the fault pre-judging and classifying unit (3 b) obtains fault type, installation position information and model size information of the operation equipment in the corresponding integrated box according to the difference data of the detection data and the residual service life data;
the fault dispatching unit (3 c) generates a maintenance list according to the fault type, the installation position information of the operation equipment and the model size information of the operation equipment, and after the maintenance list is dispatched to the corresponding engineer user responsible for maintenance, the order receiving state information and the maintenance feedback information of the engineer user are obtained; if the order receiving state information fed back by the engineer user is the order receiving state, filling in specific on-site maintenance time and a preset replacement list of the operation equipment, and displaying waiting maintenance corresponding to the operation equipment; if the order receiving state information fed back by the engineer user is the order receiving refusing state, the fault dispatching unit (3 c) dispatches the order to other engineer users responsible for maintenance;
the fault dispatching unit (3 c) generates an operation equipment calling list according to the fault type, the operation equipment installation position information, the model size information of the operation equipment and the operation equipment preset replacement list, and distributes the operation equipment calling list to the corresponding supplier user, and the supplier user distributes the corresponding operation equipment to the position corresponding to the operation equipment installation position information;

the charging unit obtains input energy cost according to the input energy type, the input energy price and the input energy amount, and pays the input cost to the provider according to the provider user information and the energy supply time;
the charging unit obtains output energy cost according to the output energy type, the output energy price and the output energy quantity, and sends the generated cost list to the corresponding energy use user;
the payment list comprises information of an energy source using user, an output energy source type, an output energy source price, an output energy source quantity, an output energy source expense, a normal payment period, a diapause payment start-stop period, diapause expense and arrearage stop supply time;
the payment unit is used for paying input fees to a user of a provider;
the payment unit is used for acquiring a payment request and a payment operation of an energy use user;
a heat dissipation channel or a heat preservation layer is also arranged on the container body;
if the heat dissipation channel is arranged on the container body, the heat dissipation channel comprises an exhaust pipe vertically arranged on the inner wall of the side plate, an air inlet array is arranged on the exhaust pipe body, the exhaust pipe extends upwards and penetrates out of the top plate, and an exhaust fan is arranged on the top plate;
if the heat preservation is arranged on the container body, the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates all comprise an inner plate surface and an outer plate surface, and fireproof heat preservation materials are filled between the inner plate surface and the outer plate surface.
