Abstract

Biomasa v smislu izuma ima v suspenziji medija kulture visoko metabolično aktivnost in je inficirana z virusom. Omogoča produkcijo čistega virusa/virusantigena v velikem tehničnem obsegu in je primerna zlasti za produkcijo FSME-virusa/virusantigena.The invention relates to biomass for virus / virus antigen production consisting of cell aggregates with a diameter of 100 μm to 1000 μm.
