Abstract
Method for production of stabilized solution of peracetic acid consist in catalytic peroxidation of glacial acetic acid 50% H2O2 i.e. 35% H2O2 with participation of chemical substances as stabilizers of peracetic acid solution. Participation of hydrogen peroxide and glacial acetic acid are in mass percent that in peroxidation process provide maximal peroxidation degree with minimal content of 15 % i.e. 3,5 % of peracetic acid. Water-peroxide wherein dissolved are stabilizers in the process of peroxidation are introduced with slow mixing of mass in two stages in a five hour time interval and additional time of standstill of a reaction mixture in ten hours time. Stabilized solution in the process of disinfection is used as a dilution of a solution with water providing a high degree of disinfection with disregarded effect of corrosion of the material of equipment.
