Further, the obtaining module 42 is configured to obtain a role number of the calling device or a role number of the called device according to the service parameter carried in the call restriction service management request; a registration field for registering call restriction in a character number of a calling device or a character number of a called device is extracted.
Further, different types of call restrictions are set with different priorities, and if it is determined that there are multiple types of call restrictions registered according to the registration field, the call restriction processing module 44 is further configured to perform call restriction processing on the multiple types of call restrictions registered in the registration field according to the order of the priorities of the call restriction types.
Further, the intelligent network system of this embodiment further includes a configuration module 45, configured to receive data configuration of the call restriction service, where the configured data includes a correspondence between an equipment number of each user and a role number, a jurisdiction area corresponding to the role number, each call restriction type, a priority corresponding to each call restriction type, a registration field of the role number in which the call restriction service is registered, a type of call restriction registered in each registration field, a calling role, and a call relationship between the called role; and completing corresponding configuration according to the data configuration.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, a terminal device is further shown, which may be used as an application service device to cooperate with the intelligent network system to implement a call service restriction process between a calling device and a called device.
The terminal device includes a second receiving module 51, configured to receive a call restriction service management request sent by a calling device;
a processing module 52, configured to identify the call restriction service management request, and forward the call restriction service management request to the intelligent network system; the call restriction service management request carries a registration field, and the registration field is used for determining the restriction type of the call restriction service;
a third receiving module 53, configured to receive a call restriction processing result fed back by the intelligent network system according to the call restriction service management request, establish a connection between the calling device and the called device according to the call restriction processing result (when the calling device allows calling the called device), or notify the calling device to release the call (when the calling device does not allow calling the called device).
The intelligent network device of this embodiment may receive a call restriction service management request sent by an application service device, where the call restriction service management request is a request forwarded by the application service device and sent by a calling device to the application service device; acquiring a registration field according to a service parameter carried in the call restriction service management request; determining the type of call restriction registered by the registration field according to the corresponding relation between the preset registration field and the type of call restriction; the call restriction types include role function-based call restriction and location-based call restriction; and carrying out call restriction processing on the call service according to a call restriction algorithm corresponding to the type of the call restriction, and sending a processing result to the application service equipment. The intelligent network system realizes the expansion of the service range and the type of the call restriction of the intelligent network service under the original GSM-R, and simplifies the intelligent network service flow realized by the No. seven signaling. The present embodiment also provides an effective way of managing call restriction services. Compared with the existing call restriction service management mode, the method registers different call restriction service types by using partial fields of the calling and called role numbers, controls the sequence of service execution by using the service priority, and has simple service flow and easy expansion.
Example three:
in order to further explain the process of implementing call service restriction by the intelligent network system in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, this embodiment will illustrate the call restriction service logic structure and different types of call restrictions with reference to fig. 6 to 9.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a logical structure diagram of the call barring service under the GCSE framework based on LTE, the logical structure of the call barring service includes the user equipment 61 and the application unit 611 of the user equipment, the application service equipment 62 and the application unit 621 of the application service equipment, and the intelligent network IN63, and the communication connections of these parts are as shown IN fig. 6. The following describes the respective functions of the user equipment and the application unit of the user equipment, the application service equipment and the application unit of the application service equipment, and the intelligent network IN.
User equipment and application unit thereof: the user equipment 61 (UE/FAS/.) runs with an Application unit 611(GCSE Application Client) installed thereon, the Application unit 611 being responsible for initiating and receiving role addressing based call traffic. The user equipment can be any equipment supporting the special environment service and can support the installation of the application unit; the application unit is an application program capable of supporting a multi-user platform (ios/android/blackberry/windows /). The user equipment and the application unit have separability. The user equipment and the application unit thereof adopt a protocol SIP in the network to realize the message sending and receiving of the service. The user equipment may be the calling device in embodiments one and two.
