Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA ODSTRANJIVANJE ŠTAMPARSKE BOJE STARIH HARTIJA, naznačen time, što se stare hartije štampane sa štamparskim bojama razredljivim sa vodom, pulpiraju u prisustvu u odnosu na upotrebljenu sušenu staru hartiju -0,2 do 2,0 mas.% bar delimično u vodi rastvorljivh amino i/ili polimera koji sadrže amonijum grupe i/ili kopolimere sa srednjim brojevima srednjih molekularnih masa izmedju 2.000 i 500.000, a zatim se čestice štamparske boje odstranjuju flotacijom ili ispiranjem iz suspenzije materije vlakana, pri čemu se postupak izvodi pri temperaturi od 20 do 60 В°C, i pri čemu se pulpiranje izvodi u prisustvu 0,2 do 4,0 mas.% alkalisilikata u obliku 35%-tnog vodenog rastvora, 0,05 do 2,5mas.% alkalihidroksida, i 0,05 do 1,0mas. % vododnik-peroksida.
