Abstract
본 발명에 따른 버너는 제1 방향으로 연장하는 제1 실린더, 상기 제1 방향으로 연장하고, 상기 제1 실린더의 외측에 형성되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제1 실린더보다 돌출된 제2 실린더, 상기 제1 실린더의 내부에 제1 가스를 공급하는 제1 가스공급부, 상기 제1 실린더의 외부 및 제2 실린더의 내부에 제2 가스를 공급하는 제2 가스공급부, 상기 제1 실린더의 전방에 결합되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제2 실린더보다 돌출된 실린더 연장부 및 상기 제2 실린더의 전방에 결합되고, 관통홀이 정의된 혼합부를 포함하되, 상기 실린더 연장부의 일단은 상기 혼합부의 상기 관통홀 상에 배치된다.
Description
본 발명은 버너 및 이를 포함하는 전기로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 제철 산업의 철강 소재 생산 공정은 크게 광석을 주원료로 사용하는 고로-전로 생산 체계와, 생산된 철강소재를 활용하여 제품화한 후 회수/재활용되는 스크랩(Scrap)을 주원료로 사용하는 전기로 생산 체계로 구분할 수 있다.
그리고 최근에는 탄소 중립이 세계적인 이슈가 됨에 따라, 고로 공정에 비해 CO2 발생량이 ≤10% 수준인 전기로 공정이 미래 철강생산의 대안으로 부각되고 있다.
일반적인 전기로 제강 공정은 액상의 주원료를 공급받아 산소를 취입 및 산화 정련하는 전로와는 달리 고체의 원료(스크랩)를 고전압 및 고전류로 인가한 전극에서 발생하는 고열의 아크열을 이용하는 것으로서, 전극간의 상호 간섭으로 인해 아크 편향이 발생하여 로내 콜드 스팟(Cold Spot)이 생성된다.
이러한 콜드 스팟에 적용되는 LNG 버너는, 고체 원료(스크랩)의 용융 공정에 적용되어 전기 에너지를 보조하여 전체적으로 로에 균일한 에너지가 공급되도록 조절하는 역할을 할 수 있다.
이러한, 버너에 의해서 공급된 에너지는 투사 지점, 즉 콜드 스팟(Cold Spot)에서 상대적으로 적게 전달되는 전기 에너지를 보충하여 스크랩 용융을 촉진시키고, 노즐 근접부에서는 일부 직접 용융할 수 있다.
한편, 버너의 경우 공정 시 연소 화염의 역화(Backfire)나 제강 슬래그(Slag)의 침투 등으로 인하여 파손이 발생할 수 있다. 종래에는 버너의 부품을 용접 등의 방법으로 견고하게 고정하기 때문에 버너의 일부가 파손되어도 버너 전체를 교체해야 한다는 문제점이 있다.
이에 따라, 내부에 산소와 연료가 예혼합될 수 있으면서 버너의 파손 시 교체 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 버너의 개발이 필요한 실정이다.
한편, 버너의 경우 내부에서 유동하는 유체의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 스월러(swirler)와 같은 선회부재가 사용된다.
일반적으로 스월러는 복수 개의 회전 블레이드(blade)를 포함하여, 유체의 유동에 의해 회전 블레이드가 회전하는 구조를 갖게 된다.
전술한 회전 블레이드는 회전축에 고정되기 때문에, 스월러가 일단 배치되면 교체가 어려우며 배치된 스월러를 통해 유속의 흐름을 추가적으로 변경하는 것은 어렵다는 문제점이 있다.
이에 따라, 스월러와 같은 선회부재의 교체가 용이한 버너의 개발 또한 필요한 실정이다.
