Long Term Evolution (LTE) redirection refers to a system indicating, through redirection Carrier information (redirected Carrier Info) in a radio resource control Connection Release (RRC Connection Release) message, that a User Equipment (UE) should attempt to camp on a designated system/frequency point after leaving a connected state; the method is generally applied to the condition that the UE signal difference reaches a certain degree and cannot be accessed to other cells through a normal switching process; different from the handover process having a handover preparation stage, the redirection is performed in a connected state, the RRC Connection Release message carries information (such as frequency) of the target cell, then the RRC Connection is released, and the UE applies for access to the target cell.
Voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) is a Voice service based on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), which has become a standard architecture of a core network in the all-IP era because it can support various accesses and rich Multimedia services; after the development and maturity of the past years, IMS has crossed the valley, becoming the mainstream choice for improving Broadband Voice (VoBB) and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) networks in the fixed Voice field, and also being determined as the standard architecture of mobile Voice by 3GPP and GSMA; VoLTE is an IP data transmission technology, a 2G/3G network is not needed, all services are borne on a 4G network, and the unification of data and voice services under the same network can be realized, in other words, the 4G network not only provides high-speed data services, but also provides high-quality audio and video calls, and the high-quality audio and video calls under the 4G network are realized by the VoLTE technology.
In the prior art, to ensure the continuity of the VoLTE voice call, the establishment of a quality of service Class Identifier (QCI, QoS Identifier)1 is generally adopted as a time node, and after a dedicated bearer of QCI1 is established, redirection is prohibited to avoid call drop; however, if the redirection of the UE occurs during the call, i.e. before the QCI1 is established, the call may be dropped, thus reducing the call completing rate of the VoLTE voice service.

Detailed Description
In various embodiments of the invention: the method comprises the steps of detecting signaling between user equipment and IMS equipment, judging whether the user equipment is currently carrying out a VoLTE voice call process according to the detected signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment, and shielding and triggering redirection of the user equipment when the user equipment is judged to be currently carrying out the VoLTE voice call process.
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example one
The embodiment provides a service processing method, which can be applied to a scene in which the call completing rate of the VoLTE voice service needs to be optimized. In the prior art, if redirection of the UE occurs during the call, i.e. before QCI1 is established, the call may be disconnected. The embodiment provides a technical solution for the scenario.
The execution main body of this embodiment may be a service processing apparatus, and may be configured to execute the service processing method of this embodiment; the service processing apparatus may be implemented in various manners, for example, all components of the apparatus are implemented in a network device such as MME and S-GW, or the components in the apparatus are implemented in a coupled manner on the network device side.
Based on the service processing apparatus, referring to fig. 1, the service processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 101, detecting signaling between user equipment and IMS equipment.
The user equipment can be terminals/equipment supporting VoLTE (voice over long term evolution) such as smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers and wearable equipment (such as smart glasses and smart watches); the signalling between the user equipment and the IMS device may be, for example, initial session protocol (SIP) signalling.
Step 102, according to the detected signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment, determining whether the user equipment is currently performing a VoLTE voice call procedure.
And 103, shielding and triggering the redirection of the user equipment when the user equipment is judged to be currently carrying out the VoLTE voice call flow.
Here, the blocking of triggering redirection of the ue means prohibiting redirection of the ue, for example, when a communication signal of the ue is poor to a certain extent and cannot access other cells through a normal handover procedure, prohibiting sending an RRC Connection Release message carrying information (such as frequency) of a target cell to the ue, thereby prohibiting redirection of the ue.
In the embodiment, by detecting the signaling between the user equipment and the IMS device, and according to the detected signaling between the user equipment and the IMS device, when it is determined that the user equipment is currently performing the VoLTE voice call process, the redirection of the user equipment is triggered by shielding, which reduces the probability of call failure due to redirection, and thus, the call completing rate of the VoLTE voice service can be improved.
Example two
Based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment is described with respect to a scenario of how to specifically determine whether the ue is currently performing a VoLTE voice call procedure.
Referring to fig. 2, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201, detecting signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment.
The signalling between the user equipment and the IMS device may be, for example, initial session protocol (SIP) signalling.
