Abstract

Dryer for products in the building materials industry is in use to improve drying process in comparison to already known solutions where it can be successfully used dryer with products (3) that are set on carriers (4) or (4a), when above the product are set mixers - fans (5), that fan from top to bottom. Where mixers (5) by moving over products, bring about better homogenization of drying fluids in comparison to up to now implemented systems where fanning the products is carried out by immovable mixers and other deflectors, that create unsufficient homogenization of fluids and bring about delay in time for drying. Arrangement of elements that define drying process of conveying primary fluid, mixer and discharge of used fluid, according to invention, achieves better effect of drying in comparison to already known systems. This is achieved by that the conduit pipe (8) of primary hot-air fluid is set in upper part of dryer above movable mixers (5) that this primary fluid mixed with partially or entirely used fluid, and is fanned through products (3) vertically from top to bottom. This provides fanning the layers of products along total height that with the moving of mixer (5) above products (3) brings in desired effect of homogenization and reduces time of drying. Herewith is important that discharge pipe (10) for used fluids is under layer of products.
