Abstract

Hidraulicni krilni motor namenjen je za transformaciju hidraulicke energije u mehanicku uz istovremenu multiplikaciju ulazne snage. Princip rada motora je sledeci: ulje iz pumpe, visokog pritiska, kroz prikljucak (14) i razvodnik (13) ulazi u kanal (2) u statoru (1) unutrasnjeg motora. Ulje kroz kanale u statoru ulazi u radne zapremine unutrasnjeg motora i delujuci na krilca (7) goni rotor (9) da se okrece u smeru porasta radne zapremine. Unutrasnji motor je dvoradni. Pritisak iz ulja u unutrasnjem motoru se kroz kanale (22) prenosi na ulje u tecnom statoru, koji je formiran oko rotora (15) a ogranicen telom statora (19), deluje na krilca (16), gornji rotor (15) da se okrece u smeru porasta zapremina, kao i rotor (9). Pod dejstvom sile na krilcima formira se obrtni moment, koji se preko vratila prenosi na gonjenu masinu. Praznjenje ulja iz zapremina unutrasnjeg motora se ostvaruje kroz kanale (4) i (3). Ulje iz tecnog statora se ne prazni jer je pod dejstvom centrifugalne sile.
