本申请属于电器技术领域,具体涉及一种清洁基站及清洁系统。
现有的智能清洁设备都带有清洁基站。智能清洁设备回到清洁基站后,可在清洁基站的清洗托盘中清洗清洁件。然而,清洁件清洗后的脏污容易残留在清洗托盘的清洗槽上,若不及时清理,会形成顽固的污渍。
本申请提供一种清洁基站及清洁系统。
在本申请的第一方面,提供一种清洁基站,包括:基座;清洗组件,与所述基座连接;刮洗清洁件,安装于所述清洗组件,用于清洁所述清洗组件;传动装置,与所述刮洗清洁件连接,用于使所述刮洗清洁件运动;驱动组件,设于所述基座,并与所述传动装置连接;其中,沿所述基座的高度方向,所述驱动组件在所述基座上的投影与所述清洗托盘在所述基座上的投影错开。
在一些实施方式中,所述基座具有导引坡面。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗组件包括清洗托盘和清洗肋。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗托盘可分离式地与所述基座连接;所述清洗肋可分离式地与所述清洗托盘连接,并设置于所述刮洗清洁件之上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。

在一些实施方式中,所述第三传动件包括多个齿轮,多个所述齿轮中一个与所述驱动组件连接,多个所述齿轮中的至少一个与所述第二连接件连接,每相邻的两个所述齿轮啮合;其中,沿所述基座的高度方向,多个所述齿轮在同一高度平面上进行传动。
在一些实施方式中,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座连接时,所述第一传动接头能够与所述第二传动接头连接,以使所述刮洗清洁件动作,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座分离时,所述第一传动接头能够与所述第二传动接头分离。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一传动接头和所述第二传动接头其中一个设有至少一个凸起,另一个开设有至少一个凹槽,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座连接时,所述凸起可嵌设于所述凹槽内。

请参阅图1、图2、图3、图18和图19,本申请第一方面实施例,提供一种清洁基站1000,清洁基站1000包括:基座10、清洗组件180、刮洗清洁件30、传动装置和驱动组件。清洗组件180与基座10连接。刮洗清洁件30安装于清洗组件180,用于清洁清洗组件180。传动装置与刮洗清洁件30连接,用于使刮洗清洁件30运动。驱动组件设于基座10,并与传动装置连接。其中,沿基座10的高度方向,驱动组件在基座10上的投影与清洗组件180在基座10上的投影错开。
根据本申请一个或多个实施例提供的清洁基站1000,由于清洗组件180与基座10连接;刮洗清洁件30安装于清洗组件180,刮洗清洁件30用于清洁清洗组件180;传动装置与刮洗清洁件30连接,传动装置用于使刮洗清洁件30运动;驱动组件设于基座10,并与传动装置连接。所以,当要清洁清洗组件180时,驱动组件通过传动装置将动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以驱动刮洗清洁件30动作。在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗组件180进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗组件180内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗组件180内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗组件180的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。由于沿基座10的高度方向,驱动组件在基座10上的投影与清洗组件180在基座10上的投影错开。所以,可以避免驱动组件在基座10的高度方向上侵占清洗组件180的安装空间,在清洗组件180安装于基座10时,可以降低清洗组件180在基座10上的高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗组件180的上方。
在某些实施例中,清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制。
请参阅图2、图3和图19,在某些实施例中,清洗组件180包括:清洗托盘20和清洗肋160。清洗托盘20可分离式地与基座10连接。清洗肋160可分离式地与清洗托盘20连接,并设置于刮洗清洁件30之上,清洗肋160用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。其中,清洁元件可以为拖布。
在某些实施例中,刮洗清洁件30可以用于清洁清洗托盘20。在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。当需要对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁和/或需要对清洁基站1000进行检修时,可以将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,再将清洗肋160由清洗托盘20上拆卸下来,以实现对清洗托盘20的深度清洁。
在某些实施例中,在清洁设备行驶到基座10上时,清洗肋160可以挤压清洁设备的清洁元件,从而在清洁设备的清洁元件转动清洗过程中,能够将清洁设备的清洁元件的杂物及时清除,以达到清洁清洁设备的清洁元件的目的。其中,清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制,清洁元件可以为拖布。
