本申请提供一种尺寸检测方法及装置、生产设备、计算设备、介质及产品,属于电池技术领域。电极组件的尺寸检测方法包括:获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面为穿过卷绕轴线的预设平面;根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息。本申请可以准确检测电极组件的尺寸,及时发现卷绕过程中的缺陷,检测精度不受其他因素影响,通用性强。

本申请涉及电池技术领域,尤其涉及尺寸检测方法及装置、生产设备、计算设备、介质及产品。
节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
电池的电极组件在制造过程中,需要及时检测卷绕过程中电极组件的尺寸,以确保电极组件满足工艺生产要求。然而目前并没有准确可靠的尺寸检测方法,亟需改进。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决背景技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提供一种尺寸检测方法及装置、生产设备、计算设备、介质及产品,以解决电极组件的尺寸检测的问题。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供一种电极组件的尺寸检测方法,其包括:获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面为穿过卷绕轴线的预设平面;根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,尺寸信息包括与电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
本申请实施例的技术方案中,通过获取极片的卷绕参数,就可以在卷绕过程中提前识别卷绕后的电极组件的尺寸信息,有利于及时发现卷绕过程中的缺陷,提高产品的良率,而且由于检测结果可以根据来料变化自动调整,这样可以适用多种不同规格,通用性强,无需再因为电极组件型号调整而重新调整,有助于提高生产效率。
在一些实施例中,获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数包括:获取预设时间段极片的放卷长度;获取卷芯在预设时间段内的旋转角度;根据放卷长度和旋转角度确定实时卷绕半径。通过实时获取放卷长度和旋转角度,可以计算得到卷绕过程中卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,这样可以不受材料参数变化和电极组件换型的影响,通用性强。
在一些实施例中,尺寸检测方法还包括:根据卷芯的实时卷绕半径和卷芯上卷绕的极片圈数,确定卷芯上与极片圈数对应的极片厚度。本实施例可以通过实时卷绕半径的变化计算对应的极片厚度变化,有利于及时发现极片厚度异常或者卷绕异常,从而提高电极组件卷绕的质量。
在一些实施例中,获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数还包括:获取指定位置相对卷芯的卷绕轴线的定位信息;根据定位信息以及实时卷绕半径确定未卷绕的极片长度。这样有助于准确确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置,从而提高尺寸计算结果的准确性。
在一些实施例中,指定位置与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间还设有与极片接触的定辊;定位信息包括指定位置的位置信息、定辊的轴心的位置信息、以及卷绕轴线的位置信息;并且其中,根据定位信息以及实时卷绕半径确定未卷绕的极片长度包括:根据定位信息确定指定位置距离定辊的轴心的第一距离、定辊轴心距离卷绕轴线的第二距离;根据第一距离、定辊的半径、第二距离以及实时卷绕半径确定未卷绕的极片长度,未卷绕的极片长度包括位于指定位置与定辊之间的第一长度、位于定辊和卷芯之间的第二长度,以及极片与定辊表面贴合的第三长度。这样可以进一步根据未卷绕的极片长度确定极片上的特定部位卷绕到卷芯上的准确位置,提高电极组件的尺寸检测的准确性。
