Abstract
Opisani su novi N-aril- i N-heteroarilamid i karbamid derivati, jedinjenja formule I njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, u kojoj Q i R1 su kao što je ovde gore definisano, i nove karboksilne kiseline i kiselinski halidni intermedijeri koji se upotrebljavaju za sinteze tih jedinjenja. Jedinjenja formule I su inhibitori acil koenzima A. holesterol aciltransferaza (ACAT) i ista se upotrebljavaju kao hipolipidemička i antiarterosklerotička sredstva.Described are novel N-aryl- and N-heteroarylamide and urea derivatives, compounds of formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein Q and R1 are as defined above, and novel carboxylic acids and acid halide intermediates used for the synthesis of these compounds. The compounds of formula I are inhibitors of the acyl coenzyme A. cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) and are used as hypolipidemic and anti-atherosclerotic agents.