상술한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 부품의 교체가 용이하며 부품의 파손 시 교체 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 버너 및 이를 포함하는 전기로를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너는 제1 방향으로 연장하는 제1 실린더, 상기 제1 방향으로 연장하고, 상기 제1 실린더의 외측에 형성되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제1 실린더보다 돌출된 제2 실린더, 상기 제1 실린더의 내부에 제1 가스를 공급하는 제1 가스공급부, 상기 제1 실린더의 외부 및 제2 실린더의 내부에 제2 가스를 공급하는 제2 가스공급부, 상기 제1 실린더의 전방에 결합되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제2 실린더보다 돌출된 실린더 연장부 및 상기 제2 실린더의 전방에 결합되고, 관통홀이 정의된 혼합부를 포함하되, 상기 실린더 연장부의 일단은 상기 혼합부의 상기 관통홀 상에 배치된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1 실린더 및 실린더 연장부의 내주면에 의해 정의되어 상기 제1 가스가 유동할 수 있는 경로를 제공하는 제1 유로 및 상기 제1 실린더의 외주면과 상기 제2 실린더의 내주면 및 상기 실린더 연장부의 외주면과 상기 혼합부의 내주면에 의해 정의되어 상기 제2 가스가 유동할 수 있는 경로를 제공하는 제2 유로가 정의되며, 상기 제1 유로 상에 배치되는 제1 선회부재 및 상기 제2 유로 상에 배치되는 제2 선회부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1 실린더와 상기 실린더 연장부 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1 실린더와 상기 실린더 연장부를 결합하는 제1 체결부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 제1 선회부재의 적어도 일부는 상기 실린더 연장부 내부에 배치될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 실린더 연장부는 상기 실린더 연장부의 내주면으로부터 외주면을 향하여 함몰되고 상기 제1 방향으로 연장하는 함몰부를 더 포함할 수 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 전기로(1000)는 내부에 원료(M)를 수용하고, 전기에너지를 이용하여 원료(M)를 가열, 용융할 수 있다. 원료(M)는 금속이나 합금, 직접환원철(DRI), 광석 기반 철원(OBM's: Ore Based Materials), 및 저입도 스크랩(Scrap) 등에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나로 구성될 수 있다.
전기로(1000)는 용해로(100), 교류 전극 부재(200), 및 버너(300)를 포함할 수 있다.
용해로(100)는 수용 부재(110) 및 덮개 부재(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 수용 부재(110)는 원료(M)를 수용하며, 수용된 원료(M)는 수용 부재(110) 내에서 가열될 수 있다.
수용 부재(110)는 고온 환경에서도 파손되지 않도록 내열, 내화 소재의 금속 재질을 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 수용 부재(110)는 원료(M)가 수용 부재(110) 내부로 장입 가능하게 하는 개구부(111)를 마련할 수 있다.
도 1은 수용 부재(110) 내부에 원료(M)가 수용된 경우를 도시한다. 수용 부재(110) 내부에는 원료(M)가 수용될 수 있다. 원료(M)가 용융되는 경우, 용강이 제조될 수 있으며, 용강의 상부에는 슬래그가 형성될 수 있다.
덮개 부재(120)는 개구부(111)를 개폐한다. 덮개 부재(120)는 수용 부재(110)의 상측에서 위치하며, 개구부(111)를 덮는 형상으로 구비될 수 있다.
덮개 부재(120)는 고온 환경에서도 파손되지 않도록 내열, 내화 소재의 금속 재질을 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 덮개 부재(120)는 수용 부재(110)와 동일한 소재로 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
교류 전극 부재(200)는 전기로(1000)의 상부에 배치될 수 있다. 교류 전극 부재(200)는 덮개 부재(120)에 구비될 수 있다. 교류 전극 부재(200)는 일측이 용해로(100)의 외측에 배치되며, 타측이 용해로(100)의 내측에 배치될 수 있다.
교류 전극 부재(200)는 수용 부재(110) 내에 장입된 원료(M)에 전기에너지를 가할 수 있다. 교류 전극 부재(200)에 의해 가해진 전기에너지를 통해, 수용 부재(110) 내의 원료(M)가 용융될 수 있다.
이에 제한되는 것은 아니지만, 예를 들어, 교류 전극 부재(200)는 교류 전극 부재(200)와 장입된 원료(M) 사이에 아크(Arc)가 발생되도록 하여, 장입된 원료(M)를 용융시킬 수 있다.
교류 전극 부재(200)는 제1 교류 전극봉(210), 제2 교류 전극봉(220) 및 제3 교류 전극봉(230)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 교류 전극봉(210), 제2 교류 전극봉(220) 및 제3 교류 전극봉(230)을 통해, 교류 전극 부재(200)에는 3상 교류가 인가될 수 있다.