Step 202, judging whether a signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment is an encrypted signaling, if so, turning to step 203; otherwise go to step 205.
Step 203, obtaining the size of the downlink signaling in the signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment.
Step 204, judging whether the size of a downlink signaling in a signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment meets a preset condition or not; if yes, go to step 207; otherwise, it is determined that the user equipment is not currently performing the VoLTE voice call process, and the process of this embodiment is ended.
Judging whether the IMS equipment sends an invite message to a called party or not and judging whether the IMS equipment sends a 100trying message to a calling party or not by judging the size of a downlink signaling in an SIP signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment.
And step 205, signaling is analyzed.
Step 206, judging whether the user equipment sends or receives a session request message according to the analysis result; if yes, go to step 207; otherwise, the flow ends.
The session request message may be, for example, an invite (invite) message.
Step 207, determining that the user equipment is currently performing the VoLTE voice call process.
Step 208, the mask triggers redirection of the user equipment.
In this embodiment, after detecting a signaling between a user equipment and an IMS device, when determining that the signaling between the user equipment and the IMS device is an encrypted signaling, determining whether the user equipment is currently performing a VoLTE voice call procedure according to a size of a downlink signaling in the signaling between the user equipment and the IMS device; when the signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment is determined to be non-encrypted signaling, whether the user equipment sends or receives a session request message is judged by analyzing the signaling, and whether the user equipment is currently carrying out a VoLTE voice call process is further determined; when the user equipment is judged to be currently carrying out the VoLTE voice call process, the redirection of the user equipment is shielded and triggered, so that the probability of call failure caused by redirection is reduced, and the call completing rate of the VoLTE voice service can be improved.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment explains a scenario of how to reduce the probability of call failure of VoLTE voice service due to redirection in the case of avoiding affecting the normal data service to enable the redirection function.
Referring to fig. 3, the information processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301, detecting signaling between the user equipment and the IMS device.
Step 302, according to the detected signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment, determining whether the user equipment is currently performing a VoLTE voice call procedure; if yes, that is, it is determined that the user equipment is currently performing the VoLTE voice call process, then go to step 303; otherwise, it is determined that the user equipment is not currently performing the VoLTE voice call process, and the process of this embodiment is ended.
Step 303, when it is determined that the user equipment is currently performing the VoLTE voice call flow, shielding and triggering redirection of the user equipment, and simultaneously, starting a timer.
The time length of the timer can be configured in advance or in real time according to requirements.
Step 304, judging whether the timer is expired and a bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream is not established; if yes, go to step 305; otherwise go to step 306.
Step 305, close the timer and allow triggering the redirection of the user equipment.
Here, when it is determined that the timer expires and a bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream is not established, the timer is closed and redirection of the user equipment is allowed to be triggered; the flow ends.
Step 306, the timer is closed, and the redirection of the user equipment is triggered by continuing shielding.
Here, when it is determined that the bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream is established and the timer has not expired, the timer is turned off and the masking continues to trigger the redirection of the user equipment.
Step 307, when it is determined that the bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream is released, allowing to trigger redirection of the user equipment.
Here, when it is determined that the bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream has been released, the VoLTE voice call is ended, at which time, the redirection of the user equipment is allowed to be triggered.
In this embodiment, when determining that the user equipment is currently performing a VoLTE voice call flow according to a detected signaling between the user equipment and the IMS equipment, a timer is started while shielding and triggering redirection of the user equipment; if the timer is expired and the bearer for transmitting the VoLTE voice media stream is not established, the timer is closed, and the redirection of the user equipment is allowed to be triggered, so that the redirection function of normal data service is prevented from being influenced.
Example four
The present embodiment is based on any one of the above embodiments, and the technical problem to be solved by the present embodiment is: the problem that the time point of forbidding redirection is too late in the prior art is solved.
The embodiment provides a device for redirecting in a call management process, which comprises: the UE call identification module and the redirection execution module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
UE call identification module: identifying whether the UE is in a call flow;
a redirection execution module: a disable redirect operation is performed.
