 本開示は、車載用電源装置に関する。
 特許文献1には、プリチャージ回路を有する二次電池システムが開示されている。プリチャージ回路は、メインリレーと並列に設けられる。プリチャージ回路は、プリチャージスイッチ及び抵抗によって構成される。スイッチ制御回路は、プリチャージスイッチをオン状態に切り替えて、負荷回路端電圧が予め設定した設定電圧に達したことに応じて、メインリレーをオン状態に切り替える。
特開2020-174462号公報
 特許文献1の構成では、抵抗による電流抑制効果によって、プリチャージスイッチがオン状態に切り替わるときのプリチャージスイッチの損傷が抑えられる。しかし、小さい損傷であっても、オンオフ動作が繰り返されることによってプリチャージスイッチの損傷が蓄積される。このため、プリチャージスイッチの損傷をより低減させることが望まれている。
 本開示は、プリチャージリレーの損傷をより低減させることが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。

 本開示に係る技術は、プリチャージリレーの損傷をより低減させることができる。

 以下では、本開示に係る実施形態が列記されて例示される。
 〔1〕バッテリから負荷に電力を供給する電力路と、前記電力路に電気的に接続されるコンデンサと、前記電力路において前記バッテリと前記コンデンサとの間に設けられるメインリレーと、を備える車載システムに含まれる車載用電源装置であって、
 前記メインリレーに対して並列に設けられるプリチャージ回路を有し、
 前記プリチャージ回路は、プリチャージ抵抗と、プリチャージリレーと、半導体スイッチング素子とを直列に接続した構成をなす

 上記車載用電源装置のプリチャージ回路は、プリチャージ抵抗と、プリチャージリレーと、半導体スイッチング素子とを直列に接続した構成をなす。この構成によれば、プリチャージ回路によってコンデンサをプリチャージする際に、プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わってから半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わることで、プリチャージリレーの損傷を低減させることができる。

 上記車載用電源装置では、プリチャージ開始条件が成立した場合に、制御部によってプリチャージリレーをオン状態に切り替えた後に、半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わる。このため、上記車載用電源装置は、プリチャージリレーの損傷を低減させることができる。

 上記車載用電源装置は、メインリレーとプリチャージ回路を電気接続箱に一括して収容するため、小型化を図りやすい。

 この構成によれば、プリチャージ回路がオフ状態のときに、半導体スイッチング素子にバッテリの電圧が印加されない。このため、耐電圧の低い半導体スイッチング素子を採用することができる。

 上記車載用電源装置では、プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わったことに応じて、駆動回路が駆動電圧を生成して入力端子に入力する。その結果、半導体スイッチング素子が、オン状態に切り替わる。つまり、上記車載用電源装置は、プリチャージリレーをオン状態に切り替えるだけで、その後に半導体スイッチング素子をオン状態に切り替える動作を駆動回路によって自動的に行わせることができる。また、上記車載用電源装置は、プリチャージリレーがオン状態となってからでなければ半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わらないため、プリチャージリレーがオン状態となる前に半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わることをより確実に防止することができる。
 〔6〕前記半導体スイッチング素子は、サイリスタである
 〔5〕に記載の車載用電源装置。
 上記車載用電源装置では、プリチャージリレーとサイリスタがオン状態に切り替わった後、プリチャージリレーがオフ状態に切り替わった場合に、サイリスタのゲートにオフ信号が入力され、アノードに流れ込む電流が遮断される。その結果、サイリスタが、オフ状態に切り替わる。つまり、上記車載用電源装置は、プリチャージリレーをオフ状態に切り替えるだけで、その後に半導体スイッチング素子を自動的にオフ状態に切り替えることができる。

 この構成によれば、遅延回路を用いて、プリチャージリレーをオン状態に切り替えた後に、半導体スイッチング素子をオン状態に切り替える構成を実現することができる。

