Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a business audit method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S205.
In operation S201, in response to a login request for logging in the management server, which is transmitted by the field service personnel through the mobile auditing device, a communication connection is established between the mobile auditing device and the management server;
in operation S202, receiving a service audit application sent by a client through the self-service intelligent machine under the condition that the on-site self-service intelligent machine is confirmed to be in a safe state;
according to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the on-site self-service intelligent machine is confirmed to be in a safe state, the self-service intelligent machine periodically requests an audit key from a management server. When the management server receives the request, a series of audit keys are generated through a random algorithm, and the audit keys and the device id of the intelligent machine are stored in the same piece of data in the database when the request is sent. Each time a self-service intelligent machine sends out such a request, the audit key is updated once. If the request is not sent on time, the secret key is invalid, and the self-service intelligent machine is determined to be in an unsafe state.
In operation S203, a service serial code sent in response to the service audit application is returned to the self-service intelligent machine, so that the self-service intelligent machine synchronizes the service summary information to be audited including the service serial code to the mobile audit device;
according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the self-service intelligent machine synchronizes the to-be-checked service summary information comprising the service sequence code to the mobile checking equipment through the near field communication technology, and the self-service intelligent machine encrypts the to-be-checked service summary information firstly during synchronization.
In operation S204, receiving auditing result summarized information that a field service personnel audits the auditing service summarized information through a mobile auditing device;
according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the mobile auditing equipment decrypts the decrypted service summary information to be audited, and then audits the service summary information to be audited to generate auditing result summary information, so that the management server can receive the auditing result summary information.
And in operation S205, the verified auditing result summary information is sent to the self-service intelligent machine.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the management server verifies the received auditing result summary information, such as verifying whether the auditing secret key is matched with the ID of the self-service intelligent machine, whether the ID of the mobile auditing equipment is normal, whether the auditing result is wrong, and the like;
In order to consider more safely, the self-service intelligent machine sends the received verified auditing result summary information to the management server again for comparison, and the secondary verification is completed.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of a business audit method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, in the business auditing method of the present disclosure, a banking business is subjected to a field auditing processing scheme based on a micro-service architecture, and a business person can take charge of a manual auditing processing flow of business auditing through a mobile auditing device; the self-service intelligent machine is responsible for the processing operation of clients.
And the quick authorization interaction of the self-service intelligent machine equipment and the mobile auditing end equipment in auditing service is realized through wireless interconnection technologies such as a near field communication technology and the like. The management server is in charge of directly interacting with the mobile auditing equipment to complete the functions of heartbeat monitoring, single sign-on and the like of the equipment, and is also in charge of the interactive logic processing of auditing services by service personnel, and meanwhile, the safety and the high efficiency of the services are ensured; when business audit is carried out: business personnel use the mobile auditing equipment to access the management server for logging in.
The self-service intelligent machine periodically requests an audit key from an audit server. When the management server receives the request, a series of auditing secret keys are generated through a random algorithm, and the auditing secret keys and the equipment id of the self-service intelligent machine are stored in the same piece of data in the database when the request is sent.
Each time a self-service intelligent machine sends out such a request, the audit key is updated once. If the request is not sent on time, the key is invalidated. When the client transacts the business to be audited, the self-service intelligent machine sends business information to the management server, and the management server returns the serial number and the business serial code of the business to the self-service intelligent machine.
The business personnel use the mobile auditing equipment and an nfc module (near field communication module) on the self-service intelligent machine to carry out information interaction, and the self-service intelligent machine transmits a business sequence code, an auditing secret key, a self-service intelligent machine id and auditing business information (encrypted transmission and decryption by the mobile auditing equipment) to the mobile auditing equipment.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, because the communication connection is established between the mobile auditing equipment and the management server in response to the login request for logging in the management server, which is sent by the field service personnel through the mobile auditing equipment, is adopted; under the condition that the on-site self-service intelligent machine is confirmed to be in a safe state, receiving a business audit application sent by a client through the self-service intelligent machine; the service sequence codes sent in response to the service auditing application are returned to the self-service intelligent machine, so that the self-service intelligent machine synchronizes the summarized information of the service to be audited, including the service sequence codes, to the mobile auditing equipment; receiving auditing result summarized information for auditing the business summarized information to be audited by on-site business personnel through mobile auditing equipment; the technical means of transmitting the verified auditing result summarized information to the self-service intelligent machine is to substantially adopt a micro-service architecture to audit the bank field business, has low coupling and easy maintenance, and can flexibly control the cost according to the need; the service auditing time is shortened, and the technical effects of service auditing efficiency and the like are improved.
The method shown in fig. 2 is further described below with reference to fig. 4-6, in conjunction with the exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flowchart of the self-service intelligent machine synchronizing the pending service summary information including the service sequence code to the mobile auditing device.
As shown in fig. 4, the self-service intelligent machine synchronizes the summary information of the service to be checked including the service serial code to the mobile checking device, including operations S301 to S303.
In operation S301, in the case that the on-site service personnel holds the mobile auditing device close to the self-service intelligent machine, the self-service intelligent machine and the mobile auditing device establish a near field communication connection;
in operation S302, after the mobile auditing equipment is identified and connected through the self-service intelligent machine, the summarized information of the business to be audited is encrypted and transmitted to the mobile auditing equipment;
in operation S303, the mobile auditing device receives the to-be-audited service summary information and decrypts the to-be-audited service summary information, thereby obtaining decrypted to-be-audited service summary information.
Through the operation, the on-site service personnel can acquire the service summary information to be audited more timely and safely.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of sending verified audit result summary information to a self-service intelligent machine.
As shown in fig. 5, sending the verified audit result summary information to the self-service intelligent machine includes operations S401 to S403:
in operation S401, checking the matching condition of the audit key and the ID of the self-service intelligent machine;
in operation S402, confirming the auditing result and carrying out library-falling on the auditing result summarized information;
in operation S403, the final audit result is sent to the self-service intelligent machine, so that the client obtains the final audit result.
Through the operation, the service data can be cached and persisted, and meanwhile, quick reading and writing and long-term recording are supported.
FIG. 6 schematically illustrates another flow chart for sending validated audit result summary information to a self-service intelligent machine.
As shown in fig. 6, sending validated audit result summary information to the self-service intelligent machine includes operations S501 to S504:

in operation S503, the final auditing result is sent to the mobile auditing apparatus;
in operation S504, the final audit result is synchronized to the self-service intelligent machine by the mobile audit device, so that the client obtains the final audit result.
Through the operation, the login equipment, the single sign-on function and the auditing function are subjected to multiple times of identity verification, so that the security is high.
It should be noted that, unless there is an execution sequence between different operations or an execution sequence between different operations in technical implementation, the execution sequence between multiple operations may be different, and multiple operations may also be executed simultaneously in the embodiment of the disclosure.
