電子機器は、所定の周波数で加振される対象物に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第1測定情報と、対象物に対する加振が第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第2測定情報とに基づいて、対象物の振動を検出する。

Description

電子機器、制御方法、及びプログラム 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、2024年5月14日に日本国に特許出願された特願2024-078988の優先権を主張するものであり、この先の出願の開示全体を、ここに参照のために取り込む。
 本開示は、電子機器、制御方法、及びプログラムに関する。
 例えば自動車に関連する産業などの分野において、自車両と所定の物体との間の距離などを測定する技術がある。特に、近年、例えばミリ波レーダのように、電波を送信し、障害物などの物体に反射した反射波を受信することで、物体との間の距離などを測定するレーダ(RADAR(Radio Detecting and Ranging))の技術が、種々研究されている。このような距離などを測定する技術は、運転者の運転をアシストする技術、及び、運転の一部又は全部を自動化する自動運転に関連する技術の発展に伴い、今後ますます重要性が高まると予想される。
 また、例えばミリ波のような波動の送受信により、対象物の振動を検出して、当該対象物の異常を検知するなどの技術も提案されている。非特許文献1は、土木又は建築などの分野において、所定の対象物の振動を検出することにより、その対象物の振動モードを解析する技術を開示している。非特許文献1の図8(Fig.8)は、損傷を加えた橋梁の振動モードが正常な状態から変化することを開示しており、振動モードの検出によって橋梁の異常を検知することを提案している。非特許文献2の第2章は、レーザドップラー振動計(Laser Doppler Vibrometer:LDV)を用いた振動測定、及び、構造物の加振方法を提案している。非特許文献2の3章は、図9に示す異なる大きさの円形の欠陥部が存在するコンクリート壁に対し、非接触で音響的な加振を行い、その振動をLDVによって取得することで、欠落部の存在を検出することを提案している。また、非特許文献3は、レーダセンサを用いて、構造物の表面振動を取得する技術を開示している。

 例えば電波のような波動の送受信によって、対象物の振動を良好な精度で簡便に検出できれば、多種多様な分野において役立つことが期待できる。本開示は、波動の送受信によって対象物の振動を良好な精度で簡便に検出する電子機器、制御方法、及びプログラムを提供することに関する。一実施形態によれば、波動の送受信によって振動体の振動を良好な精度で簡便に検出し得る電子機器、制御方法、及びプログラムを提供することができる。以下、一実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
 本開示において、「電子機器」、「検出機器」、及び「信号発生器」とは、電力により駆動する機器としてよい。これらの機器に電力が供給される態様は、各種の公知技術を採用することができるため、より詳細な説明は省略する。また、「ユーザ」とは、一実施形態に係る電子機器、検出機器、及び/又はこれらを含むシステムを使用する者(典型的には人間)としてよい。ユーザは、一実施形態に係る電子機器及び/又は検出機器を用いて、対象物の振動を検出する者を含んでもよい。また、「対象物」とは、一実施形態に係る電子機器及び/又は検出機器によって振動が検出される対象となる各種物体としてよい。本開示における「対象物」は、例えば、ビル、マンションその他の建築物、橋、道路、高速道路、建築途中物、トンネル、及び工作機械などを含むものとしてよい。また、本開示における「対象物」は、例えば、自動車、自動車のエンジン、モーター、バイク、シャベルカー、及び船舶などを含むものとしてもよい。
 図1は、一実施形態に係る検出機器及び電子機器を含むシステムの構成を示す図である。
 図1に示す一実施形態に係るシステムは、検出機器1及び電子機器100を含んで構成されてよい。図1に示すシステムは、対象物200の振動を検出する際に使用される。図1において、対象物200は、細長形状の板状部材として示してある。対象物200は、図1に示す形状に限定されず、各種の形状を有するものとしてよい。また、一実施形態に係るシステムは、対象物200を加振する加振源300、及び/又は、加振源300に所定の信号を出力する信号発生器400を含んでもよい。図1に示す一実施形態に係るシステムは、図1に示す機能部の少なくとも一部を含まなくてもよいし、図1に示す以外の他の機能部を適宜含んでもよい。
 図1に示すように、一実施形態に係るシステムにおいて、検出機器1は、対象物200の振動を検出する。検出機器1は、対象物200の1つ以上の位置における振動を検出してよい。このため、検出機器1は、例えば位置1、位置2、…、位置nのように、1つ以上の任意の位置から、対象物200の1つ以上の位置における振動を検出してよい。検出機器1は、自動又は手動によって、例えば位置1、位置2、…、位置nのように位置を変更可能に構成されてよい。検出機器1は、図1に示すX軸方向(X軸の正方向及び/又は負方向)に変位可能なように、例えばスライド機構などのような機構を適宜備えてもよい。図1において、検出機器1は、位置1、位置2、…、位置nのそれぞれの位置において、例えば電波のような視野角θの検出波(送信波)を、対象物200に対して照射(送信)している様子を示している。検出機器1は、位置1、位置2、…、位置nのそれぞれの位置において、照射した検出波(送信波)の反射波を受信することにより、対象物200との間の距離及び/又は相対速度などを検出することができる。検出機器1は、対象物200の振動を検出した結果を、電子機器100に出力する。このため、検出機器1は、電子機器100に有線及び/又は無線で接続される。
 電子機器100は、検出機器1が対象物200の振動を検出した結果を受信して、対象物200の振動モードなどを測定することができる。また、電子機器100は、対象物200の変位の瞬時変化などを測定して出力することもできる。電子機器100の構成及び機能などについては、さらに後述する。図1において、電子機器100は、検出機器1とは別個の機能部として示されている。しかしながら、電子機器100及び検出機器1は、一方が他方を含む(又は兼ねる)ような構成としてもよい。
 対象物200は、検出機器1によって振動を検出される各種の物体とすることができる。上述のように、対象物200は、各種の形状を有するものとしてよい。対象物200は、各種の部材を含んで構成されてよい。また、対象物200は、各種の素材によって構成されてよい。対象物200は、検出機器1によって振動を検出されるため、ある程度の弾性を有する材料を含んで構成されてよい。対象物200は、加振源300によって加振される、すなわち振動を伝達される。対象物200は、任意の箇所において、加振源300によって加振されてよい。
 加振源300は、対象物200を加振する、すなわち振動を伝達する機能を備える。加振源300は、例えば、圧電素子又はラウドスピーカなど、各種の振動発生器を含んで構成されてよい。加振源300は、例えば、加振源300自身の変形を対象物200に伝達するものとしてもよい。加振源300は、例えば、振動試験機又はインパクトハンマーなどとしてもよい。また、加振源300の個数は、1以上の任意の個数としてもよい。加振源300の設置される場所は、対象物200の上部、側部、及び/又は背部など加振源300の外側としてもよいし、対象物200の内部としてもよいし、対象物から一定距離離れた場所などとしてもよい。加振源300は、対象物200に接するように設置されてもよい。この場合、加振源300は、加振源300の変形を直接対象物200に伝達することができる。また、加振源300は、対象物200から離間されていてもよい。この場合、加振源300は、例えば空気などを媒質として、加振源300の変形を伝達することができる。図1は、1つの加振源300が対象物200を加振する構成を例示している。一実施形態において、複数の加振源300が1つの対象物200を加振する構成としてもよい。また、加振源300は、例えば対象物200を良好に加振することができるように、適切な位置に配置されてよい。加振源300は、既知の技術に基づく種々のものを採用してよいため、より詳細な説明は省略する。
 信号発生器400は、加振源300が発生する振動の波形を構成する信号を発生する機能を備える。このため、信号発生器400は、加振源300に有線及び/又は無線で接続される。信号発生器400は、加振源300に各種の振動を発生させるための任意の信号を発生してよい。一実施形態において、信号発生器400は、音響的な信号を発生してもよい。信号発生器400は、既知の技術に基づく種々のものを採用してよいため、より詳細な説明は省略する。信号発生器400は、電子機器100及び/又は検出機器1に有線及び/又は無線で接続されてもよい。図1において、信号発生器400は、電子機器100とは別個の機能部として示されている。しかしながら、信号発生器400及び電子機器100は、一方が他方を含む(又は兼ねる)ような構成としてもよい。
 図1に示す一実施形態に係るシステムを用いて、検出機器1によって対象物200の瞬時の変形を取得することができる。例えば、長板状の対象物200は、その一部に損傷箇所210が存在してもよい。以下、このような対象物200に対して視野角θの検出機器1を使用して、対象物200の振動モードを取得することができる。一実施形態において、電子機器100は、1つの検出機器1を用いて、左端から、位置1,位置2,…,位置nの順に測定を行うことができる。対象物200には加振源300が設置されている。加振源300は、信号発生器400から出力される信号により、任意の波形に基づく加振を行うことができる。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、通常のミリ波を送受信するレーダセンサと同様に、検出機器の周囲の物体が移動し得るような状況において、検出機器と当該物体との間の距離などを測定することができる。また、一実施形態に係る検出機器は、検出機器及び物体の双方が静止していても、検出機器と物体との間の距離などを測定することができる。以下、検出機器1は、レーダセンサとして小型で可搬性が高く、波長が短いため微小な振動を取得し易いミリ波センサであるものとして説明する。
 次に、一実施形態に係る検出機器1及び電子機器100について、さらに説明する。
 まず、一実施形態に係る検出機器1による物体の検出の例を説明する。上述のように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、ミリ波レーダの技術に基づくセンサ(ミリ波センサ)であることを想定して説明する。しかしながら、後述のように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、各種の振動センサの技術に基づくセンサとしてもよい。
 図2は、一実施形態に係る検出機器1の使用態様の一例を説明する図である。図2は、一実施形態に係る送信アンテナ及び受信アンテナを備えるセンサの機能を備える検出機器1の例を示している。
