The mobile terminal and the television terminal in the same family are identified in the advertisement playing activity by taking the unique identification number information as effective connection, the nearby outdoor terminal users are identified simultaneously, and then the advertisements played by the terminals are eliminated, so that the advertisements can be controlled in exposure frequency around the mobile terminal, the exposure waste is avoided, the effective exposure of the advertisements is enhanced on the one hand, and the brand damage and the advertisement cost waste caused by the overexposure are reduced on the other hand.

Referring to fig. 2, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the advertisement library includes an audio advertisement identification number library and a video advertisement identification number library, the advertisement push frequency information includes audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information, and a terminal identification number, an advertisement identification number, push time, and an advertisement classification are stored in the audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information; the terminal identification number is used for recording the identification number of the mobile terminal, the television terminal or the outdoor terminal, the advertisement identification number is used for recording the pushed advertisements, the pushing time is used for recording the time when the advertisements are pushed, and the advertisement classification is used for recording the classification of each advertisement and is used for pushing the classified advertisements which are interested by the user to the user according to the advertisement classification in the later period.

The principle of the method is the same as that of the specific implementation method of step S5 in this embodiment, except that in step S62, the advertisement identifiers in the audio advertisement identifier library are stored in the temporary advertisement library, and the identifiers left after removing the identifiers in the temporary selected advertisement library all correspond to audio advertisements.
In this embodiment, the 2 advertisement libraries distinguish between stored audio advertisements and video advertisements by dividing the advertisement library into an audio advertisement identification library and a video advertisement identification library.
EXAMPLE III
Typically, the same advertisement will be divided into a video portion and an audio portion, where the video portion and the audio portion in combination are the video advertisement and the audio portion alone is the audio advertisement. There may be a possibility that an audio advertisement is pushed to the mobile terminal, but the audio advertisement and a certain video advertisement belong to the same advertisement, and according to the method in the second embodiment, the video advertisement corresponding to the audio advertisement cannot be removed after the audio advertisement is pushed. It may happen that after the audio advertisement has been pushed, it is possible to push the video advertisement. Causing repeated pushing, the present embodiment solves this problem.
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: the advertisement library is stored with all advertisement numbers, the advertisement identification number is formed by combining the advertisement numbers and the type identification numbers, the advertisement numbers are used for distinguishing each advertisement, the same advertisement also comprises a video advertisement and/or an audio advertisement, and the video advertisement and the audio advertisement are distinguished through the type identification numbers; each advertisement can be searched through the advertisement identification number, so when the advertisement identification number is named, the advertisement number of the same advertisement is the same whether the advertisement is a video advertisement or an audio advertisement, and the difference is only that the type identification number is different.
Referring to fig. 4, step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library, and storing each advertisement number in the selected advertisement library once; in this step, it can be seen that the temporary advertisement library stores only advertisement numbers, does not store type identification numbers,
s52, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement numbers in the advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement numbers in the temporary selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library; the advertisement numbers left in this step are all the advertisement numbers that have not been pushed.

