Description

繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー
 本発明は、繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー、繊維処理用組成物、繊維の処理方法、繊維の製造方法及び繊維処理用組成物の使用に関する。
背景技術
 近年、プラスチックの海洋環境への影響について関心が高まっている。例えば、マイクロプラスチック・ビーズのような微小なプラスチック粒子が、海に流出して、ウミガメ、海鳥、そして魚(そして、ひいては人間)の体内に入り込むことが懸念されている。
 マイクロプラスチック汚染には化学繊維製の衣類のマイクロファイバー(長さ5mm以下)も含まれる。これら化学繊維のマイクロファイバーは、繊維洗浄(洗濯・精錬等)する際に抜け落ち、海、海岸、川、湖などに放出され、その一部は土壌にも至ると考えられている。
 衣料の毛羽・毛玉を減少することができるケア化合物としてセルロース誘導体を使用することが知られている。
 例えば、特開2020-100723号公報には、(a)所定のノニオン界面活性剤、(b)多糖ポリマー及び(c)(a)成分以外の界面活性剤を含有する、衣料用ケア組成物が開示されている。
発明の概要
 しかしながら、繊維と繊維の接触部における摩擦を低減するだけでは、例えば、繊維を水で洗浄する際に繊維から発生するマイクロプラスチックファイバーの発生を抑制することが不十分であることが分かった。
 本発明は、例えば、繊維を水で洗浄する際に繊維から発生するマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量を低減する新規な繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー、繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマーを含有する繊維処理用組成物、繊維の処理方法、繊維の製造方法及び合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量を低減するための繊維処理用組成物の使用を提供する。
 本発明におけるマイクロプラスチックファイバーとは、繊維状のマイクロプラスチックであり、その繊維長は、一般に0.1μm~5mm未満である。マイクロプラスチックファイバーは、合成繊維を含む繊維製品の洗濯排水に含まれることが知られており、当該繊維製品の合成繊維の一部が脱落したものであると考えられている。マイクロプラスチックファイバーは、合成繊維の繊維屑や洗濯屑を意味する。
 本発明におけるマイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減とは、繊維や繊維製品からのマイクロプラスチックファイバーの発生や排出を低減することを意味する。
 本発明において、繊維とは一種又は二種以上の合成繊維を含む繊維であり、合成繊維以外の繊維を一種又は二種以上含んでいてもよい。本発明における繊維は、糸状や所定のサイズを有する試験片であってもよい。また、前記繊維を用いて製造された製品を繊維製品という。本発明の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー及び繊維の処理方法が対象とする「繊維」は、前記繊維及び前記繊維を用いて製造された前記繊維製品の両方を含む。
 本発明において繊維を処理するとは、本発明の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー又は後述するマイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマーを含有する繊維処理用組成物を介して、繊維に物理的作用及び/又は化学的作用を及ぼす行為を意味する。ここでいう処理は、例えば、洗濯工程の中での、実際に繊維の汚れや不純物等を除去する洗浄行為が挙げられるが、本発明では洗浄に限定されず、繊維そのものの製造工程や繊維製品の再利用工程において、繊維の汚れや不純物等を除去することが可能となるように、繊維に物理的作用及び/又は化学的作用を及ぼす行為であればよい。具体的に、本発明における処理は、洗濯行為又は繊維精錬の少なくとも一方であることが好ましい。例えば、洗濯行為は、洗い工程(洗浄する工程とも言う)、すすぎ工程、柔軟剤などの洗濯助剤を用いた処理工程、又は脱水工程の少なくとも一つの工程を含む。繊維精錬は、例えば、界面活性剤等を利用して、染色前の繊維に付着している不純物等を取り除く行為である。本発明における洗浄行為は、洗濯機等の機械で行われてもよいし、手洗いでもよい。
 本発明は、繊維用マイクロプラスチック発生低減用ポリマー(以下、(a)成分ともいう)、繊維処理用ポリマー(以下、(a’)成分ともいう)又は(a)成分若しくは(a’)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物に関する。
 また、本発明は、繊維に、繊維用マイクロプラスチック発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー、又は(a)成分若しくは(a’)成分及び(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物を接触させる工程を有する、繊維の処理方法に関する。
 また、本発明は、繊維の処理方法によって得られる繊維の製造方法に関する。
 また、本発明は、合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、下記(a)成分、及び下記(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物の使用に関する。
 本発明によれば、例えば洗浄等の際に繊維から発生するマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量を低減する新規な繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマー、繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマーを含む繊維処理用組成物、繊維の処理方法、繊維の製造方法及び合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、繊維処理用組成物の使用が提供される。
発明を実施するための形態
 以下、マイクロプラスチックファイバーを「MPF」とも記載する。また、特に、断らない限り、各好適な態様についての好適である理由は、「繊維から発生するマイクロプラスチックファイバー(MPF)をより低減する観点から」である。また、同理由は、「MPF発生低減能向上の観点から」とも記載する。
<繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー>
 本発明の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー(以下、繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマーと称する場合がある。)は、下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含むポリマーである。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)

<繊維処理用ポリマー>
 本発明の繊維処理用ポリマーは、下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)、並びに下記一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含むポリマーである。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)

 本発明における繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーに用いられるポリマーは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、下記一般式(1)で示される構成単位(a1)を含む。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。Zは対陰イオンを示す。)
 Zは、一般式(1)のアンモニオ基の対陰イオンであり、特に制限はないが、MPF低減能向上の観点から、炭素数1以上3以下のアルキル硫酸イオン、(1/2)硫酸イオン、(1/3)リン酸イオン、炭素数1以上3以下の脂肪酸イオン及びハロゲン化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上の陰イオンが挙げられる。これらの中でも、同様の観点から、好ましくは炭素数1以上3以下のアルキル硫酸イオン及びハロゲン化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上である。炭素数1以上3以下のアルキル硫酸イオンとしては、メチル硫酸イオン及びエチル硫酸イオンから選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。ハロゲン化物イオンとしては、フッ化物イオン、塩化物イオン、臭化物イオン及びヨウ化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。前記陰イオンは、同様の観点から、好ましくはメチル硫酸イオン、エチル硫酸イオン、塩化物イオン及び臭化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上、より好ましくはメチル硫酸イオン、エチル硫酸イオン及び塩化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上である。なお、一般式(1)のアンモニオ基の対イオンは1種単独であってもよく、2種以上であってもよい。
 一般式(1)のRは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくはメチル基である。また、一般式(1)のR~Rは、同様の観点から、各々独立に水素原子、好ましくはメチル基又はエチル基である。また、一般式(1)のXは、同様の観点から、好ましくは-O-である。また、一般式(1)のmは、同様の観点から、好ましくは2又は3であり、より好ましくは2である。
 一般式(1)の構成単位(a1)は、例えば下記一般式(1a)で表されるオレフィンを重合することにより、ポリマー中に導入することができる。

 本発明における繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーに用いられるポリマーは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、下記一般式(2)を有する構成単位(a2)を含む。
(式中、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基、又は、(少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基を示す。ただし、R又はRのいずれかが水素原子又はメチル基であり、もう一方が少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基である。)
 R又はRで示される(少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基としては、ヒドロキシメチルカルボニル基、1-ヒドロキシエチルカルボニル基、2-ヒドロキシエチルカルボニル基、3-ヒドロキシプロピルカルボニル基、4-ヒドロキシブチルカルボニル基等が例示できる。MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは2-ヒドロキシエチルカルボニル基である。
