Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DETERMINAR A DUREZA DE UM PRODUTO". Em um processo para determinar a dureza de um produto, por exemplo frutas, durante um ciclo de medição, que compreende: suportar o produto, dar pancadinhas no produto com dispositivo de dar pancadinhas em no mínimo uma posição do produto, como resultado do que o produto como um todo é ajustado em sua vibração natural e produz sinais de vibração, sensorear os sinais de vibração com um sensor de sinal, e processar os sinais de vibração com um dispositivo de processamento de sinal, no qual a dureza FRi do produto é determinada e, além disto, que compreende: sensorear os sinais produzidos pelo dispositivo de dar pancadinhas com um segundo sensor de sinal, processar os sinais de vibração com um segundo dispositivo de processamento de sinal, as propriedades elásticas do produto sendo determinadas em uma faixa de volume ao redor do acima no mínimo uma posição, determinar a dureza Fli do produto, comparar Fli e FRi e verificar a comparação com um valor pré-ajustado, a ação de dar pancadinhas e sensorear com o segundo sensor de sinal sendo repetido quando a comparação não satisfaz o valor pré-ajustado, a dureza pode ser determinada vantajosamente em particular com a intenção de rotular produtos ao selecionar e em seguida separar frutas. Um dispositivo para realizar este processo pode ser utilizado para ambos, para aplicações de área de trabalho e para determinações em linha, em máquinas de separar.