The specific implementation principle of step S6 is the same as that of step S5 in this embodiment, and the only difference is that the type identifier of the audio advertisement is added in step S63, so as to ensure that the selected advertisement is an audio advertisement.
Example four
The present embodiment is different from the second or third embodiment in that a long-term active location, such as a unit or a family, of each mobile terminal is further stored in the step S1, and the long-term active location is calculated according to the data of the location information of the mobile terminal acquired in the previous step S3; in step S3, an outdoor terminal identification number near the long-term activity position is also searched, and corresponding advertisement push frequency information is called according to the outdoor terminal identification number. This step is used to find out the outdoor terminals near the mobile terminal's home and/or business, which have a high probability of broadcasting the advertisements to the mobile terminal's user. Therefore, the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals are eliminated, and the repeated pushing of the advertisements is further prevented. When the operator server calls the advertisement push frequency information of the outdoor terminal and the mobile terminal, the operator server generally only calls the advertisement push frequency information within 24 hours, firstly, the advertisement is prevented from being pushed after being pushed completely, and secondly, the frequency of pushing the same advertisement once per day is within the range which can be received by general users.
Preferably, in step S64, security alarm information is also pushed to the mobile terminal to remind the user to pay attention to security when using the mobile terminal. The user still uses the mobile terminal during walking, and the behavior has potential safety hazards, so the operator server pushes safety alarm information to the mobile terminal in the step to remind the user of the safety operation of the mobile terminal. In step S3, comparing the position information received this time with the position information received last time within the first predetermined time, and searching for an outdoor terminal identification number on the path when the distance between the two position information is greater than the predetermined distance; in step S51, the corresponding advertisement push frequency is searched according to the outdoor terminal identification number on the path, and the advertisement push frequency information pushed in the second predetermined time is added to the temporary selected advertisement library. By calculating the path of the user, outdoor terminals on the path of the user are searched, advertisements played on the outdoor terminals are removed, and the advertisements are likely to be seen when the user walks or rides the car, so that repeated pushing is further prevented. Preferably, the step S51 further calculates an average speed of the user on the path, calculates an arrival time of the user at each outdoor terminal position according to the average speed and the path, and filters an advertisement number or an advertisement identification number played at the corresponding arrival time of each outdoor terminal on the path to be added to the temporarily selected advertisement library. By calculating the approximate time of the user reaching each large screen, the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals within the time range are removed, and theoretically, the user cannot see the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals outside the time range, so that the removed advertisements are more accurate.
EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 6, in order to achieve the second object of the present invention, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows.
A delivery system for implementing the above method, comprising the following components:
the operator server 1 is used for acquiring and identifying a request data packet sent by the mobile terminal, sending data information and advertisement information to the mobile terminal, receiving the driving state of the mobile terminal sent by the state server 3, searching data information required by the mobile terminal, screening advertisements and sending the advertisements to the mobile terminal;
and the database server 2 is used for storing data information, an advertisement library, a mobile terminal identification number library, a television terminal identification number library, a family terminal library, an outdoor terminal identification number library, mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information, television terminal advertisement push frequency information, outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information, an outdoor terminal map library and a mobile terminal position library which are provided for the mobile terminal 5.
The family terminal identification module 7 is used for extracting the family identification number from the identification number of the mobile terminal 5, then searching the mobile terminal identification number and the television terminal identification number in the same family in the family terminal library according to the family identification number and sending the mobile terminal identification number and the television terminal identification number to the operator server 1,
the state server 3 is used for receiving the position information and the speed information of the mobile terminal 5 sent by the operator server 1, calculating the position information of the outdoor terminal 4 and the mobile terminal 5 on a map, judging the driving state of the mobile terminal 5 and sending the driving state to the operator server 1;
the outdoor terminal 4 is used for receiving the advertisement information sent by the operator server 1 and playing the advertisement information;
a mobile terminal 5 for transmitting a request data packet to the operator server 1, receiving the data information and the advertisement information and displaying them;
the television terminal 6 is used for sending a request data packet to an operator server, receiving data information and advertisement information and then displaying the data information and the advertisement information;
outdoor terminal 4, mobile terminal 5 and television terminal 6 all are connected with operator server 1, operator server 1 is connected with database server 2, home terminal identification module 7, state server 3 respectively, state server 3, home terminal identification module 7 still are connected with database server 2.
The household identification number is extracted from the mobile terminal identification number, then the mobile terminal and the television terminal in the household are identified according to the household identification number, meanwhile, the outdoor terminal identification number near the mobile terminal is obtained, the advertisements pushed to the mobile terminal, the television terminal and the outdoor terminal are removed, and the advertisements in the rest advertisements are screened and pushed to the target mobile terminal. Meanwhile, the running state of the mobile terminal 5 is judged through the state server 3, and then video advertisements or audio advertisements are pushed in a targeted manner. The effective exposure of the advertisement is enhanced, and brand damage and waste of advertisement cost caused by overexposure are reduced.
