Description

힘-토크 센서 및 로봇
본 실시예는 힘-토크 센서에 관한 것이다.
로봇은 산업, 의료, 서비스 및 기타 다양한 분야에서 사용되며, 그 적용 범위는 점점 확대되고 있다. 로봇 시스템의 성능을 향상시키고 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 로봇의 동작을 정확하게 모니터링하고 제어해야 한다. 특히 로봇이 환경과 상호작용하거나 물체를 다룰 때 발생하는 힘과 토크는 중요한 정보이다.
종래의 로봇 센서 기술은 주로 위치, 속도 및 가속도 등의 운동 상태를 감지하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 그러나 힘과 토크는 로봇의 상호작용과 작업 환경에 대한 정보를 제공하는 데 있어서 결정적인 역할을 한다. 힘-토크 센서는 로봇이 물체를 안전하게 집거나 조작하고 환경에 대응하는 데 필수적이다. 또한, 이러한 센서를 활용하여 로봇의 작업 효율성을 높이고 오작동을 예방할 수 있다.
종래의 힘-토크 센서는 가해지는 외력을 각 축의 힘으로 분리할 수 없어 동시에 입력을 받아 그 힘을 분해하기에, 각 축 별 감지값에 크로스 토크(cross talk)에 따른 노이즈가 섞이는 문제가 있다. 특히, z축과 토크(torque) 힘이 혼합될 때 노이즈가 커지는 문제가 있다.

본 실시예는 z축 힘과 토크 힘을 분리하여 측정 가능한 힘-토크 센서를 제공하고자 한다.
이를 통해, 로봇 제어 및 작업 프로세스를 향상시키고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 제1실시예는 이동부에 피벗 중심을 제공하는 볼을 구비한 힘-토크 센서를 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 제2실시예는 나사 방식으로 탄성부재를 고정하는 구조를 포함하는 힘-토크 센서를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서는 고정부; 상기 고정부 내에 배치되는 이동부; 및 상기 고정부에 대한 상기 이동부의 이동을 감지하는 감지부를 포함하고, 상기 이동부는 상기 고정부 내에 배치되는 내부 캐리어와, 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 고정부 사이에 배치되는 외부 캐리어를 포함하고, 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어는 상기 고정부에 대해 일체로 z축 방향으로 이동하고, 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에는 제1볼이 배치되고, 상기 내부 캐리어는 상기 제1볼을 중심으로 상기 외부 캐리어에 대해 피벗 이동할 수 있다.
상기 내부 캐리어는 상기 외부 캐리어에 대해 상기 z축에 수직한 x축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 요 방향과, 상기 z축과 상기 x축 각각에 수직한 y축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 피치 방향과, 상기 z축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 롤 방향으로 이동할 수 있다.
상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어는 홈을 포함하고, 상기 제1볼은 상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 홈과 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 홈 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 홈은 상기 제1볼의 곡면과 대응하는 형상의 곡면을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 z축과 평행하고 상기 제1볼의 중심을 지나도록 자른 단면 상에서, 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 홈은 상기 제1볼과 2점에서 접촉할 수 있다.
상기 제1볼은 세라믹, 플라스틱 및 메탈 중 어느 하나 이상으로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 고정부와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에 배치되는 제2볼을 포함하고, 상기 제1볼의 직경은 상기 제2볼의 직경보다 클 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 고정부와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에 배치되는 제2볼을 포함하고, 상기 제1볼은 상기 z축에 수직한 방향으로 상기 제2볼과 중첩될 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어와 결합되는 상부 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서는 고정부; 상기 고정부 내에 배치되는 이동부; 상기 고정부에 대한 상기 이동부의 이동을 감지하는 감지부; 상기 이동부와 결합되는 제1탄성부재; 및 상기 이동부와 상기 제1탄성부재를 결합하는 제1결합부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1결합부재는 상기 제1탄성부재 상에 배치되는 헤드부와, 상기 제1탄성부재를 통과해서 상기 이동부와 결합되는 결합부를 포함하고, 상기 제1결합부재의 상기 결합부는 상기 이동부와 결합되는 나사산을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 이동부는 내부 캐리어와, 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 고정부 사이에 배치되는 외부 캐리어를 포함하고, 상기 제1탄성부재는 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어와 결합될 수 있다.