请参阅图1和图18,在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20开设有清洗槽201,刮洗清洁件30可以与清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁接触,动作的刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁进行清洁,从而提高对清洗槽201的清洗效果。
请参阅图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图19和图30,在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,传动装置包括:第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50。第一传动接头40与刮洗清洁件30连接。第二传动接头50设于基座10,并与第一传动接头40和驱动组件连接。其中,第一传动接头40设于清洗托盘20或清洗肋160。
请参阅图6、图7、图8、图9、图20、图21、图22、图23和图24,在某些实施例中,为了实现刮洗清洁件30的动作,第一传动接头40包括:第一传动件401和第一连接件402。第一传动件401设于清洗托盘20或清洗肋160,并可分离式地与第二传动接头50连接。第一连接件402与第一传动件401连接,并与刮洗清洁件30连接。
在某些实施例中,将第一传动件401安装于清洗托盘20或清洗肋160后,再将清洗肋160安装在清洗托盘20上。在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,第一传动件401能够与第二传动接头50连接,在第二传动接头50将动力传动给第一传动件401时,第一传动件401通过第一连接件402将动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以使刮洗清洁件30动作。在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。当需要对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁和/或需要对清洁基站1000进行检修时,可以将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来。在清洗托盘20与基座10分离时,第一传动件401能够与第二传动接头50分离,避免第一传动件401和第二传动接头50干涉清洗托盘20在基座10的拆装,以便于将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,可以在操作空间大的位置对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁,进一步地保证清洗托盘20的洁净。而且,在清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来后,基座10内被清洗托盘20所遮挡的部件被暴露出来,以便于检修,提高工作效率。
由于刮洗清洁件30在使用一段时间后,会存在磨损,在某些实施例中,第一连接件402可拆卸式地与刮洗清洁件30连接。在需要对刮洗清洁件30进行更换或检修时,将磨损的或旧的刮洗清洁件30由第一连接件402上拆卸下来,再将检修完毕或更换后的刮洗清洁件30安装在第一连接件402上即可,不需要将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,操作简便,便于更换或检修,提高效率。
在某些实施例中,第一连接件402可通过卡扣与刮洗清洁件30连接。当然,在其它某些实施例中,第一连接件402可通过螺栓或连接销与刮洗清洁件30连接。
请参阅图5、图6、图7、图8、图9和图14,在某些实施例中,为了在第一传动件401的径向上实现对第一传动件401的限位,清洗托盘20具有第一限位件202。第一传动件401设于第一限位件202内,第一连接件402穿设于第一限位件202中、并与刮洗清洁件30连接。通过第一限位件202的内壁在第一传动件401的径向上对第一传动件401进行限位,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,可以避免第一传动件401的位置发生变化,保证第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性,也保证了刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20的清洁效果。此时,第一传动接头40设置于清洗托盘20内。
请参阅图5和图9,在某些实施例中,为了实现密封,刮洗清洁件30与第一限位件202之间设有第一密封件80,可以避免清洗托盘20内的污水通过刮洗清洁件30与第一限位件202之间的间隙泄漏,避免污水侵蚀第一传动件401和第二传动接头50,保证第一传动件401和第二传动接头50的使用寿命,同时,也提升了用户体验。
请参阅图5和图9,在某些实施例中,为了在第一传动件401的轴向上实现对第一传动件401的限位,沿第一传动件401的轴向,第一限位件202具有第一腔室2021和与第一腔室2021连通的第二腔室2022。在某些实施例中,第一腔室2021的直径大于第二腔室2022的直径,第一腔室2021与第二传动接头50之间的间距小于第二腔室2022与第二传动接头50之间的间距。
请参阅图5和图9,在某些实施例中,清洁基站1000还包括:第二连接件90和第二限位件100。第二连接件90与第一传动件401连接。第二限位件100可活动式地设于第一腔室2021内,并与第二连接件90连接。第二限位件100的外径大于第二腔室2022的直径。