Application service device and its Application unit (GCSE Application Server): the application service equipment and the application unit thereof can respond to the service request of the user equipment and the application unit thereof; and identifying the called role number carried by the service request, and interacting with an intelligent network IN unit to complete call restriction check and call service logic. Configuring and interacting with an EPC network (see figure 1) to complete the query of the user position of the application service equipment, and establishing call connection with the user equipment or executing and releasing the call with the user equipment according to the call service restriction processing result and the call service processing result of an Intelligent Network (IN); and the system is also responsible for user management and various types of service management, and selects service implementation modes (unicast or multicast). The application service device may be the application service device in the first embodiment and the second embodiment.
The Intelligent Network (IN) includes an intelligent network service management unit 631, an SIP codec unit 632, a role management unit 633, and a service restriction processing unit 630.
The intelligent network service management unit 631 is a service processing inlet of the intelligent network IN, and processes the call restriction service management request message sent by the application service device and the application unit thereof, the message format adopts a session initiation protocol SIP, and the message content can be defined by negotiation between the application service device and the application unit thereof and the intelligent network IN; the unit can access the SIP message coding and decoding unit to complete the analysis of the SIP code stream of the call restriction service management request message; receiving the call restriction service management request of the application service equipment and the application unit thereof, managing the processing process thereof, and finally returning the call restriction processing result and the call service result to the application service equipment and the application unit thereof. The function of the first receiving module 41 in the second embodiment can be implemented by the intelligent network service management unit 631 in this embodiment.
And the role management unit 633 completes function processing based on role addressing, wherein in practical application, role addressing and call restriction functions have an association relationship. The unit completes the legality analysis of the role number format and provides a conversion operation interface between the role number and the equipment number.
The service restriction processing unit 630 of the Intelligent Network (IN) completes the configuration of the call restriction related parameters and the call restriction service processing. Specifically, it can be further divided into a call restriction service management unit 634, a call restriction data configuration unit 638, a call restriction algorithm unit 635, a user location query unit 637, and a service database 636. In the second embodiment, the obtaining module 42, the determining module 43 and the call restriction processing module 44 may be implemented by a service restriction processing unit of an intelligent network.
The call restriction service management unit 634, according to the parameters of the calling and called role numbers (if there is no role number, the device number is translated into the role number) carried in the call restriction service management request initiated by the application service device, extracts the registration field for registering call restriction in the role number, accesses the service database, and obtains the call restriction service list of service registration according to the registration field. The call restriction service list carries the number, type and priority of the call restriction services. And controlling and managing the execution process of the call restriction service algorithm according to the call restriction service list registered by the service, and sending the processing result to an intelligent network service management unit.
The call restriction data configuration unit 638 receives the configuration data from the SCP background network manager, and completes the role number configuration, the configuration of the data in the jurisdiction area, the configuration of the call restriction registration field, the configuration of the call restriction service type and its priority.
The call restriction algorithm unit 635 encapsulates algorithm logic of different types of call restriction algorithms, and provides a call algorithm execution interface for the outside.
The service database unit 636 receives the data of the call restriction data configuration unit 638, processes the data and stores the data as a role number table, a jurisdiction table, a correspondence table between role numbers and jurisdictions, a call restriction service type table, a call restriction priority list, and a call restriction service field registry. The method provides operation interfaces for adding, deleting, changing and checking the table, and provides an operation conversion interface between the role number and the equipment number and a conversion interface between the role number and the management area.
A user location query unit 637 configured to complete the operation of querying the GCSE AS or EPC for user location information (including location information of the application service device) by the intelligent network I N; and providing an operation interface for comparing the position information.
The following describes an exemplary operation manner of the call restriction data configuration in this embodiment with reference to fig. 7.
