Abstract

Pronalazak predstavlja postupak za selekciju biljne vrste Triticum aestivum L. na sposobnost vezivanja azota iz atmosfere i selekciju diazotrofa za ispitivanje genotipove pšenice primenom pasaža diazotrofa kroz generacije biljaka. Stvaranje efektivne asocijacije genotip-diazotrof zahvaljujući enzimskom kompleksu nitrogenaze, omogućava vezivanje atmosferskog azot u oblik koji je pristupačan biljci. Na taj način se povećava količina azota u zemljištu, smanjuju ulaganja vezana za ograničenost energetskih izvora i nisku poljoprivrednu proizvodnju a povećava zaštita čovekove okoline.
