Abstract
Ekološka vakuum posuda za održavanje konstantne temperature, sastoji se iz posude (1) sa ručkom (3) i poklopcem (2) na čijoj gornjoj ravnoj površini se nalazi vakuum pumpa (10) sa ručicom (11) i kontrolni instrument (9). Metalne posude za odlaganje namirnica (1c) i (2c), obložene su sa svih strana termoizolacionim materijalom (1b) i (2b) sačinjen od staklene vune ili stiropora, koji sprečava i ne dopušta prisustvo spoljnog uticaja vazduha do metalne posude, niti dozvoljava rasipanje stešene temperature koju poseduje posuda sa namirnicama. Na rubnim delovima posude (1) i poklopca (2) nalaze se pričvršćene zaptivne gume (13) i (14) koje pri zatvorenoj posudi, ne dozvoljavaju prisustvo uticaja spoljnjeg vazduha u komore (4) i (5).