In this embodiment, the operator server 1 includes the following modules:
the signal transceiving module 11 is used for receiving the request data packet sent by the mobile terminal 5, sending data information and advertisements to the mobile terminal 5, sending advertisements to the outdoor terminal 4 and receiving the driving state of the mobile terminal 5 sent by the state server 3;
the information separation module 12 is used for extracting the identification number of the mobile terminal, the position information, the speed information and the data request information from the request data packet, and extracting the identification number of the family user from the identification number of the mobile terminal;
the information retrieval module 13 is used for searching corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the outdoor terminal identification number, and searching corresponding data information according to the data request information;
the frequency control module 14 is used for receiving the driving state of the mobile terminal 5, selecting a video advertisement or an audio advertisement according to the driving state of the mobile terminal 5, and screening an advertisement identification number corresponding to an advertisement which is not pushed or an advertisement with a lower pushing frequency according to the advertisement pushing frequency information to serve as a selected advertisement identification number;
the advertisement configuration module 15 is used for calling the corresponding advertisement from the database server 2 according to the selected advertisement identification number and sending the advertisement to the signal transceiver module 11;
a data configuration module 16, which retrieves the data information requested by the mobile terminal 5 from the database server 1 and sends the data information to the signal transceiver module 11;
the system comprises a signal receiving and sending module 11, an information separation module 12, an information retrieval module 13, a frequency control module 14, an advertisement configuration module 15 and a data configuration module 16, wherein the signal receiving and sending module 11, the information separation module 12, the information retrieval module 13, the advertisement configuration module 15 and the data configuration module 16 are all connected with a control module 17, the signal receiving and sending module 11 is also connected with the information separation module 12, and the information retrieval module 13, the advertisement configuration module 15 and the data configuration module 16 are all connected with a database server 2.
After receiving a request data packet sent by a mobile terminal, a signal transceiving module 11 sends the request data packet to an information separation module 12, a mobile terminal identification number, position information, speed information and data request information are extracted from the request information, the mobile terminal identification number is sent to a home terminal identification module 7, the home terminal identification module 7 identifies a mobile terminal identification number and a television terminal identification number of the same family, an information retrieval module 13 searches for corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and a nearby outdoor terminal identification number, and simultaneously searches for data information required by a user according to the data request information. The advertisement push frequency information is sent to the frequency control module 14, the frequency control module 14 prevents too many pushing of the same advertisement according to the frequency of pushing the advertisement to the mobile terminal, after the pushed advertisement number is selected, the advertisement configuration module 15 searches for the selected advertisement and sends the advertisement information to the signal transceiver module 11, and the signal transceiver module 11 sends the advertisement information and the data information to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the state server 3 includes the following modules:
the map module 31 is used for storing a map and marking the position information of the outdoor terminal 4 and the position information of the mobile terminal 5 in the map;
a path judgment module 32, which judges the path of the mobile terminal 5 according to the position information of the plurality of groups of mobile terminals 5;
the speed calculation module 33 is used for calculating the average speed of the mobile terminal 5 on the path according to the position information and the time information of the plurality of groups of mobile terminals 5 and then calculating the time when the mobile terminal 5 reaches each outdoor terminal 4 on the path;
the advertisement judging module 34 is configured to judge an advertisement being played by each outdoor terminal 4 when the mobile terminal 5 arrives at each outdoor terminal 4, and send an advertisement identification number or an advertisement number to the frequency control module 14;
the running state determination module 35: for judging the driving state of the mobile terminal 5 according to the speed information sent by the mobile terminal 5;
the map module 31, the path judgment module 32, the speed calculation module 33 and the advertisement judgment module 34 are connected in sequence, and the map module 31, the path judgment module 32, the speed calculation module 33, the advertisement judgment module 34 and the driving state judgment module 35 are all connected with the control module 17.
The map in the map module 31 stores the position of each outdoor terminal 4, the position information of the mobile terminal 5 is received and added into the map, the driving judging module 35 judges the driving state of the mobile terminal 5, if the mobile terminal is in a walking or riding state, the path judging module 32 calculates the path moved by the user of the mobile terminal 5, then the path is returned to the map module 31 to search the outdoor terminal 4 on the path, the speed calculating module 33 calculates the moving speed of the user of the mobile terminal, and calculates the time when the mobile terminal 5 reaches each outdoor terminal 4 on the path, the advertisement judging module 34 filters the advertisement number or identification number displayed by the outdoor terminal 4 at the corresponding time, then the advertisement number or identification number is sent to the frequency control module 14, and the advertisement number or identification number is removed by the frequency control module 14.
The method and the system have the advantages that the unique identification number information is used as effective connection, the mobile terminal and the television terminal in the same family are identified in the advertisement playing activity, the nearby outdoor terminal users are identified at the same time, and then the advertisements played by the terminals are eliminated, so that the advertisements can be controlled around the mobile terminal in exposure frequency, the exposure waste is avoided, the effective exposure of the advertisements is enhanced on the one hand, and the brand damage and the advertisement cost waste caused by the overexposure are reduced on the other hand.

