Abstract

Finely grinded ceramics as the puzzuolana additive in the production of cement or concrete, is produced by baking clay cuts (15) in rotation oven (9, 10 and 11) so that we can obtain baked ceramics (1). This ceramics can be grinded at the coarse grain less than 0.09 mm in mills with balls (12) so that we can obtain ceramics puzzoulana additive (2) under a condition of less puzzoulana activity of 5 MPa (I 1.5 MPa). The obtained baked ceramics is dosed in two ways. The first way of dosing is that in the mixing room (13), ceramic puzzuolana additive (2) is homogenised in the mass 10-15% (as the essential condition) with clean portland cement (14). Thus we obtain cement (3) that is packed into sacks or disposed of by rinsing. The other way of dosing consists of having the ceramics puzzoulana additive (2) dozed in a concrete mixer in the amount 10-15% (as the important condition) in relation to mass cement -agglutinat (3). With the help of cement (3), consisting (as an important condition) from 10-15% of ceramics puzzoulana additive (2) of lower puzzoulana activity 5 MPa (+- 1.5 MPa) (as an important condition) and 85-90% pure portland cement (14) we can produce concretes (4) that are exceptionally resistent and durable.