 図2に示すように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、後述する送信部及び受信部を備えてよい。後述のように、送信部は送信アンテナアレイ24を備えてよい。また、受信部は受信アンテナアレイ31を備えてよい。検出機器1、送信部、及び受信部の具体的な構成については後述する。図2は、見易さのために、検出機器1が送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31を備える状況を簡略化して示してある。また、検出機器1は、検出機器1に含まれる信号処理部10(図3)の少なくとも一部など、他の機能部の少なくともいずれかを、適宜含んでもよい。また、検出機器1は、検出機器1に含まれる信号処理部10(図3)の少なくとも一部など、他の機能部の少なくともいずれかを、検出機器1の外部に備えてもよい。図2において、検出機器1は、移動していてもよいが、移動せずに静止していてよい。
 図2に示す例において、検出機器1は、送信アンテナアレイ24を備える送信部及び受信アンテナアレイ31を備える受信部を、簡略化して示してある。検出機器1は、例えば複数の送信部及び/又は複数の受信部を備えてもよい。送信部は、複数の送信アンテナから構成される送信アンテナアレイ24を備えてよい。また、受信部は、複数の受信アンテナから構成される受信アンテナアレイ31を備えてよい。ここで、送信部及び/又は受信部が検出機器1に設置される位置は、図2に示す位置に限定されるものではなく、適宜、他の位置としてもよい。また、送信部及び/又は受信部の個数は、検出機器1による振動の検出範囲及び/又は検出精度など各種の条件(又は要求)に応じて、1つ以上の任意の数としてよい。
 検出機器1は、後述のように、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信波として電磁波を送信する。例えば検出機器1の周囲に所定の物体(例えば図2に示す対象物200)が存在する場合、検出機器1から送信された送信波の少なくとも一部は、当該物体によって反射されて反射波となる。そして、このような反射波を例えば検出機器1の受信アンテナアレイ31によって受信することにより、検出機器1は、当該対象をターゲットとして検出することができる。
 送信アンテナアレイ24を備える検出機器1は、典型的には、電波を送受信するレーダ(RADAR(Radio Detecting and Ranging))センサとしてよい。しかしながら、検出機器1は、レーダセンサに限定されない。一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、例えば光波によるLIDAR(Light Detection and Ranging、Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging)の技術に基づくセンサとしてもよい。これらのようなセンサは、例えばパッチアンテナなどを含んで構成することができる。RADAR及びLIDARのような技術は既に知られているため、それらの詳細な説明は、適宜、簡略化又は省略することがある。さらに、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、例えば音波又は超音波を送受信して物体を検出する技術に基づくセンサとしてもよい。また、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、前述のセンサとは異なる他の振動センサとしてもよい。
 図2に示す検出機器1は、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信された送信波の反射波を受信アンテナアレイ31から受信する。このようにして、検出機器1は、検出機器1から所定の距離内に存在する所定の対象物200をターゲットとして検出することができる。例えば、図2に示すように、検出機器1は、検出機器1と所定の対象物200との間の距離Lを測定することができる。また、検出機器1は、検出機器1と所定の対象物200との相対速度も測定することができる。さらに、検出機器1は、所定の対象物200からの反射波が、検出機器1に到来する方向(到来角A)も測定することができる。
 図2において、XY平面は、例えば地表にほぼ平行な平面としてよい。この場合、図2に示すZ軸の正方向は、鉛直上向きを示すものとしてよい。図2において、検出機器1は、XY平面と平行な平面上に配置されているものとしてよい。また、図2において、対象物200は、例えば、XY平面にほぼ平行な地表に立っている状態としてよい。
 ここで、対象物200とは、例えば検出機器1の周囲に存在する任意の物体などとしてよい。対象物200とは、例えば検出機器1の周囲に存在する自動車、自動車のエンジン、モーター、バイク、船、ビル、マンションその他の建築物、橋、道路、高速道路、建築途中物、トンネル、工作機械、及びシャベルカーなどを含むとしてよい。上述のように、対象物200は、移動していてもよいし、停止又は静止していてもよい。本開示において、検出機器1が検出する物体は、任意の物体のような無生物の他に、人、犬、猫、及び馬、その他の動物などの生物も含む。本開示の検出機器1が検出する物体は、レーダ技術により検出される、人、物、及び動物などを含む物標を含んでもよい。本開示において、物標は、人、物、及び動物などを含むとしてよい。一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、対象物200のような物体の振動を検出する。したがって、以下、「対象物200」は、適宜、「振動体200」とも記す。
 図2において、検出機器1の大きさと、対象物200の大きさとの比率は、必ずしも実際の比率を示すものではない。また、図2において、送信部の送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信部の受信アンテナアレイ31は、検出機器1の外部に設置した状態を示してある。しかしながら、一実施形態において、送信部の送信アンテナアレイ24及び/又は受信部の受信アンテナアレイ31は、検出機器1の各種の位置に設置してよい。例えば、一実施形態において、送信部の送信アンテナアレイ24及び/又は受信部の受信アンテナアレイ31は、検出機器1の内部に設置して、検出機器1の外観に現れないようにしてもよい。
 以下、典型的な例として、検出機器1の送信アンテナは、ミリ波(30GHz以上)又は準ミリ波(例えば20GHz~30GHz付近)などのような周波数帯の電波を送信するものとして説明する。一方、検出機器1の送信アンテナは、例えば77GHz~81GHzのように、4GHzの周波数帯域幅を有する電波を送信してもよい。また、検出機器1の送信アンテナは、ミリ波帯域以上の高周波(例えば30GHz~300GHz)の電波を送信してもよい。
 図3は、一実施形態に係る検出機器1の機能的な構成を示すブロック図である。以下、一実施形態に係る検出機器1の構成の一例について説明する。
 ミリ波方式のレーダによって距離などを測定する際、周波数変調連続波レーダ(以下、FMCWレーダ(Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave radar)と記す)が用いられることが多い。FMCWレーダは、送信する電波の周波数を掃引して送信信号が生成される。したがって、例えば79GHzの周波数帯の電波を用いるミリ波方式のFMCWレーダにおいて、使用する電波の周波数は、例えば77GHz~81GHzのように、4GHzの周波数帯域幅を持つものとなる。79GHzの周波数帯のレーダは、例えば24GHz、60GHz、76GHzの周波数帯などの他のミリ波/準ミリ波レーダよりも、使用可能な周波数帯域幅が広いという特徴がある。以下、例として、このような実施形態について説明する。
 本開示で利用されるFMCWレーダレーダ方式は、通常より短い周期でチャープ信号を送信するFCM方式(Fast-Chirp Modulation)を含むとしてもよい。検出機器1が生成する信号は、FMCW方式の信号に限定されない。検出機器1が生成する信号は、FMCW方式以外の各種の方式の信号としてもよい。任意の記憶部に記憶される送信信号列は、これら各種の方式によって異なるものとしてよい。例えば、上述のFMCW方式のレーダ信号の場合、時間サンプルごとに周波数が増加する信号及び減少する信号を使用してよい。上述の各種の方式は、公知の技術を適宜適用することができるため、より詳細な説明は省略する。
 図3に示すように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、信号処理部10を備えている。信号処理部10は、信号発生処理部11、及び受信信号処理部12を備えてよい。信号発生処理部11は、検出機器1から送信される送信信号を生成する処理を行う。受信信号処理部12は、検出機器1が受信する受信信号に各種の信号処理を行うことができる。信号発生処理部11、及び受信信号処理部12については、適宜、さらに後述する。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、送信部として、送信DAC21、送信回路22、ミリ波送信回路23、及び、送信アンテナアレイ24を備えている。また、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、受信部として、受信アンテナアレイ31、ミキサ32、受信回路33、及び、受信ADC34を備えている。一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、図3に示す機能部のうち少なくともいずれかを含まなくてもよいし、図3に示す機能部以外の機能部を含んでもよい。図3に示す検出機器1は、ミリ波帯域等の電磁波を用いた一般的なレーダと基本的に同様に構成した回路を用いて構成してよい。一方で、一実施形態に係る検出機器1において、信号処理部10による信号処理は、従来の一般的なレーダとは異なる処理を含んでもよい。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1が備える信号処理部10は、検出機器1を構成する各機能部の制御をはじめとして、検出機器1全体の動作の制御を行うことができる。特に、信号処理部10は、検出機器1が扱う信号について各種の処理を行う。信号処理部10は、種々の機能を実行するための制御及び処理能力を提供するために、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)又はDSP(Digital Signal Processor)のような、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを含んでよい。信号処理部10は、まとめて1つのプロセッサで実現してもよいし、いくつかのプロセッサで実現してもよいし、それぞれ個別のプロセッサで実現してもよい。プロセッサは、単一の集積回路として実現されてよい。集積回路は、IC(Integrated Circuit)ともいう。プロセッサは、複数の通信可能に接続された集積回路及びディスクリート回路として実現されてよい。プロセッサは、他の種々の既知の技術に基づいて実現されてよい。一実施形態において、信号処理部10は、例えばCPU(ハードウェア)及び当該CPUで実行されるプログラム(ソフトウェア)として構成してよい。一実施形態に係る検出機器1を構成する各機能部の少なくとも一部は、ソフトウェアとハードウェア資源とが協働した具体的手段によって構成されてもよい。信号処理部10は、信号処理部10の動作に必要な記憶部(メモリ)を適宜含んでもよい。