상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 고정부와 상기 제2탄성부재를 결합하는 제2결합부재를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제2결합부재는 상기 제2탄성부재의 아래에 배치되는 헤드부와, 상기 제2탄성부재를 통과해서 상기 고정부와 결합되는 결합부를 포함하고, 상기 제2결합부재의 상기 결합부는 상기 고정부와 결합되는 나사산을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1탄성부재는 상기 외부 캐리어와 결합되는 외측부와, 상기 내부 캐리어와 결합되는 내측부와, 상기 외측부와 상기 내측부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고, 상기 연결부는 적어도 3회 절곡된 형상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 내부 캐리어에 배치되는 제1마그넷과 제2마그넷; 상기 외부 캐리어에 배치되는 제3마그넷; 상기 제1마그넷을 감지하는 제1센서; 상기 제2마그넷을 감지하는 제2센서; 및 상기 제3마그넷을 감지하는 제3센서를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 내부 캐리어는 상기 내부 캐리어의 외주면에 형성되는 돌기를 포함하고, 상기 외부 캐리어는 상기 외부 캐리어의 내주면에 형성되고 상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 돌기가 배치되는 홈을 포함하고, 상기 내부 캐리어가 상기 외부 캐리어에 대해 기설정된 각도 이상으로 z축을 기준으로 회전하는 경우 상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 돌기는 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 홈과 접촉할 수 있다.
상기 외부 캐리어는 상기 외부 캐리어의 외주면에 형성되는 돌기를 포함하고, 상기 고정부는 상기 고정부의 내주면에 형성되고 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 돌기가 배치되는 홈을 포함하고, 상기 외부 캐리어가 상기 고정부에 대해 z축을 기준으로 회전하는 경우 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 돌기는 상기 고정부의 상기 홈과 접촉할 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 고정부의 외주면의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 쉴드캔을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 이동부와 상기 제2탄성부재 사이에 배치되는 쉴드 플레이트를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 힘-토크 센서는 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에 배치되는 제1볼; 및 상기 외부 캐리어와 상기 고정부 사이에 배치되는 제2볼을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 로봇은 힘-토크 센서를 포함할 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서를 통해 z축 힘과 토크 힘을 분리하여 측정 가능하다. 이를 통해 각 축 별 감지값에 대한 크로스 토크에 따른 노이즈의 영향이 최소화될 수 있다. 즉, 힘-토크 센서의 측정 정확성이 향상될 수 있다.
나아가, 본 발명의 제1실시예를 통해 부품 수가 감소되고 조립이 용이해질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 제2실시예를 통해 낮은 단가로 제작 가능한 힘-토크 센서를 제공할 수 있다.

힘-토크 센서는 로봇에 가해지는 힘과 토크를 실시간으로 감지하고 측정하는데 사용될 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 힘을 감지할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 힘을 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 토크를 감지할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 토크를 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 6축 힘-토크 센서일 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 6축 즉, x축, y축, z축, 요(yaw), 피치(pitch), 롤(roll) 방향으로의 힘을 감지하고 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 로봇의 핑거 센서일 수 있다.

다만, 반대로 제1센서(340)가 y축 방향 이동과 요(yaw) 방향 틸트를 감지하고, 제2센서(350)가 x축 방향 이동과 피치(pitch) 방향 틸트를 감지할 수 있다.
이상에서, 제1센서(340)가 리드(230)의 x축 방향 이동과 피치(pitch) 방향 틸트를 감지하는 것으로 설명했으나, 제2센서(350)의 감지값과 함께 더 정확한 센싱이 이루어질 수 있다. 제2센서(350)에서 리드(230)의 y축 방향 이동과 요(yaw) 방향 틸트를 감지할 때도 제1센서(340)의 감지값과 함께 더 정확한 센싱이 이루어질 수 있다.
제1센서(340)와 제2센서(350)는 함께 롤 방향 틸트 또는 이동을 감지할 수 있다. 또는, 제1센서(340)와 제2센서(350) 중 어느 하나 이상이 롤 방향 틸트 또는 이동을 감지할 수 있다.