在一些实施例中,电极组件为卷芯卷绕完成并按预设压扁系数压扁得到的卷绕电极组件,并且其中,根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息包括:根据位置信息和预设压扁系数确定电极组件的第一尺寸信息,第一尺寸信息包括电极组件的宽度和厚度中的至少一者。这样可以得到真实的初始卷径和最大卷径,从而准确计算得到电极组件的外形尺寸,提高尺寸检测的准确性。
在一些实施例中,特定部位位于极片的极耳上,第二尺寸信息包括电极组件中的极耳宽度、极耳错位量、极耳边距以及正负极耳间距中的一项或多项。根据特定部位与极
耳的几何尺寸关系,可以更准确的确定与极耳对应的第二尺寸信息,从而有利于及时评估卷绕过程中极耳的位置或尺寸是否出现异常,以及是否能够满足生产设计要求,从而保障电池生产良率。
在一些实施例中,根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息还包括:根据尺寸信息确定电极组件的最大极耳错位量;其中,最大极耳错位量是电极组件中不同极片圈数的极耳之间沿电极组件的宽度方向的最大错位距离。通过与极耳对应的第二尺寸信息计算最大错位距离,可以更直观的评估极耳在卷绕过程中的误差水平,从而准确评估电极组件的卷绕质量,提高电极组件的生产良率。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供一种电极组件的尺寸检测装置,其包括:参数获取单元,被配置用于获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;位置确定单元,被配置用于根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面为穿过卷绕轴线的预设平面;以及尺寸确定单元,被配置用于根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,尺寸信息包括与电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
在一些实施例中,参数获取单元包括第一检测单元和第二检测单元,第一检测单元用于检测预设时间段极片的放卷长度;第二检测单元用于检测卷芯在预设时间段内的旋转角度。通过设置传感器可以更准确的检测和计算卷芯的实时卷绕半径,从而提高电极组件的尺寸识别精度。
在一些实施例中,参数获取单元还包括第三检测单元,第三检测单元布置在指定位置,以用于检测特定部位是否达到指定位置。通过设置传感器可以更准确的检测特定部位的位置,提高尺寸检测计算数据的准确性,从而提高电极组件的尺寸识别精度。
本申请第三方面的实施例提供一种电池生产设备,其包括:卷绕组件,包括绕卷绕轴线转动的卷针,极片放卷组件,包括用于放卷极片的放卷辊,极片放卷后卷绕至卷针形成卷芯;以及如上所述的尺寸检测装置,尺寸检测装置用于计算卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息。
本申请第四方面的实施例提供一种计算设备,其包括:至少一个处理器;以及与至少一个处理器通信连接的至少一个存储器,至少一个存储器存储有指令,该指令当被至
少一个处理器单独或共同执行时,使计算设备执行以上实施例描述的训练方法或电池故障预测方法。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,电池的应用越加广泛。电池不仅被应用于水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源系统,而且还被广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
电池单体是组成电池的最小单元,电极组件是电池单体发生电化学反应的组件。电极组件是由正极片、负极片以及隔膜层叠卷绕形成的。在卷绕过程中,需要对电极组件的卷绕参数进行尺寸检测,或者说尺寸预测,提前预估电极组件的外形尺寸和极耳位置相关的尺寸,以确保当前制备工艺和控制参数生产的电极组件能够满足工艺生产要求。
相关技术中,对于电池组件的不同部分的尺寸需要分别建立不同的识别模型来进行检测,但是这样的识别模型受到的限制因素较多,例如电池单体的型号规格变化、卷绕设备的参数变化或者是来料参数发生变化,都会导致识别模型检测结果失真,而重新调整或更换又费时费力,影响电极组件的生产效率。
为了解决上述问题,本申请提出一种电极组件的尺寸检测方法,其包括:获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面根据卷绕轴线的延伸方向以及拔针孔的延伸方向确定;根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息。本申请的尺寸检测方法可以实时检测电极组件的尺寸,及时发现卷绕过程中的缺陷,检测精度不受其他因素影响,通用性强。