 信号処理部10の信号発生処理部11は、検出機器1から送信する信号を発生する。一実施形態に係る検出機器1において、信号発生処理部11は、例えばチャープ信号のような送信信号(送信チャープ信号)を生成してよい。特に、信号発生処理部11は、周波数が周期的に線形に変化する信号(線形チャープ信号)を生成してもよい。例えば、信号発生処理部11は、周波数が時間の経過に伴って77GHzから81GHzまで周期的に線形に増大するチャープ信号としてもよい。また、例えば、信号発生処理部11は、周波数が時間の経過に伴って77GHzから81GHzまで線形の増大(アップチャープ)及び減少(ダウンチャープ)を周期的に繰り返す信号を生成してもよい。信号発生処理部11が生成する信号は、例えば信号処理部10において予め設定されていてもよい。また、信号発生処理部11が生成する信号は、例えば信号処理部10における任意の記憶部などに予め記憶されていてもよい。レーダのような技術分野で用いられるチャープ信号は既知であるため、より詳細な説明は、適宜、簡略化又は省略する。信号発生処理部11によって生成された信号は、送信DAC21に供給される。このため、信号発生処理部11は、送信DAC21に接続されてよい。
 送信DAC(デジタル・アナログ・コンバータ)21は、信号発生処理部11から供給されるデジタル信号をアナログ信号に変換する機能を有する。送信DAC21は、一般的なデジタル・アナログ・コンバータを含めて構成してよい。送信DAC21によってアナログ化された信号は、送信回路22に供給される。このため、送信DAC21は、送信回路22に接続されてよい。
 送信回路22は、送信DAC21によってアナログ化された信号を中間周波数(Intermediate Frequency:IF)の帯域に変換する機能を有する。送信回路22は、一般的なIF帯域の送信回路を含めて構成してよい。送信回路22によって処理された信号は、ミリ波送信回路23に供給される。このため、送信回路22は、ミリ波送信回路23に接続されてよい。
 ミリ波送信回路23は、送信回路22によって処理された信号を、ミリ波(RF波)として送信する機能を有する。ミリ波送信回路23は、一般的なミリ波の送信回路を含めて構成してよい。ミリ波送信回路23によって処理された信号は、送信アンテナアレイ24に供給される。このため、ミリ波送信回路23は、送信アンテナアレイ24に接続されてよい。また、ミリ波送信回路23によって処理された信号は、ミキサ32にも供給される。このため、このため、ミリ波送信回路23は、ミキサ32にも接続されてよい。
 送信アンテナアレイ24は、複数の送信アンテナをアレイ状に配列させたものである。図3においては、送信アンテナアレイ24の構成を簡略化して示してある。送信アンテナアレイ24は、ミリ波送信回路23によって処理された信号を、検出機器1の外部に送信する。送信アンテナアレイ24は、一般的なミリ波レーダにおいて用いられる送信アンテナアレイを含めて構成してよい。
 このようにして、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、送信アンテナ(送信アンテナアレイ24)を備え、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信波として送信信号(例えば送信チャープ信号)を送信することができる。
 例えば、図3に示すように、検出機器1の周囲に振動体200のような物体が存在する場合を想定する。振動体200は、少なくとも一部が振動するものとしてよい。このような状況において、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信された送信波の少なくとも一部は、振動体200のような物体によって反射される。送信アンテナアレイ24から送信された送信波のうち、振動体200のような物体によって反射されるものの少なくとも一部は、受信アンテナアレイ31に向けて反射され得る。
 受信アンテナアレイ31は、反射波を受信する。ここで、当該反射波は、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信された送信波のうち振動体200のような物体によって反射されたものの少なくとも一部としてよい。
 受信アンテナアレイ31は、複数の受信アンテナをアレイ状に配列させたものである。図3においては、受信アンテナアレイ31の構成を簡略化して示してある。受信アンテナアレイ31は、送信アンテナアレイ24から送信された送信波が反射された反射波を受信する。受信アンテナアレイ31は、一般的なミリ波レーダにおいて用いられる受信アンテナアレイを含めて構成してよい。受信アンテナアレイ31は、反射波として受信された受信信号を、ミキサ32に供給する。このため、受信アンテナアレイ31は、ミキサ32に接続されてよい。
 ミキサ32は、ミリ波送信回路23によって処理された信号(送信信号)と、受信アンテナアレイ31によって受信された受信信号とを、中間周波数(IF)の帯域に変換する。ミキサ32は、一般的なミリ波レーダにおいて用いられるミキサを含めて構成してよい。ミキサ32は、合成された結果として生成される信号を、受信回路33に供給する。このため、ミキサ32は、受信回路33に接続されてよい。
 受信回路33は、ミキサ32によってIF帯域に変換された信号をアナログ処理する機能を有する。受信回路33は、一般的なIF帯域に変換する受信回路を含めて構成してよい。受信回路33によって処理された信号は、受信ADC34に供給される。このため、受信回路33は、受信ADC34に接続されてよい。
 受信ADC(アナログ・デジタル・コンバータ)34は、受信回路33から供給されるアナログ信号をデジタル信号に変換する機能を有する。受信ADC34は、一般的なアナログ・デジタル・コンバータを含めて構成してよい。受信ADC34によってデジタル化された信号は、信号処理部10の受信信号処理部12に供給される。このため、受信ADC34は、信号処理部10に接続されてよい。
 信号処理部10の受信信号処理部12は、受信ADC34から供給されるデジタル信号に各種の処理を施す機能を有する。例えば、受信信号処理部12は、受信ADC34から供給されるデジタル信号に基づいて、検出機器1から振動体200のような物体までの距離を算出する(測距)。また、受信信号処理部12は、受信ADC34から供給されるデジタル信号に基づいて、振動体200のような物体の検出機器1に対する相対速度を算出する(測速)。さらに、受信信号処理部12は、受信ADC34から供給されるデジタル信号に基づいて、振動体200のような物体の検出機器1から見た方位角を算出する(測角又は到来角推定)。具体的には、受信信号処理部12には、I/Q変換されたデータが入力されてよい。このようなデータが入力されることにより、受信信号処理部12は、距離(Range)方向及び速度(Velocity)方向の高速フーリエ変換(2D-FFT)をそれぞれ行う。その後、受信信号処理部12は、例えばCFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate)などの処理による雑音点の除去による誤警報の抑制と一定確率化を行ってよい。そして、受信信号処理部12は、CFARの基準を満たす点に対して到来角度の推定を行うことにより、振動体200のような物体の位置を得ることができる。受信信号処理部12によって測距、測速、及び測角された結果として生成される情報は、電子機器100に出力されてよい。
 一実施形態において、受信信号処理部12は、受信ADC34から供給されるデジタル信号に基づいて、振動体200の変位を検出(算出)してもよい。
 図4は、信号処理部10の信号発生処理部11が生成するチャープ信号の例を説明する図である。
 図4は、FCM(Fast-Chirp Modulation(高速チャープ変調))方式を用いた場合における1フレームの時間的構造を示す。図4は、FCM方式の受信信号の一例を示している。FCMは、図4においてc1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnのように示すチャープ信号を、比較的短い間隔(例えば最大測距距離から算出される電磁波のレーダと物標との間の往復時間以上)で繰り返す方式である。FCMにおいては、受信信号の信号処理の都合上、図4に示すようなサブフレーム単位に区分けして、送受信の処理を行うことが多い。
 図4において、横軸は経過する時間を表し、縦軸は周波数を表す。図4に示す例において、信号発生処理部11は、周波数が周期的に線形に変化する線形チャープ信号を生成する。図4においては、各チャープ信号を、c1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnのように示してある。図4に示すように、それぞれのチャープ信号において、時間の経過に伴って周波数が線形に増大する。
 図4に示す例において、c1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnのようにいくつかのチャープ信号を含めて、1つのサブフレームとしている。すなわち、図4に示すサブフレーム1及びサブフレーム2などは、それぞれc1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnのようにいくつかのチャープ信号を含んで構成されている。また、図4に示す例において、サブフレーム1,サブフレーム2,…,サブフレームNのようにいくつかのサブフレームを含めて、1つのフレーム(1フレーム)としている。すなわち、図4に示す1フレームは、N個のサブフレームを含んで構成されている。また、図4に示す1フレームをフレーム1として、その後に、フレーム2,フレーム3,…などが続いてよい。これらのフレームは、それぞれフレーム1と同様に、N個のサブフレームを含んで構成されてよい。また、フレーム同士の間には、所定の長さのフレームインターバルを含めてもよい。図4に示す1つのフレームは、例えば30ミリ秒から50ミリ秒程度の長さとしてよい。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1において、信号発生処理部11は、任意の数のフレームとして送信信号を生成してよい。また、図4においては、一部のチャープ信号は省略して示している。このように、信号発生処理部11が生成する送信信号の時間と周波数との関係は、例えば信号処理部10の記憶部などに各種設定パラメータとして記憶しておいてよい。
 このように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、複数のチャープ信号を含むサブフレームから構成される送信信号を送信してよい。また、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、サブフレームを所定数含むフレームから構成される送信信号を送信してよい。
 以下、検出機器1は、図4に示すようなフレーム構造の送信信号を送信するものとして説明する。しかしながら、図4に示すようなフレーム構造は一例であり、例えば1つのサブフレームに含まれるチャープ信号は任意としてよい。すなわち、一実施形態において、信号発生処理部11は、任意の数(例えば任意の複数)のチャープ信号を含むサブフレームを生成してよい。また、図4に示すようなサブフレーム構造も一例であり、例えば1つのフレームに含まれるサブフレームは任意としてよい。すなわち、一実施形態において、信号発生処理部11は、任意の数(例えば任意の複数)のサブフレームを含むフレームを生成してよい。信号発生処理部11は、異なる周波数の信号を生成してよい。信号発生処理部11は、周波数fがそれぞれ異なる帯域幅の複数の離散的な信号を生成してもよい。