请参阅图5和图9,在某些实施例中,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,通过第二腔室2022的腔壁对第二限位件100进行限位,可以避免第一传动件401沿第一传动件401的轴向脱离第一限位件202,保证了第一传动件401安装的稳定性。同时,第二限位件100可活动式地设于第一腔室2021内,也就是说,在第一传动件401动作的过程中,第二限位件100通过第二连接件90会随着第一传动件401的动作而动作,可以避免干涉第一传动件401的动作,保证了第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,第二连接件90设于第二腔室2022内,通过第二腔室2022的内壁对第二连接件90进行限位,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,避免第二连接件90与第一传动件401脱离,保证了第二连接件90安装的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了避免干涉第一传动件401的动作,第二连接件90可活动式地设于第二腔室2022内。也就是说,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,第二连接件90可以随着第一传动件401的动作而动作,保证了刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动件401与第二传动接头50的连接和分离,第二连接件90可与第一传动件401卡接。也就是说,第二连接件90和第一传动件401其中一个设有卡扣,另一个开设有卡槽,在第一传动件401与第二传动接头50连接时,卡扣卡设于卡槽内,在第一传动件401与第二传动接头50分离时,卡扣与卡槽分离。
在某些实施例中,第二连接件90可以设有卡扣,第一传动件401可以开设有卡槽。当然,在其它某些实施例中,第一传动件401可以设有卡扣,第二连接件90可以开设有卡槽。
请参阅图20、图21、图22、图23和图24,在某些实施例中,为了实现第一连接件402与刮洗清洁件30的连接,第一连接件402包括:齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和蜗轮组4023。齿轮组4021设于清洗肋160内,并与第一传动件401连接。连杆组4022设于清洗肋160内,并与齿轮组4021连接。蜗轮组4023设于清洗肋160内,并与连杆组4022连接,蜗轮组4023与刮洗清洁件30连接。此时,第一传动接头40设于清洗肋160内。
在某些实施例,清洗肋160开设有容纳槽1601,齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和蜗轮组4023均设于容纳槽1601内。
在某些实施例中,在第一传动件401动作时,第一传动件401通过齿轮组4021带动连杆组4022动作,连杆组4022将动力传递给蜗轮组4023,通过蜗轮组4023带动刮洗清洁件30动作。在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。
请参阅图24和图25,在某些实施例中,齿轮组4021包括与第一传动件401连接的第一齿轮40211和与第一齿轮40211啮合的第二齿轮40212。连杆组4022包括与第二齿轮40212连接的第一连杆40221、与第一连杆40221的背离第二齿轮40212的端部连接的第一锥齿轮40222、与第一锥齿轮40222啮合的第二锥齿轮40223和与第二锥齿轮40223连接的第二连杆40224。蜗轮组4023包括与第二连杆40224连接的蜗杆40231和与蜗杆40231啮合的蜗轮40232,蜗轮40232与刮洗清洁件30连接。
在某些实施例中,在第一传动件401动作时,第一传动件401通过第一齿轮40211和第二齿轮40212带动第一连杆40221动作,第一连杆40221通过第一锥齿轮40222和第二锥齿轮40223带动第二连杆40224动作,第二连杆40224通过蜗杆40231和蜗轮40232带动刮洗清洁件30动作。在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。
请参阅图20,在某些实施例中,为了实现密封性,清洁基站1000还包括:第二密封件110。第二密封件110与清洗肋160连接,用于封闭容纳槽1601的开口,可以避免清洗托盘20内的污水进入容纳槽1601内,避免污水侵蚀齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和蜗轮组4023,保证齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和蜗轮组4023的使用寿命,同时,也提升了用户体验。
请参阅图10、图11、图12、图26、图27、图28和图34,在某些实施例中,为了将动力传递至第一传动接头40,第二传动接头50包括:第二传动件501、第三传动件504和第二连接件502。第二传动件501与第一传动接头40连接。第三传动件504与驱动组件连接。第二连接件502与第二传动件501连接,第二连接件502穿设于基座10或清洗托盘20、并与第三传动件504连接。
在某些实施例中,第三传动件504将动力传递给第二连接件502,第二连接件502通过第二传动件501将动力传递给第一传动接头40,以使第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。
在某些实施例中,在清洗托盘20具有第一限位件202时,第二连接件502穿设于基座10、并与第三传动件504连接。
请参阅图5,在某些实施例中,为了便于第二传动件501的安装,基座10具有第一定位件101,第二传动接头50还包括与第二传动件501的边沿连接的第二定位件503,第二定位件503套设于第一定位件101外。
在某些实施例中,当要在基座10上安装第二传动件501时,将第二定位件503套设于第一定位件101外,以实现第二传动件501的定位,以保证第二传动件501可以安装到所需位置,提高了安装效率,同时,在第二传动件501的径向上实现对第二传动件501的限位,在第二传动件501动作的过程中,可以避免第二传动件501的位置发生变化,保证第二传动件501动作的稳定性。
