Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA REPASSE ENTRE UMA ESTAçãO BASE CDMA ASSìNCRONA E UMA ESTAçãO BASE CDMA, SìNCRONA". São descritos um método e um sistema que permitem a captação mais rápida do sinal de ligação enviada de uma estação base alvo em uma rede mista de estações base síncronas e assíncronas. A estação base servidora transmite em uma listagem de vizinhas um erro de timing estimado (417) entre a estação base servidora e uma estação base meta. Pela utilização das informações de timing, uma estação móvel estima o offset de timing relativo (408) entre os sinais de ligação enviada recebidos a partir da estação base servidora e sinais recebidos a partir da estação base meta. As informações de timing captadas durante o repasse permitem atualização acurada do erro de timing estimado (417) subseq³entemente transmitido nas listagens de vizinhas pelas estações base.