다른 실시예로 힘-토크 센서는 정전용량 센싱 방식의 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 힘-토크 센서는 정전용량 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 제1전극과 제2전극을 포함할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 제1전극에 전원을 인가하는 제어부와, 제1전극과 제2전극 사이의 정전용량 변화를 측정하는 센싱부를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 제2전극은 그라운드될 수 있다. 제1전극은 고정부(100)에 배치될 수 있다. 제2전극은 내부 캐리어(210)와 외부 캐리어(220) 중 어느 하나 이상에 배치될 수 있다. 내부 캐리어(210) 및/또는 외부 캐리어(220)가 이동하면 제1전극과 제2전극 사이의 정전용량 변화를 측정해서 내부 캐리어(210) 및/또는 외부 캐리어(220)의 이동량을 산출할 수 있다.
힘-토크 센서는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재는 외력이 제거되는 경우 이동부(200)를 초기 위치로 복원시킬 수 있다. 탄성부재는 내부 캐리어(210)와 외부 캐리어(220)와 결합되는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재는 외부 캐리어(220)와 고정부(100)와 결합되는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재는 탄성을 가질 수 있다. 탄성부재는 금속으로 형성될 수 있다. 탄성부재는 판스프링을 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재는 스프링을 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(230)에 y축 방향과 요 방향 중 어느 한 방향 이상의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(230)는 x축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 17의 yaw 참조). 이때, 리드(230)는 내부 캐리어(210)와 일체로 이동할 수 있다(도 18의 A, B 참조). 한편, 고정부(100)는 고정된 상태로 유지되므로 고정부(100)에 배치된 제2센서(350)가 내부 캐리어(210)에 배치된 제2마그넷(320)을 감지하여 리드(230)와 내부 캐리어(210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(230)에 가해진 외력의 y축 방향 성분의 힘과 요 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(230)에 x축 방향과 피치 방향 중 어느 한 방향 이상의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(230)는 y축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 17의 pitch 참조). 이때, 리드(230)는 내부 캐리어(210)와 일체로 이동할 수 있다. 한편, 고정부(100)는 고정된 상태로 유지되므로 고정부(100)에 배치된 제1센서(340)가 내부 캐리어(210)에 배치된 제1마그넷(310)을 감지하여 리드(230)와 내부 캐리어(210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(230)에 가해진 외력의 x축 방향 성분의 힘과 피치 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(230)에 롤 방향의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(230)는 z축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 17의 roll 참조). 리드(230)는 내부 캐리어(210)와 일체로 고정부(100)에 대해 이동할 수 있다(도 19의 a, b 참조). 이때, 고정부(100)에 배치된 제1센서(340)는 내부 캐리어(210)에 배치된 제1마그넷(310)을 감지하고 제2센서(250)가 제2마그넷(320)을 감지하여 리드(230)와 내부 캐리어(210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(230)에 가해진 외력의 롤 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(230)에 z축 방향 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(230)는 z축을 따라 이동할 수 있다(도 17의 Fz 참조). 리드(230)는 내부 캐리어(210)와 외부 캐리어(220)와 일체로 고정부(100)에 대해 이동할 수 있다(도 20의 A, B 참조). 이때, 고정부(100)에 배치된 제3센서(360)는 외부 캐리어(220)에 배치된 제3마그넷(330)을 감지하여 리드(230)와 내부 캐리어(210)와 외부 캐리어(220)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(230)에 가해진 외력의 z축 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 로봇의 구성을 설명한다.
로봇은 몸체를 포함할 수 있다. 로봇은 몸체에 연결되는 암부재를 포함할 수 있다. 로봇의 암부재는 파지부를 포함할 수 있다. 파지부는 일례로 손가락 형상을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제1실시예의 힘-토크 센서는 암부재의 파지부에 배치될 수 있다. 로봇의 암부재는 관절을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제1실시예의 힘-토크 센서는 암부재의 관절에 배치될 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 구성을 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.

힘-토크 센서는 로봇에 가해지는 힘과 토크를 실시간으로 감지하고 측정하는데 사용될 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 힘을 감지할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 힘을 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 토크를 감지할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 힘-토크 센서에 가해지는 토크를 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 6축 힘-토크 센서일 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 6축 즉, x축, y축, z축, 요(yaw), 피치(pitch), 롤(roll) 방향으로의 힘을 감지하고 측정할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 로봇의 핑거 센서일 수 있다.
힘-토크 센서는 고정부(1100)를 포함할 수 있다. 고정부(1100)는 이동부(1200)와 구분되는 개념으로 이동부(1200)가 이동할 때 상대적으로 고정된 부분일 수 있다.