本申请实施例公开的电池单体可以但不限用于车辆、船舶或飞行器等用电装置中。可以使用具备本申请公开的电池单体、电池等组成该用电装置的电源系统。
电池包括箱体和电池单体,电池单体容纳于箱体内。在电池中,电池单体可以是多个,多个电池单体之间可串联或并联或混联,混联是指多个电池单体中既有串联又有并联。多个电池单体之间可直接串联或并联或混联在一起,再将多个电池单体构成的整体容纳于箱体内;当然,电池也可以是多个电池单体先串联或并联或混联组成电池模块形式,多个电池模块再串联或并联或混联形成一个整体,并容纳于箱体内。
其中,每个电池单体可以为二次电池或一次电池;还可以是锂硫电池、钠离子电池或镁离子电池,但不局限于此。电池单体可呈圆柱体、扁平体、长方体或其它形状等。
电极组件是电池单体中发生电化学反应的部件。壳体内可以包含一个或更多个电极组件。电极组件主要由正极片和负极片卷绕或层叠放置形成,并且通常在正极片与负极片之间设有隔膜。正极片和负极片具有活性物质的部分构成电极组件的主体部,正极片和负极片不具有活性物质的部分各自构成极耳。正极极耳和负极极耳可以共同位于主体部的一端或是分别位于主体部的两端。在电池的充放电过程中,正极活性物质和负极活性物质与电解液发生反应,极耳连接电极端子以形成电流回路。
请参照图1-图3,图1为本申请一些实施例提供的电极组件的尺寸检测方法的流程图,图2为本申请一些实施例提供的电极组件卷绕过程中的尺寸检测的示意图,图3为本申请一些实施例提供的特定部位卷绕到卷芯表面的示意图。
本申请实施例提供了一种电极组件的尺寸检测方法100,其包括:
步骤S110:获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;
步骤S120:根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面为穿过卷绕轴线的预设平面;
步骤S130:根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,尺寸信息包括与电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
这里的极片可以是正极片,也可以是负极片。极片从放卷辊出来并被传送到卷针的表面进行卷绕。极片的特定部位可以是任意指定的某个位置,具体可以根据检测对象来确定。指定位置位于极片的放卷辊和卷针之间,并设置在极片的特定部位在传送过程中的移动路径上。
如图2所示,正极片11和负极片12分别卷绕至卷针13的表面形成卷芯,在卷绕过程中,卷芯的直径是逐渐增大的,卷芯卷绕完成后得到电极组件。下面以正极片11作为对象进行说明,正极片11在传送过程中会经过指定位置P,正极片11的特定部位Q可以是某个极耳上的特定区域或特定位置,当正极片11的特定部位到达指定位置P时,获取卷针13上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径R以及卷芯和指定位置P之间未卷绕的极片长度L,这里的极片长度L指的是从指定位置P到卷芯的卷绕切点之间极片的长度。
步骤S120中的位置信息指的是特定部位Q卷绕至卷芯后在卷芯上的位置信息。如图3所示,根据卷芯的实时卷绕半径R以及未卷绕的极片长度L,可以计算得到特定部位Q卷绕至卷芯表面的具体位置,位置信息则是与该具体位置相关的信息,例如包括半径位置信息和角度位置信息,半径位置信息可以用该指定部位距离卷芯的卷绕轴线O的距离来表示,也就是特定部位Q卷绕到卷芯上时对应的实时卷绕半径R,所在角度位置信息可以用特定部位Q与卷绕轴线O的连线与基准平面M之间的夹角α来表示。
基准平面M是提前选取的任意一个穿过卷绕轴线O的预设平面,在一些实施例中,基准平面M可以是由卷绕轴线O以及卷针13表面的拔针孔131的位置确定的平面。
步骤S130中,根据上述位置信息,可以进一步基于该特定部位Q与电极组件中其他部件或位置的关系,得到卷绕完成后的电极组件的尺寸信息。电极组件的外形可以是圆柱形,也可以是将圆柱形压扁形成的跑道形。第一尺寸信息可以是圆柱形电极组件的半径或直径,也可以是压扁后的跑道形电极组件的宽度、厚度等。第二尺寸信息可以是特定部位在卷绕完成后的电极组件中相关的尺寸信息,可以根据特定部位的位置信息来计算得到的尺寸信息。例如特定部位距离电极组件某个特定基准位置的距离,特定基准位置可以是电极组件的中剖面;又例如,特定部位的数量为多个,第二尺寸信息可以是多个特定部位分别距离某个基准面的距离,或是多个特定部位之间的相对距离等等。
