a first client for the assigned conference room, reads first conference resource information corresponding to the target conference room level according to a preset correspondence between the conference room level and the conference resource information, determines a first resource pool corresponding to the first conference resource information, and retrieves a first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information from the first resource pool as a conference resource of the assigned conference room, wherein the higher the target conference room level is, the better the conference resource of the assigned conference room is, the resource pool of the conference resource is automatically determined according to the conference room level corresponding to the conference room, and the conference resource is automatically scheduled for the conference room from the resource pool without manual scheduling by a conference room administrator, thereby shortening the time required for scheduling the conference resource, therefore, the processing efficiency of conference resource scheduling is improved.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment of the present invention provides a server, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the method for acquiring a conference resource according to any one of the embodiments are implemented.
Fig. 3 is a simplified block diagram of a server provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the server 300 may include a processor 301 coupled to one or more data storage facilities, which may include a storage medium 306 and a memory unit 304. Server 300 may also include an input interface 305 and an output interface 307 for communicating with another device or system. The program code executed by the CPU of the processor 301 may be stored in the memory unit 304 or the storage medium 306.
The processor 301 in the server 300 calls the program code stored in the memory unit 304 or the storage medium 306 to execute the following steps:
receiving a conference resource acquisition request of a first client for a designated conference room;
acquiring a target conference room grade corresponding to the appointed conference room;
reading first meeting resource information corresponding to the target meeting room level according to the corresponding relation between the preset meeting room level and the meeting resource information;
determining a first resource pool corresponding to the first conference resource information;
calling a first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information from the first resource pool to serve as a conference resource of the appointed conference room;
wherein the higher the target meeting room level, the better the meeting resources of the designated meeting room.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301, in obtaining player data for a target player at more than one gaming platform, may be configured to:
in one exemplary implementation, the conference room is designated as a VIP conference room, the conference room level is the highest level, and the first resource pool is a VIP resource pool.
In an exemplary implementation, the conference room is designated as a non-VIP conference room, the conference room level corresponding to the non-VIP conference room is lower than the highest level, and the first resource pool is a non-VIP resource pool.
In an exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
when the grade of the appointed meeting room is not the highest grade, judging whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room;
reading second conference resource information corresponding to the highest level when VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the appointed conference room;
determining a second resource pool corresponding to the second conference resource information;
and in the second resource pool, calling a second conference resource corresponding to the second conference resource information as the conference resource of the appointed conference room.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301, in determining whether there is a VIP person among the participants in the designated conference room, may be configured to:
sending a query message to a first client, wherein the query message is used for querying whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the target meeting room;
receiving reply information corresponding to the query message returned by the first client;
and determining that no VIP person exists in the participants of the appointed meeting room according to the response information.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301, in determining whether there is a VIP person among the participants in the designated conference room, may be configured to:
acquiring a first person list corresponding to all participants of a designated meeting room and a second person list corresponding to all VIP persons;
if the first person list contains the persons in the second person list, determining that VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room; and if the first person list does not contain the persons in the second person list, determining that no VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room.
In an exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool is not left, searching a third conference resource from the first resource pool;
generating first scheduling application information according to the third conference resource and the appointed conference room, wherein the first scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information which indicates whether the third conference resource is scheduled to the appointed conference room;
sending first scheduling application information to a second client corresponding to a conference room administrator of the first resource pool;
receiving first scheduling reply information which is returned by the second client and corresponds to the first scheduling application information;
if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use, the third conference resource is called and used as the conference resource of the appointed conference room;
and the conference room grade corresponding to the third conference resource is different from the conference room grade corresponding to the first conference resource.
In an exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is not scheduled to be used in the appointed conference room, generating conference resource acquisition failure information, wherein the conference resource acquisition failure information is used for indicating that no conference resource which is available for the appointed conference room to schedule currently exists;
and sending the conference resource acquisition failure information to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool does not remain, searching a fourth conference resource from a third resource pool different from the first resource pool;
generating second scheduling application information according to the fourth conference resource and the appointed conference room, wherein the second scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information for determining whether the fourth conference resource is scheduled to the appointed conference room;
sending second scheduling application information to a third client corresponding to a conference room administrator of a third resource pool;
receiving second scheduling reply information which is returned by the second client and corresponds to the second scheduling application information;
and if the second scheduling reply information indicates that the fourth conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use, the fourth conference resource is called and used as the conference resource of the appointed conference room.