The embodiment also provides a method for redirecting in the call management process, wherein the device for redirecting in the call management process can be used for executing the method for redirecting in the call management process;
the method for redirecting in the call management process comprises the following steps:
1) the UE call identification module identifies whether the UE performs a call process according to the SIP signaling, specifically:
(a) if the SIP signaling is not encrypted, observing whether the UE sends or receives an invite message by analyzing the SIP signaling so as to identify whether the UE is carrying out a call flow; when the UE is determined to send or receive the invite message, the redirection execution module is notified after the UE is identified to be in a calling process;
(b) if the SIP signaling is encrypted, observing whether the IMS sends an invite message to a called party or not and observing whether the IMS sends a 100trying message to a calling party or not according to the size of the downlink SIP signaling so as to identify whether the UE is carrying out a calling process or not; after recognizing that the UE is carrying out a call flow, notifying a redirection execution module;
2) when the UE call identification module identifies that the UE is initiating a call, the UE call identification module informs the redirection execution module;
3) the redirection execution module forbids the UE to redirect and starts a timer, and the time length of the timer is configurable;
4) when the redirection execution module judges that the timer is expired and the QCI1 is not established, the redirection execution module allows the redirection and RRC reconfiguration related measurement;
5) when the redirection execution module judges that the QCI1 is established and the timer does not expire, the timer is killed, and redirection is continuously prohibited;
6) when the redirection execution module determines that the QCI1 bearer is deleted, the redirection of the UE is allowed to be triggered.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device provided by the embodiment have the advantages that on the premise that the redirection function of normal data service is enabled, the purpose that the redirection is forbidden by the VoLTE user before the QCI1 is established is refined, the probability of call obstruction caused by redirection is reduced, and the feeling of the VoLTE user is improved.
The following describes implementation of the technical solution of the present embodiment by taking several specific application scenarios.
Application scenario 1:
in the LTE system, SIP signaling between IMS and UE is not encrypted, the UE makes a call, and a redirection prohibition timer (namely the timer) is set to be 4 s.
1) The UE call identification module analyzes the invite message in the uplink direction by analyzing the SIP signaling, identifies that the UE is in a call flow and informs the redirection execution module;
2) the redirection module forbids the UE to redirect and starts a timer (4 s);
3) assuming that the QCI1 is established after the timer 3s is started, the redirection execution module kills the timer and continues to forbid redirection;
4) assuming that after 10 minutes, the redirection execution module finds that the call is ended and the QCI1 bearer is deleted, the redirection of the UE is allowed to be triggered.
Application scenario 2:
in the LTE system, SIP signaling between the IMS and the UE is encrypted, the size threshold of the downlink invite message is set to 1500 bytes, the size threshold of the downlink 100trying is set to 600 bytes, and the redirection prohibition timer (i.e., the timer) is set to 4 s.
1) The UE call identification module receives a data packet of the downlink 1900Byte, and judges that the data packet arrives within 10ms after being sliced, so as to be the UE in the call process;
2) when the UE call identification module identifies that the UE is initiating a call, the UE call identification module informs the redirection execution module;
3) the redirection module forbids the UE to redirect and starts a timer (4 s);
4) if the QCI1 is not established after the timer 4s is started, the redirection execution module kills the timer, allows redirection, and performs RRC reconfiguration related measurement;
5) assuming that the QCI1 is established after the timer 1s is started, the redirection execution module prohibits redirection;
6) assuming that after 5 minutes, the redirection execution module finds that the call is ended and the QCI1 is deleted, the redirection of the UE is allowed to be triggered.
Application scenario 3:
in the LTE system, SIP signaling between the IMS and the UE is encrypted, the size threshold of downlink invite is set to 1500 bytes, the size threshold of downlink 100trying is set to 600 bytes, and the redirection prohibition timer (i.e., the timer) is set to 5 s.
1) The UE call identification module receives the downlink 500Byte data packet and judges the data packet as the UE in the call process;
2) informing a redirection execution module when the UE initiates a call;
3) the redirection module forbids the UE to redirect and starts a timer 5 s;
4) assuming that the QCI1 is established after the timer 4s is started, the redirection execution module kills the timer and continues to prohibit redirection;
5) assuming that the redirection execution module detects that the call is ended and the QCI1 is deleted after the timer is started for 10 minutes, the redirection of the UE is allowed to be triggered.