이상에서, 제1센서(1340)가 리드(1230)의 x축 방향 이동과 피치(pitch) 방향 틸트를 감지하는 것으로 설명했으나, 제2센서(1350)의 감지값과 함께 더 정확한 센싱이 이루어질 수 있다. 제2센서(1350)에서 리드(1230)의 y축 방향 이동과 요(yaw) 방향 틸트를 감지할 때도 제1센서(1340)의 감지값과 함께 더 정확한 센싱이 이루어질 수 있다.
제1센서(1340)와 제2센서(1350)는 함께 롤 방향 틸트 또는 이동을 감지할 수 있다. 또는, 제1센서(1340)와 제2센서(1350) 중 어느 하나 이상이 롤 방향 틸트 또는 이동을 감지할 수 있다.

다른 실시예로 힘-토크 센서는 정전용량 센싱 방식의 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 힘-토크 센서는 정전용량 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 제1전극과 제2전극을 포함할 수 있다. 힘-토크 센서는 제1전극에 전원을 인가하는 제어부와, 제1전극과 제2전극 사이의 정전용량 변화를 측정하는 센싱부를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 제2전극은 그라운드될 수 있다. 제1전극은 고정부(1100)에 배치될 수 있다. 제2전극은 내부 캐리어(1210)와 외부 캐리어(1220) 중 어느 하나 이상에 배치될 수 있다. 내부 캐리어(1210) 및/또는 외부 캐리어(1220)가 이동하면 제1전극과 제2전극 사이의 정전용량 변화를 측정해서 내부 캐리어(1210) 및/또는 외부 캐리어(1220)의 이동량을 산출할 수 있다.
힘-토크 센서는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재는 외력이 제거되는 경우 이동부(1200)를 초기 위치로 복원시킬 수 있다. 탄성부재는 이동부(1200)의 z축 이동을 제어하는 스프링을 포함할 수 있다. z축 이동을 제어하는 스프링은 에칭 공법의 판스프링 또는 용수철 형태의 스프링으로 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 제2실시예에서는 에칭(etching) 공법의 스프링이 2개 적용될 수 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 작동을 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
도 39는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 작동 방법을 설명하기 위한 사시도이다. 도 40은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서에 요 방향의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용한 경우의 변화를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 41은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서에 롤 방향의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용한 경우의 변화를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 42는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서에 z축 방향의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용한 경우의 변화를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(1230)에 y축 방향과 요 방향 중 어느 한 방향 이상의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(1230)는 x축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 39의 yaw 참조). 이때, 리드(1230)는 내부 캐리어(1210)와 일체로 이동할 수 있다. 한편, 고정부(1100)는 고정된 상태로 유지되므로 고정부(1100)에 배치된 제2센서(1350)가 내부 캐리어(1210)에 배치된 제2마그넷(1320)을 감지하여 리드(1230)와 내부 캐리어(1210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(1230)에 가해진 외력의 y축 방향 성분의 힘과 요 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
보다 상세히, 도 40에 도시된 바와 같이 내부 캐리어(1210)와 제2마그넷(1320)이 요 방향으로 이동하면 제2마그넷(1320)의 중심을 지나는 가상의 직선과 제2센서(1350)의 중심을 지나는 가상의 직선 사이에 갭(도 40의 g)이 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제2센서(1350)는 제2마그넷(1320)의 자기력의 변화를 인지하여 제2마그넷(1320)의 위치를 인식할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 제2센서(1350)는 내부 캐리어(1210)의 이동량을 산출하고 외력의 y축 방향 성분의 힘과 요 방향 성분의 힘을 산출할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(1230)에 x축 방향과 피치 방향 중 어느 한 방향 이상의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(1230)는 y축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 39의 pitch 참조). 이때, 리드(1230)는 내부 캐리어(1210)와 일체로 이동할 수 있다. 