The method comprises the following steps: and the authorized user logs IN the intelligent network IN to configure the network management background and executes the data configuration operation of the call restriction service. The configured data includes: the corresponding relation between the user's role number and the device number, the jurisdiction area corresponding to the role number, the priority corresponding to the call restriction service type, the registration field for registering the call restriction service (the registration field is from a section of field of the user's role number), the service type of the registered call restriction service, the calling relation between the calling role and the called role, and the like. During service configuration, the form of an object model or a data table can be adopted. When sending data to the call limitation data configuration unit, a message conforming to the network protocol specification, such as SNMP protocol transmission, is sent.
The registration field of the role number may be several operation digits in the called role number carried when the calling user initiates a service request. The operation positions can embody the roles (calling roles or called roles) which can be assumed by the user, and the design of the role numbers is generally used as the basis.
And step two, the intelligent network IN call restriction data receiving unit receives the data configuration information from the intelligent network IN configuration network management background, stores the information into a user role number and equipment number corresponding relation table, a role number administration area table, a call restriction service description table (containing the description of the type and the priority of the call restriction service), a call restriction service subscription table (the registration field of the subscription call restriction service and the priority of the call restriction service), a calling role allowed call list and a called role allowed call list, and stores the information into a service database.
The service database can be a small database management system, which is responsible for the management and maintenance of the whole intelligent network software system and provides an operation interface for service software, and meanwhile, the background configures the data of the software to provide powerful support for the normal operation of the service.
Role-based call restriction is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 8.
The method comprises the following steps: the user logs in the Application unit GCSE Application Client of the user equipment, executes the role addressing call service based on the call matrix, dials the role number of the called equipment and initiates the role addressing call service request. The method for executing the service needs to send a message meeting network protocol specifications to Application service equipment GCSE Application Server, the network protocol includes but is not limited to session initiation protocol SIP, the message type can adopt request message and response message type in the SIP protocol, the method for sending the message can adopt INVITE/100Trying/180Ring/200OK and the like, and the message carries the role number of a calling user, the equipment number of the calling user and the role number of a called user. In practice, the number carried by the message may vary according to actual situations, and the embodiment is not limited to this.
In practice, the role addressing call service request is initiated to the application service device, and the application service device needs to forward the request to the intelligent network so that the intelligent network can process the call restriction of the calling device, so the role call service request in this embodiment is actually the call restriction service management request in embodiment one and embodiment two.
Step two: the GCSE Application Server processes the role addressing service request based on the call matrix sent by the GCSE Application Client. The GCSE Application Server recognizes the number called by the GCSE Application Client as the role number format, and forwards the role addressing service request message to the intelligent network IN. The forwarded MESSAGE needs to conform to the network protocol SIP specification, the MESSAGE type is a request MESSAGE, and the method may be INVITE/REGISTER/INFO/MESSAGE/NOTIFY/401Unauthorized, and the like.
Step three: an Intelligent Network (IN) receives a role addressing service request message sent by a GCSE Application Server.
The role addressing service request message firstly passes through an intelligent network service management unit, the unit identifies the service type, and if the service is a call request type service, the call request type service needs to be processed by a call limitation service management unit. In the figure, an intelligent network service management unit and a call restriction service management unit are unified as a service management unit.
First, the call restriction service managing unit accesses the SIP codec unit. The SIP coding and decoding unit completes the analysis of the SIP message code stream according to the SIP message format definition between the application server and the application unit thereof and the intelligent network IN, and extracts the relevant parameters carried IN the role addressing service request from the SIP message code stream. Such as the character number of the calling or called party and the equipment number of the calling party.
Secondly, the call restriction service management unit extracts the role numbers of the calling party and the called party in the previous step, and the validity judgment of the role numbers is completed by accessing the role management unit; and extracting a call restriction service registration field of the called user role number, and analyzing a call restriction service list registered according to the registration field. The call restriction service management unit executes the process control and management of the call restriction service according to the call restriction service types and the corresponding priorities of the types in the service list, calls a call restriction algorithm, and returns the algorithm execution result to the intelligent network service management unit. When the service registration is only the call matrix service, firstly, the algorithm data preparation operation is executed, namely, the role database is accessed to obtain the functional roles of the current calling party and the current called party, and then the call matrix algorithm is executed.