Example four
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps of the method for acquiring a conference resource according to any one of the foregoing embodiments.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system, the apparatus and the module described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a Processor (Processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (9)

1. A method for acquiring conference resources is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a conference resource acquisition request of a first client for a designated conference room;
acquiring a target conference room grade corresponding to the designated conference room;
reading first meeting resource information corresponding to the target meeting room level according to the corresponding relation between the preset meeting room level and the meeting resource information;
determining a first resource pool corresponding to the first conference resource information;
calling a first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information from the first resource pool to serve as a conference resource of the appointed conference room;
the higher the target conference room level is, the better the conference resources of the specified conference room are;
when the target conference room level is not the highest level, judging whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the specified conference room;
when there is a VIP person in the participants of the appointed meeting room, reading second meeting resource information corresponding to the highest level;
determining a second resource pool corresponding to the second conference resource information;
and calling a second conference resource corresponding to the second conference resource information from the second resource pool as the conference resource of the appointed conference room.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether any of the participants in the designated conference room have VIP people comprises:
sending a query message to the first client, wherein the query message is used for querying whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the specified meeting room;
receiving reply information corresponding to the query message returned by the first client;
and determining whether VIP personnel exist in the participants of the specified meeting room according to the reply information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether any of the participants in the designated conference room have VIP people comprises:
acquiring a first person list corresponding to all participants of the appointed meeting room and a second person list corresponding to all VIP persons;
if the first person list contains the persons in the second person list, determining that VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room; and if the first person list does not contain the persons in the second person list, determining that no VIP persons exist in the participants of the appointed meeting room.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool is not left, searching a third conference resource from the first resource pool;
generating first scheduling application information according to the third conference resource and the appointed conference room, wherein the first scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information used for determining whether the third conference resource is scheduled to the appointed conference room;
sending the first scheduling application information to a second client corresponding to a conference room administrator of the first resource pool;
receiving first scheduling reply information which is returned by the second client and corresponds to the first scheduling application information;
if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use, the third conference resource is called and used as the conference resource of the appointed conference room;
and the conference room level corresponding to the third conference resource is different from the conference room level corresponding to the first conference resource.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the first scheduling reply information indicates that the third conference resource is not scheduled to the designated conference room for use, generating conference resource acquisition failure information, wherein the conference resource acquisition failure information is used for indicating that no conference resource which is available for scheduling in the designated conference room currently exists;
and sending the conference resource acquisition failure information to the first client.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
if the first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information in the first resource pool does not remain, searching a fourth conference resource from a third resource pool different from the first resource pool;
generating second scheduling application information according to the fourth conference resource and the designated conference room, wherein the second scheduling application information is used for acquiring reply information used for determining whether the fourth conference resource is scheduled to the designated conference room;
sending the second scheduling application information to a third client corresponding to a conference room administrator of the third resource pool;
receiving second scheduling reply information which is returned by the third client and corresponds to the second scheduling application information;
and if the second scheduling reply information indicates that the fourth conference resource is allowed to be scheduled to the appointed conference room for use, the fourth conference resource is called to serve as the conference resource of the appointed conference room.
7. A system for acquiring conference resources, the system comprising:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a conference resource acquisition request of a first client for a specified conference room;
the grade acquisition module is used for acquiring the grade of the target conference room corresponding to the specified conference room;
the first information reading module is used for reading first conference resource information corresponding to the target conference room level according to the corresponding relation between the preset conference room level and the conference resource information;
a first resource pool determining module, configured to determine a first resource pool corresponding to the first conference resource information;
a first resource calling module, configured to call, from the first resource pool, a first conference resource corresponding to the first conference resource information, as a conference resource of the designated conference room;
the higher the target conference room level is, the better the conference resources of the specified conference room are;
when the target conference room level is not the highest level, judging whether VIP (very important person) persons exist in the participants of the specified conference room;
when there is a VIP person in the participants of the appointed meeting room, reading second meeting resource information corresponding to the highest level;
determining a second resource pool corresponding to the second conference resource information;
and calling a second conference resource corresponding to the second conference resource information from the second resource pool as the conference resource of the appointed conference room.
8. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the acquisition method of conference resources according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the acquisition method of a conference resource according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