 R又はRで示される(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基は、環状の脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素の環を構成する炭素原子の少なくとも一つが窒素原子に置換されたアザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素の窒素原子がメチル基の水素原子を置換した基を示す。具体的には、(ピロール-1-イル)メチル基、(インドール-1-イル)メチル基、(ピロリジン-1-イル)メチル基、(ピロリドン-1-イル)メチル基等が例示できる。MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは(ピロリドン-1-イル)メチル基である。
 一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)は、例えば下記一般式(2a)で表されるオレフィンを原料として用いて重合することにより、ポリマー中に導入することができる。

 一般式(2a)のオレフィンとしては、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくはアクリル酸(2-ヒドロキシエチル)、メタクリル酸(2-ヒドロキシエチル)、N-ビニルピロリドンである。
 本発明において、例えば前記一般式(1a)で表されるオレフィンと一般式(2a)で表されるオレフィンを重合することにより、一般式(3)で表される構成単位を含むポリマーを得ることができる。尚、一般式(3)で表される構成単位を含むポリマーは、前記一般式(1a)で表されるオレフィン及び前記一般式(2a)で表されるオレフィンを重合することにより得られる、前記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)と前記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含むポリマーを模式的に示したものであり、下記一般式(3)で表される構造に限定されるものではない。
(式中、R、R、R、R、R、R、R、R、X、m及びZは、それぞれ、前記と同じ内容を示す。p1及びq1は、オレフィン(1a)及びオレフィン(2a)に由来する構成単位の含有率を示し、0<p1<1かつ0<q1<1かつp1+q1≦1である。)
 一般式(3)のp1は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.05以上、より好ましくは0.1以上、更に好ましくは0.15以上であり、そして、経済性の観点から、好ましくは0.8以下、より好ましくは0.6以下、更に好ましくは0.4以下である。
 また、一般式(3)のq1は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.2以上、より好ましくは0.4以上、更に好ましくは0.6以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは0.9以下、より好ましくは0.8以下、更に好ましくは0.7以下である。
 一般式(3)中の一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)の含有率であるp1と一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)の含有率であるq1の合計であるp1+q1は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.5以上であり、より好ましくは0.7以上であり、更に好ましくは0.9以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.95以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.97以上であり、そして1以下である。p1+q1は1であってよい。
 尚、前記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び前記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含むポリマーにおいて、オレフィン(1a)に由来する構成単位の含有率であるp1及びオレフィン(2a)に由来する構成単位の含有率であるq1、p1+q1は、前記一般式(3)で表される構成単位に記載したp1及びq1並びにp1+q1と同じ意味を表す。
 オレフィン(1a)とオレフィン(2a)の共重合は、通常の共重合の条件で行ってよく、また、交互共重合、ブロック共重合、ランダム共重合のいずれでもよい。すなわち、一般式(3)は、オレフィン(1a)に由来する構成単位(1)やオレフィン(2a)に由来する構成単位(2)が連続する領域を含む共重合体や、構成単位(1)及び/又は構成単位(2)が、各々紙面向かって左右が逆となって重合した共重合体も含むものである。
 本発明の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマーに用いられるポリマーは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含むことが好ましい。また、本発明の繊維処理用ポリマーに用いられるポリマーは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含む。
(式中、R及びR11は、各々独立に水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩を示す。R10及びR12は、水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩、又は、カルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩又は(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基を示す。ただし、R10又はR12のいずれかが水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩であり、もう一方がカルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩又は(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基である。)
 R10又はR12で示されるスルホフェニル基としては、2-スルホフェニル基、3-スルホフェニル基、4-スルホフェニル基等が例示できる。MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは4-スルホフェニル基である。
 R10又はR12で示される(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基としては、(スルホメチル)アミノカルボニル基、(2-スルホエチル)アミノカルボニル基、(1-スルホエチル)アミノカルボニル基、(3-スルホプロピル)アミノカルボニル基、(1,1-ジメチル-2-スルホエチル)アミノカルボニル基等が例示できる。MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは1,1-ジメチル-2-スルホエチル)アミノカルボニル基である。
 一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)は、例えば下記一般式(4a)で表されるオレフィンを原料として用いて重合することにより、ポリマー中に導入することができる。
(式中、R、R10、R11、R12は、各々前記と同じ内容を示す。)
 一般式(4a)のオレフィンとしては、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくはアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、о-、m-又はp-ビニルフェニルスルホン酸、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸又はその塩である。塩である場合の対陽イオンは、アルカリ金属イオン、アルカリ土類金属イオン、アンモニウムイオン、テトラアルキルアンモニウムイオン等が例示できる。入手容易な点で、好ましくはアルカリ金属イオンであり、より好ましくはナトリウムイオンである。
 本発明において、例えば上記一般式(1a)で表されるオレフィン、一般式(2a)で表されるオレフィン及び一般式(4a)で表されるオレフィンを重合することにより、一般式(5)で表される構成単位を含むポリマーを得ることができる。尚、一般式(5)で表される構成単位を含むポリマーは、前記一般式(1a)で表されるオレフィン、前記一般式(2a)で表されるオレフィン及び前記一般式(4a)で表されるオレフィンを重合することにより得られる、前記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)、前記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)及び前記一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含むポリマーを模式的に示したものであり、下記一般式(5)で表される構造に限定されるものではない。
(式中、R、R、R、R、R、R、R、R、R、R10、R11、R12、X、m及びZは、それぞれ、前記と同じ内容を示す。p2、q2及びr2は、オレフィン(1a)、(2a)及び(4a)に由来する構成単位の含有率を示し、0<p2<1かつ0<q2<1かつ0<r2<1かつp2+q2+r2≦1である。)
 一般式(5)のp2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.025以上、より好ましくは0.05以上、更に好ましくは0.075以上、より更に好ましくは0.1以上であり、そして、経済性の観点から、好ましくは0.8以下、より好ましくは0.6以下、更に好ましくは0.4以下、より更に好ましくは0.2以下ある。
 また、一般式(5)のq2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.2以上、より好ましくは0.4以上、更に好ましくは0.5以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.6以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは0.95以下、より好ましくは0.9以下、更に好ましくは0.85以下であり、より更に好ましくは0.8以下である。
 また、一般式(5)のr2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.005以上、より好ましくは0.01以上、更に好ましくは0.02以上、より更に好ましくは0.04以上、そして、好ましくは0.8以下、より好ましくは0.6以下、更に好ましくは0.5以下、より更に好ましくは0.4以下である。
 一般式(5)中の一般式(1)の構成単位(a1)の含有率と一般式(2)の構成単位(a2)の含有率の比、p2/q2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.01以上、より好ましくは0.05以上、更に好ましくは0.07以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.1以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは1以下、より好ましくは0.8以下、更に好ましくは0.7以下、より更に好ましくは0.5以下である。
