Abstract
The invention discloses an ERP management system, which comprises a terminal, a server, an input module, a selection module, a processing module and an action module, wherein the input module is used for inputting a plurality of ERP data; the terminal is used for displaying different ERP sub-software; the input module is used for receiving input information of a user and comprises an access unit and a verification unit; the selection module is used for selecting different ERP sub-software and comprises a browsing unit and a confirmation unit; the processing module is used for data processing of the whole system and comprises a receiving unit, an analysis unit and a transmission unit; and the server receives the analysis result of the processing module, pushes the corresponding ERP sub-software to a terminal, and displays the result through the terminal. The invention can be compatible with different ERP sub-software in different fields, is convenient for users to use, and is simple and convenient for selecting different ERP sub-software.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of management systems, in particular to an ERP management system.
Background
ERP management systems are the operation mode of modern enterprise management. It is a highly integrated system applied in the whole company range, and covers the management work of clients, projects, inventory and purchase, supply, production and the like.
However, the ERP management system is internally connected with a plurality of subsystems such as finance, inventory, production and supply. The subsystems are integrated into the ERP system, so that the ERP system is very large and bloated, the starting operation is slow, and when the system is down, the critical data is easy to lose.
Therefore, an ERP management system must be designed to solve the above problems.

The ERP management system comprises a terminal, a server, an input module, a selection module, a processing module and an action module;
the terminal is used for displaying different ERP sub-software;
the input module is used for receiving input information of a user and comprises an access unit, wherein the access unit is used for receiving a user name and an input password of a user input terminal;
the selection module is used for selecting different ERP sub-software and comprises a browsing unit and a confirmation unit, the browsing unit is used for browsing all the ERP sub-software in the system after logging in the system, and the confirmation unit is used for confirming the designated ERP sub-software selected by a user and transmitting a signal to the processing module;
the processing module is used for data processing of the whole system and comprises a receiving unit, an analyzing unit and a transmitting unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving the signal transmitted by the selecting module and finishing the storage of the signal; the analysis unit analyzes and processes the stored signals, and the signals are correspondingly matched with ERP sub-software in a memory bank; the transmission unit transmits the result of the analysis unit to the server;
the server receives the analysis result of the central control module, pushes the corresponding ERP sub-software to the terminal and displays the ERP sub-software through the terminal;
the action module is used for actions of different ERP sub-software and comprises a storage unit, a logout unit and a skip unit, wherein the storage unit is used for currently storing the current ERP sub-software, the logout unit logs out the current sub-software after the storage unit finishes storing, and the skip unit skips a terminal display picture to the selection module after the logout unit finishes logging out.
On the basis of the scheme, the input module further comprises a verification unit for verifying whether the input user name and the input password are correctly matched.
On the basis of the scheme, the browsing unit is divided into corresponding areas according to different fields to which different sub-software belongs, and a user can quickly select the corresponding ERP sub-software according to needs.
On the basis of the scheme, the memory bank in the processing module stores various ERP sub-software in different fields.
On the basis of the scheme, the memory bank comprises an updating unit, networking updating can be carried out, and the latest ERP sub-software is added.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the integration of subsystems into a main system by a traditional ERP system is avoided, the system overhead is greatly reduced by selectively calling the sub-software, and the normal operation of the system is ensured.

The user finishes the input of the system through the input module, the browsing unit in the selection module is partitioned according to different ERP sub-software in different fields, the user can conveniently and quickly select the required ERP sub-software, the final selection step is finished through the processing unit and the server, and the whole operation is simple and convenient through terminal feedback;
2. the action of different kinds of ERP sub-software can be quickly completed by setting the action module, the system does not need to be quitted and input again, the convenience and the rapidness are realized, and the user experience is excellent; the whole system can be compatible with different ERP sub-software in different fields.