제1 교류 전극봉(210), 제2 교류 전극봉(220) 및 제3 교류 전극봉(230) 각각이 3상 교류를 제공할 수 있도록 전기에너지를 공급하는 전원(미도시)과 연결될 수 있다.
버너(300)는 연료와 산화제를 불어넣어 전기로 내부로 화염을 공급함으로써, 원료(M)의 용융 작업을 보조할 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 고정된 교류 전극 부재(200)에 의해 발생된 열뿐만 아니라 버너(300)에 의해 공급된 화염에 의해 원료(M)의 용융 시간이 단축될 수 있다.
또한, 교류 전극 부재(200)에 의해 발생된 열이 차마 도달하지 못한 영역에 위치하는 원료(M)는 버너(300)에 의해 예열 및 용융이 이루어질 수 있어, 원료(M)의 전체 용융 시간이 단축될 수 있다.
버너(300)에 대해 보다 자세히 설명하기 위해, 도 2 내지 도 5가 참조된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너의 조립된 모습을 도시하는 사시도이다. 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너의 분해 사시도이다. 도 4는 도 2에서 A-A′ 선을 따라 자른 단면도이다. 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실린더 연장부와 제1 선회부재의 분해 사시도이다. 도 5의 경우 설명상의 편의를 위해 실린더 연장부 및 제1 선회부재를 제외한 나머지 구성은 생략하였다.
도 2 내지 도 5를 더 참조하면, 버너(300)는 제1 실린더(310), 제2 실린더(320), 제1 가스공급부(330), 제2 가스공급부(340), 실린더 연장부(350), 혼합부(360), 제1 선회부재(370) 및 제2 선회부재(380)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 실린더(310) 및 제2 실린더(320)는 제1 방향(DR1)으로 연장될 수 있다. 제1 실린더(310) 및 제2 실린더(320)는 내부가 중공으로 이루어져, 제1 가스(1) 및 제2 가스(2)가 유동하는 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
이하에서 제1 실린더(310) 및 제2 실린더(320)는 내부가 중공으로 이루어지는 원통형의 형상으로 설명하나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며 제1 가스(1) 및 제2 가스(2)가 유동하는 경로를 제공할 수 있다면 어느 것이든 상관없다.
제1 가스(1)는 산화제를 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1 가스(1)는 산소(O2) 가스를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
제2 가스(2)는 연료를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 가스(2)는 천연 가스(LNG, Liquefied natural gas), 수소 가스(H2), 코크스로 가스(COG) 및 암모니아(NH3) 가스 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)는 별개의 경로를 통해 유동할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 제1 실린더(310)는 제2 실린더(320)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 실린더(320)는 제1 실린더(310)의 외측에 형성될 수 있다. 이하에서는 제1 실린더(310)와 제2 실린더(320)가 동일한 중심축(AX)을 가지는 것으로 설명하나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
*제2 실린더(320)가 제1 실린더(310)의 외측에 형성됨으로써, 제1 실린더(310) 내측에 제1 가스(1)가 유동하고, 제1 실린더(310)의 외주면 및 제2 실린더(320)의 내주면 사이에서 제2 가스(2)가 유동할 수 있다.
제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)가 별개의 경로를 통해 유동하는 경우, 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)가 설계된 혼합 지점이 아닌 제1 실린더(310) 또는 제2 실린더(320) 내부에서 먼저 혼합되어 연소되는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제2 실린더(320)는 제1 실린더(310)보다 제1 방향(DR1)으로 돌출될 수 있다. 제2 실린더(320)가 제1 실린더(310)보다 돌출됨으로써, 제1 선회부재(370)와 제2 선회부재(380)가 중첩되는 위치에 배치될 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술하도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 가스공급부(330)는 일단이 제1 실린더(310)와 연통될 수 있다. 제1 실린더(310)는 제1 가스공급부(330)를 통해 제1 가스(1)를 제공받을 수 있다. 제공받은 제1 가스(1)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 따라 제1 실린더(310) 내부에서 유동할 수 있다.
제1 가스공급부(330)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제1 실린더(310)의 후방에 배치될 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1 실린더(310)의 후방 끝단에 제1 가스공급부(330)가 배치되어, 제1 실린더(310)와 결합될 수 있다. 다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제1 실린더(310) 내부에 제1 가스(1)를 공급할 수 있다면 어느 것이든 상관없다.