 一般式(4)を含む場合、一般式(5)中の一般式(1)の構成単位(a1)の含有率と一般式(4)の構成単位の含有率の比、p2/r2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1以上、より好ましくは0.3以上、更に好ましくは0.5以上、更に好ましくは1以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは5以下、より好ましくは4以下、更に好ましくは3.5以下、より更に好ましくは3以下である。
 一般式(4)を含む場合、一般式(5)中の構成単位の含有率の比、(p2+r2)/q2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.05以上、より好ましくは0.06以上、更に好ましくは0.08以上、より更に好ましくは0.1以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは5以下、より好ましくは4以下、更に好ましくは3.5以下、より更に好ましくは3以下である。
 一般式(5)中の一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)の含有率であるp2と一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)の含有率であるq2及び一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)の含有率であるr2の合計であるp2+q2+r2は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.5以上であり、より好ましくは0.7以上であり、更に好ましくは0.9以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.95以上であり、より更に好ましくは0.97以上であり、そして1以下である。p2+q2+r2は1であってよい。
 尚、前記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び前記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)、並びに前記一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含むポリマーにおいて、オレフィン(1a)に由来する構成単位の含有率であるp2及びオレフィン(2a)に由来する構成単位の含有率であるq2並びにオレフィン(4a)に由来する構成単位の含有率であるr2及びp2+q2+r2は、前記一般式(5)で表される構成単位に記載したp2、q2、r2及びp2+q2+r2と同じ意味を表す。
 本発明のオレフィン(4a)のポリマー中への導入は、オレフィン(1a)とオレフィン(2a)の共重合を行った後にオレフィン(4a)を共重合、オレフィン(1a)とオレフィン(4a)の共重合を行った後にオレフィン(2a)を共重合、オレフィン(2a)とオレフィン(4a)の共重合を行った後にオレフィン(1a)を共重合、オレフィン(1a)、オレフィン(2a)及びオレフィン(4a)を同時に共重合、のいずれの方法でもよい。また、共重合は、通常の共重合の条件で行ってよく、交互重合、ブロック重合、ランダム重合のいずれでもよい。すなわち、一般式(5)は、オレフィン(1a)に由来する構成単位(1)、オレフィン(2a)に由来する構成単位(2)及びオレフィン(4a)に由来する構成単位(4)が連続する領域を含む共重合体や、構成単位(1)及び/又は構成単位(2)及び/又は構成単位(4)が、各々紙面向かって左右が逆となって重合した共重合体も含むものである。
 本発明の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、MPF発生低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは50,000以上、より好ましくは70,000以上、更に好ましくは80,000以上、より更に好ましくは90,000以上、より更に好ましくは100,000以上、より更に好ましくは200,000以上、そして、後述する繊維処理用組成物の調製のし易さの観点から、好ましくは10,000,000以下、より好ましくは5,000,000以下、更に好ましくは3,000,000以下、より更に好ましくは2,000,000以下、より更に好ましくは1,000,000以下、より更に好ましくは800,000以下である。
 繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、GPC(ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー)によるポリエチレングリコール換算により算出する。測定条件は、以下の通りである。
 ・カラム:TSKgel α-M
 ・溶離液:50mmol/L LiBr、1%CHCOOH、エタノール/水=3/7
 ・温度:40℃
 ・流速:0.6mL/min
<繊維処理用組成物>
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、前記の(a)成分又は(a’)成分を含有する。本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、(a)成分又は(a’)成分、及びアニオン界面活性剤である(b)成分を含有することが好ましい。
<アニオン性界面活性剤>
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、(a)成分又は(a’)成分に対してアニオン界面活性剤である(b)成分を併用することで、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させることができる。一般的にアニオン性界面活性剤は、例えば繊維に付着した有機物などの汚れを繊維から脱離させ水中に排出する作用を有する。しかしながら、本発明においては、前記の(a)成分又は(a’)成分に対して併用することで、合成繊維を含む繊維における合成繊維からのMPFの発生、そしてMPFが水中に排出されるのを抑制できる点で特徴的である。作用機構は必ずしも限定されるものではないが、(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分からなる複合体が合成繊維を含む繊維に付着することで、合成繊維からのMPFの排出を抑制していると推察している。その点において、(a)成分又は(a’)成分と複合体を形成することで合成繊維からのMPFを抑制できる複合体を形成できる疎水的な部分と、(a)成分又は(a’)成分のカチオン電荷と相互作用しやすいアニオン性基を有する点で、化合物としてアニオン性界面活性剤が選択される。
 (a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、(b)成分はアルキルアリールスルホン酸型界面活性剤、硫酸エステル型界面活性剤、アルカンスルホン酸型界面活性剤、オレフィンスルホン酸型界面活性剤、スルホコハク酸アルキルエステル型界面活性剤、及びスルホ脂肪酸エステル型界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤が好ましい。
 アルキルアリールスルホン酸型界面活性剤としては、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩が挙げられる。具体的には、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数が好ましくは6以上、より好ましくは8以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは18以下、より好ましくは15以下のアルキル基を有するアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩が挙げられる。アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩のベンゼン環の炭素原子に結合するアルキル基の炭素原子は第2級炭素原子であってよい。
 硫酸エステル型界面活性剤としては、炭素数8以上20以下の炭化水素基と、硫酸エステル基とを有するアニオン性界面活性剤が挙げられる。炭化水素基は、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは10以上、更に好ましくは12以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは20以下、より好ましくは18以下、更に好ましくは14以下、更により好ましくは12以下である。炭化水素基は、アルキル基が好ましい。
 硫酸エステル型界面活性剤としては、アルキル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩が挙げられる。
 アルキル硫酸エステル塩としては、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは10以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは20以下、より好ましくは18以下、更に好ましくは14以下、更により好ましくは12以下のアルキル基、更に直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル基を有するアルキル硫酸エステル塩が好適である。
 ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩としては、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは10以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは20以下、より好ましくは18以下、更に好ましくは14以下、更により好ましくは12以下のアルキル基、更に直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル基を有し、炭素数2以上3以下のオキシアルキレン基の平均付加mol数が、好ましくは0.5以上、より好ましくは0.7以上、更に好ましくは1.0以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは10以下、より好ましくは8以下、更に好ましくは7以下である、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩が好適である。オキシアルキレン基は、炭素数2以上4以下のオキシアルキレン基が好ましく、炭素数2以上3以下のオキシアルキレン基がより好ましい。炭素数2以上4以下のオキシアルキレン基の具体例として、オキシエチレン基、オキシプロピレン基、オキシブチレン基が挙げられる。MPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、オキシエチレン基及びオキシプロピレン基から選ばれる1種以上であることが好ましい。ポリオキシアルキレン基は、単一種のオキシアルキレン基からなるポリオキシアルキレン基、複数種のオキシアルキレン基からなるポリオキシアルキレン基であってもよい。複数種のオキシエチレン基からなるポリオキシエチレン基としては、MPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、オキシエチレン基及びオキシプロピレン基を含むポリオキシアルキレン基が好ましい。本発明において、オキシエチレン基及びオキシプロピレン基を含むとは、原料となるアルキルアルコールに対して、オキシエチレン基及びオキシプロピレン基を付加して得られたことを意味する。オキシエチレン基の平均付加mol数(m1)とオキシプロピレン基の平均付加mol数(m2)の比である、m1/m2は、MPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.1以上であり、より好ましくは0.2であり、そして同じ観点から好ましくは10以下であり、より好ましくは8以下である。オキシエチレン基をオキシプロピレン基を含む場合、それぞれの基はランダムで付加されていてもよく、ブロックで付加されていてもよく、MPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、ブロックでふかされていることが好ましい。
