It can be understood that, when the configuration rule is based on matching of the keyword, the server may extract the keyword of the state information through the matching rule based on the keyword, match the extracted keyword with the optional push information, and determine the matched optional push information as the information to be pushed. For example, the server may extract a keyword concerned by the user according to the historical access information included in the state information of the terminal, perform keyword matching with the selectable push information on the server, and use the selectable push information with the most matched keyword as the information to be pushed. For example, the status information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information, and the like. In some implementations, the presentation style may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the terminal can be used for displaying the customized style, the function jumping style, the social platform sharing style, the application installation or uninstallation style, the user-client interaction style, the personalized push information display style, the webpage search display style and the like.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the terminal may actively initiate request information for information push to the server, so as to request information push from the server. The request information may include the status information of the terminal, and in this case, the status information of the terminal may be obtained by the server through the request information sent by the terminal.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the preset configuration rule may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the corresponding relation between the state information and the display style and the corresponding relation between the state information and the information to be pushed. The correspondence may be determined manually, or may be obtained by a machine learning method based on a certain amount of sample data, which is not limited in the present application.
Step 402, analyzing the display control data.
In this embodiment, the terminal may further analyze the presentation control data received in step 401 to obtain one or more items of information to be pushed, a presentation style, a presentation condition, and the like included in the presentation control data, and generate the presentation data.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the terminal may analyze the information to be pushed according to a value of a preset field marking the display style in the display control data sent by the server, so as to generate the display data from the information to be pushed according to the display style marked by the preset field. For example, when 4 bytes of the preset field are 0001, the information to be pushed is analyzed according to the social platform sharing style to generate display data.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after receiving the presentation control data sent by the server, the terminal may further perform inspection and fault tolerance processing on the presentation control data, for example, detect whether a title matches a topic of information to be pushed requested by the terminal, whether a URL (Uniform resource Locator) originates from the server, whether data confusion exists (for example, by comparing a value of a specified field with a preset specified field value, data confusion exists when the specified field value is inconsistent), and the like. In some implementations, if the terminal detects that there is an error in the presentation control data, if the title does not conform to the subject of the information to be pushed requested by the terminal, the URL source is not the server, and the like, the presentation control data is not parsed.
And step 403, pushing the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
In this embodiment, the terminal may display the acquired information to be pushed according to the corresponding display style when the acquired display condition is satisfied. Here, the terminal may present the acquired information to be pushed in various manners such as a web page, a pop-up window, a message notification, and the like. For example, when the terminal actively sends the request information to the server, the terminal may display the information to be pushed, which is fed back by the server, in a form of a webpage, and when the terminal receives the information to be pushed, which is actively pushed by the server, the terminal may display the information to be pushed in a form of a pop-up window, etc.
For example, when the background server acquires the state information of the terminal running the application A, the terminal generates the menu information containing the information to be pushed as a restaurant, the display style is a personalized push information display style, the display condition is the current time, the terminal displays the menu information of the restaurant in a pop-up window form shown in fig. 3f by analyzing, and for example, as shown in fig. 3h, if the user searches ×× restaurant through a search page of the application A, the server feeds back search information 3071 to the terminal running the application A, and displays the information through a display style combining a function skip style and a search display style, further, if the user clicks a function skip button, the server further feeds back the information to the terminal running the application A, and the information to be pushed is fed back to the terminal according to a different push information display style, such as the push information of the terminal A, and the like, and the terminal can push the information to be pushed according to a preset time period (for example, the application A running the terminal runs on the terminal, the application A, and the display control data of the display style is a personalized push information.
Through similar application scenes, a background server providing support for the application A can recommend products of application developers or merchants and the like to a terminal user in a targeted manner, the application A running on the terminal presents information to be pushed to the terminal user in diversified display styles, the convenience of use of the user is improved, and therefore the effectiveness of information pushing is improved.
Further reference is made to fig. 5, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the information pushing apparatus according to the present application. The device can be applied to a background server for providing support for terminal applications (such as information push type applications, search type applications, shopping type applications and the like).
As shown in fig. 5, the information pushing apparatus 500 according to the present embodiment includes: an acquisition module 501, a determination module 502 and a generation module 503. The obtaining module 501 may be configured to obtain state information of the terminal; the determining module 502 may be configured to determine a configuration rule matched with the state information of the terminal from preset configuration rules, where the preset configuration rules may be used to generate display control data, and the display control data may include information to be pushed, a display style, and a display condition; the generating module 503 may be configured to generate display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule, and send the display control data to the terminal, so that the terminal can analyze the display control data, and push information to be pushed according to a display style when a display condition is met.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the status information of the terminal may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information, and the like.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the preset configuration rule may include at least one of a corresponding relationship between the state information and the display style and a corresponding relationship between the state information and the information to be pushed.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the presentation style may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of customizing a style of a terminal, skipping a function style, sharing a style of a social platform, installing or uninstalling an application, interacting a style of a user and a client, displaying a personalized push information and displaying a webpage search.
It should be noted that modules described in the information pushing apparatus 500 correspond to respective steps in the method described with reference to fig. 2. Thus, the operations and features described above for the method are also applicable to the information pushing apparatus 500 and the modules or units included therein, and are not described herein again.
Further reference is made to fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the information pushing apparatus according to the present application. The device can be applied to terminals which can run various applications (such as information push application, search application, shopping application and the like).
As shown in fig. 6, the information pushing apparatus 600 according to the present embodiment includes: a receiving module 601, an analyzing module 602, and a pushing module 603. The receiving module 601 may be configured to receive display control data sent by a server, where the display control data may include information to be pushed, a display style, and a display condition, and the display control data may be generated by the server according to the following method: acquiring state information of a terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data; generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule; the parsing module 602 may be configured to parse the presentation control data; the pushing module 603 may be configured to push the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is satisfied.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the status information of the terminal may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information, and the like.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the preset configuration rule may include at least one of a corresponding relationship between the state information and the display style and a corresponding relationship between the state information and the information to be pushed.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the presentation style may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the method comprises the steps of customizing a style of a terminal, skipping a function style, sharing a style of a social platform, installing or uninstalling an application, interacting a style of a user and a client, displaying a personalized push information and displaying a webpage search.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described information pushing apparatus 500 and information pushing apparatus 600 also include some other well-known structures, such as a processor, a memory, etc., which are not shown in fig. 5 and 6 in order to not unnecessarily obscure embodiments of the present disclosure.
In addition, the present application also provides a system for information push, which may include a server having the information push apparatus 500 shown in fig. 5 and a terminal having the information push apparatus 600 shown in fig. 6. The architecture of the system may be found in reference to the exemplary architecture 100 shown in fig. 1. In an embodiment of the information push system of the present application, a server having the information push apparatus 500 shown in fig. 5 may be applied to the server 104 in the architecture 100, and a terminal having the information push apparatus 600 shown in fig. 6 may be applied to the terminal devices 101 and 102 in the architecture 100, which is not described herein again.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use in implementing a server or terminal according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711.
The units related in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes an acquisition module, a determination module, and a generation module. The names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the module itself, and for example, the receiving module may also be described as a "module configured to acquire status information of a terminal".
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiments; or it may be a separate computer-readable storage medium not incorporated in the terminal. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: acquiring state information of a terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, and the display control data comprises information to be pushed, a display style and a display condition; and generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule and sending the display control data to the terminal so that the terminal can analyze the display control data and push the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
Or, when executed by one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: receiving display control data sent by a server, wherein the display control data comprises information to be pushed, a display style and a display condition, and the display control data is generated by the server according to the following method: acquiring state information of a terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data; generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule; analyzing the display control data; and pushing the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.

