Abstract

Disclosed are a method and device for axially reinforcing an electromagnetic forming coil; the method comprises the following steps: (1) winding a metal conductor around a coil skeleton, and uniformly applying curing glue simultaneously; (2) after exit is finished, uniformly winding fiber materials around the outer side of the conductor, and uniformly applying curing glue simultaneously, so that the fibers are fully impregnated; (3) winding axial reinforcement fibers after sufficient curing, wherein each group of axial reinforcement fibers is repeatedly wound through a central hole along a radius and is tightened; and (4) after winding is finished, applying curing glue to the surfaces of the fibers until the fibers are sufficiently impregnated, and after sufficient curing, completing axial reinforcement. During electromagnetic forming, a coil is subjected to a reversed and axially pulsed electromagnetic force, and the conductor inside the coil is prone to axial displacement and even disintegration after long-term use of the coil, resulting in the destruction of a magnet. By means of applying axial reinforcement to the electromagnetic forming coil, an effective restraint is provided in the axial direction of the coil, and the service life of the electromagnetic forming coil is effectively prolonged.