제1 가스공급부(330)가 제1 실린더(310)의 후방 끝단에 배치되는 경우, 제1 가스(1)가 제1 실린더(310)에서 제1 방향(DR1)으로 유동하는 것이 보다 원활할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제2 가스공급부(340)는 일단이 제2 실린더(320)와 연통될 수 있다. 제2 실린더(320)는 제2 가스공급부(340)를 통해 제2 가스(2)를 제공받을 수 있다. 제공받은 제2 가스(2)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 따라 제2 실린더(320) 내부에서 유동할 수 있다.
제2 가스공급부(340)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제2 실린더(320)의 후방에 배치될 수 있다. 예컨대, 제2 실린더(320)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 후방에 위치한 측벽에 관통홀(HTH)이 정의되어, 제2 실린더(320)는 관통홀(HTH)을 통해 제2 가스공급부(340)로부터 제2 가스(2)를 공급받을 수 있다.
제2 가스공급부(340)가 측벽 관통홀(HTH)을 통해 제2 실린더(320)와 연통되는 경우, 제1 가스공급부(330)와 제2 가스공급부(340)의 배치가 보다 용이할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 관통홀(HTH)은 복수 개로 형성될 수 있다. 다시 말해서, 제2 실린더(320)는 복수 개의 제2 가스공급부(340)를 통해 제2 가스(2)를 공급받을 수 있다.
복수 개의 제2 가스공급부(340)를 통해 제2 실린더(320)에 제2 가스(2)가 공급됨으로써, 제2 가스(2)가 제2 실린더(320)의 어느 한쪽에 편향되어 공급되는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
나아가 버너(300)의 주변에 전기로 냉각설비(미도시)와 같은 추가적인 부재가 배치되는 경우, 추가적인 부재와 중첩되지 않도록 배치하면서도 제2 실린더(320)에 제2 가스(2)를 보다 원활히 공급할 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제2 가스공급부(340)가 제2 실린더(320) 내부에 제2 가스(2)를 공급할 수 있는 구조라면 어느 것이든 상관없다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 실린더 연장부(350)는 제1 실린더(310)의 전방, 즉 제1 방향(DR1)에 배치되어 제1 실린더(310)와 결합될 수 있다.
실린더 연장부(350)는 제1 실린더(310)로부터 제1 가스(1)를 공급받을 수 있다. 실린더 연장부(350)는 제1 가스(1)가 혼합부(360)로 배출되는 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 실린더 연장부(350)는 제2 실린더(320)보다 제1 방향(DR1)으로 돌출될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 실린더 연장부(350)에서 배출되는 제1 가스(1)와 혼합부(360)의 제1 부분(362)에 의해 중심축(AX)의 방향으로 모이는 제2 가스(2)가 혼합부(360)의 내부에서 원활히 혼합될 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술하도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)는 제1 유로(10)를 구성할 수 있다. 즉, 제1 유로(10)는 제1 실린더(310) 및 실린더 연장부(350)의 내주면에 의해 정의될 수 있다. 제1 유로(10)는 제1 가스(1)가 유동하는 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 실린더 연장부(350)는 제1 체결부(351)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 체결부(351)는 실린더 연장부(350)의 끝단에 배치되어, 제1 실린더(310)와 결합될 수 있다.
*즉, 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350) 사이에 제1 체결부(351)가 배치되어, 제1 체결부(351)를 통해 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)가 결합될 수 있다.
제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)는 분리가 가능한 구조로 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)를 결합하는 제1 체결부(351)는 결합과 분리가 용이한 구조일 수 있다.
예컨대, 제1 체결부(351)는 세트 스크류(set screw) 방식으로 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1 체결부(351)는 무두 볼트를 포함하여, 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)를 볼트 결합시킬 수 있다.
