  • the present invention relates to an optical filter and an imaging device, and in particular to an optical filter that suppresses an increase in reflectance in the light transmission wavelength range when light is incident obliquely, and has high reflectance in the infrared range, and an imaging device equipped with such an optical filter.
  • Optical filters are attracting attention in fields such as analytical equipment, medical equipment, imaging equipment, and lighting equipment because they allow the reflection, absorption, and transmission of light in specific wavelength ranges.
  • the optical filter is constructed by placing a dielectric multilayer film on a substrate, and the dielectric multilayer film is constructed by alternately stacking layers made of a dielectric material with a high refractive index (e.g., TiO 2 ) and layers made of a dielectric material with a low refractive index (e.g., SiO 2 ).

  • layers made of a dielectric material with a low refractive index e.g., SiO 2
  • optical characteristics such as reflection, absorption, and transmission of light in optical filters equipped with dielectric multilayer films often change depending on the angle of incident light. For this reason, for example, while the desired optical characteristics may be obtained for light with an incident angle close to the normal direction, the desired optical characteristics may not be obtained for light with an incident angle that deviates significantly from the normal direction.

  • the above-mentioned phosphate glass contains substantially no divalent cations other than Cu. The reasons for this are explained below.
  • the phosphate glass contains CuO
  • light in the near-infrared region is blocked by the optical absorption of Cu ions .

Description

 R’O(ただし、R’OはCaO、MgO、BaO、SrO、及びZnOからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の成分)は、ガラスの溶融温度を低くする、ガラスの液相温度を低くする、ガラスを安定化させる、ガラスの強度を高める等に寄与する成分である。

<凹凸層>

係数A(係数A~A)の総和は7.46だった。
