In the present embodiment, the communication module 14 is a wireless communication module, such as a BlueTooth communication module (BlueTooth), a wireless fidelity communication module (Wifi), or a Zigbee communication module (Zigbee). In other embodiments, the communication module 14 may be a wired communication module, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of a first pressure detecting unit according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 4 is another exploded view of the first pressure detecting unit according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is another exploded view of the first pressure detecting unit according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The structure of the pressure detection unit included in each of the edge pressure detection module 11 and the inner side pressure detection module 12 can be referred to the structure of fig. 3 to 5.
Taking the first pressure detecting unit 111 as an example, in fig. 3, the first pressure detecting unit 111 'includes a conductive elastic body 101', an insulating base 102 ', and an insulating elastic body 103'. The insulating elastomer 103 ' is disposed between the conductive elastomer 101 ' and the insulating substrate 102 '. In this embodiment, the insulating elastomer 103' is a foam. For example: polyurethane materials, and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the insulating elastic body 103 'includes a plurality of through holes 104'. The insulating elastic body 103 ' may be made of other soft and elastic insulating nonconductor, while the conductive elastic body 101 ' is a conductive foam in this embodiment, and the conductive elastic body 101 ' may be a conductive rubber in other embodiments. The insulating substrate 102 'may be made of the same material as the insulating elastomer 103'.
In this embodiment, at least one conducting wire 105 ' is laid on the surface of the side of the insulating base material 102 ' facing the conductive elastic body 101 '. In this embodiment, a plurality of conductive wires are laid on the insulating base material 102'. In the actual assembly, the conductive elastomer 101 ', the insulating elastomer 103 ' and the insulating substrate 102 ' are in close contact with each other. When the conductive elastomer 101 ' or the insulating substrate 102 ' is subjected to an external pressure, the conductive elastomer 101 ' or the insulating substrate 102 ' has a deformation amount, and the corresponding area of the insulating elastomer 103 ' under the pressure also has a deformation amount. Since the insulating elastic body 103 'includes a plurality of through holes 104', the conductive wires 105 'on the insulating substrate 102' contact the conductive elastic body 101 'through the through holes 104', and a pressure detection signal is transmitted. That is, the first pressure detecting unit 111 'generates a pressure signal because the conductive wire 105' of the insulating substrate 102 'contacts the conductive elastic body 101'. If the first pressure detecting unit 111 ' is not deformed by the external pressure, the conductive wire 105 ' does not contact the conductive elastic body 101 ', and a pressure signal is generated.
In fig. 4, the first pressure detecting unit 111 "includes a conductive elastic body 101" and an insulating elastic body 102 ". A plurality of recesses (not shown) are formed on the opposite surfaces of the conductive elastic body 101 ″ and the insulating elastic body 102 ″ respectively, and the recesses (not shown) of the conductive elastic body 101 ″ and the recesses (not shown) of the insulating elastic body 102 ″ are formed to be opposite to each other. And the first pressure detecting unit 111 "further includes at least one conductive line 103", and the conductive line 103 "is disposed at one side of the insulating elastic body 102", that is, at one side having a plurality of recesses (not shown). Further, the conductive wires 103 "are disposed in the recesses (not shown) of the insulating elastic body 102". That is, when the conductive elastic body 101 "is tightly combined with the insulating elastic body 102" and no deformation is generated by external pressure, the conductive wire 103 "does not contact with the conductive elastic body 101". When the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ is deformed by external pressure, the conductive wire 103 ″ in the recess (not shown) contacts the conductive elastic body 101 ″ to generate a pressure signal. In the present embodiment, the conductive wires 105' and 103 ″ may be conductive fibers or metal wires, which can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another exploded schematic view of the first pressure detecting unit according to the embodiment of the invention.
The first pressure detecting unit 111 "' includes a conductive elastic body 101" ' and a conductive elastic body 104 "'. An insulating elastomer 103 "'having a plurality of lattice-like groove patterns is laid on the conductive elastomer 104"'.
In the embodiment, the conductive elastic body 101 '"is electrically connected to a positive electrode V + and a negative electrode V-, and is respectively disposed at two sides of the conductive elastic body 101'", that is, in the embodiment, the conductive elastic body 101 '"has two sets of conductive units (not shown) respectively electrically connected to the positive electrode V + and the negative electrode V-, and the positive electrode V + and the negative electrode V-are not conducted when the first pressure detecting unit 111'" is not pressed by the external pressure. When the first pressure detecting unit 111 "'is pressed by the external pressure, the conductive elastic body 101"' deforms, and contacts the conductive elastic body 104 "'through the latticed insulating elastic body 103"' to conduct the positive electrode V + and the negative electrode V-so as to transmit a pressure detecting signal. In the present embodiment, the positive electrode V + and the negative electrode V-are electrically connected to the power supply module 16 and the control module 10. In other embodiments, the positive electrode V + and the negative electrode V-may be disposed in different conductive elastic layers, and are not limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, the insulating elastic body 103 '″ has a lattice-shaped groove pattern, and in other embodiments, the insulating elastic body 103' ″ may have a groove pattern with a circular shape, a diamond shape, or other irregular shapes, which is not limited in the present invention. The size of the groove pattern of the insulating elastic body 103' ″ may be designed according to the resolution requirement of the pressure detection, and is not limited in the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the first pressure detecting unit 111 'and the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ are electrically connected to the control module 17, so that when the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ generates a pressure signal, the pressure signal is transmitted to the control module 17. The control module 17 can determine the pressure data, such as the pressure, the area, or the number of the contact points, received by the first pressure detecting unit 111 'or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ", according to the pressure signal, by detecting the resistance value or the voltage value of the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111". That is, the control module 17 detects a first pressure value of at least the first pressure detecting unit 111 'or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ according to the pressure signal transmitted by the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″.
In the present embodiment, the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ may be formed by bonding, sewing or other methods. In this embodiment, the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ includes various materials encapsulated in a soft encapsulating material, such as: and (4) covering with cloth. So that the components of the first pressure detecting unit 111' or the first pressure detecting unit 111 ″ can be packaged into a whole, and the packaging manner is not limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, each pressure detecting unit may be an independent modularized pressure detecting unit, or may be manufactured by the same process as other materials of the elastic module 10. And are not limiting in the present invention.