Claims (19)

1. An information pushing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring state information of a terminal;
determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, the display control data comprise information to be pushed, display styles and display conditions, and the generated display styles are different according to different pieces of state information, wherein the generated display styles are different;
and generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule and sending the display control data to the terminal so that the terminal can analyze the display control data and push the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the status information comprises at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information.
3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the status information is obtained by means of a request message sent by the terminal, and
the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the request information is valid;
and if so, acquiring a configuration rule matched with the state information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the request information is valid when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the interface parameter of the request information accords with a preset value;
the identity information contained in the request information is matched with preset identity information;
the requested information to be pushed matches the state information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset configuration rule includes at least one of a correspondence between the status information and the presentation style and a correspondence between the status information and the information to be pushed.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the presentation style comprises at least one of:
a customized style of the terminal;
a function skip pattern;
a social platform sharing style;
applying an installation or uninstallation pattern;
a user and client interaction style;
personalized push information display styles;
the web page searches for a presentation style.
7. An information pushing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
receiving display control data sent by a server, wherein the display control data comprises information to be pushed, a display style and a display condition, and the display control data is generated by the server according to the following method: acquiring state information of a terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, and the generated information to be pushed is different and the generated display styles are different aiming at different state information; generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule;
analyzing the display control data;
and pushing the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the status information comprises at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and sending request information to the server so that the server can acquire the state information of the terminal through the request information.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the preset configuration rule includes at least one of a correspondence between the status information and the presentation style and a correspondence between the status information and the information to be pushed.
11. The method of claim 7, wherein the presentation style comprises at least one of:
a customized style of the terminal;
a function skip pattern;
a social platform sharing style;
applying an installation or uninstallation pattern;
a user and client interaction style;
personalized push information display styles;
the web page searches for a presentation style.
12. An information pushing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is configured to acquire state information of the terminal;
the determining module is configured to determine a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, the display control data comprise information to be pushed, display styles and display conditions, and the generated information to be pushed and the generated display styles are different aiming at different state information;
and the generating module is configured to generate display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule and send the display control data to the terminal, so that the terminal can analyze the display control data and push the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the status information comprises at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information.
14. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the preset configuration rule includes at least one of a correspondence between the status information and the presentation style and a correspondence between the status information and the information to be pushed.
15. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the presentation style comprises at least one of:
a customized style of the terminal;
a function skip pattern;
a social platform sharing style;
applying an installation or uninstallation pattern;
a user and client interaction style;
personalized push information display styles;
the web page searches for a presentation style.
16. An information pushing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the display control data comprises information to be pushed, a display style and a display condition, and is generated by the server according to the following method: acquiring state information of a terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, and the generated information to be pushed is different and the generated display styles are different aiming at different state information; generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule;
the analysis module is configured to analyze the display control data;
and the pushing module is configured to push the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.

The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the status information comprises at least one of: customization information, user identification information, location information, current movement speed information, current time information, historical access information, operating system version information, application version information.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the presentation style comprises at least one of:
a customized style of the terminal;
a function skip pattern;
a social platform sharing style;
applying an installation or uninstallation pattern;
a user and client interaction style;
personalized push information display styles;
the web page searches for a presentation style.
19. An information push system, characterized in that, the system includes a terminal and a server, wherein:
the server configured to: acquiring state information of the terminal; determining a configuration rule matched with the state information from preset configuration rules, wherein the preset configuration rules are used for generating display control data, the display control data comprise information to be pushed, display styles and display conditions, and the generated display styles are different according to different pieces of state information, wherein the generated display styles are different; generating display control data according to the state information and the configuration rule and sending the display control data to the terminal;
the terminal configured to: receiving display control data sent by the server; analyzing the display control data; and pushing the information to be pushed according to the display style when the display condition is met.
