If Rz is too large, the traces of the embossed portion are easily visible, and these traces may impair the visibility of the design.
  • the maximum height (Rz) of the first surface is a value specified in JIS B0601:2013.
  • Rz is one of the peak and height parameters of a profile curve, and is the sum of the height of the highest peak and the depth of the deepest valley among the profile curves over the reference length. • the matte layer in the present disclosure may or may not contain a wrinkle formation stabilizer.
  • the matte layer does not contain a wrinkle formation stabilizer, internal haze can be reliably reduced.
  • the matte layer contains a wrinkle formation stabilizer
  • wrinkles can be stably formed on the surface of the matte layer.
  • a wrinkle structure can be formed in the matte layer without using a wrinkle formation stabilizer
  • using a wrinkle formation stabilizer stabilizes the wrinkle structure that is formed, providing a stable matte effect and uniformity in the surface condition due to the stable formation of wrinkles across the entire surface of the matte layer.
  • “Wrinkle formation stabilization” means that the in-plane distribution (variance ⁇ ) of wrinkle shape and wrinkle geometric characteristic values (length, width, and length-to-width ratio of individual protrusions), as well as wrinkle surface properties (Ra, RSm, Spc, etc.), converges when a wrinkle formation stabilizer is added compared to when no additive is added. This also results in a convergence of the in-plane distribution (variance ⁇ ) of the 60° gloss value of the surface shape, which will be described later. Wrinkle formation stabilizers are added not to diffuse light, suppress light reflection, or to create a matte finish, but to stabilize the wrinkle structure.
  • matting agents used to suppress light reflection and achieve a matte finish naturally produce a matte finish due to the light diffusion effect resulting from their physical shape.
  • particles commonly referred to as matting agents generally have a refractive index difference between the particle and the surrounding resin and air, and produce a matte finish due to the light diffusion effect caused by the reflection of light rays corresponding to the particle's contours and the refractive interface. For this reason, if a matting agent is used in a matte layer, external light (incident light) will be diffused by the matting agent, reducing contrast.
  • wrinkle formation stabilizers do not achieve a matte effect through light diffusion caused by the reflection and refraction of light rays by the particles themselves, but rather stabilize the formation of wrinkles on the surface of the matte layer due to the wrinkle formation stabilizer, and the light diffusion effect at the interface between this surface and air due to the refractive index difference imparts a stable matte effect to the decorative sheet. Therefore, the wrinkle formation stabilizers used in this disclosure differ from matting agents that themselves achieve a matte effect in terms of the mechanisms (actions) of light reflection suppression and matte effect, and the structures for achieving light reflection suppression and matte effect (even if the constituent substances and average particle size of both are the same or similar).

(i)Spc(突起部頂点の算術平均曲率)
このためSpc(突起部頂点の算術平均曲率)は、半径(mm)の逆数(mm-1)となる。
(ii)Rz(最大高さ)
(iii)Ra(算術平均粗さ)
(iv)RSm(曲線要素の平均長さ)
(v)Sa(算術平均高さ)
(vi)Ssk(スキューネス)
(vii)Sku(クルトシス)
、146nm(Kr2)、157nm(F2)、172nm(Xe2)、193nm(ArF)等の波長光を好ましく採用することができる。
また、200nm以上400nm以下のエキシマ光、例えば222nm(KrCl)、247nm(KrF)、308nm(XeCl)等の波長光を用いてもよい。
