Abstract
Pronalazak predlaže jedan jednostavan i ekonomičan postupak za zamenu abrazivnog umetka na kućištu ventilatora turboreaktora. Ovaj postupak je značajan po tome što se na mesto prema abrazivnom umetku (80) postavlja jedan unutrašnji grejni obruč (100) i sekcije za držanje (110) od kojih svaka sadrži jedan mehur (120) koji se može naduvati. Abrazivni umetak (80) i unutrašnji grejni poklopac (100) su integralno postavljeni u sendvič izmedju kućišta ventilatora (60) i mehura (120). Sekcije za držanje (110) su sa više karika (125) učvršćene na kućištu ventilatora (60) sa tačkama fiksiranja (96).[Procedure herewith is important in, that in a place facing an abrasive insertion piece (80) is set one internal warming ring (100) and sections for holding (110) of which each comprises one air bladder (120) that is to be blown up. Abrasive insertion piece (80) and internal warming cover (100) are integrally set in a sandwich between a housing of a fan (60) and the air bladder (120). Sections for holding (110) are with more ferrules (125) fixed on the housing of the fan (60) with fixation points (96).
