Abstract

The invention relates to a protective mask which comprises an arc mask body, a safety helmet limiting groove, a hanging frame, a light sensor, a light micro-control assembly, a goggles assembly, an arc light and environment light recycling assembly and a charging and discharging assembly. The protective mask provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the light sensor sends a signal to the light micro-control component after recognizing the ambient light, the light micro-control component judges whether the current light brightness intensity reaches or exceeds a set value, and when the ambient light is weaker, the light micro-control component judges that the ambient light does not reach the set value, so that no action is performed; when the ambient light is stronger, the light micro-control component judges that the ambient light reaches or exceeds a set value, so that a shading signal is sent to the goggles component immediately, the LCD liquid crystal shading component is changed into a shading state immediately after receiving the signal, so that strong light is shielded, and only light suitable for human eye observation operation is left to pass.

In an operating environment where light and shade change drastically, operators often need to protect the face and eyes with protective masks. Taking welding operation as an example: in the working procedures of welding such as aligning, leveling and aligning the workpiece, operators need to take off the mask, cover the face and eyes with the mask after the welding conditions are met, and then perform arc striking welding. The process is complicated in action, and the mask is required to be held by one hand, so that the working efficiency is greatly reduced. Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the examples.
As shown in fig. 1-11, the present invention provides a protective mask, which comprises an arc mask body 1 and other components mounted on the mask body, wherein the mask body at least comprises 3 mutually exclusive predetermined areas, namely a first predetermined area, a second predetermined area and a third area from top to bottom, and the mask body 1 is provided with a safety helmet limiting groove 2 which is positioned in the first predetermined area and is used for limiting safety helmets so as to adapt to safety helmets of different types and sizes.

The light micro-control assembly 7 is mounted on the hanger 9, and the light micro-control assembly 7 is used for determining whether to send an electric signal for adjusting the shading degree to the goggles assembly 3 according to the light signal from the light sensor 4.
The goggles component 3 is embedded in a second preset area on the mask body 1, namely below the full cap limiting groove 2, and the goggles component 3 sequentially comprises white glass 14, filter glass 15, an LCD liquid crystal shading layer and a wire 18 from outside to inside, wherein the LCD liquid crystal shading layer is used for adjusting shading degree according to electric signals. The LCD liquid crystal shading layer is in a light transmission state when the light intensity does not reach a set value, and darkens when the ambient light intensity reaches or exceeds the set value, and shields most of the light, so that only a small amount of light necessary for operation is left to pass through.
The cable 8 is used for transmitting electric energy and signals among the light sensor 4, the light micro-control component 7 and the goggles component 3.