 制御部は、プリチャージ完了条件が成立した場合に、半導体スイッチング素子をオフ状態に切り替えてから、プリチャージリレーをオフ状態に切り替える。このため、上記車載用電源装置は、プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わる場合のみでなく、オフ状態に切り替わる場合にも、プリチャージリレーの損傷を低減させることができる。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 1.第1実施形態
 1-1.車載システム1の構成
 図1に示す第1実施形態の車載システム1は、車両に搭載されるシステムである。車載システム1は、バッテリ10と、負荷11と、バッテリ10から負荷11に電力を供給する電力路12と、コンデンサ13と、正極側メインリレー14と、負極側メインリレー15と、を備える。
 電力路12は、正極側電力線12Aと、負極側電力線12Bと、を有する。正極側電力線12Aの一端は、バッテリ10の正極側の端子に電気的に接続される。正極側電力線12Aの他端は、負荷11の一端に電気的に接続される。負極側電力線12Bの一端は、バッテリ10の負極側の端子に電気的に接続される。負極側電力線12Bの他端は、負荷11の他端に電気的に接続される。
 コンデンサ13は、電力路12に電気的に接続される。コンデンサ13の一端は、正極側電力線12Aに電気的に接続される。コンデンサ13の他端は、負極側電力線12Bに電気的に接続される。
 正極側メインリレー14は、メインリレーの一例に相当する。正極側メインリレー14は、接点を有する機械式のスイッチによって構成される。正極側メインリレー14は、正極側電力線12Aにおいてバッテリ10とコンデンサ13との間に設けられる。
 負極側メインリレー15は、接点を有する機械式のスイッチによって構成される。負極側メインリレー15は、負極側電力線12Bにおいてバッテリ10とコンデンサ13との間に設けられる。
 車載システム1には、車載用電源装置20が含まれる。車載用電源装置20は、プリチャージ回路21を有する。
 プリチャージ回路21は、正極側メインリレー14に対して並列に設けられる。プリチャージ回路21の一端は、正極側電力線12Aにおけるバッテリ10と正極側メインリレー14との間の部位に電気的に接続される。プリチャージ回路21の他端は、正極側電力線12Aにおける正極側メインリレー14とコンデンサ13との間の部位に電気的に接続される。
 プリチャージ回路21は、プリチャージ抵抗22と、プリチャージリレー23と、サイリスタ24と、を直列に接続した構成をなす。
 プリチャージリレー23は、接点を有する機械式のスイッチによって構成される。サイリスタ24は、半導体スイッチング素子の一例に相当する。プリチャージリレー23及びサイリスタ24は、プリチャージ抵抗22よりも負荷11側に設けられる。サイリスタ24は、プリチャージリレー23よりも負荷11側に設けられる。この構成によれば、プリチャージ回路21がオフ状態のときに、サイリスタ24にバッテリ10の電圧が印加されない。このため、耐電圧の低いサイリスタ24を採用することができる。
 サイリスタ24のゲート24Aは、入力端子の一例に相当する。サイリスタ24は、ゲート24Aに駆動電圧が入力され、且つアノード24Bからカソード24Cに電流が流れた場合にオン状態となる。
 車載用電源装置20は、駆動回路30を有する。駆動回路30は、プリチャージリレー23とサイリスタ24のアノード24Bとの間の導電路25をサイリスタ24のゲート24Aに接続する。駆動回路30は、プリチャージリレー23がオン状態に切り替わったときに導電路25に印加される電圧から駆動電圧を生成してゲート24Aに入力する。駆動回路30は、抵抗部31によって構成される。抵抗部31の一端は、導電路25に電気的に接続される。抵抗部31の他端は、ゲート24Aに電気的に接続される。この構成によれば、駆動回路30を簡単な構成によって実現することができる。
 車載用電源装置20は、制御部40を有する。制御部40は、例えばマイクロコンピュータを含んで構成される。制御部40は、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、及びプリチャージリレー23を制御する。
 車載用電源装置20は、上述した正極側メインリレー14及び負極側メインリレー15を有する。更に、車載用電源装置20は、電気接続箱41を有する。電気接続箱41は、バッテリ10と負荷11との間に設けられ、バッテリ10と負荷11とに電気的に接続される。電気接続箱41は、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、プリチャージ回路21、及び制御部40を収容する。この構成によれば、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、プリチャージ回路21、及び制御部40を電気接続箱41に一括して収容するため、小型化を図りやすい。