通过获取极片的卷绕参数,就可以在卷绕过程中提前识别卷绕后的电极组件的尺寸信息,有利于及时发现卷绕过程中的缺陷,提高产品的良率,而且由于检测结果可以根据来料变化自动调整,这样可以适用多种不同规格,通用性强,无需再因为电极组件型号调整而重新调整,有助于提高生产效率。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请一些实施例提供的计算卷芯实时卷绕半径的示意图。
根据本申请的一些实施例,步骤S110包括:获取预设时间段极片的放卷长度ΔL;获取卷芯在预设时间段内的旋转角度Δθ;根据放卷长度和旋转角度确定实时卷绕半径R。
预设时间段可以是人为提前设置的时间间隔。放卷长度ΔL可以用编码器记长值来检测,具体可以通过长度编码器检测预设时间段极片放出的长度。卷芯的旋转角度Δθ可以采用角度编码器来检测,具体可以通过检测卷绕辊在预设时间段的旋转角度来确定。
在一些实施例中,实时卷绕半径R可以通过以下公式计算得到:R=180ΔL/Δθπ。
通过实时获取放卷长度和旋转角度,可以计算得到卷绕过程中卷针13上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,这样可以不受材料参数变化和电极组件换型的影响,通用性强。
根据本申请的一些实施例,尺寸检测方法100还包括:根据卷芯的实时卷绕半径R和卷芯上卷绕的极片圈数,确定卷芯上与极片圈数对应的极片厚度。
由于极片厚度会影响到卷芯的实时卷绕半径,而根据计算得到的实时卷绕半径,可以用来反推对应的极片厚度。在一些实施例中,可以根据不同圈数下对应的实时卷绕半径来计算得到每一圈的极片的厚度。
本实施例可以通过实时卷绕半径R的变化计算对应的极片厚度变化,有利于及时发现极片厚度异常或者卷绕异常,从而提高电极组件卷绕的质量。
根据本申请的一些实施例,步骤S110包括:获取指定位置P相对卷芯的卷绕轴线O的定位信息;根据定位信息以及实时卷绕半径R确定未卷绕的极片长度L。
定位信息包括指定位置P和卷绕轴线O的位置信息。在一些实施例中,可以建立空间坐标系,并分别确定指定位置P和卷绕轴线O的位置坐标。未卷绕的极片长度L是极片位于指定位置P的一端与位于卷芯上的切点的另一端之间的长度。
由于卷芯上的切点的位置会随着卷芯的实时卷绕半径R的变化而变化,而未卷绕的极片长度L的一点点误差度可能会对特定部位最终在卷芯表面上的位置产生较大的影响。考虑到极片在传送过程中通常是会处于张紧状态,因此,需要结合上述定位信息以及实时卷绕半径R一起来确定未卷绕的极片长度L。
本实施例可以根据实时卷绕半径R实时计算并更新未卷绕的极片长度L,这样有助于准确确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置,从而提高尺寸计算结果的准确性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,指定位置P与卷芯的卷绕轴线O之间还设有与极片接触的定辊21;定位信息包括指定位置P的位置信息、定辊21的轴心的位置信息、以及卷绕轴线O的位置信息。
在一些实施例中,根据定位信息以及实时卷绕半径R确定未卷绕的极片长度L包括:
根据定位信息确定指定位置P距离定辊21的轴心的第一距离D1、定辊21的轴心距离卷绕轴线O的第二距离D2;
根据第一距离D1、定辊21的半径R2、第二距离D2以及实时卷绕半径R1确定未卷绕的极片长度L,未卷绕的极片长度L包括位于指定位置P与定辊21之间的第一长度L1、位于定辊21和卷芯之间的第二长度L2,以及极片与定辊21表面贴合的第三长度L3。
如图2所示,定辊21位于指定位置P与卷针13的卷绕轴线O之间、对正极片11起到张紧作用的辊。类似的,对于负极片12,也可以在极片进入卷针13前的位置设置对应的定辊21。
第一长度L1是指极片自指定位置P至定辊21的切入点之间的直线段的长度,第二长度L2是自定辊21的切出点至卷芯表面的切入点之间的直线段的长度,第三长度L3是极片缠绕在定辊21表面、位于切入点和切出点之间的一端圆弧形的长度。
由于极片在定辊21的切出点与卷芯的切入点的位置会随着卷芯的实时卷绕半径的变化而实时同步变化,可以根据指定位置P、定辊21以及卷芯之间的几何尺寸和位置关系,分别计算第一长度L1、第二长度L2以及第三长度L3,并且未卷绕的极片长度L为:L=L1+L2+L3。