제1 체결부(351)가 세트 스크류 방식으로 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)를 결합시키는 경우, 제1 체결부(351)가 제1 유로(10) 내부에서 유동하는 제1 가스(1)와 제1 실린더(310) 및 실린더 연장부(350)의 외부에서 유동하는 제2 가스(2)에 영향을 주는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
즉, 무두(無頭) 볼트에 의해 제1 실린더(310)와 실린더 연장부(350)가 체결됨으로써, 제1 실린더(310) 및 실린더 연장부(350)의 외주면 또는 내주면에 요철부가 형성되는 것을 최소화할 수 있고, 이에 의해 제1 가스(1) 및 제2 가스(2)의 유동이 변동하는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 혼합부(360)는 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제2 실린더(320)의 전방에 결합되어 관통홀(H)이 정의될 수 있다.
혼합부(360)는 제2 실린더(320)로부터 제2 가스(2)를 공급받아, 내부에 제2 가스(2)가 유동하는 공간을 제공할 수 있다.
혼합부(360)는 실린더 연장부(350)보다 제1 방향(DR1)으로 돌출될 수 있다. 즉, 실린더 연장부(350)의 일단은 혼합부(360)의 관통홀(H) 상에 배치될 수 있다.
이를 통해, 혼합부(360)는 실린더 연장부(350)로부터 제1 가스(1)를 공급받아, 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)가 혼합되는 공간을 제공할 수 있다.
혼합된 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)에 의해, 혼합부(360) 내부에서 연소 화염이 형성될 수 있다. 형성된 연소 화염은 관통홀(H)을 통해 버너(300)의 외부로 분사될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 실린더(310), 제2 실린더(320), 실린더 연장부(350) 및 혼합부(360)는 제2 유로(20)를 구성할 수 있다. 즉, 제2 유로(20)는 제1 실린더(310)의 외주면과 제2 실린더(320)의 내주면 및 실린더 연장부(350)의 외주면과 혼합부(360)의 내주면에 의해 정의될 수 있다. 제2 유로(20)는 제2 가스(2)가 유동하는 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 혼합부(360)는 제2 체결부(361)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2 체결부(361)는 혼합부(360)의 끝단에 배치되어, 제2 실린더(320)와 결합될 수 있다.
즉, 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360) 사이에 제2 체결부(361)가 배치되어, 제2 체결부(361)를 통해 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)가 결합될 수 있다.
제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)는 분리가 가능한 구조로 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)를 결합하는 제2 체결부(361)는 결합과 분리가 용이한 구조일 수 있다.
예컨대, 제2 체결부(361)는 플랜지(Flange) 방식으로 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 도 3과 같이, 제2 실린더(320)는 플랜지부(321)를 포함하고, 혼합부(360)는 플랜지 형상의 제2 체결부(361)를 포함하여, 플랜지부(321)와 제2 체결부(361)의 체결을 통해 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)가 결합될 수 있다.
제2 체결부(361)가 플랜지 방식으로 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)를 결합시키는 경우, 제2 체결부(361)가 제2 실린더(320) 및 혼합부(360)의 내부에서 유동하는 제2 가스(2)의 유동에 영향을 주는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제2 실린더(320)와 혼합부(360)가 결합 및 분리가 가능한 구조라면 제2 체결부(361)는 다른 방식이어도 상관없다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 혼합부(360)는 제1 방향(DR1)으로 갈수록 단면의 크기가 감소하는 제1 부분(362) 및 제1 방향(DR1)으로 갈수록 단면이 증가하는 제2 부분(363)을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 단면은 제1 방향(DR1)과 수직한 면을 기준으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 부분(362)은 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제2 체결부(361)의 전방에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 부분(362)은 제2 체결부(361)로부터 연장될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 제2 실린더(320)로부터 공급된 제2 가스(2)는 내경이 감소하는 제1 부분(362)에 의해 제1 방향(DR1)으로 유동하는 운동에너지의 일부가 중심축(AX)을 향하는 방향인 제2 방향(DR2)으로 전환될 수 있다.
다시 말해서, 제1 부분(362)에 의해 제2 가스(2)는 제1 방향(DR1)으로 유동할수록 혼합부(360)의 중심으로 모일 수 있다.
실린더 연장부(350)에서 배출된 제1 가스(1)와 제1 부분(362)을 따라 유동하는 제2 가스(2)는 혼합부(360)의 중심축(AX)에서 혼합되어, 연소 화염이 형성될 수 있다.