 1-2.車載システム1の動作
 以下では、正極側メインリレー14及び負極側メインリレー15がオフ状態からオン状態に切り替わる動作について説明する。初期状態では、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、プリチャージリレー23及びサイリスタ24は、オフ状態となっている。この状態において、制御部40は、プリチャージ開始条件が成立したか否かを判定する。プリチャージ開始条件は、例えば、車両の始動スイッチがオン状態に切り替わったことであってもよいし、別の条件であってもよい。始動スイッチは、例えばイグニッションスイッチや、パワースイッチなどである。
 制御部40は、プリチャージ開始条件が成立したと判定した場合、図2に示すように、負極側メインリレー15をオン状態に切り替えた後(タイミングT1)、プリチャージリレー23に向けてオン信号を出力する(タイミングT2)。プリチャージリレー23は、オン信号が入力されると、オン状態に切り替わる(タイミングT3)。
 プリチャージリレー23がオン状態に切り替わると、プリチャージリレー23とサイリスタ24との間の導電路25に、バッテリ10の電圧が印加される。駆動回路30は、導電路25に印加される電圧から駆動電圧を生成してゲート24Aに入力する(タイミングT4)。その結果、サイリスタ24のアノード24Bからカソード24Cに電流が流れ、サイリスタ24がオン状態となる(タイミングT5)。これにより、プリチャージ回路21を介してバッテリ10からコンデンサ13に電流が供給され、コンデンサ13の充電が開始される。コンデンサ13の電圧は、時間の経過に伴い徐々に上昇する。
 制御部40は、プリチャージリレー23へのオン信号の出力を開始した後、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したか否かを繰り返し判定する。プリチャージ完了条件は、例えば、コンデンサ13の電圧が閾値電圧以上となったことであってもよいし、コンデンサ13の電圧とバッテリ10の電圧との差が閾値以下となったことであってもよいし、正極側メインリレー14の両端の電位差が閾値以下となったことであってもよいし、プリチャージ回路21に流れる電流が閾値電流以下となったことであってもよい。
 制御部40は、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したと判定した場合に、プリチャージリレー23へのオン信号の出力を停止し、プリチャージリレー23に向けてオフ信号を出力する(タイミングT6)。プリチャージリレー23は、オフ信号が入力されると、オフ状態に切り替わる(タイミングT7)。
 プリチャージリレー23がオン状態に切り替わると、導電路25に、バッテリ10の電圧が印加されなくなる。このため、駆動回路30は、ゲート24Aにオフ信号を入力する(タイミングT8)。また、サイリスタ24のアノード24Bに供給される電流も、プリチャージリレー23によって遮断される。その結果、サイリスタ24は、オフ状態に切り替わる(タイミングT9)。
 制御部40は、サイリスタ24がオフ状態に切り替わった後のタイミングを見計らって、正極側メインリレー14をオン状態に切り替える(タイミングT10)。これにより、正極側メインリレー14及び負極側メインリレー15がオン状態となる。
 1-3.車載用電源装置20の効果
 車載用電源装置20では、プリチャージ開始条件が成立した場合に、制御部40によってプリチャージリレー23をオン状態に切り替えた後に、サイリスタ24がオン状態に切り替わる。このため、車載用電源装置20は、プリチャージリレー23の損傷を低減させることができる。
 車載用電源装置20では、プリチャージリレー23がオン状態に切り替わったことに応じて、駆動回路30が駆動電圧を生成してゲート24Aに入力する。その結果、サイリスタ24が、オン状態に切り替わる。つまり、車載用電源装置20は、プリチャージリレー23をオン状態に切り替えるだけで、その後にサイリスタ24をオン状態に切り替える動作を駆動回路30によって自動的に行わせることができる。また、車載用電源装置20は、プリチャージリレー23がオン状態となってからでなければサイリスタ24がオン状態に切り替わらないため、プリチャージリレー23がオン状態となる前にサイリスタ24がオン状態に切り替わることをより確実に防止することができる。