 図5は、図4に示したサブフレームの一部を、他の態様で示した図である。図5は、図4に示した送信信号を受信した受信信号の各サンプルを、信号処理部10の受信信号処理部12(図3)が行う2D-FFT(Two Dimensional Fast Fourier Transform)処理の結果として示したものである。
 図5に示すように、サブフレーム1,…,サブフレームNのような各サブフレームにおいて各チャープ信号c1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnが格納されている。図5において、各チャープ信号c1,c2,c3,c4,…,cnは、それぞれ横方向に配列された升目によって示す各サンプルから構成されている。図5に示す受信信号は、図3に示した受信信号処理部12によって、2D-FFT、CFAR、及び/又は、各サブフレームの統合信号処理などが施される。
 図6は、図3に示した受信信号処理部12において、2D-FFT、CFAR、及び各サブフレームの統合信号処理が施された結果、レンジ-ドップラー(距離-速度)平面上の点群が算出された例を示す図である。
 図6において、横方向は距離(Rance)を表し、縦方向は速度(Velocity)を表している。図6に示す、塗りつぶされた升目s1は、CFARの閾値処理を超えた信号を示す点群を示す。図6に示す、塗りつぶされていない升s2は、CFARの閾値を超えなかった、点群のないbin(2D-FFTサンプル)を示す。図6において算出されたレンジ-ドップラー平面上の点群は、方向推定によりレーダからの方位を算出されて、振動体200のような物体を示す点群として、2次元平面上の位置及び速度が算出される。ここで、方向推定は、ビームフォーマ及び/又は部分空間法により算出されてよい。代表的な部分空間法のアルゴリズムには、MUSIC(MUltiple SIgnal Classification)、及び、ESPRIT(Estimation of Signal Parameters via Rotation Invariance Technique)などがある。
 図7は、受信信号処理部12が、方向推定を行った後に、図6に示したレンジ-ドップラー平面から、XY平面への点群座標の変換を行った結果の例を示す図である。図7に示すXY平面は、図2に示したXY平面と同じとしてよい。図7に示すように、受信信号処理部12は、XY平面上に点群PGをプロットすることができる。ここで、点群PGは、各点Pから構成されている。また、それぞれの点Pは、到来角A、及び、極座標における半径方向の速度Vrを有している。
 受信信号処理部12は、2D-FFT及び角度推定の結果の少なくともいずれかに基づいて、送信波が送信された範囲に存在する物体を検出する。受信信号処理部12は、それぞれ推定された距離の情報、速度の情報、及び角度情報に基づいて例えばクラスタリング処理を行うことにより、物体検出を行ってもよい。データをクラスタリングする際に用いるアルゴリズムとして、例えばDBSCAN(Density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise)などが知られている。これは、密度に準拠したクラスタリングを行うアルゴリズムである。クラスタリング処理においては、例えば検出される物体を構成するポイントの平均電力を算出してもよい。受信信号処理部12において検出された物体の距離の情報、速度の情報、角度情報、及び電力の情報は、例えば、通信インタフェースなどを介して、電子機器100などに供給されてもよい。
 以上のように、検出機器1は、送信アンテナ(送信アンテナアレイ24)と、受信アンテナ(受信アンテナアレイ31)と、信号処理部10とを備えてよい。送信アンテナアレイ24は、例えば電波による送信波を送信する。受信アンテナアレイ31は、送信波が反射された反射波を受信する。そして、信号処理部10は、送信波として送信される送信信号、及び、反射波として受信される受信信号に基づいて、送信波を反射する物体(例えば振動体200のような物体など)を検出する。
 次に、一実施形態に係る検出機器1のアンテナアレイによる到来波(到来する反射波)の方向推定について、さらに説明する。
 図8は、一実施形態に係る検出機器1の受信アンテナアレイ31の構成、及び受信アンテナアレイ31による到来波の方向推定の原理を説明する図である。図8は、受信アンテナアレイ31による電波の受信の例を示している。
 図8に示すように、受信アンテナアレイ31は、受信アンテナのようなセンサを一直線状に並べたものとしてよい。図8に示すように、一実施形態において、受信アンテナアレイ31は、一直線に並べて配列される複数の受信アンテナを含んで構成されてよい。図8において、受信アンテナアレイ31は、アンテナx、x、x、…、xのような複数のアンテナを小円により示してある。受信アンテナアレイ31は、任意の複数のアンテナにより構成されてよい。また、図8に示すように、受信アンテナアレイ31を構成する複数のアンテナは、それぞれアレイピッチdの間隔だけ離して並べたものとする。このように、各種物理的波動に対応するセンサ(アンテナ、超音波振動子、及びマイクロフォンなど)をアレイ状に配置したセンサアレイは、Uniform Linear Array(ULA)とも呼ばれる。図8に示すように、物理的波動(電磁波及び音波など)は、例えばA及びAのような様々な方向から到来する。ここで、A及びAは、上述した到来角としてよい。このように、受信アンテナアレイ31のようなセンサアレイは、物理的波動の到来方向に応じてセンサ間の測定値に生じる位相差を利用して、到来方向(到来角)を推定することができる。このように、波動の到来方向を推定する手法を、到来角推定、又は到来方向推定(Direction of Arrival:DoA)とも記す。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1において、送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31の少なくとも一方は、複数のアンテナを直線状に配置したものとしてよい。これにより、例えばミリ波レーダにおいて電波の送受信の際の指向性を適切に狭めることができる。送信波を送信する際には、ビームフォーマにより、送信ビームの方向が制御されることが多い。反射波を受信する際には、ビームフォーマよりも部分空間法(上述したMUSIC及びESPRITなど)により、反射波の到来方向が推定されることが多い。ビームフォーマ及び部分空間法では、図8に示すようなULAにおいて、様々な方向から到来する電磁波に対して、その到来方向に応じてセンサ間の測定値に位相差が生じる。したがって、その位相差を利用して、反射波の到来方向が推定することができる。
 次に、一実施形態に係る検出機器1のアンテナアレイによる到来波の2方向の角度推定について、さらに説明する。
 図9は、直交する2つの角度の到来方向を推定するためのアンテナの配置例を示す図である。
 図9に示すように、一実施形態に係る検出機器1において、送信アンテナアレイ24及び/又は受信アンテナアレイ31は、複数のパッチアンテナユニットのアレイを含んで構成してよい。
 図9に示す送信アンテナアレイ24において、1つのパッチアンテナユニットは、図に示す方向1の方向に電気的に接続された複数の素子を含んで構成されてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットにおいて、複数の素子は、例えば基板上のストリップライン等の配線によって電気的に接続されてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットにおいて、複数の素子のそれぞれは、送信波の波長λの半分よりも短い間隔d1,tだけ離間して配置されてよい。図9において、それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットは、2つ以上の任意の数の素子を電気的に接続したものとしてよい。
 また、図9に示すように、送信アンテナアレイ24は、複数のパッチアンテナユニットを、図に示す方向2の方向にアレイした配置としてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットは、送信波の波長λの半分よりも短い間隔d2,tだけ離間して配置されてよい。一実施形態において、送信アンテナアレイ24は、2つ以上の任意の数のパッチアンテナユニット含んでよい。
 図9に示すように、一実施形態において、受信アンテナアレイ31は、送信アンテナアレイ24における複数の素子の配置を変更したものとしてよい。すなわち、図9に示す受信アンテナアレイ31において、1つのパッチアンテナユニットは、図に示す方向2の方向に電気的に接続された複数の素子を含んで構成されてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットにおいて、複数の素子は、例えば基板上のストリップライン等の配線によって電気的に接続されてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットにおいて、複数の素子のそれぞれは、送信波の波長λの半分よりも短い間隔d2,sだけ離間して配置されてよい。図9において、それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットは、2つ以上の任意の数の素子を電気的に接続したものとしてよい。
 また、図9に示すように、受信アンテナアレイ31は、複数のパッチアンテナユニットを、図に示す方向1の方向にアレイした配置としてよい。それぞれのパッチアンテナユニットは、送信波の波長λの半分よりも短い間隔d1,sだけ離間して配置されてよい。一実施形態において、受信アンテナアレイ31は、2つ以上の任意の数のパッチアンテナユニット含んでよい。
 送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31に含まれる素子は全て同一平面上(例えば同一基板の表層上)に配置されてよい。また、送信アンテナアレイ24と受信アンテナアレイ31とは近接して配置されてよい(モノスタティック)。さらに、図9に示す方向1と方向2とは、幾何学的に直交してよい。
 図9に示すような送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31によって、送信アンテナ及び受信アンテナのそれぞれの指向性を適切に狭めることができる。また、図9に示すような送信アンテナアレイ24を用いて、送信波(送信信号)を送信するタイミングごとに、それぞれの送信波を送信する方向を制御することにより、図9に示す方向2の方向についてのビームフォーマを実現することができる。さらに、図9に示すような受信アンテナアレイ31を用いることにより、図9に示す方向1の方向について、反射波の到来方向の推定を実現することができる。このようにして、実質的に直交する2つの角度について反射波の到来方向の推定が可能となる。したがって、振動体200のような物体を示す点群を3次元的に取得することが可能になる。
 図10は、一実施形態に係る電子機器100の機能的な構成を示すブロック図である。以下、一実施形態に係る電子機器100の構成の一例について説明する。
 図10に示すように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、プロセッサ102、表示部104、記憶部106、通信部108、及び操作部110を備えてよい。一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、図10に示す機能部の一部を備えなくてもよいし、図10に示す以外の機能部を備えてもよい。
