Abstract
Ftalil amidaza je enzim koji prvenstveno nije bio poznat u nauci kao katalizator za uklanjanje ftalilne grupe iz amida koji je sadrže. Ovaj pronalazak potvrđuje da se navedena ftalil amidaza proizvodi kulturisanjem prirodnih organizama čija je aktivnost indentifikovana, i ovde se navode metode za korišćenje navedene ftalil amidaze u cilju uklanjanje ftalilnih grupa iz amida koji je sadrže.