根据指定位置P、定辊21以及卷芯之间的几何尺寸和位置关系可以实时计算未卷绕的极片长度L,从而可以进一步根据未卷绕的极片长度L确定极片上的特定部位卷绕到卷芯上的准确位置,提高电极组件的尺寸检测的准确性。
请参阅图5,图5为本申请一些实施例中的压扁后的电极组件的示意图。
根据本申请的一些实施例,电极组件为卷芯卷绕完成并按预设压扁系数压扁得到的卷绕电极组件。
在一些实施例中,步骤130包括:根据位置信息和预设压扁系数确定电极组件的第一尺寸信息,第一尺寸信息包括电极组件的宽度B和电极组件的厚度T中的至少一者。
如图5所示,沿第二方向Y施加压力将电极组件压扁得到跑道状的电极组件,此时电极组件的沿第一方向X的宽度为B,沿第二方向Y的厚度为T。
在一些实施例中,根据位置信息可以计算电极组件的初始卷径R_0,以及卷绕完成后的最大卷径R_max,其中,初始卷径R_0可以是第一圈极片对应的实时卷绕半径,最大卷径R_max可以是最后一圈极片对应的实时卷绕半径。
电极组件的宽度的计算公式为:B=πR_0+2(R_max-R_0)。
电极组件的厚度的计算公式为:T=2(R_max-R_0)×K;其中K为预设压扁系数。
通过尺寸检测方法100中实时卷绕半径的计算方法,可以得到真实的初始卷径和最大卷径,从而准确计算得到电极组件的外形尺寸,提高尺寸检测的准确性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,特定部位位于极片的极耳上,第二尺寸信息包括电极组件中的极耳宽度、极耳错位量、极耳边距以及正负极耳间距中的一项或多项。
如图5所示,根据特定部位在极耳上的位置,结合极耳自身的几何尺寸关系,可以通过特征部位的位置信息计算得到极耳沿传送方向或卷绕方向相对的第一边缘的位置信息和第二边缘的位置信息,并基于此计算得到极耳相关的第二尺寸信息。
如图5所示,特定部位可以是在正极耳111的第一边缘Q1上,也可以是在正极耳111的第二边缘Q2上,极耳宽度为相对的第一边缘Q1和第二边缘Q2之间的距离S11,极耳错位量则是计算得到的极耳位置与设计位置之间的错位量,可以用极耳第一边缘Q1距离电极组件的中纵剖面CL之间的距离S12与设计值的差值,或者第二边缘Q2距离电极组件的中纵剖面CL之间的距离S13与设计值的差值来表示,极耳边距可以包括第一边缘Q1沿第一方向X距离电极组件外侧端点的距离S15,以及第二边缘Q沿第一方向X距离电极组件外侧端点的距离S14来表示。
在一些实施例中,特定部位还可以同时位于正极耳111和负极耳121上,这样不仅可以计算正极耳111对应的第二尺寸信息,还可以同时计算与负极耳121对应的第二尺寸信息,例如负极耳121的第一边缘沿第一方向X距离电极组件的中纵剖面CL的距离S23、负极耳121的第二边缘沿第一方向X距离电极组件的中纵剖面CL的距离S21,并据此计算极耳宽度S21,极耳错位量、极耳边距,以及正负极耳间距。正负极耳间距为相邻的正极耳111与负极耳121沿第一方向X的间隔距离,可以用S12+S22来表示。
根据特定部位与极耳的几何尺寸关系,可以更准确的确定与极耳对应的第二尺寸信息,从而有利于及时评估卷绕过程中极耳的位置或尺寸是否出现异常,以及是否能够满足生产设计要求,从而保障电池生产良率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,步骤S130还包括:根据尺寸信息确定电极组件的最大极耳错位量;其中,最大极耳错位量是电极组件中不同极片圈数的极耳之间沿电极组件的宽度方向的最大错位距离。
最大极耳错位量是针对同极性的极耳而言的,由于电极组件在卷绕过程可能会收到多种因素的干扰,例如制造误差、传送精度误差、极片尺寸波动等,不同极片圈数上的
极耳所在位置可能与设计位置存在偏差,使得不同极片圈数的极耳之间存在错位,最大极耳错位量则是用于衡量这类极耳沿电极组件的宽度方向的最大错位距离。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,可以采用电极组件中极耳的第一边缘距离电极组件的中纵剖面CL的距离S11与基准中心距的差值的最大值来表示最大错位距离,通过与极耳对应的第二尺寸信息计算最大错位距离,可以更直观的评估极耳在卷绕过程中的误差水平,从而准确评估电极组件的卷绕质量,提高电极组件的生产良率。
请参阅图6,图6为本申请一些实施例提供的电极组件的尺寸检测装置的结构框图。