 (a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、オキシアルキレン基は炭素数2のオキシアルキレン基が好ましい。
 アルカンスルホン酸型界面活性剤としては、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、アルカン部分の炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは10以上、更に好ましくは14以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは20以下、より好ましくは18以下のアルカンスルホン酸塩が挙げられる。MPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、第2級アルカンスルホン酸塩が好ましい。
 オレフィンスルホン酸型界面活性剤としては、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩、内部オレフィンスルホン酸塩が挙げられる。α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩は、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、オレフィン部分の炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは10以上、更に好ましくは14以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは22以下、より好ましくは20以下、更に好ましくは18以下、より更に好ましくは16以下である。また内部オレフィンスルホン酸塩は、オレフィン部分の炭素数が好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは12以上、更に好ましくは16以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは24以下、より好ましくは20以下、更に好ましくは18以下である。(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数16の内部オレフィンスルホン酸塩が好ましい。
 スルホコハク酸アルキルエステル型界面活性剤としては、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、炭素数が好ましくは5以上、より好ましくは6以上、更に好ましくは7以上、より更に好ましくは8以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは18以下、より好ましくは14以下、更に好ましくは10以下の脂肪アルコールとスルホコハク酸とのモノエステル及び/又はジエステル、好ましくはジエステルである。また、(a)成分又は(a’)成分が有するMPF低減能を更に向上させる観点から、脂肪アルコールは分岐アルコールが好適である。
 スルホ脂肪酸エステル型界面活性剤としては、脂肪酸部分の炭素数が10以上18以下のα-スルホ脂肪酸塩、脂肪酸部分の炭素数が10以上18以下であり、エステル部分の炭素数が1以上5以下であるα-スルホ脂肪酸低級アルキルエステル塩が挙げられる。
 (b)成分の塩は、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩、マグネシウム塩等のアルカリ土類金属塩、アンモニウム塩、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩などの有機アミン塩が挙げられる。
 MPF低減能向上の観点から、(b)成分は、好ましくはアルキルアリールスルホン酸塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩及びオレフィンスルホン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤が好ましく、より好ましくはアルキルアリールスルホン酸塩及びオレフィンスルホン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤が好ましい。MPF低減能向上の観点から、アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩は、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩が好ましく、オレフィンスルホン酸塩は、内部オレフィンスルホン酸塩が好ましい。
 尚、本発明の(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物は、前記の(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分を混合して繊維処理用組成物中に含んでも良いが、この態様に限定されない。後述する繊維処理用組成物中に(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分を別々に配合し含有させて繊維処理用組成物中で(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分が共存する態様も、(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物と称する。また、本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、MPF低減能を有する繊維処理用組成物であってよい。MPF低減能を有するとは、本願実施例においてMPF排出率が100%未満であることを意味する。MPF低減能がより高いとは、MPF排出率がより低い値であることを意味する。好ましいMPF排出率は、好ましくは90%以下であり、より好ましくは80%以下であり、更に好ましくは70%以下であり、より更に好ましくは60%以下であり、より更に好ましくは50%以下であり、より更に好ましくは40%以下であり、より更に好ましくは30%以下であり、より数値が低い方がより更に好ましい。
 また、本発明の(a)成分又は(a’)成分と(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物中の、(a)成分の含有量又は(a’)成分の含有量と(b)成分の含有量の質量比、[(a)又は(a’)/(b)]、は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.01以上、より好ましくは0.02以上、更に好ましくは0.05以上、より更に好ましくは0.1以上であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは5以下、より好ましくは2以下、更に好ましくは1以下、より更に好ましくは0.5以下である。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、取り扱い容易性の観点から、溶媒を含むことが好ましく、特に水が好ましい。
 水は、不純物を含まず適度に精製されている水が好ましい。水は、井戸水、工業用水であってよく、MPF低減能向上の観点から、例えば、水道水、精製水、イオン交換水が好ましい。
 水は、(a)成分又は(a’)成分及び任意の(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物、及び後述する任意成分、以外の残部とすることができる。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、水を、本発明の繊維処理用組成物の安定性の観点から、好ましくは10質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、更に好ましくは30質量%以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは99.99999質量%以下、より好ましくは99.9999質量%以下、更に好ましくは99.999質量%以下、より更に好ましくは90質量%以下、より更に好ましくは85質量%以下、より更に好ましくは80質量%以下含有する。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物が水を含有する場合、繊維処理用組成物中の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1mg/kg以上、より好ましくは0.3mg/kg以上、更に好ましくは0.5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは0.7mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは1mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは1.5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは2mg/kg以上、そして、繊維に均質に接触できる観点又は環境へのポリマー排出量の低減の観点から、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは3質量%以下、更に好ましくは2質量%以下、より更に好ましくは1質量%以下、より更に好ましくは0.7質量%以下、より更に好ましくは0.5質量%以下、より更に好ましくは0.3質量%以下である。
 また、繊維処理用組成物中の(b)成分の含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1mg/kg以上、より好ましくは0.5mg/kg以上、更に好ましくは1mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは3mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは10mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは2mg/kg以上、そして、繊維に均質に接触できる観点から、好ましくは50質量%以下、より好ましくは40質量%以下、更に好ましくは35質量%以下、より更に好ましくは30質量%以下、より更に好ましくは20質量%以下、より更に好ましくは15質量%以下、より更に好ましくは10質量%以下である。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物が水を含有し、更に溶媒好ましくは水に希釈して、繊維と接触させて使用するための繊維処理用組成物(1)である場合には、本発明の繊維処理用組成物(1)中の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.03質量%以上、より好ましくは0.05質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.07質量%以上、より更に好ましくは0.08質量%以上、より更に好ましくは0.1質量%以上、そして、繊維に均質に接触できる観点又は環境へのポリマー排出量の低減の観点から、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは3質量%以下、更に好ましくは2質量%以下、より更に好ましくは1.5質量%以下、より更に好ましくは1質量%以下である。
