Abstract

The invention relates to electrochemical production process of an ecologically disinfectant agent, where in a demineralized water, temperatured at 22±2°C and conductivity below 0.2 µS/cm, tartarate - NaKC4H4O6 is added. This electrolyte solution poured into an electrochemical reactor where the anodic part is separated from the cathode part by a membrane made of inert fabric. Onto the inert electrodes of the reactor is brought the direct voltage larger than a theoretical voltage of water resolution, and electrolyze is interrupted upon the getting at pH=2.6 anolyte acidity. The anolyte is poured into the next electrochemical reactor with silver electrodes of purity 99.9999%. Electrolyte is protected from light effect inside the reactor. By current of 100mA silver becomes anodically dissolved during 80 (eighty) minutes. Hydrogen peroxide - H2O2 is added to an agent prepared in this way and it is mixed in a reactor with a mixer. A ready disinfectant agent is stored in the appropriate containers and protected from the light effect. Disinfectant agent alike this, is in use to prevent development of pathogenic bacteria and viruses present in industry of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.