本申请的一些实施例提供一种电极组件的尺寸检测装置200,其包括参数获取单元210、位置确定单元220和尺寸确定单元230。
参数获取单元210被配置用于获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;位置确定单元220被配置用于根据卷绕参数确定特定部位卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位与卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及特定部位与卷绕轴线的连线和基准平面之间的夹角;基准平面为穿过卷绕轴线的预设平面;尺寸确定单元230被配置用于根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,尺寸信息包括与电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
电极组件的尺寸检测装置200可以是用于执行上述实施例中的尺寸检测方法100的计算机设备或自动化系统,其具有与上述尺寸检测方法100相同的效果,这里不再赘述。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参数获取单元210包括第一检测单元和第二检测单元,第一检测单元用于检测预设时间段极片的放卷长度;第二检测单元用于检测所述卷芯在预设时间段内的旋转角度。
第一检测单元可以是任意的长度检测传感器,例如测长传感器或编码器,可以通过编码器记长值来检测放卷长短。第二检测单元可以是任意的角度传感器,例如角度编码器,用于检测卷芯所在的收卷辊的旋转角度。
通过设置传感器可以更准确的检测和计算卷芯的实时卷绕半径,从而提高电极组件的尺寸识别精度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参数获取单元210还包括第三检测单元401,第三检测单元401布置在指定位置P,以用于检测特定部位Q是否达到指定位置P。
第三检测单元401可以是任意的传感器类型,只要能够满足检测到目标对象是否达到指定位置即可。在一些实施例中,特定部位位于极耳上,第三检测单元401为极耳感应器,在一些实施例中,第三检测单元401可以是接近开关、电容式传感器、超声波传感器、红外传感器或者视觉传感器等。
通过设置传感器可以更准确的检测特定部位的位置,提高尺寸检测计算数据的准确性,从而提高电极组件的尺寸识别精度。
请参阅图7,图7为本申请一些实施例提供的电池生产设备的示意图。
本申请一些实施例提供一种电池生产设备1000,包括卷绕组件400、尺寸检测装置200以及极片放卷组件300。卷绕组件400包括绕卷绕轴线转动的卷针13,极片放卷组件300包括用于放卷极片的放卷辊,极片放卷后卷绕至卷针13形成卷芯;尺寸检测装置200用于计算卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,极片放卷组件300包括正极片放卷辊301、负极片放卷辊302、正极片定辊303、负极片定辊303。
正极片放卷辊301、负极片放卷辊302处设有检测放卷长度的第一检测单元,卷绕组件400处设有检测卷芯旋转角度的第二检测单元,指定位置处还设有检测特定部位是否达到的第三检测单元401。第三检测单元401可以是极耳传感器。
电池生产设备1000包含尺寸检测装置200,因而可以在极片卷绕过程中及时监控电极组件的尺寸变化,而且可以适用不同规格的电极组件,通用性强。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算设备,其包括:至少一个处理器;以及与至少一个处理器通信连接的至少一个存储器,至少一个存储器存储有指令,该指令当被至少一个处理器单独或共同执行时,使计算设备执行以上实施例描述的尺寸检测方法100。

下面结合一个具体实施例对本申请的技术方案做进一步的说明。
如图1-图7所示,电池生产设备1000包括尺寸检测装置200、极片放卷组件300以及卷绕组件400。
极片放卷组件300包括间隔布置的正极片放卷辊301、负极片放卷辊302、正极片定辊303、负极片定辊304,卷绕组件400包括绕卷绕轴线转动的卷针13。正极片11放卷后经过正极片定辊303到卷针13、负极片12放卷后经过负极片定辊304到卷针13,负极片12与正极片11和隔膜一起卷绕成卷芯。
尺寸检测装置200包括参数获取单元210、位置确定单元220和尺寸确定单元230。