 車載用電源装置20では、プリチャージリレー23とサイリスタ24がオン状態に切り替わった後、プリチャージリレー23がオフ状態に切り替わった場合に、サイリスタ24のゲート24Aにオフ信号が入力され、アノード24Bに流れ込む電流が遮断される。その結果、サイリスタ24が、オフ状態に切り替わる。つまり、車載用電源装置20は、プリチャージリレー23をオフ状態に切り替えるだけで、その後にサイリスタ24を自動的にオフ状態に切り替えることができる。
 2.第2実施形態
 第2実施形態では、プリチャージリレーと半導体スイッチング素子を順にオン状態に切り替える制御を、遅延回路を用いて実現する例について説明する。なお、第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と同じ構成については同じ符号を付し、詳しい説明を省略する。
 図3に示す第2実施形態の車載システム201は、車両に搭載されるシステムである。車載システム201は、バッテリ10と、負荷11と、電力路12と、コンデンサ13と、正極側メインリレー14と、負極側メインリレー15と、を備える。
 車載システム201には、車載用電源装置220が含まれる。車載用電源装置220は、正極側メインリレー14と、負極側メインリレー15と、プリチャージ回路221と、制御部240と、電気接続箱41と、を有する。
 プリチャージ回路221は、正極側メインリレー14に対して並列に設けられる。プリチャージ回路221は、プリチャージ抵抗22と、プリチャージリレー23と、MOSFET224と、を直列に接続した構成をなす。プリチャージリレー23及びMOSFET224は、プリチャージ抵抗22よりも負荷11側に設けられる。MOSFET224は、プリチャージリレー23よりも負荷11側に設けられる。
 制御部240は、第1実施形態で説明した図2のタイミングチャートと同様の動作が行われるように、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、プリチャージリレー23、及びMOSFET224を制御する。具体的には、以下のとおりである。
 制御部240は、信号出力部240Aと、遅延回路240Bと、を含む。信号出力部240Aは、例えばマイクロコンピュータを含んで構成される。信号出力部240Aは、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、及びプリチャージリレー23を制御する。
 信号出力部240Aは、プリチャージ開始条件が成立したと判定した場合、負極側メインリレー15をオン状態に切り替えた後、プリチャージリレー23及び遅延回路240Bに向けてオン信号を出力する。プリチャージリレー23は、オン信号が入力されると、オン状態に切り替わる。遅延回路240Bは、信号出力部240Aから出力されたオン信号を遅延させてMOSFET224に入力する。遅延回路240Bが遅延させる時間は、プリチャージリレー23がオン信号を受信してからオン状態に切り替わるまでの時間よりも長い時間に設定される。
 MOSFET224は、ゲートにオン信号が入力された場合に、オン状態に切り替わる。これにより、プリチャージ回路221を介してバッテリ10からコンデンサ13に電流が供給され、コンデンサ13の充電が開始される。コンデンサ13の電圧は、時間の経過に伴い徐々に上昇する。
 信号出力部240Aは、MOSFET224へのオン信号の出力を開始した後、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したか否かを繰り返し判定する。信号出力部240Aは、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したと判定した場合に、プリチャージリレー23及び遅延回路240Bへのオン信号の出力を停止し、プリチャージリレー23及び遅延回路240Bに向けてオフ信号を出力する。
 プリチャージリレー23は、オフ信号が入力されると、オフ状態に切り替わる。遅延回路240Bは、信号出力部240Aから出力されたオフ信号を遅延させてMOSFET224に入力する。遅延回路240Bが遅延させる時間は、プリチャージリレー23がオフ信号を受信してからオフ状態に切り替わるまでの時間よりも長い時間に設定される。MOSFET224は、ゲートにオフ信号が入力されると、オフ状態に切り替わる。
 制御部240は、MOSFET224に向けてオフ信号を出力した後に、正極側メインリレー14に向けてオン信号を出力して、正極側メインリレー14をオン状態に切り替える。これにより、正極側メインリレー14及び負極側メインリレー15がオン状態となる。
 この構成によれば、車載用電源装置220は、遅延回路240Bを用いて、プリチャージリレー23をオン状態に切り替えた後に、MOSFET224をオン状態に切り替える構成を実現することができる。
 3.第3実施形態