 繊維処理用組成物(1)中の(b)成分の含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1質量%以上、より好ましくは0.2質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.3質量%以上、より更に好ましくは0.4質量%以上、より更に好ましくは0.5質量%以上、そして、繊維に均質に接触できる観点から、好ましくは50質量%以下、より好ましくは40質量%以下、更に好ましくは35質量%以下、より更に好ましくは30質量%以下である。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物が、溶媒好ましくは水を含有し、そのまま繊維と接触させて使用するための繊維処理用組成物(2)である場合には、繊維処理用組成物(2)中の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1mg/kg以上、より好ましくは0.3mg/kg以上、更に好ましくは0.5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは0.7mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは1mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは1.5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは2mg/kg以上、そして、繊維に均質に接触できる観点、環境へのポリマー排出量の低減の観点又はMPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは300mg/kg以下、より好ましくは200mg/kg以下、更に好ましくは100mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは70mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは50mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは30mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは20mg/kg以下である。また、(b)成分の含有量は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは0.1mg/kg以上、より好ましくは0.3mg/kg以上、更に好ましくは0.5mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは0.8mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは1mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは2mg/kg以上、より更に好ましくは3mg/kg以上、そして、同じ観点から、好ましくは5,000mg/kg以下、より好ましくは2,000mg/kg以下、更に好ましくは1,000mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは750mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは500mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは400mg/kg以下、より更に好ましくは300mg/kg以下である。尚、繊維処理用組成物(2)は、前記の繊維処理用組成物(1)を水で希釈して得られた繊維処理用組成物であってよい。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物が水を含有する場合、繊維処理用組成物の、下記の方法で測定された25℃におけるpHは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは4以上、より好ましくは5以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは12以下、より好ましくは11以下である。
〔pHの測定方法〕
 pHメーター(HORIBA製 pH/イオンメーター F-23)にpH測定用複合電極(HORIBA製ガラス摺り合わせスリーブ型)を接続し、電源を投入する。pH電極内部液としては、飽和塩化カリウム水溶液(3.33mol/L)を使用する。 次に、pH4.01標準液(フタル酸塩標準液)、pH6.86(中性リン酸塩標準液)、及びpH9.18標準液(ホウ酸塩標準液)をそれぞれ100mLビーカーに充填し、25℃の恒温槽に30分間浸漬する。 前記恒温に調整されたpH6.86標準液にpH測定用電極を3分間浸し、次いでpH9.18標準液、pH4.01標準液の順に、それぞれ3分間浸漬し、校正操作を行う。 その後、測定対象となるサンプル(水を含有する場合の本発明の繊維処理用組成物)を25℃に調整し、前記のpHメーターの電極をサンプルに浸漬し、1分後のpHを測定する。
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物の25℃における粘度は、スプレーヤーを備えた容器に充填して用いる場合は、スプレーヤーを備えた容器での噴霧適性が良好な観点から、好ましくは15mPa・s以下、より好ましくは10mPa・s以下、更に好ましくは5mPa・s以下であり、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは1.0mPa・s以上、より好ましくは1.5mPa・s以上、更に好ましくは2.0mPa・s以上である。
 繊維処理用組成物の粘度は、東京計器株式会社製、B型粘度計(モデル形式BM)に、No.1のローターを取り付け、該繊維処理用組成物を200mL容量のガラス製トールビーカーに充填し、ウォーターバスにて25±0.3℃に調整し、ローターの回転数を60rpmに設定し、測定を始めてから60秒後の指示値である。
 繊維処理用組成物の粘度は、繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーの含有量を調整することにより、調整することができる。
<更なる任意成分>
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、更なる任意成分として、本発明の効果に影響を与えない範囲で、洗剤や柔軟剤などに使用することが知られている成分、例えば、下記の(1)~(12)の成分を含有することができる。
(1)pH調整剤
 pH調整剤として酸剤又はアルカリ剤を含有することができる。
 酸剤は、有機酸、及び無機酸から選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。
 有機酸としては、繊維上への残留性が低い観点から、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、酢酸、コハク酸、酒石酸、フマル酸、乳酸、プロピオン酸、シュウ酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、没食子酸、メリット酸、ケイ皮酸、サリチル酸、フタル酸、安息香酸、ピルビン酸、オキサロ酢酸、及びアコニット酸から選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。
 無機酸としては、塩酸、リン酸、硫酸、ホウ酸、及び炭酸から選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。
 アルカリ剤は、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属炭酸塩などの無機アルカリ剤、窒素原子に結合する基のうち、1つ以上3つ以下が炭素数2以上4以下のアルカノール基であり、残りが炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基又は水素原子であるアルカノールアミンを挙げることができる。このうちアルカノール基はヒドロキシアルキル基、更にヒドロキシエチル基であるものが好ましい。アルカノール基以外は水素原子又はメチル基が好ましく、特に水素原子が好ましい。アルカノールアミンとしては、2-アミノエタノール、N-メチルエタノールアミン、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン、N,N-ジエチルエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、N-メチルジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等のアルカノールアミン類が挙げられる。
(2)キレート剤
 キレート剤の具体例として、例えば、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸、ヒドロキシエチルイミノ二酢酸等のアミノポリ酢酸又はこれらの塩、クエン酸、乳酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸等の有機酸又はこれらの塩、1-ヒドロキシエチリデン-1,1-ジホスホン酸、ジエチレントリアミンペンタ(メチレンホスホン酸)、これらのアルカリ金属又は低級アミン塩等が挙げられる。
(3)再汚染防止剤及び/又はポリマー系分散剤
 繊維上への残留性が低い観点から、再汚染防止剤及び/又はポリマー系分散剤としては、ポリアクリル酸、ポリマレイン酸、カルボキシメチルセルロース等が挙げられる。
(4)漂白剤
 繊維上への残留性が低い観点から、漂白剤としては、過酸化水素、過炭酸ナトリウム、過ホウ酸ナトリウム等が挙げられる。
(5)漂白活性化剤
 漂白活性化剤としては、テトラアセチルエチレンジアミン、特開平6-316700号の一般式(I-2)~(I-7)で表される漂白活性化剤等が挙げられる。
(6)酵素
 繊維上への残留性が低い観点から、酵素としては、アミラーゼ、スクラーゼ、マルターゼ、ラクターゼ、プルラナーゼ、フラクトフラノシダーゼ、セルラーゼ、プロテアーゼ及びリパーゼから選ばれる1種以上の酵素が挙げられる。
(7)蛍光染料
 蛍光染料としては、例えばチノパールCBS(商品名、チバスペシャリティケミカルズ製)やホワイテックスSA(商品名、住友化学社製)として市販されている蛍光染料が挙げられる。
(8)酸化防止剤
 酸化防止剤としては、3,5-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-4-ヒドロキシ-ベンゼンプロパン酸、メチルエステル(Raschig  USA(Arlington、Texas、United  States)から商標名RALOX(登録商標)35で市販されている)、ブチルヒドロキシトルエン(慣用名:BHT)、ブチルヒドロキシアニソール(慣用名;BHA)、ジスチレン化クレゾール、アスコルビン酸(慣用名:ビタミンC)、トコフェノール(慣用名:ビタミンE)、コーヒー豆抽出物(クロロゲン酸)、緑茶抽出物(カテキン)等の公知の抗酸化化合物又は亜硫酸ナトリウム及び亜硫酸水素ナトリウム等の公知の無機塩が挙げられる。
