Abstract
Prijava se odnosi na pronalazak pod nazivom postupak za dobijanje tečnog višenamenskog aditiva za čišćenje ložišta kotlovskih postrojenja u radu. Pronalazak spada u oblast kojom su definisane materije za dodavanje gorivu ili vatri za smanjenje dima ili neželjenih taloga ili za lakše uklanjanje čadji. Suština pronalaska je da se H2O u odredjenim dozama dodaju: Mg(NO3)2 x 6 H2O (2) pa NH4NO3 (3) i KNO3 (4) i mehanički mešaju i filtriraju preko grubog filtra i pakuju u burad. Rešen je tehnički problem ostvarivanja postupka za industrijsko dobijanje aditiva koji ima svojstvo da znatno usporava visokotemperatursku i niskotemperatursku koroziju, menja strukturu naslaga na grejnim površinama radi njihovog lakšeg uklanjanja, snižava temperaturu nesagorivih čestica i smanjuje količinu ugljenmonoksida u produktima sagorevanja.The application relates to an invention called a process for the preparation of a liquid multifunctional additive for cleaning boiler plants in operation. The invention falls within the scope of defined substances for the addition of fuel or fire to reduce smoke or unwanted deposits or to facilitate the removal of soot. The essence of the invention is that H2O at certain doses is added: Mg (NO3) 2 x 6 H2O (2) then NH4NO3 (3) and KNO3 (4) and mechanically mixed and filtered through a coarse filter and packed in barrels. The technical problem of carrying out the process for industrial production of additives, which has the ability to significantly slow down the high-temperature and low-temperature corrosion, change the structure of the deposits on the heating surfaces for their easy removal, reduce the temperature of non-combustible particles and reduce the amount of carbon monoxide in the combustion products is solved.