 プロセッサ102は、電子機器100を制御及び/又は管理するための種々の機能を実行する。プロセッサ102は、種々の機能を実行するための制御及び処理能力を提供するために、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)のような、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを含んでよい。プロセッサ102は、まとめて1つのプロセッサで実現してもよいし、いくつかのプロセッサで実現してもよいし、それぞれ個別のプロセッサで実現してもよい。ここで、「プロセッサ」とは、単一の集積回路として実現されてよい。集積回路は、IC(Integrated Circuit)ともいう。また、「プロセッサ」は、複数の通信可能に接続された集積回路及びディスクリート回路として実現されてよい。「プロセッサ」は、他の種々の既知の技術に基づいて実現されてよい。
 一実施形態において、プロセッサ102は、例えばCPU及び当該CPUで実行されるプログラムとして構成してよい。プロセッサ102において実行されるプログラム、及び、プロセッサ102において実行された処理の結果などは、記憶部106に記憶してよい。また、プロセッサ102において実行された処理の結果などは、電子機器100、検出機器1、及び/又は、信号発生器400などの制御に反映されてもよい。
 表示部104は、例えば、液晶ディスプレイ(Liquid Crystal Display)、有機ELディスプレイ(Organic Electro-Luminescence panel)、又は無機ELディスプレイ(Inorganic Electro-Luminescence panel)等の任意の表示デバイスとしてよい。表示部104は、文字、図形、又は記号等の各種の情報を表示してよい。また、表示部104は、ユーザに操作を促すために、ポインタをはじめとする種々のGUIを構成するオブジェクト、及びアイコン画像などを表示してもよい。表示部104において表示を行うために必要な各種データは、例えばプロセッサ102又は記憶部106などから供給されてよい。また、表示部104は、適宜、バックライトなどを含んで構成してもよい。
 また、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、表示部104に代えて、又は表示部104とともに、電子機器100を操作するユーザに各種の情報を音声で伝えるスピーカなどを備えてもよい。
 一実施形態において、表示部104は、例えばプロセッサ102において実行された処理の結果などを表示してよい。また、表示部104は、例えば記憶部106に記憶された文字又は画像などを表示してもよい。また、表示部104は、例えば通信部108を経て受信したデータに基づく文字又は画像などを表示してもよい。また、表示部104は、例えば操作部110から入力された情報を表示してもよい。
 記憶部106は、プロセッサ102及び通信部108などから取得した各種情報を記憶する。一実施形態において、記憶部106は、例えばユーザなどによって入力された情報を記憶してもよい。また、記憶部106は、プロセッサ102によって実行されるプログラム(例えばアプリケーションソフトウェア)等を記憶する。その他、記憶部106は、例えばプロセッサ102による演算結果などの各種データも記憶してよい。さらに、記憶部106は、プロセッサ102が動作する際のワークメモリ等も含むものとしてもよい。記憶部106は、例えば半導体メモリ又は磁気ディスク等により構成することができるが、これらに限定されず、任意の記憶装置とすることができる。例えば、記憶部106は、一実施形態に係る電子機器100に挿入されたメモリカードのような記憶かとしてもよい。また、記憶部106は、プロセッサ102として用いられるCPUの内部メモリであってもよい。
 通信部108は、無線通信をはじめとする各種の機能を実現することができる。通信部108は、例えばLTE(Long Term Evolution)、4G、又は5G等の種々の通信方式による通信を実現してよい。通信部108は、例えばITU-T(International Telecommunication Union Telecommunication Standardization Sector)において通信方式が標準化されたモデムを含んでよい。また、通信部108は、例えばWi-Fi又はBluetooth(登録商標)等の種々の方式による無線通信を実現してもよい。通信部108は、例えば検出機器1のような外部機器の通信部と、ネットワークを介して無線通信してもよい。また、通信部108は、例えばアンテナを介して、例えば外部サーバ又はクラウドサーバのような外部機器の通信部と、ネットワークを介して無線通信してよい。一実施形態において、通信部108は、例えば検出機器1から、検出機器1による検出結果などの各種の情報を受信してよい。通信部108が受信する情報は、例えばプロセッサ102及び/又は記憶部106に供給されてよい。また、通信部108から送信される情報は、例えばプロセッサ102及び/又は記憶部106から供給されてよい。
 通信部108が送受信する各種の情報は、例えば記憶部106に記憶してもよい。通信部108は、例えば電波を送受信するアンテナ及び適当なRF部などを含めて構成してよい。通信部108は、無線通信を行うための既知の技術により構成することができる。また、通信部108は、電子機器100が他の機器と有線通信するためのインタフェースとしてもよい。この場合、例えば、通信部108は、有線接続のためのコネクタ又は端子などとしてもよい。
 操作部110は、例えばユーザによる操作を入力として検出する。操作部110は、例えばキーボードなどのような入力装置によって構成されてよい。操作部110は、例えばキーボードのようなキー(物理キー)、ボタン(物理ボタン)、スイッチ(メカスイッチ)、及び/又は、マウス若しくはトラックボールのようなポインティングデバイスなど、ユーザが操作を行うために使用する任意の入力デバイスとしてよい。一実施形態において、操作部110は既知の各種入力デバイスとすることができる。操作部110が検出した操作信号(入力信号)は、例えばプロセッサ102及び/又は記憶部106などに供給されてよい。
 また、操作部110は、タッチパネル又はタッチセンサのような入力装置としてもよい。この場合、操作部110は、抵抗膜方式、静電容量方式、又は光学式などの種々の方式のタッチパネルなどを採用してよい。
 一実施形態において、表示部104は、操作部110とともに、例えばタッチスクリーンディスプレイとして構成されてもよい。この場合、タッチスクリーンディスプレイは、表示部104として、例えば液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ELディスプレイなどの表示デバイスを備えてよい。また、この場合、タッチスクリーンディスプレイは、操作部110として、例えば、ユーザによる接触の有無及び当該接触の位置を検出するタッチセンサ又はタッチパネルを備えてよい。このような構成においては、例えばテンキーなどのキー又はアイコン等をオブジェクトとして表示部104に表示して、当該オブジェクトに対して操作者(ユーザ)が接触する操作を、操作部110により検出することができる。
 一実施形態に係る電子機器100を構成する各機能部の少なくとも一部は、ソフトウェアとハードウェア資源とが協働した具体的手段によって構成されてもよい。
 次に、一実施形態に係る電子機器100及び検出機器1が、加振源300によって加振されている対象物200の振動を検出する際の動作について説明する。
 一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、例えばレーダセンサのような検出機器1によって、対象物200の振動を複数点において測定し、対象物200振動モードの形状を検出することができる。図1に示したように、例えば対象物200に損傷箇所210が存在する場合、振動モードの形状に変化が見られることがある。一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、このような振動モードの形状の変化などに基づいて、対象物200のような構造物に異常が存在する可能性が高いか否かなどの診断に役立ち得る。
 振動を多くの点において測定する場合、測定箇所の数だけセンサを設置するのは、コスト的及び/又は労力的な負担を増大させる。このため、多点における振動を測定する際には、図1に示すように、単一のセンサを用いて複数の測定点を移動させながら測定を行う方が、簡便な測定に資する。
 対象物200のような構造物の振動モードを実験的に取得するには、当該構造物が何らかの方で加振された状態において振動を測定する必要がある。一実施形態に係る電子機器100及び検出機器1は、加振源300によって対象物200を音響的に加振しながら、対象物200の振動を検出する。このように音響的に加振することにより、対象物200のような構造物は、一般的に、定常的な振動をすると想定される。加振源300による加振に応じて定常的な振動をすることで、対象物200のような構造物の振動による変形状態は、加振源300の振動波形(以下、「加振波形」とも記す)の位相に、1対1で対応する。
 図11は、加振源300の振動波形と、対象物200の(振動による)変形状態との対応関係の例を示す図である。図11の上段は、加振源300の振動波形(すなわち加振波形)を示している。図11の上段の縦軸は加振波形の振幅を表し、図11の上段の横軸は時間を表している。図11の下段は、図11の上段に示したいつくかの時点における対象物200の変形状態を示している。図11の下段は、例えば、対象物200の全体を所定の方向から見た様子を示すものとしてよい。また、図11の下段は、例えば、対象物200の変形をある程度誇張して示したものとしてもよい。
 図11の上段に示す加振波形の時点u1において、対象物200は、図11の下段(u1)に示すような変形状態になる。図11の上段に示す加振波形の時点u2において、対象物200は、図11の下段(u2)に示すような変形状態になる。図11の上段に示す加振波形の時点u3において、対象物200は、図11の下段(u3)に示すような変形状態になる。図11に示すように、加振波形の位相が異なる時点においては、対象物200の(振動による)変形状態もそれぞれ異なる状態になることが分かる。
 図12は、図11と同様に、加振源300の振動波形と、対象物200の(振動による)変形状態との対応関係の例を示す図である。図12の上段は、加振源300の振動波形(すなわち加振波形)を示している。図12の上段の縦軸は加振波形の振幅を表し、図12の上段の横軸は時間を表している。図12の下段は、図12の上段に示したいつくかの時点における対象物200の変形状態を示している。図12の下段は、例えば、対象物200の全体を所定の方向から見た様子を示すものとしてよい。また、図12の下段は、例えば、対象物200の変形をある程度誇張して示したものとしてもよい。
 図12の上段に示す加振波形の時点u4において、対象物200は、図12の下段(u4)に示すような変形状態になる。図12の上段に示す加振波形の時点u5において、対象物200は、図12の下段(u5)に示すような変形状態になる。図12の上段に示す加振波形の時点u6において、対象物200は、図12の下段(u6)に示すような変形状態になる。図11に示すように、加振波形の位相が同じになる時点においては、対象物200の(振動による)変形状態もそれぞれ同じ状態になることが分かる。