The process of executing the call matrix algorithm includes: analyzing a calling party allowed call list or a called party allowed call list through an access interface provided by a service database, analyzing a call limiting relation between two roles (user equipment and called equipment), returning a call limiting result, namely allowing a call, a call failure, a failure reason and associated data, and acquiring media data and a detailed reason value corresponding to a failure code if the call limiting result is failed. And finally, forwarding the processing result and the related data thereof to an intelligent network service management unit.
And the intelligent network service management unit completes service processing according to the call restriction result and the GCSE Application server request service logic. If the call is allowed, the unit needs to complete the translation of the calling and called character numbers to the device number. And then, the call restriction result and the related parameters thereof pass through an SIP coding and decoding unit to complete the coding of the SIP message and respond to the service request sent by the GCSE Application Server.
Step five: the GCSE Application Server processes the call response according to the result of the call restriction, and if the call is allowed, the GCSE Application Server starts to establish a normal connection flow between the calling equipment and the called equipment according to the numbers of the calling equipment and the called equipment returned by the intelligent network; if the call fails, the related parameters such as the call failure reason value, the detailed reason and the like are forwarded to the GCSE Application Client of the calling user.
Step six: under the permission of calling, the calling and called users carry out normal continuing flow through GCSE Application client; and under the condition of call failure, the calling user receives a call failure message forwarded by the Application service equipment through the GCSE Application Client, and the process is ended.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 shows a flowchart of a location-based call restriction algorithm, which is described below in conjunction with fig. 9 for illustrating location-based call restriction:
the method comprises the following steps: the user logs in the Application unit GCSE Application Client of the user equipment, executes the role addressing calling service based on the position calling limitation and dials the role number. The execution service needs to send a message meeting the network protocol specification to the Application service equipment GCSE Application Server, the network protocol can adopt a session initiation protocol SIP, the message type can adopt a request message and a response message type in the protocol, the method can adopt INVITE/100Trying/180Ring/200OK, and the message carries the role number of a calling user, the equipment number of the calling user, the role number of a called user/the equipment number of the called user (the number of the called user is the number dialed by the user, or one of the two numbers is selected).
Step two: the GCSE Application Server processes the role addressing service message of the call limitation based on the position sent by the GCSE Application Client. The GCSE Application Server recognizes the number of the service call as the role number format and forwards the message to the intelligent network IN. The MESSAGE needs to conform to the network protocol SIP specification, the MESSAGE type is a request MESSAGE, and the method can be INVITE/REGISTER/INFO/MESSAGE/NOTIFY/401 Unauuthorized and the like.

Secondly, the call restriction service management unit extracts the role number of the called user in the previous step, extracts the role numbers of the calling user and the called user, accesses the role management unit and judges the legality of the role number; and extracting the key field of the role number of the called user, and analyzing the registered service type list of the call limitation. The call restriction service management unit executes service process management according to the service type and priority registered by the service type, calls a call restriction algorithm, and returns the algorithm execution result to the intelligent network service management unit. When the service registration is found to be the call restriction service based on the position, firstly, the algorithm data preparation operation is executed, when the called number is the role number, the operation interface of the service processing unit is required to be accessed, the role number of the called user is translated into the equipment number, then the role number of the calling user is extracted, and then the call restriction algorithm based on the position is executed.
Referring to fig. 9, the location-based call restriction algorithm flow includes: and accessing a data operation interface provided by a service database according to the role number of the calling user, and searching the jurisdiction list of the calling user.
And then, calling a query unit of the position of the called user to acquire the position of the called user.