A method for releasing DTV and OTT information and media resources of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising a family and an outdoor terminal, wherein the family comprises television terminals and mobile terminals, each television terminal corresponds to a television terminal identification number, each mobile terminal corresponds to a mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the mobile terminal identification number both comprise family identification numbers, and the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the outdoor terminal identification number are terminal identification numbers, and the releasing method comprises the following steps:
s1, establishing an advertisement library and a family terminal library, recording advertisement push frequency information corresponding to a television terminal identification number, recording advertisement push frequency information corresponding to a mobile terminal identification number, and recording advertisement push frequency information corresponding to outdoor terminal identification number information;
s2, the target mobile terminal in the family acquires the position information and the speed information, integrates the identification number, the position information, the speed information and the data request information of the target mobile terminal into a request data packet, and sends the request data packet to the operator server;
s3, the operator server extracts a family identification number from the identification number of the target mobile terminal, calls the identification number of the mobile terminal and the identification number of the television terminal in the family through the family identification number, calls the advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal corresponding to the identification number of the mobile terminal, calls the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal corresponding to the identification number of the television terminal, searches the identification number of an outdoor terminal near the target mobile terminal according to the position information of the target mobile terminal, and calls the corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the identification number of the outdoor terminal;

s6, pushing the audio advertisement which is not pushed by combining the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the nearby outdoor terminal, the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the mobile terminal and the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the television terminal in the same family user identification number, and executing the step S7;
and S7, updating the advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the target mobile terminal.

The DTV and OTT information and mobile media resource delivery method according to claim 1, wherein the advertisement library comprises an audio advertisement identification number library and a video advertisement identification number library, the advertisement push frequency information comprises audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information, and the audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information stores a terminal identification number, an advertisement identification number, push time, and advertisement classification;
the step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, and combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library;
s52, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement identification number in the video advertisement identification number library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement identification number in the temporarily selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;

The DTV and OTT information and mobile media resource delivery method according to claim 1, wherein the advertisement library stores all advertisement numbers, the advertisement identification number is formed by combining an advertisement number and a type identification number, the advertisement number is used for distinguishing each advertisement, the same advertisement comprises a video advertisement and/or an audio advertisement, and the video advertisement and the audio advertisement are distinguished by the type identification number;
the step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library, and storing each advertisement number in the selected advertisement library once;
s52, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement numbers in the advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement numbers in the temporary selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;
s53, screening the advertisement numbers in the temporary advertisement library as selected advertisement numbers, and combining the selected advertisement numbers with the type identification numbers of the video advertisements to form selected advertisement identification numbers;
s54, searching the target video advertisement according to the selected advertisement identification number, and pushing the target video advertisement to the target mobile terminal;
the step S6 includes the steps of:
s61, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library, and storing each advertisement number in the selected advertisement library once;
s62, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement numbers in the advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement numbers in the temporary selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;
s63, screening the advertisement numbers in the temporary advertisement library as selected advertisement numbers, and combining the selected advertisement numbers with the type identification numbers of the audio advertisements to form selected advertisement identification numbers;
and S64, searching the target audio advertisement according to the selected advertisement identification number, and pushing the target audio advertisement to the target mobile terminal.