请参阅图5,在某些实施例中,为了实现密封,第一定位件101和第二定位件503之间设有第三密封件140,可以避免清洗托盘20内的污水通过第一定位件101和第二定位件503之间的间隙泄漏,避免污水流到基座10外,提升了用户体验。
请参阅图1和图3,在某些实施例中,基座10的底部开设有安装槽102,清洗托盘20设于安装槽102内,以降低清洗托盘20在基座10上高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
请参阅图13,在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,第三传动件504包括多个齿轮,多个齿轮中一个与驱动组件连接,多个齿轮中的至少一个与第二连接件502连接,每相邻的两个齿轮啮合,通过多个齿轮可以将驱动组件的动力传递给第二连接件502,第二连接件502将动力通过第一传动接头40传递给刮洗清洁件30,以使刮洗清洁件30动作。
在某些实施例中,为了降低清洗托盘20在基座10上的高度,沿基座10的高度方向,多个齿轮在基座10上同一高度平面上进行传动,实现扁平化,可以减小第三传动件504在基座10的高度方向上侵占清洗托盘20的安装空间,在清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,可以降低清洗托盘20在基座10上的高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
请参阅图13,在某些实施例中,在刮洗清洁件30的数目为两个时,第一传动接头40、以及第二传动接头50的第二传动件501和第二连接件502的数目均为两个。第三传动件504的多个齿轮包括第一直齿轮5041、第二直齿轮5042、第三直齿轮5043、第四直齿轮5044和第五直齿轮5045。第一直齿轮5041与第二直齿轮5042和减速器130的齿轮啮合,第三直齿轮5043和第二直齿轮5042与第四直齿轮5044啮合,第四直齿轮5044与第五直齿轮5045啮合,第二直齿轮5042和第五直齿轮5045分别与两个第二传动接头50的第二连接件502连接。
在某些实施例中,当要驱动刮洗清洁件30动作时,减速器130的齿轮将驱动器150的动力通过第一直齿轮5041传递给第二直齿轮5042,第二直齿轮5042带动两个第二传动接头50中的其中一个第一传动接头50动作,同时,第二直齿轮5042通过第三直齿轮5043和第四直齿轮5044带动第五直齿轮5045动作,第五直齿轮5045带动两个第二传动接头50中另一个第一传动接头50动作。
在某些实施例中,为了避免第三传动件504占用过多的空间,第三直齿轮5043和第四直齿轮5044的直径小于第一直齿轮5041、第二直齿轮5042和第五直齿轮5045的直径。
在某些实施例中,为了保证两个刮洗清洁件的转动速率相一致,第三直齿轮5043的直径和第四直齿轮5044的直径相一致,第二直齿轮5042的直径和第五直齿轮5045的直径相一致。
请参阅图1、图2、图18和图19,在某些实施例中,为了驱动刮洗清洁件30动作,清洁基站1000还包括:驱动器150和减速器130。驱动器150设于基座10上,并与减速器130连接。减速器130与第三传动件504连接。
在某些实施例中,当要清洁清洗托盘20时,启动驱动器150,驱动器150的动力通过减速器130传递给第三传动件504,第三传动件504可以将动力通过第二传动接头50传递至第一传动接头40,使得第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。
在某些实施例中,沿第二传动接头50的轴向,驱动器150和减速器130在基座10上的投影与清洗托盘20错开,以避免驱动器150和减速器130在基座10的高度方向上侵占清洗托盘20的安装空间,在清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,可以降低清洗托盘20的高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
在某些实施例中,在第二传动接头50位于清洗托盘20的底部时,驱动器150的动力通过减速器130传递给第三传动件504,第三传动件504可以将动力通过第二传动接头50传递至第一传动接头40,使得第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。
在某些实施例中,在第二传动接头50位于清洗托盘20的侧部时,驱动器150的动力通过减速器130传递给第三传动件504,第三传动件504可以将动力通过第二传动接头50传递至第一传动接头40,使得第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。此时,第三传动件504位于清洗托盘20外,以避免第三传动件504在基座10的高度方向上侵占清洗托盘20的安装空间,在清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,可以降低清洗托盘20的高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
在某些实施例中,在第二传动接头50位于清洗托盘20的侧部,且刮洗清洁件30的数目为多个时,第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的数目也为多个,第三传动件504可以为转轴,第二传动接头50与相对应的转轴连接,而且,每相邻的两个转轴之间可通过连接带实现连接,以实现动力的传递。
请参阅图29,在某些实施例中,转轴上设有摩擦区域5046,连接带套设于摩擦区域5046上,以增大摩擦,保证转轴动作的稳定性。在某些实施例中,转轴上具有多个凸出,以形成摩擦区域5046。