 以上のような事情から、定常的に振動する構造物に対して、別の時点で取得した各測定点のデータから、当該構造物の振動モードを再現することができることが分かる。このため、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、各時点で測定した結果取得されたデータ間において、加振波形の位相を同期する、すなわち加振波形の位相が同じになるような測定時点を探索する。
 このように、加振波形の位相の同期を取るためには、例えば加振波形と、検出機器1から送信される検出波(送信波)の測定波形との間におけるタイムラベルを、時刻同期しながら取得する手法も考えられる。しかしながら、このような手法を実現するシステムの開発には、多大なコスト及び/又は労力を要する。そこで、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、検出機器1による測定の時間間隔が一定であることを利用して、対象物200を連続的に加振するとともに、検出機器1によってデータを連続的に取得し続ける。このようにすることで、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、各測定時点の間の時刻同期を行うことができる。
 一般的に、振動モードを実験的に解析するためには、加振源300と検出機器1との間の時刻同期が必要になる。しかしながら、このようなシステムの開発には、費用及び/又は労力がかかる。一実施形態に係る電子機器100によれば、加振源300と検出機器1との間の時刻同期を行う必要がない。したがって、一実施形態に係る電子機器100によれば、波動の送受信によって対象物200の振動を良好な精度で簡便に検出し得るとともに、このような測定システムを安価に構築できる。
 図13は、検出機器1によって取得される連続的なデータと加振波形との時間的な対応関係の例を視覚的に示す図である。
 図13の上段は、図11及び図12の上段と同様に、加振源300の振動波形(すなわち加振波形)を示している。図12の上段の縦軸は加振波形の振幅を表し、図12の横軸は時間を表している。図13の下段は、検出機器1によって取得される連続的なデータを示している。
 一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、一定の等間隔のタイミングで測定(検出)を行う。すなわち、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、1度目の検出から2度目の検出までの時間間隔と、2度目の検出から3度目の検出までの時間間隔と、…、n度目の検出からn+1度目の検出までの時間間隔とは、全て同じであるものとする。一実施形態に係る検出機器1として想定しているレーダセンサは、一定の等間隔のタイミングで測定(検出)を行う。また、レーダセンサ以外の各種の振動センサも、一般的に、一定の等間隔のタイミングで測定(検出)を行う。
 図13の下段は、検出機器1によって測定(取得)される連続的なデータをそれぞれ白丸記号(○)によってプロットした様子を示している。検出機器1によって取得される連続的なデータ(白丸記号(○))同士の横方向の間隔(すなわち時間間隔)は全て同じになる。図13の下段に示す白丸記号(○)同士の横方向の間隔は、検出機器1による測定の時間間隔に相当する。
 図13に示す加振波形の周波数をfとすると、検出機器1によって測定される任意のデータ(白丸記号(○))から時間差n/f(ただしnは整数)において取得されるデータは、加振波形の位相が同じ(同相)になっている。図13において、時点t1から時点t2までの時間間隔をδTと表すと、δT=n/f(ただしnは整数)と表すことができる。同様に、図13において、時点t2から時点t3までの時間間隔をδTと表すと、δT=n/f(ただしnは整数)と表すことができる。
 図13に示す時点t1,時点t2,及び時点t3において、加振波形は全て同じ位相になっている。このため、これらの時点t1,時点t2,及び時点t3において検出機器1によって検出されるデータは、対象物200の同じ変形状態を示すものであると考えることができる。この原理を利用して、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、各時点で測定した結果取得されたデータ間において、加振波形の位相を同期する、すなわち加振波形の位相が同じになるような測定時点を見出すことができる。
 このように、一実施形態に係る加振源300は、対象物200を連続して加振する。また、このような状況において、一実施形態に係る検出機器1は、連続して加振される対象物200の振動を連続して取得(測定)する。
 次に、一実施形態に係る電子機器100の動作について説明する。図14は、一実施形態に係る電子機器100によって行う加振波形の位相を同期する動作を含む手順を説明するフローチャートである。
 図14のステップS11に示すように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、まず、被検体となる対象物200の共振周波数、及び振動モードを論理的に解析する。
 以下説明する一実施形態に係る電子機器100の動作においては、被検体となる対象物200がどのような共振周波数を有し、また、その時にどのような形状の振動モードが存在するのかを、予め把握しておく必要がある。一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、そのための手法として、例えば、有限要素法(Finite Element Method:FEM)などを用いたシミュレーションを行ってもよい。
 図15A、図15B、及び図15Cは、それぞれ、FEMを用いることにより、板状の対象物200の共振モードを計算し、各モードの形状を示す図である。図15Aは、対象物200の各振動モードのうち、基本振動のモードの形状を示している。図15Bは、対象物200の各振動モードのうち、2倍振動のモードの形状を示している。図15Cは、対象物200の各振動モードのうち、3倍振動のモードの形状を示している。
 一実施形態において、ステップS11におけるシミュレーションは行わなくてもよい。例えば、対象物200の構造が単純であることから、当該対象物200の共振モードが運動方程式を立てて計算し易い場合もあり得る。また、別の手法を用いるなどして、対象物200の振動モードが既知の場合もあり得る。これらのような場合、ステップS11におけるシミュレーションは、必ずしも行う必要はない。
 次に、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、図14のステップS12に示すように、対象物200の共振周波数を測定(実測)する。
 ほとんどの場合、シミュレーションにより得られる対象物200の共振周波数と、対象物200の実際の共振周波数とが厳密に一致することはない。ステップS12の手順は、例えばシミュレーションなどにより対象物200の共振周波数が既知である場合、必ずしも行う必要はない。しかしながら、可能な場合には、実物の対象物200がどのような共振周波数を有するのか、以下の手順により実測してもよい。
 ステップS12において、信号発生器400は、対象物200に対して加振源300による加振を行ってよい。この場合、信号発生器400から加振源300に供給される信号は、当該信号の周波数特性として、測定を行う周波数帯域を十分含んでいるものとしてよい。このような信号には、例えば、チャープ信号のように時間に応じて周波数が変化する信号、及び、ランダム雑音に則った信号などを用いてもよい。また、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、一定の周波数をもつ正弦波に基づいて、少しずつ信号の周波数を変えながら加振を行ってもよい。
 以下に示す例においては、チャープ信号のうち、時間に対して線形に周波数が増加する信号(線形チャープ信号)を用いる場合について説明する。線形チャープ信号は、初期位相Φを用いて、下記の式(1)のように表すことができる。
 一実施形態において、信号発生器400は、上記式(1)に示すような線形チャープ信号を加振源300に供給してよい。これにより、加振源300は、この信号に基づいて、対象物200を加振することができる。このような状況において、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、一実施形態に係る検出機器1を用いることで、対象物200の振動振幅を測定してよい。
 図16は、加振源300が対象物200を加振する際に用いられる振動波形を示す図である。図16の縦軸は加振波形の振幅を示し、図16の横軸は時間を示している。図16に示すように、加振源300は、対象物200を加振する際に、例えば線形チャープ信号を用いてよい。
 図17は、図16に示すような加振波形を用いて対象物200が加振された際に、検出機器1によって検出(測定)される波形の例を示す図である。図17の縦軸は検出機器1によって検出(測定)される波形の振幅を示し、図17の横軸は時間を示している。図17に示すように、検出機器1によって測定波形には、振動振幅がピークとなる時点tが存在する。この場合、対象物200の共振周波数は、時点tのときのチャープ信号の周波数fとして求めることができる。
 対象物200は、その材質及び/又は形状などにより、複数の共振周波数を有する可能性がある。また、対象物200において、振動モードによっては測定を行う場所が節になる可能性もある。このため、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、対象物200上の複数の点(位置)において繰り返し共振周波数の特定を行った上で、最終的な共振周波数を特定してもよい。ただし、対象物200の形状が単純で振動モードが推測しやすい場合、又は、シミュレーションなどによって対象物200の振動モード・共振周波数が推測されている場合、そのような共振周波数の特定を行わなくてもよい。以下、測定を行うモードは、単一の共振周波数に対応する振動モードである場合を想定して説明する。
 次に、図14のステップS13に示すように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、対象物200の振動モード、及び検出機器1のアンテナ指向性を考慮して、検出機器1によって対象物200の振動を測定する際の条件を設定する。ステップS13においては、ステップS11において解析した振動モードを考慮して、検出機器1によって対象物200の振動を測定する際の条件を決定してよい。
 また、出願人は、レーダセンサにおいては、アンテナの指向性によって対象物の検出領域が定まり、その検出範囲内の振動が平均して取得されることを見出した。当該内容については、すでに出願人は特許出願を行ったため(令和5年10月27日に出願した特願2023-199461号)、より詳細な説明は省略する。
 また、測定を行う対象物200の振動モードによって、空間的な振動の周期は変わり得る。このため、振動の周期が短い形状の対象物200の振動モードを測定するときほど、測定点(検出機器1が測定する位置)の間隔を狭くしてもよい。目安として、検出機器1による検出領域(測定領域)を、1波長の半分以下に設定してもよい。また、この場合、1波長につき最低2箇所以上の測定を行ってもよい。このようにすることで、振動モードの形状の同定を良好に行い得る。
 次に、図14のステップS14に示すように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、加振源300によって対象物200を加振するとともに、検出機器1によって対象物200の検出振動を測定する。