(9)色素、抗菌防腐剤、紫外線防止剤、シリコーン等の消泡剤
(10)水酸基を有する有機溶剤
 水酸基を有する有機溶剤としては、以下の(10-1)成分~(10-6)成分から選ばれる1種以上の化合物が用いられる。
(10-1)成分:炭素数2以上6以下の脂肪族炭化水素基を有する1価のアルコール
 (10-1)成分として、例えばエタノール、1-プロパノール、2-プロパノール及び1-ブタノールから選ばれる1価のアルコールが挙げられる。
(10-2)成分:炭素数2以上6以下の2価以上6価以下のアルコール
 (10-2)成分として、例えばエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、2-メチル-2,4-ペンタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール及びグリセリンから選ばれる2価又は3価のアルコールが挙げられる。2-メチル-2,4-ペンタンジオールは、ヘキシレングリコールとも称される。
(10-3)成分:炭素数2以上4以下のアルキレングリコール単位を含有するポリアルキレングリコール
 (10-3)成分として、例えばジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、テトラエチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレングリコール、重量平均分子量400以上4,000以下のポリエチレングリコール及び重量平均分子量400以上4,000以下のポリプロピレングリコールから選ばれるポリアルキレングリコールが挙げられる。
(10-4)成分:炭素数2以上4以下のアルキレングリコール単位と、炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基とを有する、(モノ又はポリ)アルキレングリコールのモノアルキルエーテル
 (10-4)成分として、例えばジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、トリプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル、1-メトキシ-2-プロパノール及び1-エトキシ-2-プロパノールから選ばれる化合物が挙げられる。
(10-5)成分:炭素数1以上8以下のアルキルを有するアルキルグリセリルエーテル
 (10-5)成分として、例えば1-メチルグリセリルエーテル、2-メチルグリセリルエーテル、1,3-ジメチルグリセリルエーテル、1-エチルグリセリルエーテル、1,3-ジエチルグリセリルエーテル、トリエチルグリセリルエーテル、1-ペンチルグリセリルエーテル、2-ペンチルグリセリルエーテル、1-オクチルグリセリルエーテル及び2-エチルヘキシルグリセリルエーテルから選ばれるアルキルグリセリルエーテルが挙げられる。
(10-6)成分:炭素数2又は3のアルキレングリコール単位を有する(モノ又はポリ)アルキレングリコールの芳香族アルキルエーテル
 (10-6)成分として、例えば2-フェノキシエタノール、ジエチレングリコールモノフェニルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールモノフェニルエーテル、平均分子量約480のポリエチレングリコールモノフェニルエーテル、2-ベンジルオキシエタノール及びジエチレングリコールモノベンジルエーテルから選ばれる化合物が挙げられる。
 前記(10-4)成分、(10-6)成分において「(モノ又はポリ)アルキレングリコール」なる用語は、モノアルキレングリコール又はポリアルキレングリコールを意味する。また、「ポリアルキレングリコール」とは、アルキレングリコール単位を2個以上9個以下の量で含有することを意味する。
(11)ハイドロトロープ剤
 ハイドロトロープ剤は、陰イオン性基を有する有機化合物であり、更にはメチル基、エチル基及びプロピル基から選ばれるアルキル基を1つ又は2つ含み、スルホン酸基又はカルボン酸基を1つ有するアルキルベンゼンカルボン酸又はアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸又はそれらの塩、並びに安息香酸又はその塩を挙げることができる。より具体的にはパラトルエンスルホン酸、クメンスルホン酸、メタキシレンスルホン酸、安息香酸であり、塩はアルカリ金属塩が好ましい。
(12)香料
 香料は、マスキング効果を有し、場合によっては、それ自体が消臭性能を有する基材であることもある。
 香料としては、例えば「香料と調香の基礎知識、中島基貴編著、産業図書株式会社発行、2005年4月20日第4刷」に記載の香料及び特表平10-507793号公報記載の香料を使用することができる。また、特開2014-213072号公報に記載の賦香剤の技術を用いることができ、ケイ酸エステル香料やマイクロカプセル香料も使用することができる。
<繊維>
 本発明の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー又は繊維処理用組成物で処理する繊維は、一種又は二種以上の合成繊維を含む繊維であり、合成繊維以外の繊維を一種又は二種以上含んでいてもよい。本発明における繊維は、糸状や所定のサイズを有する試験片であってもよい。
 合成繊維とは、例えば、ポリアミド系繊維(ナイロン等)、ポリエステル系繊維(ポリエステル等)、ポリアクリロニトリル系繊維(アクリル等)、ポリビニルアルコール系繊維(ビニロン等)、ポリ塩化ビニル系繊維(ポリ塩化ビニル等)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系繊維(ビニリデン等)、ポリオレフィン系繊維(ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等)、ポリウレタン系繊維(ポリウレタン等)、ポリ塩化ビニル/ポリビニルアルコール共重合系繊維(ポリクレラール等)、ポリアルキレンパラオキシベンゾエート系繊維(ベンゾエート等)、ポリフルオロエチレン系繊維(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン等)等が挙げられる。また、天然由来成分を化学処理で取り出し、溶解して紡糸した、半合成繊維である、タンパク質系繊維(牛乳タンパクガゼイン繊維、プロミックス等)、セルロース系繊維(レーヨン、ポリノジック、キュプラ、アセテート等)等も挙げられる。
<繊維製品>
 本発明の繊維処理用組成物は、繊維製品を処理することもできる。
 本発明において繊維製品とは、前述の通り、繊維を用いて製造された製品である。具体的には、一種又は二種以上の合成繊維を含む繊維を用いて製造された、織物、編物、不織布等の布帛及びそれを用いて得られたアンダーシャツ、Tシャツ、ワイシャツ、ブラウス、スラックス、帽子、ハンカチ、タオル、ニット、靴下、下着、タイツ、マスク等の製品である。
 MPF低減能向上の観点から、繊維製品中の合成繊維の含有量は、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは20質量%以上、より更に好ましくは30質量%以上、より更に好ましくは50質量%以上であり、そして、100質量%以下である。繊維製品中の合成繊維の含有量はより更に好ましくは実質的に100質量%である。
 本発明の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマーは、繊維用洗浄剤組成物、繊維用柔軟剤組成物、繊維用処理剤組成物又は繊維用スプレー処理剤組成物に配合して用いることができる。また、それらの組成物と共に本発明の繊維処理用組成物を用いることができる。
<繊維の処理方法>
 本発明は、繊維に、繊維処理用組成物を接触させる工程を有する、繊維の処理方法を提供する。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法において、(a)成分、(a’)成分、(b)成分、及び、前記の任意成分は、本発明の繊維処理用組成物で記載した前述の好ましい態様を適用することができる。
 また、繊維は、繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマー、繊維処理用ポリマー及び繊維処理用組成物で記載した繊維及び繊維製品に含まれる合成繊維を含む繊維が挙げられる。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法では、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは前記の繊維処理用組成物(2)(以下、処理液と記載することもある。)により繊維を処理する。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法において、本発明の繊維処理用組成物と繊維とを接触させる方法は、処理液を繊維に噴霧する方法、処理液を繊維に塗布する方法、繊維を処理液に浸漬する方法などが挙げられる。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法は、例えば、繊維を洗浄する際に合成繊維から発生するMPFの量を低減する、繊維の洗浄方法であってよい。
 前記処理液を繊維に噴霧する方法は、スプレーヤー付き容器に本発明の前記処理液を充填し、繊維に噴霧することにより、繊維と接触させる方法が好ましい。また、前記処理液を繊維に塗布する場合は、繊維に直接塗布してもよいし、布、ブラシ等の塗布具に担持させて繊維に塗布することにより、繊維と接触させてもよい。
 前記処理液は、本発明の繊維用発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマー又は繊維処理用組成物(1)を水で希釈して調製することが好ましい。具体的な本発明の繊維処理用組成物(1)の希釈倍率としては、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは500倍以上、より好ましくは800倍以上、そして同様の観点から、好ましくは5000倍以下、より好ましくは、3000倍以下である。
 前記処理液の25℃におけるpHは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは4以上、より好ましくは5以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは12以下、より好ましくは11以下である。
 処理液の25℃におけるpHは、前記本発明の配合液のpHの測定方法と同様の方法で測定することができる。この際、繊維用MPF低減剤又は繊維処理用組成物の配合液を、繊維用MPF低減剤又は繊維処理用組成物を含む処理液と読み替えて、該処理液のpHを測定する。
 前記処理液を調製する際に用いる水の硬度は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、ドイツ硬度で、好ましくは2°dH以上、より好ましくは3.5°dH以上、更に好ましくは5°dH以上、より更に好ましくは7°dH以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは20°dH以下、より好ましくは18°dH以下、更に好ましくは15°dH以下である。
 ここで、本明細書におけるドイツ硬度(°dH)とは、水中におけるカルシウム及びマグネシウムの濃度を、CaCO換算濃度で1mg/L(ppm)=約0.056°dH(1°dH=17.8ppm)で表したものを指す。このドイツ硬度のためのカルシウム及びマグネシウムの濃度は、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩を使用したキレート滴定法で求められる。本明細書における水のドイツ硬度の具体的な測定方法を下記に示す。