 第3実施形態では、プリチャージリレーと半導体スイッチング素子を個別に制御する例について説明する。なお、第3実施形態では、第1実施形態と同じ構成については同じ符号を付し、詳しい説明を省略する。
 図4に示す第3実施形態の車載システム301は、車両に搭載されるシステムである。車載システム301は、バッテリ10と、負荷11と、電力路12と、コンデンサ13と、正極側メインリレー14と、負極側メインリレー15と、を備える。
 車載システム301には、車載用電源装置320が含まれる。車載用電源装置320は、正極側メインリレー14と、負極側メインリレー15と、プリチャージ回路321と、制御部340と、電気接続箱41と、を有する。
 プリチャージ回路321は、正極側メインリレー14に対して並列に設けられる。プリチャージ回路321は、プリチャージ抵抗22と、プリチャージリレー23と、MOSFET324と、を直列に接続した構成をなす。プリチャージリレー23及びMOSFET324は、プリチャージ抵抗22よりも負荷11側に設けられる。MOSFET324は、プリチャージリレー23よりも負荷11側に設けられる。
 制御部340は、正極側メインリレー14、負極側メインリレー15、プリチャージリレー23、及びMOSFET324を制御する。制御部340は、例えばマイクロコンピュータを含んで構成される。
 制御部340は、プリチャージ開始条件が成立したと判定した場合、図5に示すように、負極側メインリレー15をオン状態に切り替えた後(タイミングT11)、プリチャージリレー23に向けてオン信号を出力する(タイミングT12)。プリチャージリレー23は、オン信号が入力されると、オン状態に切り替わる(タイミングT13)。
 制御部340は、プリチャージリレー23へのオン信号の出力を開始してから所定時間経過後に、MOSFET324に向けてオン信号を出力する(タイミングT14)。所定時間は、プリチャージリレー23がオン信号を受信してからオン状態に切り替わるまでの時間よりも長い時間に設定される。MOSFET324は、オン信号が入力されると、オン状態に切り替わる(タイミングT15)。
 これにより、プリチャージ回路321を介してバッテリ10からコンデンサ13に電流が供給され、コンデンサ13の充電が開始される。コンデンサ13の電圧は、時間の経過に伴い徐々に上昇する。
 制御部340は、MOSFET324へのオン信号の出力を開始した後、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したか否かを繰り返し判定する。制御部340は、プリチャージ完了条件が成立したと判定した場合に、MOSFET324に向けてオフ信号を出力する(タイミングT16)。MOSFET324は、オフ信号が入力されると、オフ状態に切り替わる(タイミングT17)。
 制御部340は、MOSFET324へのオフ信号の出力を開始した後、プリチャージリレー23に向けてオフ信号を出力する(タイミングT18)。プリチャージリレー23は、オフ信号が入力されると、オフ状態に切り替わる(タイミングT19)。なお、制御部340は、MOSFET324へのオフ信号の出力を開始すると同時に、プリチャージリレー23に向けてオフ信号を出力してもよい。MOSFET324などの半導体スイッチング素子は、機械式のプリチャージリレー23よりもオフ動作が速い。このため、オフ信号の出力が同時に開始されても、MOSFET324の方がプリチャージリレー23よりも先にオフ状態に切り替わる。
 制御部340は、プリチャージリレー23がオフ状態に切り替わった後のタイミングを見計らって、正極側メインリレー14をオン状態に切り替える(タイミングT20)。これにより、正極側メインリレー14及び負極側メインリレー15がオン状態となる。
 以上のように、車載用電源装置320は、制御部340によって、プリチャージリレー23とMOSFET324を順にオン状態に切り替えることができる。
 更に、制御部340は、プリチャージ完了条件が成立した場合に、MOSFET324をオフ状態に切り替えてから、プリチャージリレー23をオフ状態に切り替える。このため、車載用電源装置320は、プリチャージリレー23がオン状態に切り替わる場合のみでなく、オフ状態に切り替わる場合にも、プリチャージリレー23の損傷を低減させることができる。
 <他の実施形態>
 本開示は、上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではない。例えば、上述又は後述の実施形態の特徴は、矛盾しない範囲であらゆる組み合わせが可能である。また、上述又は後述の実施形態のいずれの特徴も、必須のものとして明示されていなければ省略することもできる。更に、上述した実施形態は、次のように変更されてもよい。