参数获取单元210用于获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数。卷绕参数包括极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷芯的实时卷绕半径R,以及卷芯和指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度L;其中特定部位位于正极耳111上。
实时卷绕半径R的计算步骤为:获取预设时间段极片的放卷长度ΔL;获取卷芯在预设时间段内的旋转角度Δθ;根据放卷长度和旋转角度确定实时卷绕半径R,其中,R=180ΔL/Δθπ。
未卷绕的极片长度L的计算步骤为:获取指定位置P相对卷芯的卷绕轴线O的定位信息;定位信息包括指定位置P的位置信息、定辊21的轴心的位置信息、以及卷绕轴线O的位置信息。
根据定位信息以及实时卷绕半径R确定未卷绕的极片长度L,具体包括:根据定位信息确定指定位置P距离定辊21的轴心的第一距离D1、定辊21的轴心距离卷绕轴线O的第二距离D2。根据第一距离D1、定辊21的半径R2、第二距离D2以及实时卷绕半径R1确定未卷绕的极片长度L,未卷绕的极片长度L包括位于指定位置P与定辊21之间的第一长度L1、位于定辊21和卷芯之间的第二长度L2,以及极片与定辊21表面贴合的第三长度L3。最后计算未卷绕的极片长度L为:L=L1+L2+L3。
位置确定单元220被配置用于根据卷绕参数确定特定部位P卷绕至卷芯表面的位置信息;位置信息包括特定部位P与卷芯的卷绕轴线O之间的距离,即对应的实时卷绕半径R,以及特定部位P与卷绕轴线O的连线和基准平面M之间的夹角α。基准平面M可以是由卷绕轴线O以及卷针13表面的拔针孔131的位置确定的平面。
尺寸确定单元230被配置用于根据位置信息确定卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,尺寸信息包括与电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,以及与特定部位P所在极耳对应的第二尺寸信息。
电极组件为卷芯卷绕完成并按预设压扁系数压扁得到的卷绕电极组件。第一尺寸信息包括压扁后的电极组件的宽度B和厚度T中的至少一者。第二尺寸信息包括电极组件中的极耳宽度、极耳错位量、极耳边距以及正负极耳间距中的一项或多项。

Claims (15)
- 一种电极组件的尺寸检测方法,包括:获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;所述卷绕参数包括所述极片上的特定部位到达指定位置时卷针上的卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及所述卷芯和所述指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;根据所述卷绕参数确定所述特定部位卷绕至所述卷芯表面的位置信息;所述位置信息包括所述特定部位与所述卷芯的卷绕轴心之间的距离,以及所述特定部位与所述卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;所述基准平面为穿过所述卷绕轴线的预设平面;以及根据所述位置信息确定所述卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,所述尺寸信息包括与所述电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与所述特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数包括:获取预设时间段极片的放卷长度;获取所述卷芯在所述预设时间段内的旋转角度;根据所述放卷长度和所述旋转角度确定所述实时卷绕半径。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,还包括:根据所述卷芯的实时卷绕半径和所述卷芯上卷绕的极片圈数,确定所述卷芯上与极片圈数对应的极片厚度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数还包括:获取所述指定位置相对所述卷芯的卷绕轴线的定位信息;根据所述定位信息以及所述实时卷绕半径确定所述未卷绕的极片长度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述指定位置与所述卷芯的卷绕轴线之间还设有与所述极片接触的定辊;所述定位信息包括所述指定位置的位置信息、所述定辊的轴心的位置信息、以及卷绕轴线的位置信息;并且其中,所述根据所述定位信息以及所述实时卷绕半径确定所述未卷绕的极片长度包括:根据所述定位信息确定所述指定位置距离所述定辊的轴心的第一距离、所述定辊轴心距离所述卷绕轴线的第二距离;根据所述第一距离、所述定辊的半径、所述第二距离以及所述实时卷绕半径确定所述未卷绕的极片长度,所述未卷绕的极片长度包括位于所述指定位置与所述定辊之间的 第一长度、位于所述定辊和所述卷芯之间的第二长度,以及所述极片与所述定辊表面贴合的第三长度。