제2 부분(363)은 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제1 부분(362)의 전방에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 부분(363)은 제1 부분(362)으로부터 연장될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 제1 부분(362)에서 형성된 연소 화염이 제2 부분(363)의 측벽을 따라 넓게 퍼져, 배출되는 연소 화염의 폭이 증가할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 실린더 연장부(350)의 일단부는 제1 부분(362)과 제2 부분(363)의 경계에 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)는 제1 부분(362)을 통해 혼합부(360)의 중심축(AX)에 모이게 되어 제1 부분(362)과 제2 부분(363)의 경계면에서부터 연소 화염이 형성될 수 있고, 제2 부분(363)을 통해 형성된 연소 화염의 폭이 증가할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 선회부재(370)는 제1 유로(10) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제1 선회부재(370)의 적어도 일부는 실린더 연장부(350) 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제1 선회부재(370)의 전방은 제1 체결부(351)보다 전방에 위치할 수 있다.
제1 선회부재(370)가 제1 체결부(351)보다 전방에 배치되는 경우, 제1 체결부(351)를 통해 분리된 제1 유로(10)로부터 제1 선회부재(370)를 분리하는 것이 보다 용이할 수 있다.
제1 선회부재(370)는 도 3에서 도시되는 바와 같이 제3 체결부(371)를 포함할 수 있다. 제3 체결부(371)는 제1 선회부재(370)와 제1 실린더(310) 또는 실린더 연장부(350)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
이에 따라, 제1 선회부재(370)는 제1 유로(10)의 내부에 고정되어 배치될 수 있다.
제3 체결부(371)는 제1 체결부(351)와 동일하게 세트 스크류 방식으로 실린더 연장부(350)와 제1 선회부재(370)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제1 선회부재(370)는 끼워 맞춤이나 걸림턱부 등을 통해서 제1 유로(10) 내부에 고정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 실린더 연장부(350)는 실린더 연장부(350)의 내주면으로부터 외주면을 향하여 함몰되고 제1 방향(DR1)으로 연장하는 함몰부(352)를 포함할 수 있다.
함몰부(352)는 제1 선회부재(370)가 제1 방향(DR1)으로 이동할 수 있도록 경로를 제공할 수 있다.
예컨대, 제1 선회부재(370)는 도 5와 같이 가이드부(372)를 포함할 수 있다. 가이드부(372)는 제1 선회부재(370)의 외주면으로부터 돌출되고 제1 방향(DR1)으로 연장하여, 함몰부와 대향하게 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 가이드부(372)가 함몰부(352) 상에 배치됨으로써, 제1 선회부재(370)가 원활하게 제1 방향(DR1)으로 이동할 수 있다.
제1 선회부재(370)는 복수의 제1 선회날개(373)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 선회날개(373)는 회전을 통해 제1 가스(1)에 선회 유동을 발생시킬 수 있다.
제1 가스(1)는 제1 선회부재(370)를 통과함에 따라, 선회력이 부여될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 가스(1)에 선회 유동이 발생할 수 있다.
제1 선회부재(370)를 통해 제1 가스(1)가 선회 유동하여, 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)가 보다 원활히 혼합될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 혼합부(360)에서 형성되는 연소 화염이 불완전 연소하는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제2 선회부재(380)는 제2 유로(20) 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제2 선회부재(380)의 적어도 일부는 혼합부(360) 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 방향(DR1)을 기준으로 제2 선회부재(380)의 전방은 제2 체결부(361)보다 전방에 위치할 수 있다.
제2 선회부재(380)가 제2 체결부(361)보다 전방에 배치되는 경우, 제2 체결부(361)를 통해 분리된 제2 유로(20)로부터 제2 선회부재(380)를 분리하는 것이 보다 용이할 수 있다.
제2 선회부재(380)는 도 3에서 도시되는 바와 같이 제4 체결부(381)를 포함할 수 있다. 제4 체결부(381)는 제2 선회부재(380)와 제2 실린더(320) 또는 혼합부(360)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
이에 따라, 제2 선회부재(380)는 제2 유로(20)의 내부에 고정되어 배치될 수 있다.
제4 체결부(381)는 제1 체결부(351) 및 제3 체결부(371)와 동일하게 세트 스크류 방식으로 혼합부(360)와 제2 선회부재(380)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제2 선회부재(380)는 끼워 맞춤이나 걸림턱부 등을 통해서 제2 유로(20) 내부에 고정될 수도 있다.