 上記各実施形態では、プリチャージ回路が正極側メインリレー14に対して並列に設けられる構成であったが、プリチャージ回路が負極側メインリレー15に対して並列に設けられる構成であってもよい。
 上記各実施形態では、プリチャージリレー及び半導体スイッチング素子がプリチャージ抵抗よりも負荷側に設けられる構成であったが、プリチャージリレー及び半導体スイッチング素子の少なくとも一方がプリチャージ抵抗よりもバッテリ側に設けられる構成であってもよい。
 上記各実施形態では、半導体スイッチング素子がプリチャージリレーよりも負荷側に設けられる構成であったが、半導体スイッチング素子がプリチャージリレーよりもバッテリ側に設けられる構成であってもよい。
 なお、今回開示された実施の形態は全ての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、今回開示された実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲によって示された範囲内又は請求の範囲と均等の範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (10)

  1.  バッテリから負荷に電力を供給する電力路と、前記電力路に電気的に接続されるコンデンサと、前記電力路において前記バッテリと前記コンデンサとの間に設けられるメインリレーと、を備える車載システムに含まれる車載用電源装置であって、
     前記メインリレーに対して並列に設けられるプリチャージ回路を有し、
     前記プリチャージ回路は、プリチャージ抵抗と、プリチャージリレーと、半導体スイッチング素子とを直列に接続した構成をなす
     車載用電源装置。
  2.  前記プリチャージリレーを制御する制御部を有し、
     前記制御部は、プリチャージ開始条件が成立した場合に、前記プリチャージリレーをオン状態に切り替え、
     前記プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わった後に、前記半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わる
     請求項1に記載の車載用電源装置。
  3.  前記メインリレーと、
     前記メインリレーを収容する電気接続箱と、を有し、
     前記プリチャージ回路は、前記電気接続箱内に収容される
     請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用電源装置。
  4.  前記半導体スイッチング素子は、前記プリチャージリレーよりも前記負荷側に設けられる
     請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用電源装置。
  5.  前記半導体スイッチング素子は、入力端子を含み、前記入力端子に駆動電圧が入力された場合にオン状態に切り替わり、
     更に、前記プリチャージリレーと前記半導体スイッチング素子との間の導電路を前記入力端子に接続する駆動回路を有し、
     前記駆動回路は、前記プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わったときに前記導電路に印加される電圧から前記駆動電圧を生成して前記入力端子に入力する
     請求項4に記載の車載用電源装置。
  6.  前記半導体スイッチング素子は、サイリスタである
     請求項5に記載の車載用電源装置。
  7.  前記駆動回路は、抵抗部によって構成され、
     前記抵抗部の一端は、前記導電路に電気的に接続され、
     前記抵抗部の他端は、前記入力端子に電気的に接続される
     請求項5に記載の車載用電源装置。
  8.  前記制御部は、前記プリチャージ開始条件が成立した場合にオン信号を出力する信号出力部と、前記信号出力部から出力されたオン信号を遅延させて前記半導体スイッチング素子に入力する遅延回路と、を含み、
     前記信号出力部から出力されたオン信号によって前記プリチャージリレーがオン状態に切り替わった後に、前記遅延回路から入力されるオン信号によって前記半導体スイッチング素子がオン状態に切り替わる
     請求項2に記載の車載用電源装置。
  9.  前記制御部は、前記半導体スイッチング素子を制御可能であり、前記プリチャージ開始条件が成立した場合に、前記プリチャージリレーをオン状態に切り替えてから、前記半導体スイッチング素子をオン状態に切り替える
     請求項2に記載の車載用電源装置。
  10.  前記制御部は、プリチャージ完了条件が成立した場合に、前記半導体スイッチング素子をオフ状態に切り替えてから、前記プリチャージリレーをオフ状態に切り替える
     請求項9に記載の車載用電源装置。