The user position inquiry unit can inquire through two modes, 1) the user position inquiry unit accesses the EPC, the EPC network sends a position inquiry message to the called equipment, the message can be by means of a paging standard message in a protocol specification, and the called equipment reports the current position of the called equipment through the EPC network; the EPC finally returns the position information to the user position query unit; 2) the user position inquiry unit sends a position inquiry MESSAGE to the GCSE Application Server, the MESSAGE format adopts an SIP-based INVITE/REGISTER/INFO/MESSAGE/NOTIFY/401Unauthorized MESSAGE, the GCSE Application Server forwards the position inquiry MESSAGE to the GCSE Application (calling equipment), the GCSE Application acquires the cell position of the called equipment IN the LTE network, and responses the position information to the GCSE Application Server, and the GCSE Application Server forwards the position inquiry MESSAGE to the user position inquiry unit of the intelligent network IN after receiving the position inquiry MESSAGE.
And then, comparing the relation between the jurisdiction list of the calling user and the position of the called user through a database interface provided by a service database, and judging whether the position of the called user is in or out of the jurisdiction of the calling user. The comparison result is the determination result of the location-based call restriction. The position of the called user is in the jurisdiction of the calling user, and the calling is allowed, otherwise, the calling is failed. And after receiving the result, the call restriction service management unit acquires the associated data according to the result, for example, acquires the media data and the detailed reason value corresponding to the failure code under the failure condition. And finally, forwarding the processing result and the related data thereof to an intelligent network service management unit.
And the intelligent network service management unit completes service processing according to the call limitation result and the service type requested by the GCSE Application server. If the call is allowed, the unit needs to complete the translation of the calling and called character numbers to the device number. And then, the call restriction result and the related parameters thereof pass through an SIP coding and decoding unit to complete the coding of the SIP message and respond to the service request sent by the GCSE Application Server.
Step five: the GCSE Application Server processes the call response according to the result of the call restriction, and if the call is allowed, the GCSE Application Server starts to establish the normal continuing flow of the calling equipment and the called equipment according to the numbers of the calling equipment and the called equipment returned by the intelligent network; if the call fails, the related parameters such as the call failure reason value, the detailed reason and the like are forwarded to the GCSE Application Client.
Step six: under the permission of calling, the calling and called users carry out normal continuing flow through GCSE Application client; and under the condition of call failure, the calling user receives the call failure message through the GCSE Application Client, and the process is ended.
Next, how to perform call service restriction when there are a plurality of call restriction services registered in the registration field will be described. It is assumed that the call matrix has a higher priority than the location based call restriction service when the subscriber is registered.
The method comprises the following steps: the user logs in the Application unit GCSE Application Client of the user equipment, executes the role addressing calling service based on the position calling limitation and dials the role number. The execution service needs to send a message meeting the network protocol specification to the GCSE Application Server, the network protocol can adopt a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), the message type can adopt a request message and a response message type in the protocol, the method can adopt INVITE/100Trying/180Ring/200OK, and the message carries the role number of a calling user, the equipment number of the calling user, the role number of a called user/the equipment number of the called user (the number of the called user is the number dialed by the user, and one of the two numbers is selected).

The call restriction service management unit executes service process management according to the call restriction service types and the priorities of the types, calls a call restriction algorithm, and returns the algorithm execution result to the intelligent network service management unit. When the discovery service registers two call restriction services, call matrix and location-based call restriction. The call restriction service management unit controls the execution sequence and process of the algorithm, the data preparation is executed firstly before the algorithm is executed, and the execution process of the algorithm is controlled according to the execution result of the previous algorithm. At this time, the priority of the configured call matrix is higher than the location-based call restriction. The call matrix algorithm is executed first.