请参阅图3和图15,在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,基座10和清洗托盘20其中一个设有第三定位件203,另一个开设有定位槽103,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,第三定位件203嵌设于定位槽103内,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接。
在某些实施例中,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,第三定位件203嵌设于定位槽103内,以保证清洗托盘20在基座10上的安装位置确定,以便于清洗托盘20的安装,提高了工作效率,同时,可以保证第一传动接头40的位置确定,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,进一步地提高了工作效率。
在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20可以设有第三定位件203,基座10可以开设有定位槽103。当然,在其它实施例中,基座10可以设有第三定位件203,清洗托盘20可以开设有定位槽103。
在某些实施例中,第三定位件203和定位槽103的数目可以为一个或多个。在第三定位件203和定位槽103的数目为多个时,第三定位件203可嵌设于相对应的定位槽103内。
请参阅图1和图18,在某些实施例中,清洁基站1000还包括:抽吸管件170和过滤件120。抽吸管件170一端伸入至清洗托盘20内。过滤件120连通清洗托盘20和抽吸管件170,抽吸管件170的至少部分伸入至过滤件120的内侧,经过过滤件120过滤后的液体进入过滤件120内侧,再通过抽吸管件170排出,避免抽吸管件170在排污时发生堵塞。
在某些实施例中,过滤件120可以设于清洗托盘20内,并与清洗托盘20连接。当然,在其它某些实施例中,过滤件120可以与清洗肋160连接。
请参阅图1和图18,在某些实施例中,基座10上设有用于将清洁设备引导至清洗托盘20处的导引坡面104,该导引坡面104自清洗托盘20的一侧顶缘处斜向下延伸。在某些实施例中,导引坡面104的坡度为10~30°。导引坡面104上设有防滑纹105,该防滑纹105对应于清洁设备的驱动轮设置,用以增加导引坡面104与清洁设备之间的摩擦力,提升清洁设备在导引坡面104的行走稳定性。
在清洗组件180与基座10连接时,第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,以使刮洗清洁件30动作,在清洗组件180与基座10分离时,第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50分离。
由于清洗组件180可分离式地与基座10连接,刮洗清洁件30安装于清洗组件180,用于清洁清洗组件180,第一传动接头40设于清洗组件180,并与刮洗清洁件30连接。第二传动接头50设于基座10中,在清洗组件180与基座10连接时,第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,以使刮洗清洁件30动作,在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗组件180进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗组件180内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗组件180内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗组件180的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验,当需要对清洗组件180进行深度清洁和/或需要对清洁基站1000进行检修时,可以将清洗组件180由基座10上拆卸下来,在清洗组件180与基座10分离时,第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50分离,避免第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50干涉清洗组件180在基座10的拆装,以便于将清洗组件180由基座10上拆卸下来,可以在操作空间大的位置对清洗组件180进行深度清洁,进一步地保证清洗组件180的洁净,而且,在清洗组件180由基座10上拆卸下来后,基座10内被清洗组件180所遮挡的部件被暴露出来,以便于检修,提高工作效率。
请参阅图4、图5、图16、图17、图30、图31、图32和图33,在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接和分离,第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50其中一个设有至少一个凸起60,另一个开设有至少一个凹槽70,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,凸起60可嵌设于凹槽70内。
在某些实施例中,在将清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,以实现第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接。在将清洗托盘20与基座10分离时,凸起60与凹槽70分离,以实现第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离。