제2 선회부재(380)는 복수의 제2 선회날개(382)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2 선회날개(382)는 회전을 통해 제2 가스(2)에 선회 유동을 발생시킬 수 있다.
제2 가스(2)는 제2 선회부재(380)를 통과함에 따라, 선회력이 부여될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제2 가스(2)에 선회 유동이 발생할 수 있다.
제2 선회부재(380)를 통해 제2 가스(2)가 선회 유동하여, 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)가 보다 원활히 혼합될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 혼합부(360)에서 형성되는 연소 화염이 불완전 연소하는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
제2 선회부재(380)는 제1 부분(362)의 단면 크기가 감소함에 따라, 제2 선회부재(380)의 일단부는 제2 체결부(361)와 제1 부분(362)의 경계에 고정될 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 혼합부(360)의 내주면으로부터 외주면을 향하여 함몰되고 제1 방향(DR1)으로 연장하는 함몰부 및 제2 선회부재(380)의 외주면으로부터 돌출되고 제1 방향(DR1)으로 연장하는 가이드부를 포함할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 버너(300)가 제1 선회부재(370) 및 제2 선회부재(380)를 포함하여 제1 가스(1)와 제2 가스(2)의 혼합이 원할하게 수행될 뿐만 아니라, 제1 체결부(351), 제2 체결부(361), 제3 체결부(371) 및 제4 체결부(381)를 통해 버너(300) 부품 간의 결합 및 분리가 용이할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 버너(300)의 일부가 파손 등에 의하여 정상적으로 기능하지 못할 경우, 버너(300) 전체를 교체하는 것이 아니라 파손된 부품만을 교체함으로써 비용 발생이 최소화될 수 있다.
또한, 버너(300)에서 발생하는 연소 화염의 크기 및 형상을 변경하고자 하는 경우 혼합부(360), 제1 선회부재(370) 및 제2 선회부재(380) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 선택적으로 교체함으로써 교체 비용이 최소될 수 있다.
이하에서, 다른 실시예들에 대해 설명한다. 이하의 실시예에서, 이미 설명한 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 그 설명을 생략하거나 간략화하며, 차이점을 위주로 설명하기로 한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너의 분해 사시도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너(300_1)는 제5 체결부(331_1) 및 제6 체결부(341_1)를 더 포함한다는 점에서, 도 1 내지 도 5의 실시예와 차이가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 가스공급부(330_1)는 제5 체결부(331_1)를 포함할 수 있다. 제5 체결부(331_1)는 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1) 사이에 배치되어, 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 즉, 제1 가스공급부(330_1)는 제5 체결부(331_1)를 통해 제1 실린더(310_1)와 결합될 수 있다.
제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)는 분리가 가능한 구조로 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)를 결합하는 제5 체결부(331_1)는 결합과 분리가 용이한 구조일 수 있다.
예컨대, 제5 체결부(331_1)는 플랜지(Flange) 방식으로 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 제1 실린더(310_1)의 측벽 끝단은 제1 나사산부(311_1)를 포함하고, 제1 가스공급부(330_1)는 플랜지 형상의 제5 체결부(331_1)를 포함하여, 제1 나사산부(311_1)와 제5 체결부(331_1)의 체결을 통해 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)가 결합될 수 있다.
제5 체결부(331_1)가 플랜지 방식으로 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)를 결합시키는 경우, 제5 체결부(331_1)가 제1 실린더(310) 내부에서 유동하는 제1 가스(1)의 유동에 영향을 주는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제1 실린더(310_1)와 제1 가스공급부(330_1)가 결합 및 분리가 가능한 구조라면 제5 체결부는 다른 방식이어도 상관없다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제2 가스공급부(340_1)는 제6 체결부(341_1)를 포함할 수 있다. 제6 체결부(341_1)는 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1) 사이에 배치되어, 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 즉, 제2 가스공급부(340_1)는 제6 체결부(341_1)를 통해 제2 실린더(320_1)와 결합될 수 있다.
제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)는 분리가 가능한 구조로 결합될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)를 결합하는 제6 체결부(341_1)는 결합과 분리가 용이한 구조일 수 있다.
