Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU PREFABRIKOVANIH OLAKŠANIH KASETIRANIH ARMIRANO-BETONSKIH PLOČA, postupak za izradu prefabrikovanih olakšanih kasetiranih armirano-betonskih ploča. Suština pronalaska je u tome što se koriste nepokretni kalupi (1) i vibrougradnja gornje ploče (18) i rebara obavlja sa pokretnim vibrostolom (3) koji se kreće ispod kalupa, a vibrougradnja donje ploče (23) obavlja sa pokretnom vibroklupom (4) koja se kreće preko univerzalne metalne staze (14). Donja ploča (23) se izliva na univerzalnoj metalnoj stazi (14). Ubrzano očvršćavanje betona gornje ploče sa rebrima vrši se elektro zagrevanjem betona (20) sa izolovanim grejnim žicama (7), a donja ploča (23) se ubrzano očvršćava (27) grejanjem betona preko metalne podnice (8, 9) univerzalne metalne staze u čije sekcije se unosi para.