在某些实施例中,通过凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,凸起60和凹槽70不仅实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,也实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的定位,进一步地便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,同时,凸起60和凹槽70实现了一件两用,降低了成本。
在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接和分离,第一传动接头40具有朝向第二传动接头50的第一端面,第二传动接头50具有朝向第一传动接头40的第二端面,凸起60和凹槽70中的其中一个设于第一端面,另一个设于第二端面。
在某些实施例中,凸起60和凹槽70中的其中一个可设于第一传动件401上,也就是说,第一传动件401具有朝向第二传动接头50的第一端面。
在某些实施例中,凸起60的数目可以为一个或多个,凹槽70的数目可以为一个或多个。
在某些实施例中,在凸起60和凹槽70的数目为多个时,沿第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50径向,第一端面和第二端面其中一个设有多个凸起60,另一个开设有多个凹槽70,以便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接。
在某些实施例中,第一端面可以设置凸起60,第二端面可以设置凹槽70。当然,在其它某些实施例中,第一端面可以设置凹槽70,第二端面可以设置凸起60。。
本申请第二方面实施例,提供一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和上述第一方面实施例的清洁基站1000。清洁设备回到清洁基站1000后,可在清洁基站1000的清洗组件180中清洗清洁设备的清洁件。在某些实施例中,清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者多个特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (14)
- 一种清洁基站,包括:基座;清洗组件,与所述基座连接;刮洗清洁件,安装于所述清洗组件,用于清洁所述清洗组件;传动装置,与所述刮洗清洁件连接,用于使所述刮洗清洁件运动;驱动组件,设于所述基座,并与所述传动装置连接;其中,沿所述基座的高度方向,所述驱动组件在所述基座上的投影与所述清洗组件在所述基座上的投影错开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洁基站,其中,所述基座具有导引坡面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗组件包括清洗托盘和清洗肋。
- 根据权利要求3所述的清洁基站,其中:所述清洗托盘可分离式地与所述基座连接;所述清洗肋可分离式地与所述清洗托盘连接,并设置于所述刮洗清洁件之上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。
- 根据权要求1-3中任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述传动装置包括:第一传动接头,并与所述刮洗清洁件连接;第二传动接头,设于所述基座,并与所述第一传动接头和所述驱动组件连接;其中,所述第一传动接头设于所述清洗托盘或所述清洗肋。
- 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一传动接头包括:第一传动件,设于所述清洗托盘或所述清洗肋,并与所述第二传动接头连接;第一连接件,与所述第一传动件连接,并与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗托盘具有第一限位件,所述第一传动件设于所述第一限位件内,所述第一连接件穿设于所述第一限位件与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一连接件包括:齿轮组,设于所述清洗肋,并与所述第一传动件连接;连杆组,设于所述清洗肋,并与所述齿轮组连接;蜗轮组,设于所述清洗肋,并与所述连杆组连接,所述蜗轮组与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第二传动接头位于所述清洗托盘的底部或侧部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第二传动接头包括:第二传动件,与所述第一传动接头连接;第三传动件,与所述驱动组件连接;第二连接件,与所述第二传动件连接,并穿设于所述基座或所述清洗托盘与所述第三传动件连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第三传动件包括多个齿轮,多个所述齿轮中一个与所述驱动组件连接,多个所述齿轮中的至少一个与所述第二连接件连接,每相邻的两个所述齿轮啮合;其中,沿所述基座的高度方向,多个所述齿轮在同一高度平面上进行传动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座连接时,所述第一传动接头能够与所述第二传动接头连接,以使所述刮洗清洁件动作,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座分离时,所述第一传动接头能够与所述第二传动接头分离。
- 根据权利要求12所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一传动接头和所述第二传动接头其中一个设有至少一个凸起,另一个开设有至少一个凹槽,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座连接时,所述凸起可嵌设于所述凹槽内。
- 一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和如权利要求1-13任一项所述的清洁基站。