<水のドイツ硬度の測定方法>
〔試薬〕
・0.01mol/L EDTA・2Na溶液:エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウムの0.01mol/L水溶液(滴定用溶液、0.01M EDTA-2Na、SIGMA-ALDRICH社製)
・Universal BT指示薬(製品名:Universal BT、(株)同仁化学研究所製)
・硬度測定用アンモニア緩衝液(塩化アンモニウム67.5gを28w/v%アンモニア水570mLに溶解し、イオン交換水で全量を1000mLとした溶液)
〔硬度の測定〕
(1)試料となる水20mLをホールピペットでコニカルビーカーに採取する。
(2)硬度測定用アンモニア緩衝液2mL添加する。
(3)Universal BT指示薬を0.5mL添加する。添加後の溶液が赤紫色であることを確認する。
(4)コニカルビーカーをよく振り混ぜながら、ビュレットから0.01mol/L EDTA・2Na溶液を滴下し、試料となる水が青色に変色した時点を滴定の終点とする。
(5)全硬度は下記の算出式で求める。

A:サンプル容量(20mL、試料となる水の容量)

 また、繊維を処理する際の処理液の温度は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは5℃以上、より好ましくは10℃以上、更に好ましくは20℃以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは60℃以下、より好ましくは50℃以下、更に好ましくは40℃以下である。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法において、繊維の質量(kg)と処理液の量(L)の比で表される浴比の値、すなわち[処理液の量(L)/繊維の質量(kg)]〔以下、この比を浴比とする場合もある〕の値は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは2以上、より好ましくは3以上、更に好ましくは4以上、より更に好ましくは5以上、より更に好ましくは6以上、より更に好ましくは7以上、より更に好ましくは10以上、より更に好ましくは12以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは200以下、より好ましくは100以下、更に好ましくは80以下、より更に好ましくは50以下、より更に好ましくは30以下、より更に好ましくは25以下、より好ましくは20以下、更に好ましくは18以下である。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法において、繊維を処理する時間は、MPF低減能向上の観点から、好ましくは10秒以上、より好ましくは20秒以上、更に好ましくは30秒以上、より更に好ましくは1分以上、より好ましくは更に2分以上、より更に好ましくは3分以上、そして、同様の観点から、好ましくは5時間以下、より好ましくは3時間以下、更に好ましくは1時間以下、より更に好ましくは50分以下、より更に好ましくは30分以下、より更に好ましくは15分以下である。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法は、回転式処理方法にも適している。回転式処理方法とは、回転機器に固定されていない繊維又は繊維製品が処理液と共に、回転軸の周りに回転する処理方法を意味する。回転式処理方法は回転式洗濯機により実施できる。回転式の洗濯機としては、具体的には、縦型洗濯機、二層式洗濯機、ドラム式洗濯機、パルセータ式洗濯機又はアジテータ式洗濯機、小型洗濯機、自動投入機能洗濯機が挙げられる。これらの回転式洗濯機は、それぞれ、家庭用又は工業用として市販されているものを使用することができる。
 本発明の繊維の処理方法では、MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマー及びアニオン性界面活性剤を含む処理液と、繊維とを接触させることが好ましい。
〔脱水工程〕
  洗浄工程の後に、例えば洗浄工程で得られた繊維製品に対して(A)成分、(B)成分及び水を含む処理液を接触させる工程を行う前に、洗浄工程で洗浄された繊維製品を脱水する脱水工程を行うことができる。脱水工程は、繊維製品と共に存在する洗浄液の量を低減する工程である。脱水工程を行うことで、繊維製品と共にキャリーオーバーされる洗浄性界面活性剤の量を減らすことができる。洗浄工程後の脱水工程は、本発明の繊維製品の処理方法で得られる繊維製品の風合いがより向上する点から好適である。
  また、本発明の繊維製品の処理方法において、(A)成分、(B)成分及び水を含む処理液を繊維製品と接触させる工程の後に、繊維製品を脱水する脱水工程を行うことができる。脱水工程は、本発明の繊維製品の処理方法において、繊維製品と共に存在する処理液の量を低減する工程である。脱水工程を行うことで、後述する乾燥時間が早くなり、繊維
製品が着用に適する状態になることができる。
〔濯ぎ工程〕
  前記処理液を繊維製品と接触させた後、又は前記洗浄工程と本発明の繊維製品の処理方法の間に、濯ぎ工程を行うこともできる。本発明において、洗浄工程後の濯ぎ工程とは、洗浄工程で得られた繊維製品を新しい水と接触することで、繊維製品と共にキャリーオーバーされる洗浄性界面活性剤の量を減少させる工程を言う。なお、濯ぎ工程で用いる水の硬度や温度は、本発明の処理方法や前記洗浄工程で用いた水と、同じでも異なっていてもよい。濯ぎ工程は、複数回行うことができる。
〔乾燥工程〕
  洗浄工程と本発明の繊維製品の処理方法の間、又は本発明の繊維製品の処理方法の後に、繊維製品を乾燥させる乾燥工程を行うこともできる。
  乾燥工程は、繊維製品と共に存在する水の量を低減する工程である。乾燥は自然乾燥、加熱乾燥のいずれでも良い。乾燥工程は、それぞれ、複数回行うことができる。
〔繊維の製造方法〕
 本発明は、前記の繊維の処理方法によって得られる繊維の製造方法を提供する。
 本発明の繊維の製造方法において、(a)成分、(a’)成分、(b)成分、前記の任意成分及び繊維処理用組成物は、本発明の繊維処理用組成物で記載した前述の好ましい態様を適用することができる。また、本発明の繊維の製造方法において、繊維の処理方法、脱水工程、濯ぎ工程及び乾燥工程は、前記の繊維の処理方法に記載した前述の好ましい態様を適用することができる。
 本発明は、合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、下記(a)成分、及び下記(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物の使用を提供する。
(a)成分:下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含むポリマー。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)
(式中、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基、又は、(少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基を示す。ただし、R又はRのいずれかが水素原子又はメチル基であり、もう一方が少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基である。) 
(b)成分:アニオン界面活性剤。
 本発明の繊維の製造方法において、(a)成分、(b)成分、前記の任意成分及び繊維処理用組成物は、本発明の繊維処理用組成物で記載した前述の好ましい態様を適用することができる。 
 前記の、合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、下記(a)成分、及び下記(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物の使用において、本発明の繊維用MPF発生低減用ポリマーに用いられるポリマーは、MPF低減能向上の観点から、一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含むことが好ましい。
(式中、R及びR11は、各々独立に水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩を示す。R10及びR12は、水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩、又は、カルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩又は(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基を示す。ただし、R10又はR12のいずれかが水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩であり、もう一方がカルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩又は(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基である。)
 また、本発明は、合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、下記(a’)成分、及び下記(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物の使用を提供する。
(a’)成分:下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)、並びに下記一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含む繊維処理用ポリマー。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)

実施例
<MPF発生低減用ポリマー又は繊維処理用ポリマー>
 以下のポリマーを(a)成分として用いた。
 ポリマー(a-1)~(a-11)は、下記一般式(6)の構成単位からなる共重合体である。[]の右下のw1、x1、x2、y1及びy2は、それぞれ、各構成単位の含有比(モル部)を示す。w1、x1、x2、y1及びy2、並びに重量平均分子量(Mw)を表1に示した。
 尚、表1において、y1又はy2が0ではない化合物は(a’)成分と読み替えることが出来る。すなわち、(a)成分としての、ポリマー(a-5)~(a-8)、(a-10)、(a-11)、(a-13)~(a-20)は、それぞれ(a’)成分として、ポリマー(a’-5)~(a’-8)、(a’-10)、(a’-11)、(a’-13)~(a’-20)と読み替えることができる。
 ポリマー(a-12):ポリマー(a-12)は、上記一般式(6)において、x1、y1、y2がそれぞれ0であり、w1及びx2がそれぞれ0を超え、重量平均分子量が約800,000の共重合体である。
 各ポリマーの重量平均分子量は、[0041]に記載のGPCによるポリエチレングリコール換算により算出した。
[ポリマー(a-1)の製造方法]
攪拌機と温度計、冷却管の付いた300mLの4つ口フラスコにイオン交換水:176.85mL、メタクリル酸(2-ヒドロキシエチル)(HEMA、(東京化成工業(株)社製):16.99g、メタクリル酸(2-アンモニオエチル)塩化物塩(TMAEMA、東京化成工業(株)社製):3.77g(有効分3.01g)を仕込み、窒素置換後、100rpmで15分撹拌して均一に溶解せしめた。その後、55℃に加熱し、V-50(重合開始剤、2,2’-アゾビス(2-アミジノプロパン)・2塩酸塩、富士フイルム和光純薬(株)製)0.39gをイオン交換水2gに溶解させたものを加え、3.5時間重合を行った。その後、80℃に昇温し、2時間熟成を行うことでポリマー(a-1)を得た。