Referring to fig. 1-3, an ERP management system includes a terminal, a server, an input module, a selection module, a processing module, and an action module; the terminal is used for displaying different ERP sub-software; the input module is used for receiving input information of a user and comprises an access unit, wherein the access unit is used for receiving a user name and an input password of a user input terminal; the selection module is used for selecting different ERP sub-software and comprises a browsing unit and a confirmation unit, the browsing unit is used for browsing all the ERP sub-software in the system after logging in the system, and the confirmation unit is used for confirming the designated ERP sub-software selected by the user and transmitting a signal to the processing module; the processing module is used for data processing of the whole system and comprises a receiving unit, an analysis unit and a transmission unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving the signal transmitted by the selection module and finishing the storage of the signal; the analysis unit analyzes and processes the stored signals, and the signals are correspondingly matched with ERP sub-software in a memory bank; the transmission unit transmits the result of the analysis unit to the server; the server receives the analysis result of the central control module, pushes the corresponding ERP sub-software to the terminal and displays the ERP sub-software through the terminal; the action module is used for actions of different ERP sub-software and comprises a storage unit, a logout unit and a skip unit, wherein the storage unit is used for currently storing the current ERP sub-software, the logout unit logs out the current sub-software after the storage unit finishes storing, and the skip unit skips a terminal display picture to the selection module after the logout unit finishes logging out.
The input module also comprises a verification unit used for verifying whether the input user name is correctly matched with the input password; the browsing unit is divided into corresponding areas according to different fields to which different sub-software belongs, and a user can quickly select the corresponding ERP sub-software according to needs; ERP sub-software in various fields is stored in a memory bank in the processing module; the memory bank comprises an updating unit, and can be updated in a networking mode and added with the latest ERP sub-software.
For example, after a user passes the authentication of the system, the user logs in the system, the user can obtain selectable ERP sub-software such as financial management software, production management software and the like through a terminal, when the user needs to enter certain software, the user clicks the software, the system performs background operation on the total system, corresponding selection software is opened to perform operation selection on the user, and the user can perform a series of operations such as storage, logout, opening and closing on the software. The total system and the sub-software are separately operated, thereby ensuring the overhead of the system.

An ERP management system, characterized in that: the ERP management system comprises a terminal, a server, an input module, a selection module, a processing module and an action module; the terminal is used for displaying different ERP sub-software; the input module is used for receiving input information of a user and comprises an access unit, wherein the access unit is used for receiving a user name and an input password of a user input terminal; the selection module is used for selecting different ERP sub-software and comprises a browsing unit and a confirmation unit, the browsing unit is used for browsing all the ERP sub-software in the system after logging in the system, and the confirmation unit is used for confirming the designated ERP sub-software selected by a user and transmitting a signal to the processing module; the processing module is used for data processing of the whole system and comprises a receiving unit, an analysis unit, a transmission unit and a memory bank, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving the signal transmitted by the selection module and finishing the storage of the signal; the analysis unit analyzes and processes the stored signals, and the signals are correspondingly matched with ERP sub-software in a memory bank; the transmission unit transmits the result of the analysis unit to the server; the server receives the analysis result of the processing module, pushes the corresponding ERP sub-software to the terminal and displays the ERP sub-software through the terminal; the action module is used for actions of different ERP sub-software and comprises a storage unit, a logout unit and a skip unit, wherein the storage unit is used for storing the current ERP sub-software, the logout unit logs out the current sub-software after the storage unit finishes storing, and the skip unit skips a terminal display picture to the selection module after the logout unit finishes logging out; logging in the system after the user passes the authentication of the ERP management system; selecting ERP sub-software through the terminal; when a user needs to enter certain software, the software is clicked, the ERP management system is to perform background operation on the total system, the ERP sub-software selected by the user is opened to the user for operation selection, the total system and the selected ERP sub-software operate separately, and the overhead of the system is guaranteed.
2. An ERP management system according to claim 1, wherein: the input module also comprises a verification unit used for verifying whether the input user name is correctly matched with the input password.
3. An ERP management system according to claim 1, wherein: the browsing unit is divided into corresponding areas according to different fields to which different sub-software belongs, and a user can quickly select the corresponding ERP sub-software according to needs.
