- PMIC power management chip
- the power management chip can also provide operating voltages to other units/modules.
- the power management chip includes a first side L1 and a second side L2 disposed opposite to each other in the first direction X.

- the first side L1 and the third side L3 are separated by a first spacing distance D1 in the first direction X
- the second side L2 and the fourth side L4 are separated by a second spacing distance D2 in the first direction X.
- the ratio of the first spacing distance D1 to the second spacing distance D2 is between 0.8 and 1.2.
- the power management chip can be designed in the middle of the display touch driver board (PCB), ensuring that the trace impedance from the power management chip (PMIC) to the touch analog front-end modules (AFEs) of multiple source driver chips is as similar or close as possible, thereby ensuring that the power supply voltage provided to each touch analog front-end module (AFE) is consistent, which is beneficial to improving the capacitance consistency level of the display touch module.

因此,显示触控驱动板需要使用多层高阶HDI(High Density Interconnector)的PCB板,导致PCB的尺寸较大,同时也会增加成本。
发明人经研究发现,现有的触控显示装置中的触控芯片主要包括以下模块:触控模拟前端模块AFE(Analog Front End)、触控数字后端模块DBE(Digital Back End)、电源管理模块PMU(Power Management Unit)和接口电路模块等。

例如,显示通讯单元051和T-con芯片中的显示类单元模块之间可以传输BCL(Bi-directional Command Link)、PHI(Point-to-point High-speed Interface)等多种类型的讯号。