<アニオン性界面活性剤>
 以下のアニオン性界面活性剤を(b)成分として用いた。
(b-1):炭素数16の内部オレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム
(b-2):ポリオキシアルキレンラウリルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウム塩ラウリルアルコールにオキシプロピレン基が平均で2mol付加され、次いでオキシエチレン基が平均で2mol付加された硫酸エステル塩)
(b-3):アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(アルキル部位の組成は、C10/C11/C12/C13=11/29/34/26(質量比))
(b-4):炭素数18の内部オレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム
(b-5):ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウム塩(アルキル基は、オクチル基/デシル基/ドデシル基=5/5/90(質量比)、オキシプロピレン基の平均付加モル数は0.6mol)
(b-6):ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウム塩(アルキル基は、ラウリル基/ミリスチル基=7/3(質量比)、オキシエチレン基の平均付加mol数は2)
<MPF低減能の評価方法>
 次にMPF低減能の評価方法について説明する。(a)成分、(b)成分及び水道水(和歌山市水、25℃)を用いて表2、表3、表4に記載の繊維処理用組成物(繊維処理用組成物(2)又は処理液とも言う)を調製した。
 規格瓶(アズワン株式会社製PS-NO.11)に、繊維処理用組成物を総量25mLとなるように投入し、その中に6cm×6cmのポリエステル布(MITSUWA TIGER セミフィットラウンドネックSSアンダーを裁断し作成)2枚を入れた。その後、規格瓶に蓋をし、小型恒温振とう培養器(TAITEC株式会社製、型番:BR-23FP)に規格瓶を横向きに設置し、25℃、150rpmの条件で10min回転振とうし、これを洗い工程とした。続けて布だけを取り出して和歌山市水25mLを入れた規格瓶に移し、同様の振とう操作を3分行ってすすぎ工程とした。各工程後、規格瓶から布のみを除去し、残った洗濯溶液を回収して次のMPFカウント法によりMPF排出量の定量を行った。浴比は25であった。また、実施例において浴比を変える場合には、繊維処理用組成物の量を変えて浴比を調整した。表2、表3における浸漬処理は回転式処理方法に相当する。
 また、(a)成分、(b)成分及び水道水(和歌山市水、25℃)を用いて表5に記載の繊維処理用組成物(1)を調製した。実施例56~59は、規格瓶(アズワン株式会社製PS-NO.11)に、繊維処理用組成物(2)の総量25mLを調製する際に、実施例39と同じ繊維製品処理用組成物(2)と同じ濃度となるように、繊維製品用処理組成物(1)と水道水(和歌山市水、25℃)と用いて希釈率を変えて調製した。同様に、実施例60~63は、それぞれ実施例48~51と同じ繊維製品処理用組成物(2)と同じ濃度になるように、繊維製品用処理組成物(1)と水道水(和歌山市水、25℃)と用いて希釈率を変えて調製した。実施例56~63のMPF低減能を評価した。
<MPFカウント法によるMPF排出量の定量>
(測定サンプルの準備)
 前記洗い工程及びすすぎ工程にて取得した洗濯水を、蓋を取ったシャーレ(アズワン株式会社 アセプトシャーレ(電子線滅菌) 径90mm、高さ20mm)に全量注ぎ、さらに規格瓶壁面を少量の水道水ですすいだ後、そのすすぎ水もシャーレに加えた。この際、目視可能な明らかにMPFに該当しない粗大な繊維、及び夾雑物についてはピンセットを用いて手動で除去した。その後、MPF同士が重ならないよう、スポイト等で全体を軽く撹拌して均一化したのち、MPFがシャーレ底面に沈むまで1分程度静置し、測定サンプルとした。
(スキャン)
 前記測定サンプルを、家庭用スキャナー(セイコーエプソン株式会社 GT-X830)にてスキャンした。スキャン条件:「プロフェッショナルモード」、イメージタイプ:48Bitカラー、解像度:600dpi、アンシャープマスク効果「強」
(画像処理によるカウント)
 (スキャン)で作成した画像ファイルをImage Jで読み込み、以下の画像処理工程を経てMPFの本数をカウントした。ポリマーを添加せずに評価を行い、算出されたMPF排出量を100%としたときの、各MPF低減剤組成物におけるMPF排出量の割合(%)を算出し、MPF排出量(%)とした。MPF排出量の値が小さいほど、MPF低減能が高いMPF低減剤といえる。なお、以下の画像処理工程は、予め記憶された設定に基づき、コンピュータにより自動で行われた。
1.Image>Type>8Bit
2.Process>Subtract Background...>Roolingball radius:50 pixels(Light backgroundにチェック)
3.シャーレの内側の解析したい領域を円形に選択し、Image>Adjust>Thresholdで閾値を245に設定
4.Analyze>Analyze Particlesでsizeを「3-Infenity」に設定し、summarizeを出力
5.出力されたSummaryのcountの数値を取得
 結果を表2~表5に示す。
 

Claims (16)

  1.  下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含む繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
    (式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)
    (式中、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又はメチル基、又は、(少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基を示す。ただし、R又はRのいずれかが水素原子又はメチル基であり、もう一方が少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基で置換された炭素数1以上8以下のアルコキシ)カルボニル基又は(アザシクロ脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素-N-イル)メチル基である。)
  2.  前記繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマーである(a)成分が、更に下記一般式(4)の構成単位(a4)を含む請求項1に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
    (式中、R及びR11は、各々独立に水素原子、メチル基、又は、カルボキシ基又はその塩を示す。R10及びR12は、水素原子、メチル基、又は、カルボキシ基又はその塩、又は、カルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩、(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基を示す。ただし、R10又はR12のいずれかが水素原子、メチル基又はカルボキシ基又はその塩であり、もう一方がカルボキシ基又はその塩、スルホフェニル基又はその塩又は(少なくとも1つのスルホ基で置換された炭素数1以上4以下のアルキルアミノ)カルボニル基である)
  3.  一般式(2)の構成単位(a2)が、アクリル酸(2-ヒドロキシエチル)、メタクリル酸(2-ヒドロキシエチル)及びN-ビニルピロリドンから選ばれる1種以上の単量体を用いた重合反応によりポリマー中に導入される、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
  4.  一般式(4)の構成単位(a4)が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸及びスチレンスルホン酸から選ばれる1種以上の単量体又はその塩を用いた重合反応によりポリマー中に導入される、請求項2又は3に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
  5.  一般式(1)において、Rがメチル基であり、R、R及びRが、各々独立に炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基であり、Xが、-O-又は-NH-であり、mが、2又は3の整数であり、Zが、炭素数1以上3以下のアルキル硫酸イオン及びハロゲン化物イオンから選ばれる1種以上の陰イオンである、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
  6.  前記ポリマーの重量平均分子量が50,000以上3,000,000以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
  7.  一般式(1)の構成単位(a1)の含有率(p2)と一般式(4)の構成単位(a4)の含有率(r2)の比、p2/r2、が0.1以上5以下である請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー。
  8.  下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)、並びに下記一般式(4)で表される構成単位(a4)を含む繊維処理用ポリマー。
    (式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基を示す。R、R及びRは、各々独立に水素原子又は炭素数1以上4以下のアルキル基を示す。Xは-O-又は-NH-を示す。mは1以上4以下の整数を示す。)

  9.  (a)成分として、請求項1に記載の繊維用マイクロプラスチックファイバー発生低減用ポリマー又は(a’)成分として、請求項8に記載の繊維処理用ポリマーを含有する、繊維処理用組成物。

    (b)成分:アニオン性界面活性剤
    を含有する請求項8または9に記載の繊維処理用組成物。
  11.  前記(b)成分が、アルキルアリールスルホン酸型界面活性剤、硫酸エステル型界面活性剤、アルカンスルホン酸型界面活性剤、オレフィンスルホン酸型界面活性剤、スルホコハク酸アルキルエステル型界面活性剤、及びスルホ脂肪酸エステル型界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤である、請求項10に記載の繊維処理用組成物。
  12.  (b)成分の含有量が1質量%以上70質量%以下である、請求項10または11に記載の繊維処理用組成物。
  13.  (a)成分の含有量又は(a’)成分の含有量と(b)成分の含有量の質量比、[(a)又は(a’)/(b)]、が0.01以上5以下である請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の繊維処理用組成物。
  14.  繊維に、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の繊維処理用組成物、を接触させる工程を有する、繊維の処理方法。
  15.  請求項14に記載の繊維の処理方法によって得られる繊維の製造方法。
  16.  合成繊維を含む繊維から排出されるマイクロプラスチックファイバーの量の低減のための、下記(a)成分、及び下記(b)成分を含む繊維処理用組成物の使用。
    (a)成分:下記一般式(1)で表される構成単位(a1)及び下記一般式(2)で表される構成単位(a2)を含むポリマー。