The DTV and OTT information and media resource delivery method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the step S1 further stores a long-term active position of each mobile terminal, and the long-term active position is calculated according to the data of the position information of the mobile terminal acquired in the previous step S3; in step S3, an outdoor terminal identification number near the long-term activity position is also searched, and corresponding advertisement push frequency information is called according to the outdoor terminal identification number.

The DTV and OTT information and media resource delivery method for mobile terminals according to claim 6, wherein the step S51 further calculates the average speed of the mobile terminal user on the route, calculates the arrival time of the user at each outdoor terminal location according to the average speed and the route, and filters the advertisement number or the advertisement identification number played at the arrival time corresponding to each outdoor terminal on the route to be added to the temporarily selected advertisement library.

the operator server acquires and identifies the request data packet sent by the mobile terminal, sends data information and advertisement information to the mobile terminal, receives the driving state of the mobile terminal sent by the state server, searches data information required by the mobile terminal, and simultaneously screens and sends the advertisement to the mobile terminal;
the database server is used for storing data information, an advertisement library, a mobile terminal identification number library, a television terminal identification number library, a family terminal library, an outdoor terminal identification number library, mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information, television terminal advertisement push frequency information, outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information, an outdoor terminal map library and a mobile terminal position library which are provided for the mobile terminal;
the family terminal identification module is used for extracting the family identification number from the mobile terminal identification number, then searching the mobile terminal identification number and the television terminal identification number in the same family in the family terminal library according to the family identification number and sending the mobile terminal identification number and the television terminal identification number to the operator server,
the state server is used for receiving the position information and the speed information of the mobile terminal sent by the operator server, calculating the position information of the outdoor terminal and the mobile terminal on a map, judging the driving state of the mobile terminal and sending the driving state to the operator server;
the outdoor terminal is used for receiving the advertisement information sent by the operator server and playing the advertisement information;
the mobile terminal is used for sending a request data packet to the operator server, receiving the data information and the advertisement information and then displaying the data information and the advertisement information;
the television terminal is used for sending a request data packet to the operator server, receiving the data information and the advertisement information and then displaying the data information and the advertisement information;
the outdoor terminal, the mobile terminal and the television terminal are all connected with an operator server, the operator server is respectively connected with the database server, the home terminal identification module and the state server, and the state server and the home terminal identification module are also connected with the database server.
9. The delivery system of claim 8, wherein the operator server comprises the following modules:
the signal transceiving module is used for receiving a request data packet sent by the mobile terminal, sending data information and advertisements to the mobile terminal, sending the advertisements to the outdoor terminal and receiving the driving state of the mobile terminal sent by the state server;
the information separation module is used for extracting the identification number of the mobile terminal, the position information, the speed information and the data request information from the request data packet and extracting the household identification number from the identification number of the mobile terminal;
the information retrieval module is used for searching corresponding advertisement pushing frequency information according to the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the outdoor terminal identification number, and searching corresponding data information according to the data request information;
the frequency control module receives the driving state of the mobile terminal, selects a video advertisement or an audio advertisement according to the driving state of the mobile terminal, and simultaneously screens an advertisement identification number corresponding to an advertisement which is not pushed or an advertisement with a lower pushing frequency according to advertisement pushing frequency information to serve as a selected advertisement identification number;
the advertisement configuration module is used for calling the corresponding advertisement from the database server according to the selected advertisement identification number and sending the advertisement to the signal receiving and sending module;
the data configuration module is used for calling the data information requested by the mobile terminal from the database server and sending the data information to the signal receiving and sending module;
the system comprises a signal receiving and transmitting module, an information separation module, an information retrieval module, a frequency control module, an advertisement configuration module and a data configuration module, wherein the signal receiving and transmitting module, the information separation module, the advertisement configuration module and the data configuration module are all connected with a control module, the signal receiving and transmitting module is also connected with the information separation module, and the information retrieval module, the advertisement configuration module and the data configuration module are all connected with a database server.