The calling matrix algorithm obtains the registration fields of the role numbers of the current calling party and the current called party, analyzes the calling party allowed calling list or the called party allowed calling list through the service database access interface, analyzes the call limiting relationship between the two roles (the calling party and the called party), and returns the call limiting result, namely the allowed calling, the call failure and the failure reason. If the call is limited, the call limitation service management unit acquires the associated data according to the result after receiving the result, and acquires the media data and the detailed reason value corresponding to the failure code if the result is failed. And finally, forwarding the processing result and the related data thereof to an intelligent network service management unit. If the call is allowed, the location-based call restriction algorithm continues to be executed.
The calling limitation service based on the position starts to execute, firstly, the algorithm data preparation operation is executed, when the called number is the role number, the operation interface of the service processing unit is required to be accessed, the role number of the called user is translated into the equipment number, then the role number of the calling user is extracted, and then the calling limitation algorithm based on the position is executed.
The calling limitation algorithm based on the position firstly accesses a data operation interface provided by a service database according to the role number of a calling user and searches a list of the jurisdiction area of the calling user; secondly, calling a query unit of the position of the called user to acquire the current position of the called user;
the user position inquiry unit can inquire through two modes, 1) the user position inquiry unit accesses the EPC, the EPC network sends a position inquiry message to the called equipment, the message can be by means of a paging standard message in a protocol specification, and the called equipment reports the current position of the called equipment through the EPC network; the EPC finally returns the position information to the user position query unit; 2) the user position inquiry unit sends a position inquiry MESSAGE to the GCSE Application Server, the MESSAGE format adopts an SIP-based INVITE/REGISTER/INFO/MESSAGE/NOTIFY/401Unauthorized MESSAGE, the GCSE Application Server forwards the position inquiry MESSAGE to the GCSE Application, the GCSE Application acquires the cell position of the called equipment IN the LTE network, and responses the position information to the GCSE Application Server, and the GCSE Application Server forwards the position inquiry MESSAGE to a user position inquiry unit of the intelligent network IN after receiving the position inquiry MESSAGE.
And then, comparing the relation between the jurisdiction list of the calling user and the position of the called user through a database interface provided by a service database, and judging whether the position of the called user is in or out of the jurisdiction of the calling user. The comparison result is the determination result of the location-based call restriction. The position of the called user is in the jurisdiction of the calling user, and the calling is allowed, otherwise, the calling is failed. And after receiving the result, the call restriction service management unit acquires the associated data according to the result, for example, acquires the media data and the detailed reason value corresponding to the failure code under the failure condition. And finally, forwarding the processing result and the related data thereof to an intelligent network service management unit.
And the intelligent network service management unit completes service processing according to the call limitation result and the service type requested by the GCSE Application server. If the call is allowed, the unit needs to complete the translation of the calling and called character numbers to the device number. And then, the call restriction result and the related parameters thereof pass through an SIP coding and decoding unit to complete the coding of the SIP message and respond to the service request sent by the GCSE Application Server.
Step five: the GCSE Application Server processes the call response according to the result of the call restriction, and if the call is allowed, the GCSE Application Server starts to establish a normal continuing flow according to the numbers of the calling equipment and the called equipment returned by the intelligent network; if the call fails, the related parameters such as the call failure reason value, the detailed reason and the like are forwarded to the GCSE Application Client.
Step six: under the permission of calling, the calling and called users carry out normal continuing flow through GCSE Application client; and under the condition of call failure, the calling user receives the call failure message through the GCSE Application Client, and the process is ended.
