Abstract

Hydraulic vane motor is intended for transformation of hydraulic energy in mechanical with simultaneous multiplication of incoming power. Operating method of the motor is as follows: oil from pump, of high pressure, through connection (14) and slide valve gear (13) enters the canal (2) in stator (1) of inner motor. Oil in stator canal (2) enters working volume of inner motor and by influencing on vanes (7) drives rotor (9) to turn in the direction of increase of working volume. Inner motor is double operational. Pressure from oil in inner motor is through canals (22) taken over to oil in liquid stator, which is formed around the rotor (15) and limited by the body of the stator (19), it influences on vanes (16), drives rotor (15) to turn around in the direction of icerease of volumes, and the rotor (9) as well. Discharge of oil from volumes of inner motor is achieved through canals (4) and (3). Oil from liquid stator is not dischaged because it is under the effect of centrifugal force.
