And if the audit is passed, the audit service platform sends confirmation information to the ETC service APP, wherein the confirmation information comprises an acceptance number. And if the audit is not passed, the audit service platform sends information to the ETC service APP to require re-input, and can inform the reason at the same time. All communication data between the ETC service APP and the auditing service platform can be encrypted, and the auditing service platform is provided with an issuing authentication service system and provides key support for issuing.
And after the confirmation information that the audit is passed is received, the ETC service APP feeds back the acceptance number to the user. At the moment, the ETC service APP can automatically jump to an e-commerce platform page for the user to select online purchase; of course, the user may also be notified to go offline to purchase the OBU. The ETC service APP can list the network points near the position of the user on the interface, so that the user can find the nearby network points through the positioning function. If the user chooses to purchase online, the ETC operator service notifies a legitimate third party, such as a courier that sent the OBU, to deliver the OBU and card (ESAM card) to the user at a predetermined time. If the user selects off-line purchase, the user provides an acceptance number after arriving at the website, and the website staff transacts according to the acceptance number. It will be appreciated that the OBU has written the first issue information at this point.
When off-line, the staff of the website utilizes ETC service APP with employee authority, upwards connects the background through wireless networks such as 4G, 3G or WIFI, downwards connects the OBU through a close-range wireless communication mode, directly writes the distribution information into the OBU, and simultaneously encrypts the distribution information, thereby completing the distribution of the OBU. Third embodiment
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides an application program, referred to herein as an ETC service APP, installed in an intelligent mobile terminal having a camera. The ETC service APP may include a communication request module 301, a program transmission module 303, and a program reception module 305.
The communication request module 301 initiates a real-time video communication request to a server background of the ETC server through a wireless network. After establishing real-time video communication with the server background, the program sending module 303 sends an activation authentication instruction application related to issuing and activating the vehicle-mounted unit from the user to the server background; the program receiving module 305 receives an authentication instruction from the server background, where the authentication instruction includes installation instruction information and interaction information for confirming real-time communication. The first instruction sending module 405 is configured to send an authentication instruction to the intelligent mobile terminal after confirming integrity and correctness of the identity information of the user, where the authentication instruction includes installation instruction information and interaction information used for confirming real-time communication. The second receiving and verifying module 407 is configured to receive a response from the smart mobile terminal, determine authenticity of an installation operation of the on-board unit according to the response, and determine whether to send an activation instruction to the smart mobile terminal to activate the on-board unit according to a determination result, where the response is a response made by the user according to the authentication instruction, and includes a response made by the user according to the interaction information and an in-vehicle and out-vehicle video of an installation process of the on-board unit photographed according to the installation instruction information. The second instruction sending module 409 is configured to send the activation instruction to the intelligent mobile terminal.
In summary, some embodiments of the present application provide an intelligent mobile terminal (including but not limited to a smart phone and a tablet computer) or an APP with a real-time video telephony function, when a user installs an on-board unit OBU by himself, the intelligent mobile terminal and the APP with a real-time video communication function are used to connect a real-time video communication background specified by an ETC service provider, receive a background installation activation instruction and transmit a process video of the user installing the on-board unit OBU by himself in real-time in a real-time video communication manner, that is, the user records and transmits information including a multifunctional electronic tag SN code, an installation vehicle type and license plate information, an installation surrounding environment, and the like by a real-time video, and the ETC service provider confirms the information online. Because the user needs to respond to the instruction sent by the server in real time and upload the whole installation process in real time, the reliability of the installation process can be effectively ensured, the problem of editing and falsifying possibly existing in the follow-up uploading of videos is avoided, and the verification complexity of the server is reduced. the intelligent mobile terminal is used for connecting the server background and sending an activation authentication instruction application related to issuing and activating the vehicle-mounted unit from a user to the server background after the server background is connected;
the server background is used for confirming the integrity and the correctness of the identity information of the user according to the application and sending an authentication instruction to the intelligent mobile terminal after confirmation, wherein the authentication instruction comprises installation indication information and interactive information used for confirming real-time communication;
the intelligent mobile terminal is further used for outputting the received authentication instruction to a user, so that the user can make a response according to the authentication instruction, and sending the response to the server background, wherein the response comprises a response made by the user according to the interactive information and the in-vehicle and out-vehicle videos shot according to the installation indication information during the installation process of the vehicle-mounted unit;
the server background is also used for receiving the response, judging the authenticity of the installation operation of the vehicle-mounted unit according to the response, including checking the installation process in real time, and determining whether to send an activation instruction to the intelligent mobile terminal according to the judgment result so as to activate the vehicle-mounted unit;
and after the intelligent mobile terminal is connected with the server background until the activation instruction is received, the intelligent mobile terminal always keeps a real-time video communication state with the server background.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the server backend comprises a cloud platform; the intelligent mobile terminal is also used for transmitting the in-vehicle and out-vehicle videos of the process of installing the vehicle-mounted unit by the user to the server background, wherein the in-vehicle and out-vehicle videos comprise the installation position of the shot vehicle-mounted unit, the product coding information of the vehicle-mounted unit, the number information of seats in the vehicle, the type of the vehicle and the license plate information; the cloud platform is used for storing the videos inside and outside the vehicle.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the smart mobile terminal is further configured to send the activation instruction to the on-board unit already installed on the vehicle for the on-board unit to initiate a tamper-evident function according to the activation instruction.
4. A method for supporting online publication, activation of on-board units using a system according to any of claims 1-3, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that a server background of a service side of the electronic toll collection system is connected through an intelligent mobile terminal, and after the server background is connected, an activation authentication instruction application related to issuing and activating of a vehicle-mounted unit from a user is sent to the server background through the intelligent mobile terminal;
receiving an authentication instruction from the server background through the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the authentication instruction comprises installation instruction information and interactive information for confirming real-time communication;
sending a response made by the user according to the authentication instruction to the server background through the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the response comprises a response made by the user according to the interactive information and an in-vehicle and out-vehicle video shot according to the installation instruction information during the installation process of the vehicle-mounted unit;
receiving a verification result of the response from the server background through the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the verification result comprises an activation instruction or verification failure prompt information;
during the steps, the intelligent mobile terminal and the server background always keep a real-time video communication state.

The method of claim 4, wherein the interaction information comprises a question or a string randomly generated by the server background, or a question generated according to the identity information of the user; the response comprises the response which is directly input by the user through the intelligent mobile terminal according to the interactive information or is made by the user through a dialogue mode.
6. An intelligent mobile terminal applied to the system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the intelligent mobile terminal has a real-time video communication function, and the intelligent mobile terminal comprises:
the terminal sending module is used for enabling a user to start the real-time video communication function and then to switch on a server background of a service side of the electronic toll collection system, and then sending an activation authentication instruction application related to issuing and activating a vehicle-mounted unit from the user to the server background;
the terminal receiving unit is used for receiving an authentication instruction from the server background, wherein the authentication instruction comprises installation instruction information and interactive information used for confirming real-time communication;
the terminal sending module is further used for transmitting a response made by the user according to the authentication instruction to the server background, wherein the response comprises a response made by the user according to the interactive information and the in-vehicle and out-vehicle videos shot according to the installation indication information during the installation process of the vehicle-mounted unit;
the terminal receiving unit is also used for receiving a verification result of the response from the server background, wherein the verification result comprises an activation instruction or verification failure prompt information;
and the intelligent mobile terminal is always kept in a real-time video communication state with the server background after the server background is connected until the activation instruction is received.
7. The intelligent mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the terminal sending module is further configured to send the activation instruction to the on-board unit installed on the vehicle, so that the on-board unit can start a tamper-proof function.