By adopting the embodiment, the service range and the type of the call limitation of the intelligent network service under the original GSM-R are expanded. The intelligent network service flow realized by the seventh signaling is simplified, and an effective management mode of the call restriction service is provided. The service can be easily expanded by only needing the application unit of the user equipment to support the expansion. Compared with the existing call restriction service management mode, the method has the advantages that different call restriction service types are registered by using partial fields of calling role numbers, the sequence of service execution is controlled by using service priority, the service flow is simple, and the expansion is easy.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored on a storage medium (ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (12)

1. A method for implementing call restriction, comprising:
receiving a call restriction service management request sent by application service equipment, wherein the call restriction service management request is a request which is forwarded by the application service equipment and sent to the application service equipment by calling equipment;
acquiring a registration field according to the service parameters carried in the call restriction service management request;
determining the call restriction type registered by the acquired registration field according to the corresponding relation between the preset registration field and the call restriction type; the call restriction types include role function based call restriction and location based call restriction;
according to the call restriction algorithm corresponding to the call restriction type, performing call restriction processing on the call restriction service, and sending a processing result to the application service equipment;
the performing call restriction processing on the call restriction service according to the call restriction algorithm corresponding to the call restriction type includes: when the registered call restriction type is call restriction based on role function, obtaining the role functions of the calling device and the called device and a calling user allowed call list and/or a called user allowed call list according to the service parameters; analyzing the call limit relationship between the calling equipment and the called equipment according to the role function and the calling user allowed call list and/or the called user allowed call list to obtain a call limit processing result; or when the registered call restriction type is call restriction based on location, acquiring the jurisdiction area of a calling user of the calling equipment and the current location of the called equipment according to the service parameters; if the current position is in the jurisdiction area of the calling user, the calling restriction processing result is that the calling device is allowed to call the called device; otherwise, it is not allowed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the service parameter includes at least one of a device number of the called device and a role number set corresponding to the device number, and at least one of a device number of the calling device and a role number set corresponding to the device number;
the obtaining of role functions of the calling device and the called device and the allowed call list of the calling user and/or the allowed call list of the called user according to the service parameters includes:
acquiring the role number of the calling equipment and the role number of the called equipment according to the service parameters, and determining the role function of the calling equipment and a calling user allowed call list according to the role number of the calling equipment; determining the role function of the called device and a called user allowed call list according to the role number of the called device;
acquiring the jurisdiction area of the calling user of the calling device and the current position of the called device according to the service parameters comprises:
acquiring the role number of the calling device and the device number of the called device according to the service parameters, and acquiring the jurisdiction of the calling device according to the corresponding relation between the preset role number and the jurisdiction of the calling device; and determining the current position of the called device according to the device number of the called device.
3. The method for implementing call restriction according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the obtaining the registration field according to the service parameter carried in the call restriction service management request comprises:
acquiring the role number of the calling equipment or the role number of the called equipment according to the service parameters carried in the call restriction service management request; and extracting a registration field for registering call restriction in the role number of the calling device or the role number of the called device.
4. The method for implementing call restriction according to any of claims 1-2, wherein different types of call restrictions are set with different priorities, and if it is determined that there are a plurality of types of call restrictions registered based on said registration field, the call restriction processing is performed for the plurality of types of call restrictions registered in said registration field in order of the priorities of the call restriction types.
5. The method for implementing call restriction as claimed in claim 3, wherein before receiving the call restriction service management request sent by the application service device, the method further comprises:
receiving data configuration of a call restriction service, wherein the configured data comprises a corresponding relation between an equipment number and a role number of each user, a jurisdiction area corresponding to the role number, each call restriction type, a priority corresponding to each call restriction type, a registration field of the role number for registering the call restriction service, the call restriction type registered by each registration field, a calling role and a calling relation of a called role;
and finishing corresponding configuration according to the data configuration.
6. A method for implementing call restriction, comprising:
the application service equipment receives a call restriction service management request sent by calling equipment, wherein the call restriction service management request is a request sent by the calling equipment;
the application service equipment identifies the call restriction service management request and forwards the call restriction service management request to an intelligent network system; the call restriction service management request carries a registration field, and the registration field is used for determining the call restriction type registered by the acquired registration field according to the corresponding relation between the preset registration field and the call restriction type; the call restriction types include role function based call restriction and location based call restriction;
the application service equipment receives a call restriction processing result fed back by the intelligent network system according to the call restriction service management request, and establishes the connection between the calling equipment and the called equipment or informs the calling equipment to release the call according to the call restriction processing result; and the call restriction processing result is obtained by performing call restriction processing on the call restriction service according to a call restriction algorithm corresponding to the call restriction type.