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述电极组件为所述卷芯卷绕完成并按预设压扁系数压扁得到的卷绕电极组件,并且其中,所述根据所述位置信息确定所述卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息包括:根据所述位置信息和所述预设压扁系数确定所述电极组件的第一尺寸信息,所述第一尺寸信息包括所述电极组件的宽度和所述电极组件的厚度中的至少一者。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述特定部位位于所述极片的极耳上,所述第二尺寸信息包括所述电极组件中的极耳宽度、极耳错位量、极耳边距以及正负极耳间距中的一项或多项。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述位置信息确定所述卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息还包括:根据所述尺寸信息确定所述电极组件的最大极耳错位量;其中,所述最大极耳错位量是所述电极组件中不同极片圈数的极耳之间沿所述电极组件的宽度方向的最大错位距离。
- 一种电极组件的尺寸检测装置,包括:参数获取单元,被配置用于获取极片卷绕时的卷绕参数;所述卷绕参数包括所述极片的特定部位到达指定位置时卷芯的实时卷绕半径,以及所述卷芯和所述指定位置之间未卷绕的极片长度;位置确定单元,被配置用于根据所述卷绕参数确定所述特定部位卷绕至所述卷芯表面的位置信息;所述位置信息包括所述特定部位与所述卷芯的卷绕轴线之间的距离,以及所述特定部位与所述卷芯的卷绕轴线的连线与基准平面之间的夹角;所述基准平面为穿过所述卷绕轴线的预设平面;以及尺寸确定单元,被配置用于根据所述位置信息确定所述卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息,所述尺寸信息包括与所述电极组件的外形对应的第一尺寸信息,和/或与所述特定部位所在位置对应的第二尺寸信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的尺寸检测装置,其中,所述参数获取单元包括第一检测单元和第二检测单元,所述第一检测单元用于检测预设时间段极片的放卷长度;所述第二检测单元用于检测所述卷芯在所述预设时间段内的旋转角度。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的尺寸检测装置,其中,所述参数获取单元还包括第三检测单元,所述第三检测单元布置在所述指定位置,以用于检测所述特定部位是否达到所述指定位置。
- 一种电池生产设备,包括:卷绕组件,包括绕卷绕轴线转动的卷针,极片放卷组件,包括用于放卷极片的放卷辊,所述极片放卷后卷绕至所述卷针形成卷芯;以及如权利要求9至11中任一项所述的尺寸检测装置,所述尺寸检测装置用于计算所述卷芯卷绕完成得到的电极组件的尺寸信息。
- 一种计算设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的至少一个存储器,所述至少一个存储器存储有指令,所述指令当被所述至少一个处理器单独或共同执行时,使所述计算设备执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有指令,所述指令当被计算设备的一个或多个处理器单独或共同执行时,使所述计算设备执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,包括指令,所述指令当被计算设备的一个或多个处理器单独或共同执行时,使所述计算设备执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法。
