Abstract

Universal drier consists of chamber (1) for material drying, heat aggregate for indirect heating of air conducted into aggregate chamber (23), griddle (10) at the bottom of chamber (1) for drying, ventilator aggregate (6) where, beside the ventilator (18), there are two bar connected clamps (20) used for alteration of the direction of heat exchange in air flow in the drier. The heat aggregate consists of the hearth furnace (2) and tube heater matrix (3). At the end of the hearth, there is a griddle (12) placing bellow an ashtray with the distributor (26) of primary air. Drying is performed by the hot air conduction through the layer of material in the chamber (1) with the occasional change of the direction of the air flow. The heating of air is performed by its flowing along the vertical sides of hearth (2) and double conduction between the tube heater matrix (3). In the hearth, solid fuel is burned. The distributor (26) of primary air is connected through regulator (7) of primary air conduction with the compressing side of ventilator aggregate.