7. An intelligent network system, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a call restriction service management request sent by an application service device, where the call restriction service management request is a request forwarded by the application service device and sent to the application service device by a calling device;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain a registration field according to a service parameter carried in the call restriction service management request;
the determining module is used for determining the call restriction type registered by the acquired registration field according to the corresponding relation between the preset registration field and the call restriction type; the call restriction types include role function based call restriction and location based call restriction;
a call restriction processing module, configured to perform call restriction processing on a call restriction service according to a call restriction algorithm corresponding to the call restriction type, and send a processing result to the application service device;
the call restriction processing module is used for acquiring the role functions of the calling equipment and the called equipment and a calling user allowed call list and/or a called user allowed call list according to the service parameters when the registered call restriction type is call restriction based on the role function; analyzing the call limit relationship between the calling equipment and the called equipment according to the role function and the calling user allowed call list and/or the called user allowed call list to obtain a call limit processing result; or, when the registered call restriction type is location-based call restriction, obtaining a calling party jurisdiction of the calling device and obtaining a current location of the called device according to the service parameter, and if the current location is in the calling party jurisdiction, allowing the calling device to call the called device; otherwise, it is not allowed.
8. The intelligent network system according to claim 7, wherein the service parameter includes at least one of a device number of the called device or a character number set corresponding to the device number, and at least one of a device number of the calling device and a character number set corresponding to the device number;
the call restriction processing module is used for acquiring the role number of the calling equipment and the role number of the called equipment according to the service parameters, and determining the role function of the calling equipment and a calling user allowed call list according to the role number of the calling equipment; determining the role function of the called device and a called user allowed call list according to the role number of the called device;
or, the device is configured to obtain the role number of the calling device and the device number of the called device according to the service parameter, and obtain the jurisdiction of the calling device according to a corresponding relationship between a preset role number and the jurisdiction of the calling device; and determining the current position of the called device according to the device number of the called device.

The intelligent network system according to any one of claims 7-8, wherein the obtaining module is configured to obtain the role number of the calling device or the role number of the called device according to the service parameter carried in the call restriction service management request; and extracting a registration field for registering call restriction in the role number of the calling device or the role number of the called device.
10. The intelligent network system according to any one of claims 7-8, wherein different types of call restrictions are set with different priorities, and the call restriction processing module is further configured to perform call restriction processing on the multiple types of call restrictions registered in the registration field in order of the priority of the call restriction type if it is determined that there are multiple types of call restrictions registered according to the registration field.
11. The intelligent network system according to claim 9, further comprising a configuration module, configured to receive data configuration of the call restriction service, wherein the configured data includes a correspondence between an equipment number of each user and a role number, a jurisdiction area corresponding to the role number, each call restriction type, a priority corresponding to each call restriction type, a registration field of the role number in which the call restriction service is registered, a call restriction type registered in each registration field, a calling role, and a call relationship of a called role; and finishing corresponding configuration according to the data configuration.
12. A terminal device, comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a call restriction service management request sent by a calling device, where the call restriction service management request is a request sent by the calling device;
the processing module is used for identifying the call restriction service management request and forwarding the call restriction service management request to an intelligent network system; the call restriction service management request carries a registration field, and the registration field is used for determining the call restriction type registered by the acquired registration field according to the corresponding relation between the preset registration field and the call restriction type; the call restriction types include role function based call restriction and location based call restriction;
a third receiving module, configured to receive a call restriction processing result fed back by the intelligent network system according to the call restriction service management request, and establish a connection between the calling device and the called device according to the call restriction processing result or notify the calling device to release the call; and the call restriction processing result is obtained by performing call restriction processing on the call restriction service according to a call restriction algorithm corresponding to the call restriction type.
