Abstract

Opisan je poboljsani postpak za dobijanje krajnjih proizvoda adukta kondenzovanja Schiff-ove baze cije su komponente protein, koji ima blagotvorno dejstvo na zivotinje, i aromatski o-hidroksi aldehid, a sastoji se u dovodjenju u kontakt gore navedenih komponenata u vodenoj sredini pri pH od 7,0 ili vise da bi se dobila reakciona smesa, pod uslovima koji su efikasni da se navedena reakcija kondenzovanja sustinski dovede do kraja uklanjanjem od oko 97,0% do oko 99,9% mas%, pozeljno od oko 98,0% do oko 99,0 mas% vode vec prisutne ili nastale tokom navedene reakcije kondenzovanja, konzistentnim za odrzavanje integriteta reagensa kondenzovanja i krajnjeg proizvoda, adukta, i da se osigura brzina konverzije u navedeni krajnji proizvod, adukt kondenzovanja, tj., sa rezultujucim prinosom navedenog krajnjeg proizvoda, adukta kondenzovanja, jednakim ili vecim od oko 98,5 mas%, pozeljno jednakim ili vecim od oko 99,5 mas%, bazirano na masi reaktanata. Pozeljni aromatski o-hidroksi aldehidi su o-vanilin; salicilaldehid; 2,3-dihidroksibenzaldehid; 2,6-dihidroksibenzaldehid;2-hidroksi-3-etoksibenzaldehid; ili piridoksal. Mogu se koristiti proteini iz veoma sirokog opsega. Poboljasni postupak obezbedjuje prinose preko 90% i sustinski kvantitativnu konverziju aldehida i proteina u adukt kondenzovanja.
