Rekuperativni sabirnik toplote pogonskih otparaka u termoelektranama, pri čemu se u normalnom režimu rada termoelektrane energija iz cevovoda (33) za odvodnjavanje magistrale (29) zaptivne pare, cevovoda (38) kondicioniranja zaptivne pare turbine, cevovoda otparaka sa vretena ventila bajpasa (18) turbine i cevovoda otparaka iz kolektora (15) pomoćne pare izbacuje iz radnog procesa u "toplotni ponor", naznač en time, što je cevovod (35) za odvodnjavanje magistrale (29) zaptivne pare preko ručnog ventila (43) i pneumatskog ventila (44) spojen sa cevovodom (36) za odvodnjavanje zaptivne pare iza povratne klapne (45) i preko prigušnice (37) na cevovodu (17) priključen na cevovod (16) zajedno sa cevovodom (15a) izmeštenog odvodnjavanja kolektora pomoćne pare i cevovodom (18a) izmeštenog otsisavanja sa vretena ventila bajpasa turbine i koji preko razvodnika (13), cevovoda (19), ventila (46) i cevovoda (12) ka perforiranoj cevi (11) za barbotažu u startnom rezervoaru (10) i kroz pregradni ventil (27) i regulacioni ventil (28) ka cevi (41) za barbotažu i degazaciju osnovnog kondenzata u kondenzatoru (1) turbine.