 ステップS14は、以下のようにして実行してよい。まず、信号発生器400は、ステップS12において決定された共振周波数の正弦波信号を加振源300に供給する。これにより、加振源300は、対象物200を加振する。この状態で、検出機器1は、ステップS13において設定した条件に従って、対象物200の振動を検出(測定)する。
 ここで、対象物200の測定条件において想定されている振動モードは、対象物200において十分に励起されていることが望ましい。このため、加振源300が対象物200に加振を行う強度は、適切に設定されてもよい。図1に示したように、一実施形態に係るシステムにおいて、対象物200の振動を測定する検出機器1は1つであるものとしてよい。また、検出機器1は、対象物200の振動を測定している間、連続してデータを検出し続けてよい。さらに、その間、加振源300は、連続して対象物200を加振し続けてよい。
 例えば図1に示したような機器構成において、対象物200の振動を検出機器1によって測定すると、例えば図13に示したような結果が得られるものとしてもよい。
例えば、図13に示す時点w1から時点w2までの時間において、検出機器1は、図1に示す位置1に静止している状態で、対象物200の振動を検出してよい。図13に示す時点w2から時点w3までの時間において、検出機器1は、図1に示す位置1から位置2に移動している状態としてよい。図13に示す時点w2から時点w3までの間、検出機器1は、有効な波形を構成するデータを検出できなくてもよいし、又はノイズを含むデータを検出してもよい。
 また、図13に示す時点w3から時点w4までの時間において、検出機器1は、図1に示す位置2に静止している状態で、対象物200の振動を検出してよい。図13に示す時点w4から時点w5までの時間において、検出機器1は、図1に示す位置2から位置3に移動している状態としてよい。図13に示す時点w4から時点w5までの間、検出機器1は、有効な波形を構成するデータを検出できなくてもよいし、又はノイズを含むデータを検出してもよい。また、図13に示す時点w5から時点w6までの時間において、検出機器1は、図1に示す位置2の次の位置3に静止している状態で、対象物200の振動を検出してよい。
 次に、図14のステップS15に示すように、電子機器100は、各位置における測定結果の時点を同期してよい。対象物200において想定されている加振波形が励起されている時、図11に示したように、対象物200の表面の変位は、加振波形の位相と1対1で対応する。したがって、電子機器100は、ステップS14において別々の時点に測定した各測定点の測定波形から、加振波形のある位相に対応する各測定点の変位データを抽出してよい。電子機器100は、このように抽出した変位データから、振動モードの形状を示すデータを生成してよい。
 ここで、加振波形の周波数をfとすると、周期は1/fと表すことができる。すなわち、任意の自然数nに対して、n/f離れた時点において、加振波形の位相は等しくなっている。したがって、電子機器100は、図13に示したような検出されたデータにおいて、検出機器1の時刻差が対象物200の振動周期1/fの整数倍(例えば図中ではn,n,…)となる時点(図13における時点t1,時点t2,時点t3,…)を探索してよい。ステップs15の動作が完了すれば、電子機器100は、各時点で測定した結果取得されたデータ間において、加振波形の位相を同期することができる。
 次に、図14のステップS16に示すように、電子機器100は、対象物200の瞬時変形を、グラフ又は3Dモデルなどとして、例えば表示部104などに表示してよい。
 ステップS16において、電子機器100は、次のような動作を実行してよい。すなわち、電子機器100は、ステップS15により得られた時点t1,時点t2,時点t3,…のそれぞれにおいて検出機器1が測定した波形を、測定位置ごとに並べた図を生成し、例えば表示部104などに表示してよい。
 図18は、各測定位置において測定される波形を時刻同期させる例を示す図である。図18の上段は、図13の下段と同様に、検出機器1によって取得される連続的なデータを示している。図18の上段は、検出機器1によって取得される連続的なデータをプロットした点を滑らかにつなぐことにより、検出機器1によって検出される波形を表している。図18の上段の縦軸は検出された波形の振幅を表し、図18の上段の横軸は時間を表している。図18の下段は、図18の上段に示す検出された波形に対応させて、対象物200の変位を示している。図18の下段の縦軸は対象物200の変位を表し、図18の下段の横軸は対象物200の位置を表している。図18の下段においては、図18の上段に示す時点t3の先の時点t4における対象物200の変位、及び、さらに先の時点t5における対象物200の変位も、例として示してある。電子機器100は、図18に示すようなグラフを、例えば表示部104などに表示してよい。
 図18に示すように、検出機器1による各時点の検出波形をそれぞれの測定位置ごとに並べて示すと、加振波形がある位相の時の各測定位置における瞬時の変形を容易に認識することができる。
 また、一実施形態において、例えば図18に示したような時点t1,t2,t3,…に対して、一定の時間のオフセットΔTが経過した時点t1+ΔT,t2+ΔT,t3+ΔT,…についても、図18に示したのと同様の図示を行ってもよい。
 図19A、図19B、図19C、及び図19Dは、対象物200の全体の振動変位の変化を、時間の経過に伴って表示した例を示す図である。図19Aは、図18の下段に示したのと同様に、同じ位相の瞬時(時点t1,t2,t3,…)における対象物200の変位を、各測定位置ごとに示す図である。図19Bは、図19Aに示した瞬時に一定のオフセット時間ΔTが経過した瞬時(時点t1+ΔT,t2+ΔT,t3+ΔT,…)における対象物200の変位を、各測定位置ごとに示す図である。図19Cは、図19Bに示した瞬時に一定のオフセット時間ΔTが経過した瞬時(時点t1+2ΔT,t2+2ΔT,t3+2ΔT,…)における対象物200の変位を、各測定位置ごとに示す図である。図19Dは、図19Cに示した瞬時に一定のオフセット時間ΔTが経過した瞬時(時点t1+3ΔT,t2+3ΔT,t3+3ΔT,…)における対象物200の変位を、各測定位置ごとに示す図である。電子機器100は、図19A乃至図19Dに示すようなグラフを、例えば表示部104などに表示してよい。
 また、一実施形態において、電子機器100は、対象物200の変形の表現として、例えば3Dモデルなどを用いて表示部104などに表示してもよい。このようにすれば、対象物200全体の変形を、視覚的に分かりやすく表現することができる。
 以上説明したように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100によれば、各時点で測定した結果取得されたデータ間において、加振波形の位相を同期することができる。したがって、一実施形態に係る電子機器100によれば、波動の送受信によって振動体の振動を良好な精度で簡便に検出することができる。
(他の実施形態)
 以下、他の実施形態について説明する。
 上述した実施形態において、加振源300は、対象物200に対し音響的な加振を行うものとして説明した。この場合、例えば、加振源300はピエゾスピーカを用いて接触式で加振を行ってもよいし、大音量のスピーカを用いて空気を媒介することにより非接触で加振を行ってもよい。また、上述した実施形態において、加振源300は、対象物200に接触して加振するものとして説明した。しかしながら、一実施形態において、加振源300は、対象物200を非接触で加振してもよい。
 上述した実施形態では、加振波形の周波数をfとして、n/fだけ時刻が離れた点において加振波形が同位相となることを利用して、検出機器1の測定点間のデータの時刻同期を行った。しかしながら、検出機器1のような振動センサで取得できるデータは、一般的にデジタルデータとなる。デジタルデータは、時間的に離散したデータとなる。このため、上述した実施形態に係る手法は単純である一方、特に測定の時刻間隔を大きくする場合、n/fだけ離れた時点に十分近い時点で検出機器1による測定が行われない可能性がある。このような場合、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、高速フーリエ変換(Fast Fourie Transform:FFT)により、波形を一旦周波数領域に変換し、位相にオフセットをかけることにより、位相同期を行ってもよい。
 このような手法を用いれば、取得した波形の間の任意の時点について、位相を同期することができる。例えば、図20に示すように、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、検出機器1の測定波形(検出されたデータ)において時間差ΔTとなる時点について位相同期を行うことを考える。図20は、図13と同様の解釈が可能であるものとしてよい。図20に示す時間差がΔTのとき、加振波形における位相差ΔΦは、以下の式(2)のように表すことができる。
 FFTは、信号の周波数ごとの振幅と、その位相成分を算出する処理である。この位相成分に対してオフセットをかけて、逆高速フーリエ変換(Inverse FFT:IFFT)を行うことにより、位相シフトした時系列信号を作ることができる。一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、上式のオフセットをかける場合、FFTによって得られた式に対して、複素表示の位相であるe-iΔΦをかけるだけでよい。例えば、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、図20において時点P1と時点P2で時刻同期を行う場合、P2以降の一定区間の信号にFFTを行い、e-iΔΦをかけて、IFFTを行ってよい。これにより、P1とP2は、加振波形が同位相のときの測定時点とみなすことができる。
 上記実施形態では、FFTを用いて測定点の異なるデータに位相のオフセットをかける手法について説明した。一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、FFTを用いずに、信号の位相のオフセットをかけてもよい。例えば、信号に対してヒルベルト変換を適用し、各時刻において振幅及び位相の情報を持つ解析信号に変換してe-iΔΦをかけても、同様の効果を得ることができる。
 上述した実施形態において、検出機器1は、一例としてミリ波レーダであるものとして説明した。一方、一実施形態において、検出機器1は、ミリ波帯以外の任意の波長帯を用いたレーダとしてもよいし、ピエゾセンサ又はLDV等の他のセンサを採用してもよい。
 上述した実施形態では、加振源300は、単一の周波数による加振を行い、特定の振動モードのみを励起させて、検出機器1による測定を行った。しかしながら、一実施形態において、加振源300は、複数の振動モードを一度に励起させて、検出機器1による測定を行ってもよい。この場合、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、測定した振動波形に対して周波数フィルタリングを行うことにより、単一の周波数に対応する振動モードによる振動成分のみを抜き出して、振動モードの形状を求めてもよい。
 上述した実施形態では、単一の検出機器1による測定を行った。しかしながら、一実施形態において、検出機器1を複数台用いることにより、複数の測定点を同時に測定してもよい。このようにすることで、測定時間を短縮することが可能になる。また、この場合、一実施形態に係る電子機器100は、何らかの手段により、複数台の検出機器1の間で時刻の同期を取るようにしてもよい。