한편, 고정부(1100)는 고정된 상태로 유지되므로 고정부(1100)에 배치된 제1센서(1340)가 내부 캐리어(1210)에 배치된 제1마그넷(1310)을 감지하여 리드(1230)와 내부 캐리어(1210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(1230)에 가해진 외력의 x축 방향 성분의 힘과 피치 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(1230)에 롤 방향의 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(1230)는 z축을 중심으로 회전 또는 틸트될 수 있다(도 39의 roll 참조). 리드(1230)는 내부 캐리어(1210)와 일체로 고정부(1100)에 대해 이동할 수 있다(도 41의 (b) 참조). 이때, 고정부(1100)에 배치된 제1센서(1340)는 내부 캐리어(1210)에 배치된 제1마그넷(1310)을 감지하고 제2센서(1250)가 제2마그넷(1320)을 감지하여 리드(1230)와 내부 캐리어(1210)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(1230)에 가해진 외력의 롤 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 힘-토크 센서의 리드(1230)에 z축 방향 성분을 갖는 외력이 작용하면 리드(1230)는 z축을 따라 이동할 수 있다(도 39의 Fz 참조). 리드(1230)는 내부 캐리어(1210)와 외부 캐리어(1220)와 일체로 고정부(1100)에 대해 이동할 수 있다(도 42의 (b) 참조). 이때, 고정부(1100)에 배치된 제3센서(1360)는 외부 캐리어(1220)에 배치된 제3마그넷(1330)을 감지하여 리드(1230)와 내부 캐리어(1210)와 외부 캐리어(1220)의 이동량이 측정될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 리드(1230)에 가해진 외력의 z축 방향 성분의 힘이 측정될 수 있다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 로봇의 구성을 설명한다.
로봇은 몸체를 포함할 수 있다. 로봇은 몸체에 연결되는 암부재를 포함할 수 있다. 로봇의 암부재는 파지부를 포함할 수 있다. 파지부는 일례로 손가락 형상을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제2실시예의 힘-토크 센서는 암부재의 파지부에 배치될 수 있다. 로봇의 암부재는 관절을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제2실시예의 힘-토크 센서는 암부재의 관절에 배치될 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고정부;
    상기 고정부 내에 배치되는 이동부; 및
    상기 고정부에 대한 상기 이동부의 이동을 감지하는 감지부를 포함하고,
    상기 이동부는 상기 고정부 내에 배치되는 내부 캐리어와, 상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 고정부 사이에 배치되는 외부 캐리어를 포함하고,
    상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어는 상기 고정부에 대해 일체로 z축 방향으로 이동하고,
    상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에는 제1볼이 배치되고,
    상기 내부 캐리어는 상기 제1볼을 중심으로 상기 외부 캐리어에 대해 피벗 이동하는 힘-토크 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 캐리어는 상기 외부 캐리어에 대해 상기 z축에 수직한 x축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 요 방향과, 상기 z축과 상기 x축 각각에 수직한 y축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 피치 방향과, 상기 z축을 중심으로 하는 회전 방향인 롤 방향으로 이동하는 힘-토크 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어는 홈을 포함하고,
    상기 제1볼은 상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 홈과 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 홈 사이에 배치되는 힘-토크 센서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 캐리어의 상기 홈은 상기 제1볼의 곡면과 대응하는 형상의 곡면을 포함하는 힘-토크 센서.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 z축과 평행하고 상기 제1볼의 중심을 지나도록 자른 단면 상에서, 상기 외부 캐리어의 상기 홈은 상기 제1볼과 2점에서 접촉하는 힘-토크 센서.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1볼은 세라믹, 플라스틱 및 메탈 중 어느 하나 이상으로 형성되는 힘-토크 센서.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에 배치되는 제2볼을 포함하고,
    상기 제1볼의 직경은 상기 제2볼의 직경보다 큰 힘-토크 센서.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부와 상기 외부 캐리어 사이에 배치되는 제2볼을 포함하고,
    상기 제1볼은 상기 z축에 수직한 방향으로 상기 제2볼과 중첩되는 힘-토크 센서.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 캐리어와 상기 외부 캐리어와 결합되는 상부 탄성부재를 포함하는 힘-토크 센서.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부와 상기 이동부와 결합되는 하부 탄성부재를 포함하는 힘-토크 센서.
