Pronalazak se sastoji u dobijanju 5'- i N-supstituisanih derivata 2-Гџ-D-ribofuranoziltiazol-4-karboksiamida (tiazofurina), opšte formula I: Prema pronalasku se na 2-(2',3'-O-isopropropiliden-Гџ-D-ribofuranozil)tiazol-4-karboksiamid II deluje sa odgovarajućim karbonskim kiselinama ili njenim halogenidima i dobijaju se 5'- i N-supstituisani derivati 2-(2',3'-O-izopropiliden-Гџ-D-ribofuranozil)tiazol-4-karboksiamida, koji se dalje podvrgavaju hidrolizi izopropilidenskih grupa u 90% trifluorsirćetnoj kiselini na sobnoj temperaturi dajući jedinjenje opšte formule I.[The invention consists of obtaining novel 5'-and N-substituted derivatives of 2-Гџ-Dribofuranosyltiazole-4-carboxiamida (tiazofurin), general formula I: According to the invention 2-(2',3'-O-isopropropyliden-Гџ-D-ribofuranosyl)tiazole-4-carboxiamide II is subjected to the action of adequate carbonic acid or its halogenides and 5'- and N-substituted derivatives of 2-(2',3'-O-isopropyliden-Гџ-D-ribofuranosyl)tiazole-4-carboxiamide are obtained, which are further subjected to hydrolysis of isopropyliden groups in 90% trifluoracetic acid at room temperature producing the compound having the general formula I.