 上述した実施形態では、単一の周波数に対応する単一の振動モードの形状を取得する例について説明した。しかしながら、一実施形態において、測定を行う振動モードは複数存在してもよい。対象物200において、損傷箇所210の損傷の程度によって、異常が現れやすい振動モードが変わる可能性がある。このため、検出機器1は、可能な限り多くの振動モードで測定を行うようにしてもよい。複数モードで測定を行う場合、検出機器1は、モードごとに測定点の条件を変えても良いし、波長の最も短い振動モードの形状が十分に把握可能な条件を共通して用いてもよい。
 上述した実施形態において、検出機器1は、対象物200に対し、ある1方向のみから振動を検出する例について説明した。しかしながら、一実施形態において、検出機器1は、任意の方向から対象物200の振動の測定を行ってもよい。一実施形態において、検出機器1は、各振動モードの2次元又は3次元的な形状について取得してもよい。
 このように、電子機器100は、所定の周波数で加振される対象物200の振動を検出可能に構成される。電子機器100は、対象物200に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において、対象物の振動を測定することにより、第1測定情報を取得する。また、電子機器100は、対象物200に対する加振が第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において、対象物200の振動を測定することにより、第2測定情報を取得する。そして、電子機器100は、第1測定情報及び第2測定情報に基づいて、対象物200の振動を検出する。
 また、電子機器100は、対象物200の振動を、検出機器1からの出力に基づいて測定してもよい。また、電子機器100は、第1の時点において振動が測定される対象物200の位置と、第2の時点において振動が測定される対象物200の位置とは異なるものとしてもよい。
 対象物200は、加振源300によって加振されてもよい。この場合、加振源300は、対象物200を時間的に一定の振動数で連続して加振してもよい。また、加振源300は、対象物200を音響振動によって加振してもよい。この場合、第1の位相及び第2の位相は、対象物200を加振する音響振動の位相としてもよい。
 また、第1の時点と前記第2の時点との時間差tは、対象物200が加振される所定の周波数をfとし、nを自然数として、t=n/fによって与えられてもよい。
 また、電子機器100は、任意の時間差をなす2つの時点P1及びP2において時刻同期を行うことにより、対象物200に対する加振はP1及びP2において同位相になるとみなしてもよい。この場合、電子機器100は、P2以降の一定区間の信号に高速フーリエ変換を行うことにより得られた結果に対して複素表示の位相をかけて、さらに逆高速フーリエ変換を行ってもよい。上述のような場合、電子機器100は、P2以降の一定区間の信号にヒルベルト変換を適用し、各時点において振幅及び位相の情報を含む解析信号に変換して複素表示の位相をかけてもよい。
 一実施形態において、上述のような電子機器100の動作及び/又は処理は、プロセッサ102によって実行されるものとしてよい。
 本開示を諸図面及び実施例に基づき説明してきたが、当業者であれば本開示に基づき種々の変形又は修正を行うことが容易であることに注意されたい。したがって、これらの変形又は修正は本開示の範囲に含まれることに留意されたい。例えば、各機能部に含まれる機能などは論理的に矛盾しないように再配置可能である。複数の機能部等は、1つに組み合わせられたり、分割されたりしてよい。上述した本開示に係る各実施形態は、それぞれ説明した各実施形態に忠実に実施することに限定されるものではなく、適宜、各技術を組み合わせたり、一部を省略したりして実施され得る。つまり、本開示の内容は、当業者であれば本開示に基づき種々の変形及び修正を行うことができる。したがって、これらの変形及び修正は本開示の範囲に含まれる。例えば、各実施形態において、各機能部、各手段、各ステップなどは論理的に矛盾しないように他の実施形態に追加し、若しくは、他の実施形態の各機能部、各手段、各ステップなどと置き換えることが可能である。また、各実施形態において、複数の各機能部、各手段、各ステップなどを1つに組み合わせたり、或いは分割したりすることが可能である。また、上述した本開示の各実施形態は、それぞれ説明した各実施形態に忠実に実施することに限定されるものではなく、適宜、各技術を組み合わせたり、一部を省略したりして実施することもできる。
 上述した実施形態は、電子機器100などのような機器としての実施のみに限定されるものではない。例えば、上述した実施形態は、電子機器100などのような機器の制御方法として実施してもよい。さらに、上述した実施形態は、例えば電子機器100などのような機器によって実行されるプログラム、又はプログラムを記録した記憶媒体若しくは記録媒体としてとして実施してもよい。
 また、上述した実施形態に係る検出機器1は、送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31など、いわゆるレーダセンサを構成する部品を含むものとして説明した。しかしながら、一実施形態に係る電子機器は、例えば信号処理部10のような構成として実施してもよい。この場合、信号処理部10は、例えば、送信アンテナアレイ24及び受信アンテナアレイ31などが扱う信号を処理する機能を有するものとして実施してよい。
 以上、一実施形態に係る電子機器などを説明したが、一実施形態に係る電子機器、制御方法、及び/又はプログラムなどは、物理的又は論理的に矛盾しない限り、例えば次のように実施してもよい。

 所定の周波数で加振される対象物に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第1測定情報と、前記対象物に対する加振が前記第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第2測定情報とに基づいて、前記対象物の振動を検出するプロセッサを備える、電子機器。

 前記プロセッサは、前記対象物の振動を検出機器からの出力に基づいて測定する、付記1に記載の電子機器。
[付記3]
 前記第1の時点において振動が測定される前記対象物の位置と、
 前記第2の時点において振動が測定される前記対象物の位置とは異なる、付記1又は2に記載の電子機器。

 前記対象物は、加振源によって加振され、
 前記加振源は、前記対象物を時間的に一定の振動数で連続して加振する、付記1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電子機器。

 前記加振源は、前記対象物を音響振動によって加振し、
 前記第1の位相及び前記第2の位相は、前記対象物を加振する音響振動の位相である、付記1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電子機器。

 前記第1の時点と前記第2の時点との時間差tは、前記所定の周波数をfとし、nを自然数として、

 前記プロセッサは、任意の時間差をなす2つの時点P1及びP2において時刻同期を行うことにより、前記対象物に対する加振は前記P1及び前記P2において同位相になるとみなす、付記1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電子機器。

 前記プロセッサは、前記P2以降の一定区間の信号に高速フーリエ変換を行うことにより得られた結果に対して複素表示の位相をかけて、さらに逆高速フーリエ変換を行う、付記7に記載の電子機器。

 前記プロセッサは、前記P2以降の一定区間の信号にヒルベルト変換を適用し、各時点において振幅及び位相の情報を含む解析信号に変換して複素表示の位相をかける、付記7又は8に記載の電子機器。

Claims (12)

  1.  所定の周波数で加振される対象物に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第1測定情報と、前記対象物に対する加振が前記第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第2測定情報とに基づいて、前記対象物の振動を検出するプロセッサを備える、電子機器。
  2.  前記プロセッサは、前記対象物の振動を検出機器からの出力に基づいて測定する、請求項1に記載の電子機器。
  3.  前記第1の時点において振動が測定される前記対象物の位置と、
     前記第2の時点において振動が測定される前記対象物の位置とは異なる、請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器。
  4.  前記対象物は、加振源によって加振され、
     前記加振源は、前記対象物を時間的に一定の振動数で連続して加振する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電子機器。
  5.  前記加振源は、前記対象物を音響振動によって加振し、
     前記第1の位相及び前記第2の位相は、前記対象物を加振する音響振動の位相である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電子機器。
  6.  前記第1の時点と前記第2の時点との時間差tは、前記所定の周波数をfとし、nを自然数として、
     t=n/f
     によって与えられる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の電子機器。
  7.  前記プロセッサは、任意の時間差をなす2つの時点P1及びP2において時刻同期を行うことにより、前記対象物に対する加振は前記P1及び前記P2において同位相になるとみなす、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電子機器。
  8.  前記プロセッサは、前記P2以降の一定区間の信号に高速フーリエ変換を行うことにより得られた結果に対して複素表示の位相をかけて、さらに逆高速フーリエ変換を行う、請求項7に記載の電子機器。
  9.  前記プロセッサは、前記P2以降の一定区間の信号にヒルベルト変換を適用し、各時点において振幅及び位相の情報を含む解析信号に変換して複素表示の位相をかける、請求項7又は8に記載の電子機器。
  10.  前記検出機器は、
     電磁波を送信する送信部と、
     前記対象物に反射した前記電磁波を受信する受信部と、
     を備える、請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載の電子機器。
  11.  所定の周波数で加振される対象物に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第1測定情報と、前記対象物に対する加振が前記第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第2測定情報とに基づいて、前記対象物の振動を検出する、制御方法。
  12.  電子機器に、
     所定の周波数で加振される対象物に対する加振が第1の位相となる第1の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第1測定情報と、前記対象物に対する加振が前記第1の位相と同位相の第2の位相となる第2の時点において前記対象物の振動を測定することにより得られる第2測定情報とに基づいて、前記対象物の振動を検出させる、プログラム。