예컨대, 제6 체결부(341_1)는 플랜지(Flange) 방식으로 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)를 결합시킬 수 있다. 도 6과 같이, 제2 실린더(320_1)의 측벽에 제2 나사산부(322_1)를 포함하고, 제2 가스공급부(340_1)는 플랜지 형상의 제6 체결부(341_1)를 포함하여, 제2 나사산부(322_1)와 제6 체결부(341_1)의 체결을 통해 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)가 결합될 수 있다.
제6 체결부(341_1)가 플랜지 방식으로 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)를 결합시키는 경우, 제6 체결부(341_1)가 제2 실린더(320) 내부에서 유동하는 제2 가스(2)의 유동에 영향을 주는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 제2 실린더(320_1)와 제2 가스공급부(340_1)가 결합 및 분리가 가능한 구조라면 다른 방식이어도 상관없다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 실린더(310_1)가 제5 체결부(331_1)를 통해 제1 가스공급부(330_1)와 결합되고, 제2 실린더(320_1)가 제6 체결부(341_1)를 통해 제2 가스공급부(340_1)와 결합됨으로써, 버너(300_1) 부품의 교체가 보다 더 용이할 수 있다.
예컨대, 제1 실린더(310_1)가 파손 등에 의해 정상적으로 기능하지 못할 경우, 제1 실린더(310_1)만 교체함으로써 교체 비용이 최소화될 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너의 분해 사시도이다. 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너의 단면도이다.
도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 버너(300_2)는 유동안정화부재(390_2)를 더 포함한다는 점에서, 도 1 내지 도 6의 실시예와 차이가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 유동안정화부재(390_2)는 제2 유로(20) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 유동안정화부재(390_2)는 제1 실린더(310)의 외주면과 제2 실린더(320)의 내주면에 의해 정의되는 영역에 배치될 수 있다.
유동안정화부재(390_2)는 복수 개의 홀(391_2)을 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 도 8에서 도시된 바와 같이 원형의 홀이 원형 패턴으로 배치될 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
유동안정화부재(390_2)가 복수 개의 홀(391_2)을 포함함으로써, 제2 유로(20)에서 유동하는 제2 가스(2)가 제1 방향(DR1)으로 보다 원활하게 유동할 수 있다.
예컨대, 도 8과 같이 제2 가스공급부(340)가 제2 실린더(320)의 측벽에 배치된 경우, 제2 유로(20)에 제공된 제2 가스(2)는 불규칙적으로 유동할 수 있다.
버너(300_2)가 유동안정화부재(390_2)를 포함함으로써, 제1 방향(DR1)의 유동을 갖는 제2 가스(2)만 선택적으로 통과될 수 있다.
즉, 유동안정화부재(390_2)를 통해 제2 가스(2)가 혼합부(360)에 안정적으로 공급되어, 혼합부(360)에서 연소 화염이 불안정하게 형성되는 것을 억제 또는 방지할 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

- 제1 방향으로 연장하는 제1 실린더;상기 제1 방향으로 연장하고, 상기 제1 실린더의 외측에 형성되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제1 실린더보다 돌출된 제2 실린더;상기 제1 실린더의 내부에 제1 가스를 공급하는 제1 가스공급부;상기 제1 실린더의 외부 및 제2 실린더의 내부에 제2 가스를 공급하는 제2 가스공급부;상기 제1 실린더의 전방에 결합되어 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 제2 실린더보다 돌출된 실린더 연장부; 및상기 제2 실린더의 전방에 결합되고, 관통홀이 정의된 혼합부;를 포함하되,상기 실린더 연장부의 일단은 상기 혼합부의 상기 관통홀 상에 배치되는,버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 실린더 및 실린더 연장부의 내주면에 의해 정의되어 상기 제1 가스가 유동할 수 있는 경로를 제공하는 제1 유로; 및상기 제1 실린더의 외주면과 상기 제2 실린더의 내주면 및 상기 실린더 연장부의 외주면과 상기 혼합부의 내주면에 의해 정의되어 상기 제2 가스가 유동할 수 있는 경로를 제공하는 제2 유로;가 정의되며,상기 제1 유로 상에 배치되는 제1 선회부재; 및상기 제2 유로 상에 배치되는 제2 선회부재;를 더 포함하는,버너.
